Le petit déjeuner est très bien, le buffet pourrait être plus étoffé. La localisation et facile d'accès et la présence d'un parking très appréciable. Le personnel est très attentifs et sympathique.

Il faisait un peu chaud dans la chambre et il n'était pas possible de diminuer la température du chauffage dans al salle de bain. Il y a quand même beaucoup de portes coupe feu à ouvrir pour arrière à sa chambre.

L’emplacement est idéal et permet de partir randonner immédiatement depuis l’hotel (environ 1h de marche par le sentier de Cow Hill pour rejoindre le depart de randonnée de Ben Nevis). J’ai été très bien accueillie à l’arrivée et au petit déjeuner, et on a conservé gentiment ma valise toute la journée de mon départ. Lit très confortable.

Malgré la propreté il y a un gros problème d’humidité dans la chambre, dont je ne me suis pas aperçue immédiatement car les fenêtres étaient grandes ouvertes à l’arrivée. Du moisi derrière les rideaux et les vêtements avec lesquels j’ai dormi sentaient fort le moisi lendemain.

We had a washing machine but no dryer or airer. Really hard to get clothes dry Bed was very small also. Also when we checked out, reception guy charged us for our friends dinner as well as ours.

Hele fijne medwerkers die extra moeite doen om het je naar de zin te maken. Zo werd onze motorkleding in een aparte ruimte gehangen waar het goed kon drogen.

Great location, close to the centre and railway station, and there are bus stops to and from Glen Nevis right in front of the hotel (the bus only runs from May to late September though, I believe, but it's very handy when you don't have a car). My room was clean and comfortable with a large bathroom and had everything I needed. Breakfast is good and I had dinner in the restaurant once which was also good and convenient when you're tired after a day of hiking. The floorboards are a bit creaky, so you hear your neighbours move around a lot but the hotel was very quiet after 10pm and it didn't bother me.

Room was comfortable, and looked smart. Great location, easily walkable in to town. The restaurant is excellent: best STP on the West Highland Way.

It felt like our bathroom wasn't included in the room's recent refurbishment. The shower was a bit poor.

The room was good. There was plenty of space. There was a sitting area with a couch a tv fridge coffee machine with goodies. Then there was also the bedroom area with tv. The washroom was good also. Over all the room was good.

For the price breakfast could have been included in the price. We didn't visit the restaurant.

Window in bedroom was broken and so wouldn’t close. Pull out bed was very small and very uncomfortable.

Our room was modern, well finished and spotless. There was parking on site and right next door.

There was no view what so ever. Nothing, just a fire escape and a grubby wall.

When we found ourselves in a difficult situation, all the staff members were incredibly attentive, helpful, and encouraging. That was exactly what we needed. The room was clean, cozy, and truly lovely. A very late check-in was possible, which saved us a lot of worry. Even after our stay, they were happy to provide immediate assistance. Many thanks to the entire team!

Our stay at the Nevis Bank Inn was wonderful! Although we were only there for a one night stay the staff went out of their way to accomadate us and make sure our stay was enjoyable. The Inn was clean and comfortable with rooms that were large a well kept. It was a short walk from the train station which was also very convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

A puzzling spot for a hotel, but it's not a hard trek from the town. The view from our room was a building site, so we felt right at home... Noise from the road wasn't a problem and the room was nice and clean. The restaurant was wonderful, both for dinner and breakfast.

Heel proper en super vriendelijk onthaal. De badkamer was groot en ook heel netjes. Super lekker gegeten in het restaurant en het ontbijt was ook in orde.

De bedden waren goed maar de kamer met 2 keer een tweepersoonsbed waren ze net te klein om met 4 volwassenen comfortabel te slapen. We hadden een kamer vlak aan de parking tegen de straat waar wel wat verkeer langs komt en ook te horen was in de kamer.

Heel vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel. Eten in restaurant is heerlijk. Airco op kamer werkt perfect. Propere kamer.

Badkamer is geen 4 sterren waard. Kleine douchekop met minieme waterstraal.

The place was very cozy. Enjoyed the stay. Douglas is a thorough gentleman. Enjoyed my conversations with him. A very helpful and a proud Scotsman.

Je ne suis restée qu'une seule nuit dans cet hôtel mais j'y ai été vraiment bien accueillie. La chambre était agréable et très propre.

I was organising a large group to come in for dinner. The comms with the team beforehand was brilliant, and they were very accommodating. When we arrived, the team took excellent care of the group and kindly let a few of the group add extras on to our pre order. Nothing was too much trouble. A few of the group were a little rowdy, but the staff handled it exceptionally and very professionally. The food was also absolutely delicious, and one of the group said it was the best cheesecake he’s ever had!! Thank you very much Nevis Bank team.

Una delle esperienza peggiori mai provate. La mia esperienza si riferisce alla relazione con il desk di questa struttura presso la quale avevo prenotato un soggiorno tramite Booking. Per mio errore avevo indicato un giorno di arrivo non corretto. La gestione di questo inconveniente è stato pessima, a causa di rigidità ed assenza di disponibilità da parte dello staff: comunicazioni carenti (su loro indicazioni ho effettuato nuova prenotazione ad un costo quasi doppio - 550 Gbp vs 308Gbp - ed evitando la piattaforma Booking) e capziose (prima hanno lasciato intendere che non avrebbero effettuato addebiti per la prenotazione mancata e poi hanno addebitato nonostante la nuova prenotazione a prezzo ampiamente maggiorato, solo tardivamente - molti giorni dopo la mia seconda prenotazione e dopo mie lamentele per l'addebito - hanno offerto sconto assolutamente irrisorio sulla nuova prenotazione). Alla fine ho dovuto prendere atto della loro assoluta ottusità e mancanza di senso di ospitalità ed ho quindi provveduto alla disdetta della nuova prenotazione.

