Location works really well for the people who want to visit city center. Room was good, bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was nice, I would say a bit bitter then Holidayinn.

We found two black hairs in the bathroom - one on the floor and one on the towels.

I have to admit that the staff is amazing and the location is really good. The breakfast is enough, but not the best.

They have to put a special material for the bath. Because the floor of the bath is slippery.

This was our 2nd time staying at the hotel, and everything was great. The room is spacious enough for a family and very clean. Our son made sure we book the same room again because of the classic nintendo console thats available in the room which makes now it our preferred stay everytime we travel to Asmterdam.

From the moment we got to the hotel until the moment we left the staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. Breakfast choices are immense and plentiful. The hotel is perfectly situated for easy access to all of Amsterdam's attractions but as in any city centre hotel it is a little pricey. We took our own car and the benefit of being able to use the garage for the entire stay made things very convenient. The onsite Bistro bar also is very convenient if you are struggling to get fed and watered at the end of your journey, we arrived quite late on the first day and it was quite good to get a meal on site before retiring for the day! The hotel lobby Atrium is also very impressive!! We laid in a couple of mornings and they still managed to refresh the room after we had left the room in the early afternoons.

We, like many others stayed at the hotel for the Dutch GP, over the weekend it was extremely busy and the bar could have done with more staff but if that's all I could comment on I don't think there's a lot wrong with the place!!

The hotel is in a great location. The room had everything we needed and windows that opened for fresh air and was very quiet at night. The beds were extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Achei q a limpeza não foi tão bem feita. Um dia não colocaram toalhas, mais de um dia não tiraram lixos do banheiro como garrafas.. O hotel ser novo é uma vantagem mas se não cuidar ficara depreciado mais rapidamente

The location and the cleanliness

I had a box of jewelry, mainly gold-plated earrings. the entire box went missing unexpectedly, which was very concerning. And Breakfast had limited variety.One day, we arrived a few minutes before closing, but the staff member was quite aggressive and told us it was closed while other guests were still eating. Asking for our room number in that tone also felt unnecessary and unwelcoming.

L’emplacement idéal , le confort, la propreté et la gentillesse du personnel de ménage

Ménage non fait à 17 h , après une journée de marche c’est énervant et la réponse qui veut qu’il faut que je sorte pour qu’on fasse le ménage. Il est interdit au personnel de faire la propreté avec la présence des clients. J’ai dû repartir et attendre dehors alors que je ne rêvais que de me reposer et prendre une douche. Des bouteilles d’eau mais uniquement les deux premiers jours. Je suis déçue car j’y étais aller il y a 5 ans et c’est parfait.

La localisation, le personnel de la réception, le grand hall d’entrée bien équipé. La literie était confortable et très propre.

Location was excellent, everything was clean and worked well. Breakfast was excellent and overall everyone was very friendly. It was a trip for my birthday and we got our room upgraded on arrival and they worked with my partner to get a banner/balloons/cake in the room for our arrival which was lovely.

It was quite expensive for 2 nights.

L’hôtel est bien situé dans Amsterdam. Les lieux de visites sont facilement accessibles à pieds. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. Aussi bien de mets sucrés que salés.

L’accueil n’a pas été très agréable. Nous avons voulu nous enregistrer sur les tablettes et l’homme de l’hôtel s’est montré très excédé voir très désagréable. De plus, nous n’avons reçu aucune information concernant les horaires de déjeuner et autres. Quant à la chambre, elle est jolie au premier abord mais comporte des points problématiques. Entre autre, la télévision accrochée au mur qui ne tient pas correctement (elle a failli tomber!). Bref, pour un Radisson blu Hotel, je suis très déçue de la qualité et n’y reviendrai certainement pas.

Хочу отметить, что в номере не всегда предоставляли воду. Бутылки с водой были не каждый день, что было неудобно, особенно после долгих прогулок и возвращения в отель. Для отеля такого уровня хотелось бы, чтобы вода предоставлялась ежедневно.

La situation proche du centre ville

Aucun Personnel parlant français à l'accueil. Le réapprovisionnement dans la chambre du distributeur cleenex faisait défaut. Poubelles non vidées. Manque une paire de chaussons. Remplissage des recharges café aléatoire.

La suite mezzanine est très bien agencée, sur deux étages, avec une terrasse rigolote et exceptionnellement exposée donnant sur une multitude de toits aux couleurs éparses qui se démultiplient à l’infini. De nuit comme de jour, un régal!

Quelqu’un, je suppose le client précédent ou même celui d’avant, avait laissé près du lit bien caché un verre rempli de mégots et de cendres. Je l’ai donc monté à l’extérieur sur la terrasse mais je trouve que le cleaning pourtant à première vue parfait aurait pu s’en rendre compte.

Our room 535 backed onto the service area of the lift so we could hear the lift 24 hr . Pillows are Shockley small and limited stuffing . Bathroom facilities are outdated and limited coffee and tea options . Breakfast offering was limited and low product offering not worth the bother ( won’t eat it for free).

What influenced your overall experience? My stay was defined by a contrast between one genuinely excellent department and several serious service failures. Check-in. My Radisson Rewards Premium status was never requested or acknowledged. When I asked about the room upgrade associated with my status, I was told I was not eligible because the reservation had been made through Booking.com, and I was charged an additional fee. If third-party bookings are excluded from member benefits, that is a legitimate policy — but it should be explained clearly and proactively, not raised only at the point of payment. The upgraded room. The room I paid extra for was noticeably inferior to the standard room occupied by my parents-in-law. Whatever the internal categorisation, the paid upgrade delivered no perceptible added value. Safety and staff conduct. The smoke detector in my parents-in-law's room activated at full volume during the night. They were relocated to a second room which, as we were told, had a record of the same fault. Two rooms with recurring smoke detector problems is a fire-safety matter, not a comfort issue, and I would expect it to be formally documented and escalated. The handling was worse than the incident itself. My parents-in-law do not speak English. My husband called reception, explained this, and offered to translate. That offer was ignored. My mother-in-law described the staff member as rude, with no attempt to communicate with her and no interest in resolving the situation. Guests in distress at night, in a foreign country and unable to communicate in English, are entitled to a basic standard of patience and care. Bar. On our final evening we sat at the bar and waited an unreasonable length of time before any staff member acknowledged us or took an order. What worked. Breakfast and housekeeping were excellent — consistent, attentive and professional. Both teams deserve recognition, and they are the reason this feedback is not entirely negative.

Otelin konumu çok güzeldi, her yere yakın oluşu rahattı. Ferah bir lobisi vardı.

The photo of the hotel is very misleading as there are two buildings. We did not stay in the hotel building advertised on booking.com. If we had known this we would have not booked this hotel. Our building was situated on the opposite side of the street, further down, and was not picturesque.

Rent och väldigt trevlig personal. Vi åkte en del taxi och de var alltid hjälpsamma med det.

God frukost, men allt för lite bord till antalet gäster. Vi fick äta frukost med främmande vid samma bort alla tre dagarna. Det borde lösas lite annorlunda.

Aslında konum olarak güzel bir otel,odalar fena değil,bize iki kez upgrade ettik dediler acaba edilmeseydi nasıl bir oda olacaktı bilmiyorum,Türk standartlarının çok altında,banyolar çok eski,evet temiz ama hiç konforlu değildi.Oda temizliği istediğimiz için çarşaflar değişmişti fakat akşam geldiğimizde çarşafı lekeli bulduk ve resepsiyonla görüştük,Konstantin vardı,gerçekten çok yardımcı oldu,onun dışında kahvaltı çok güzeldi,hem bulunduğu alan hem de çeşit olarak.
