Check in was a wait because we got there one hour before and they wouldn’t let us check in until 3 o’clock

It could have been updated a little bit. The pool area was awesome with the pool but it looked like it could use some work and the pool cleaned. A hot tub would have been nice to with a bar area as it is a fun place to be

We loved how close it was to Nissan Stadium.

Our room smelled awful! It smelled like mold and mildew. Luckily we were there for a concert and was only in the room for a short amount of time to sleep. But we paid almost $500 for a room and it wasn’t worth even close to that!

This property is ideal for proximity to Broadway street and Bridgestone Arena. For the room price, proximity to Broadway, free parking, pool, & free hot breakfast it was an exceptional value.

Area to strengthen would be smell and upgrades to the aging walls and halls of the property. One additional wish would have been to have more modern water bottle filler stations.

The rooms were big and nice. The breakfast was awesome. The staff were friendly.

The air wouldn’t get very cold. I saw little black bugs crawling around. My cousins room smelled like mold and mildew. The ice machine was on the first floor and you had to walk down the stairs to get ice that was hid in a corner. We couldn’t check in early so we were waiting in the lobby. There wasn’t any bathrooms by the lobby, we had to walk downstairs to the bathrooms on the backside. The elevator was very small and the floor in it was messed up. Also, we had to walk down the stairs from the 4th floor because the elevator was out of order.

The staff was friendly. They had a good breakfast selection. The location was very convenient for our event at Nissan Stadium.

ALOT of people in lobby that were NOT guests. A concert was near by and so alot of the fans were in the lobby buying up all the drinks out of the machine and sitting around to cool off.

The elevator is way too small and the elevator floor was coming apart. Too many non guests in the lobby and hanging outside.

The room was objectively fine. The experience could have been better for the price, but it was an okay experience.

Not that they could help it, but the construction happening across the street caused disruptions to the traffic flow and riding sharing services. Additionally, I was charged an undisclosed $50 damages fee that has not yet been returned to my account. For a one night stay that we only used the room to sleep in, I feel this amount should have been returned to me by now.

Everything, from the entrance being extremely clean, the rooms were big and spacious, the breakfast was amazing. They had waffles, breads varieties, sausage eggs biscuits and gravy and much more to choose from. The rooms had enough lighting inside bathroom was big with a shower. No dressers but had closet with shelves to place items. The beds were amazing to sleep on, the guitar pool was a bonus for the children.

Everything was perfect except the microwave didnt work at first but they fixed it.

It was within walking distance of downtown, The breakfast was delicious.

Our room only had hot water off and on. We did not complain to the front desk as we were only there for two nights. But when I said something when we checked out, she said they could have switched rooms for us.

Location was good, right in the middle for my appts and shopping. The free breakfast was really good for hotel food.

We had to move rooms 3 times. Which was awful because we were exhausted because we requested an early check in, and they told us 30 minutes was all they could offer. I had an 845 procedure that we drove up for thay morning. Last ropm was a conjoined room, i guess some kids were placed in it, they tried to come in our room several times. Wifi was horrible, it didnt even work, I had to Hotspot from my phone the entire time. Construction at the stadium was ridiculous, they started at 5 am, which was right outside the window, so I was up early because the noise. The staff was rude and didnt even act like they cared about us walking in to check in, having to switch rooms or when we were checking out.

Location was easy to find.

The entire building was absolutely FILTHY! From the parking lot to the rooms, there was trash everywhere, COCKROACHES in the rooms. Not a place anyone would feel comfortable in.

There wasn't a security lock on the door for night time. This is the first time I have ever stayed in a hotel that didn't have an extra lock. The breakfast was weird. Only 1 kind of bagel and the eggs were gooey and runny. The pool area was poorly lit and didn't feel super safe. The construction made walking anywhere a mess and we weren't aware of it at booking.

Hallway is 100 ° , indoor pool was also 100° Facility should have been torn down 20 years ago , floor in elevator had had whole almost all the way through, had to ask everyday for coffee and fresh towels everyday then one day gave us only one towel . Just old and out of date hotel. Feel sorry for the staff..

The construction and road work going on made it a little confusing at first but once we knew where we were going it was very simple to get there.

Room was filthy, wallpaper was falling off and peeling, dirt on floors and on walls, stained shower, pool was broken down, construction noises all night and early morning. Bug ran across floor and into air vent.

There was dog poop in the grass by the parking lot. When we brought the concern to the front desk she said it was not her responsibility. The locals will bring there dogs around and not clean it up. I understand it is frustrating that others do not clean up after their pets but as a hotel and charging that much to be staying for one night, I would hope they at least take care of their lawn so people do not step is dog shit.

