It’s quiet enough as it’s not right in the center of the town, but it’s literally a 10 minute walk and you’re right in the middle. Entering the property it was easy to find a place to park when we walked into the reception area we were immediately greeted, asked to take a seat as they were dealing with another customer and asked how our day had been going so far and whether or not we were comfortable or needed anything We were then shown to our room everything was explained to us. The quality of the furnishing the finishing the food are at a higher level than we expected The staff are so friendly and genuinely seem to care about their guests

Parcheggio disponibile, si trova comunque a pochi passi dalla via principale dei ristoranti. Una bellissima sistemazione, luminosissima e con affaccio sui bellissimi tramonti sul lago

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Stanza bellissima e molto spaziosa, arredata e curata in ogni singolo dettaglio, dotata di ogni confort. Letto matrimoniale molto grande e veramente comodo. Parcheggio privato. Vicino al centro. Ci è spiaciuto aver soggiornato qui per solo una notte.
Colazione dolce poco varia.

מקלחת קטנה יחסית . לקחנו שני חדרים . אחד הייתה עם מיטה נוחה וגדולה מהשני . חוץ מזה הכל היה נהדר .

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Confortable, chaleureux, tres propre, bien équipé et tout cela malgré la taille des chambres. Nous en avions 2 car voyage à 2 adultes et un enfant. Bonne douche. Petit déjeuner frais avec des fruits variés. Nous avons moins aimé le porridge qui est plutôt fade et non crémeux mais petit déjeuner écossais bon mais c’est une histoire de goût car globalement, les produits sont qualitatifs. Personnel spontanée, agréable. Parking à l’arrière du B&B pratique. Jardin très bien entretenu. Hôtel extrêmement beau et bien placé. Situé à 5 min à pied du centre ville, face au lac et aux montagnes. Check in et Check out rapide, ce qui nous convient parfaitement.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Good location with a nice view . Very clean, comfortable, and large room, super large bathroom, and walk-in shower a bonus. The host was friendly when we checked in, and Jean at breakfast was friendly and efficient. Good choice at breakfast, delicious porridge, and the healthy fruit option was good. Cooked breakfast was plentiful. If we were being picky, lorne sausage, black pudding, or potato scone would have been nice extras.
Being very picky, as above, a more Scottish breakfast would be nice, and I personally prefer a toilet roll instead of the sheets , but I would still stay again and highly recommend Myrtle Bank.