Overall staff were very helpful indeed, especially at breakfast which was lovely, and well presented,, the lady who served us very helpful and so so pleasant. However I have to say very disappointed in our overpriced 10oz Sirloin Steak at £42 which we both asked for it to be well done, when it came, it had not been rested, and therefore was still rather tough to chew, and not enjoyable at all.

The room itself was spotless, with a lovely view of Ben Nevis, and a very comfortable room. The breakfast was not included but I paid for it separately and it was really exceptional. Also had dinner at the restaurant and it was really lovely. The service was exceptional and very helpful with all my questions on the upcoming trip.

The sound proofing was quite poor, you could hear a lot of what was happening on the corridors. The outside of the property looked a bit more run down than the interior.

On the road, but perfect for a short stay. Rooms are big, well equipped, perfectly clean. The hotel seems new.

This was my second time staying here after completing the West Highland Way hike again. The rooms are beautiful and well-appointed. We did not eat in restaurant this time due to our schedules but I have eaten both dinner and breakfast previously and it did not disappoint. I wanted a bit of luxury after budget stays on the hike and this has fit the bill both times!

It is very basic for its price. Clean and the staff can help with some questions.

Evening meal was terrible, food wasn't warm and really overpriced for what it was, staff very attentive though. The room was clean but basic for the price and the views were very unpleasant facing onto the back buildings and a lower extension roof, very dull and run down looking.

Was hiking the West Highland Way and this was a great room after completing the hike. Room was a lot nicer than I expected. Location is 1.5km short of the end of the trail, but didn't turn out to feel that far at all. Was easy walk back after celebrations in town and picking stuff up at the Tesco Express.

Given a room right above some service area with workers going in and out making a lot of noise. Had to close the window and curtains. Just bad luck and I'm sure the other rooms were all a lot more quiet.

Nous avons réservé une chambre pour 3 avec un très grand lit et un canapé lit. Le canapé lit est horrible et le très grand lit fait en réalité 150cm. l’hôtel est en travaux et nous avons dû traverser plusieurs couloirs et étages pour arriver à notre chambre

Nice hotel with a central location. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms were a decent size and very clean. Nice to have a coffee machine and mini fridge!

The shower in my room didn't work properly - the staff helped me fix it but it still wasn't quite right. The walls are very thin so you could hear next door / corridors but this didn't prove to me much of an issue.

Stayed here for 2 nights as we were walking Ben Nevis and fancied an extra day in Fort William. The hotel looks dated from the outside, has a very small car park. The car park was made smaller by the builders who had fenced an area off and left their work area in a messy state. Once inside though the hotel was lovely, very modern, lovely modern and clean room. The hotel restaurant was also very good, a varied menu and cooked to perfection. Very tasty. Breakfast was wonderful and I had the full Scottish including the haggis. The staff here are all so friendly and helpful and make the stay even better. Would definitely recommend and we will be back.

Room was completely renovated, very nice and confortable, full equipped. Very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel parking is small and I had to park the car in another area near the hotel.

Bauarbeiten, wegen denen der Lift gesperrt war. Der Weg in die Unterkunft war nur durch verwinkelte Gänge mit vielen Treppenstufen möglich. Der Preis dafür ist dann doch eher hoch, vor allem weil das Frühstück nicht inbegriffen war. An anderen, vergleichbaren Orten haben wir die Hälfte gezahlt, und da war das Frühstück dabei.

La ciutat de Fort Wiliam no te cap interes en particular, no hi ha massa comerços o restaurants on es vingues de gust anar. L'hotel esta be, pero ara l'estan renovant. Esta al costat de la carretera, que esta be si nomes es per fer escala de cami a un altre lloc, pero per una estança mes llarga buscaria un altre lloc.

The location was good for travelling through. The staff were excellent especially in the restaurant. The room looked recently refurbished and was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The food in the restaurant although a little expensive was very tasty and the service was excellent. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The room size was fantastic. The hospitality was great. We ended up extending our stay for an extra night! Location is fantastic as well.

There are refurbishments going on - not something that we didn’t like or minded, but there was some discomfort with building works’ noise. The staff was quick to respond to our concerns and managed the situation really well.

Lorna on reception was very friendly and helpful. Food was exquisite Room was outstanding, newly refurbished. Got downstairs disabled friendly room even though not disabled. Corridor around room was undergoing refurbishment works but this did not affect the quality of our stay. Lorna offered to swap us after 1st night after we queried if work would disrupt us in the morning but it wasn’t necessary, good of her to offer though. Excellent & would recommend to anyone

Good location for exploring in and around Fort William. Room was very nice. Only concern was the pillows. Otherwise bed was big and comfy. They were poor and I slept really badly. Food was lovely as was the staff. Town was empty but it was a Sunday in March 🤷🏼‍♀️

We stayed here as part of our Rabbie's Tour, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Although there were some building works going on outside when we arrived, don’t let that put you off! The interior was absolutely lovely—clean, welcoming, and very comfortable. A huge highlight was the restaurant; the food was amazing, with every meal exceeding our expectations. It is genuinely good value for money, especially considering the high-quality service. Speaking of service, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They really made us feel at home after a long day of exploring. If you're booking through Rabbie's, this is a solid choice for a relaxing highland stopover

Nothing to not like

The hotel was really clean and the rooms comfortable and well equipped. The staff were friendly , cheerful and helpful. My cases were taken from me and carried upstairs immediately on arrival which was lovely. They are planning on installing a lift to the rooms but the help was instantaneous. The restaurant provided an Excellent selection of food and my son a vegan, had choices. We were very impressed and enjoyed ourselves being foodies. I do recommend this hotel as it is welcoming, friendly and very relaxing.
