Clean and friendly

Everything thank you. Lovely and clean, well equipped room with a massive bed and large shower and toilet facilities. Fridge as well along with a large tv and lovely smelling toiletries - actually purchased some on line whilst there for when we returned home. Amazing family owners one of whom assisted us following a minor medical issue, thank you.

Actually nothing - breakfast would have been nice but there are plenty of places to go in Fort William so not an issue for us.

The woman who greeted us was delightful. Very friendly and allowed us to check in a bit early. The location relative to the town is good, as it is only about a ten to fifteen minute walk to the main street of Fort William. The room was small but clean and the bed was fine.

This property is directly above a very busy street. We had constant street noise until well into the night. There is nothing "wrong" with this property except for this issue, so if you book it, as for a room at the back of the building.

Het ligt vlak bij het centrum op loopafstand. Het serveert geen ontbijt maar er zijn grote supermarkten op loopafstand in de buurt. De kamer en badkamer waren heerlijk ruim en de bedden zijn goed. Je kunt er gratis parkeren.

Het ligt aan een best wel drukke weg. In je kamer merk je daar niets van maar wel als je in voortuin zit. Toen wij er waren was het heerlijk zonnig weer om lekker om buiten te zitten.

Lieu calme, personne très agréable, chambre spacieuse, literie très bonne.

Clean comfortable and great location for Train Station. Short walk into town.

Location on main rd fantastic & not a lot of traffic noise. Staff are excellent. Friendly & efficient. Very clean. There is extra coffee, cups, cutlery etc left out in entry so you can top up if needed

When they say mountain view, the window is very small so view insignificant. Room was very small so opening suitcases was difficult.

It was in a great location close to the city center, the place is very comfortable and very clean. The hosts are very nice and available when needed, they allowed us to check in early after a long train ride. Loved all the little extras they provide in the reception in case you need anything.

I know it was clear they do not provide any meals but it would be great if they would do breakfast or at least a light meal in the morning before heading out for the day.

Very clean and friendly staff. Kim looked after us very well.

It was centrally located and close to the bus/rail station. Room was comfortable and staff was very nice and helpful. They have a book in the room with all the local information. Also got to see the Jacobite train leave the station.

Close to train and town.

Got there around 10 pm. Not a great choice for seniors. Had to carry suitcase up 2 flights. I hand washed my hair because the tub walls were really high and no grab bars. I didn't like the shower faucets.

The room was spotless, newly decorated and large. Coffee and teamaking facilities included. The greeting from Brandy was warm and welcoming. The location was just a short walk to the train/bus station and the town.

Unfortunately one of our fellow guests thought that banking their bedroom door closed when leaving at 5.30 in the morning was acceptable, was the only downside to the stay, but in no way attributable to our hosts.

Wir hatten ein Superior-Zimmer gebucht, von daher war die Größe des Zimmers fantastisch. Zimmer und Badezimmer sind sehr modern und sauber!

Wir checkten hier sehr kurzfristig ein, nachdem die erste Unterkunft sich für uns als Katastrophe herausstellte. Freundlicher Empfang. Sauber, die für mich bequemsten Betten der Rundreise, an der Rezeption stehen Reiseadapter und eine kleine Auswahl an Einweggeschirr bereit, ansonsten sieht und hört man niemanden, obwohl es ausgebucht war.

Auf Grund der zentralen Lage, kann die Hauptstraße als störend empfunden werden, mit meinen Ohrstöbseln kein Problem, das Wasser in der Dusche wurde am Abend (21:00) nur noch lauwarm, das war etwas ärgerlich.

Sehr schönes komfortables Zimmer. Nettes Personal.

Really close to Fort William station - a 5 min walk. The guest house was spotless, and looked practically brand new. The room was large and spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the TV had Netflix. All in all, really good accommodation.

If we had to be critical, the bathroom bench space was missing, making it inconvenient when using toiletries.

The staff was friendly and helpful regarding the area. It was close to the center of town and very clean.

The shower was amazing! The room was comfortable and clean. They were quick to respond when we asked if we could check in early or at least drop off our bags. They even found us a phone charger to borrow. And the cat (Simba) was so friendly and stopped by our room a couple of times to hang out! Great place!

Lovely modern clean property ideally located for the railway station and the town centre with onsite parking. The owner was very friendly and helpful making the whole stay hassle free

Breakfast was not part of the booking. It was very easy to find places to eat as location is a short distance from the town and so many options. Would definitely stay again.

After 4 days on the WHW I was exhausted and feeling vulnerable as I had to depart my group. Your hospitality made me feel safe amd able to rest amd explore the area with confidence. THANK YOU.

The staff was very friendly, everything is clean and the room was spacious as well as the bathroom. We felt very safe and comfortable. There are many pubs and restaurants just a short walk away.

The street was pretty loud, especially when you opened the window. But they had earplugs layed out in the foyer which is really nice.

We stayed in the family room which is facing main road. A bit noisy for light sleepers. The room layout is also awkward.

We stayed for 2 nights at this guesthouse. It was a last minute booking and we arrived late in the evening. Brandi was exceptionally warm and welcoming. She was proactive with our needs and prompt in her response. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. No complaints with the shower. Although there is no food availability on site, Brandi pointed out a few local restaurants at walking distance. The guesthouse also has cutlery available in the reception area if you choose to order food online for delivery. Overall, a comfortable stay with good hospitality from the hosts, and highly recommended.

Only negative was the proximity to the road which meant traffic noise (although it was not loud enough to be bothersome).

Great location! Close to the train station and other transport links. Arrived by train and we were able to leave our luggage at Guest House before check-in time. Our room was lovely and exceeded our expectations. Will definitely come back!

Very nice property. Room was good, however due to being on main road, traffic noise was a problem with windows open. However when windows were closed the noise was not an issue, but the room became quite warm. Great location to town centre and bus and train stations. Overall a very good stay.