Wifi didn’t reach our room, we were offered a different one but had the same problem.

The hotel staff was very friendly. Cassandra at the front desk took care of an issue i reported immediately which really impressed me. She was extremely helpful on other issues as well. The breakfast staff did a good job of keeping up with the large customer group during CMA. Considering the construction next door the entire hotel had little disturbance. The proximity to Nission Stadium was superb, very short walk.

Their policy for no room service unless requested is greatly appreciated.

The security. No control at the entrance anyone could just walk into the breakfast room from the street which happened on Sunday morning.

The rudeness of the lady behind the desk, the shower door not closing properly ( had to hold the door closed with a wash cloth). The wall paper was peeling, there was a leak in the ceiling causing a puddle in the floor we had to move rooms at 9pm at night and that was inconvenient. The PRICE!!! Was down right ridiculous. It Was a 5 star price for a 1 star place.

Breakfast was okay.

The lobby and hallways were hot like a Sauna and smelled like mildew and mold. We got in bed after a concert at 12am and housekeeping woke us up at 6:20.

In the bathroom the toilet paper holder was out of arms length had to get up to grab it to use it.

The front desk male employee was horrendous to deal with, he was completely unprofessional and rude and had to speak with manager who corrected the issue on the hotels part. In the elevator there was a large cockroach as well and missing pieces of flooring in the actual room.

All the Hotels and accommodations we have stayed in. This was the best bed of all the pillows were just the best so comfortable. Nice walk over the bridge into the centre. Great breakfast.

I had an item come up missing from my bathroom. It was silly, because it was just a trial size bottle of conditioner, but it was brand new when I purchased it to bring to the hotel, and it was taken from my shower caddy on day two of my trip. It couldn't have fallen, or it would have been on the shower floor, but nothing else seemed to be "taken."

La chambre est très bien, mais la première nuit, nous n’avons pas pu dormir car elle était à côté d’une machine à glace et de la salle de machine de climatisation. Le personnel a changé notre chambre pour les deux nuits suivantes. Il n’y a plus de navette pour se rendre dans le centre-ville de Nashville, et il y a beaucoup de travaux devant l’hôtel ce qui rend l’accès difficile à pied et en voiture et qui allonge le trajet pour se rendre dans le centre-ville.

It was very close to everything within walking distance. Staff were very nice. Room was very spacious.

The water pressure was terrible and no hot water, we figured maybe it’s because they’re building the new stadium right beside them.

Personeel bij aankomst was ongeïnteresseerd en niet vriendelijk. De kamer was in de kelder vlak aan een zijuitgang waardoor er telkens veel lawaai was bij het dichtslaan van de deur. Je kon alles horen op de gang en de deur vertoonde kieren waardoor je ook het licht op de gang zag. De douche sloot niet behootlijk af. Eerste dag werd er slechts 1 handdoek vervangen en geen bed opgemaakt. De tweede dag werd het bed opgemaakt en opnieuw slechts 1 handdoek vervangen.

I did not! It was not noted that there was going to be construction, and the SO CALLED STADIUM view WAS not there anymore the whole stadium was BEING REDONE!!

The STADIUM VIEW FROM MY ROOM WAS NOT THERE. The stadium was under construction! I had to drive around the whole hotel, and the La Quinta Inn just to get back to Comfort Inn.

The room had the smallest window ever that you could not see out of without a ladder, there were 2 spiders in the bathroom and the room was musty. None of the staff (3 total) smiled or even looked at us when we were next to them. Maintenance worker getting off of elevator did not even acknowledge us. 1 elevator and we had a very long walk to our room. There was construction but the workers were friendly to let us through promptly.

The location wasn’t far from Downtown Nashville. Has the best comforting food breakfast. The pool, was a vibe to swim in. Everything was perfect. The clerk in the front counter, helped me out on booking an extra day! Good experience.

I was not pleased with the property. Too much construction going on and a lot of noise.

The metal bed frame squeaks. Even with the air set at 68 the room stayed above 70 and that was too warm for sleeping.

Any staff we encountered were great!They were all friendly and accommodating.

I felt like it was expensive for what it was. There was no gym and the pool was opened way too late when many rooms, including ours surround it. Nice effort with the recycling bins, unfortunately it appeared many people thought they were all for trash/garbage.

I’ve stayed here before that’s why I went back. Won’t go back here again. I wanted a view of the stadium, they are building a new one right in front of hotel, blocks the view of EVERYTHING!!! Construction!!!!! AND the women at the desk wouldn’t even start letting people in till exactly 4:00 !! But, amazingly shift change was then so the new worker had to check in a very large group of people waiting to get in While she left !! Also they had a shuttle but No MORE!!!!
