The location is excellent, very convenient to walk to KLCC. The room was spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. All the staff were very professional and helpful. Breakfast selection was excellent and of high quality. You never had to wait long for the lift, which is great for such a big hotel.

The bar was a bit of a let down, we tried to have drinks twice but it was uninviting and closed early. Breakfast is super busy so, sometimes we had to wait for a table. However all the staff were very helpful.

Had a really lovely stay at Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur. We were here for a little couple getaway, and I left a special request when I made the booking. I honestly didn’t expect much, but I was really happy to know that the hotel had actually taken the time to read it and arrange something special for us. It was such a small thing, but it really made us feel welcomed and made our stay extra special. The room was comfortable, the hotel was beautiful, and we really enjoyed the breakfast too. Overall, we had a very pleasant and relaxing stay. Thank you, Shangri-La, for paying attention to the little details. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!

Elegance!...we love staying at shangri la's, they never seem to fail! The moment we walk into the foyer until we unfortunately have to check out we love it! Great location , they help you get your "grab" when you are going out The rooms are beautiful and we love the coffee machine!...

Staff were excellent, the room was great and we were treated to a free upgrade which included a teepee tent bed for our daughter which she ordered and was a real highlight for her. Food/drinks was of a vey high standard in the lobby bar.

We had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur! The hotel strikes the perfect balance between luxury and being genuinely family-friendly. They went the extra mile to make our son’s 8th birthday extra special and truly spoiled him. The breakfast and restaurants were excellent, and the kids’ activities were a big hit too. Wonderful service, beautiful hotel and a truly memorable stay. We will definitely be back!

The room picture from booking.com is misleading. Totally different from what we’ve got during our stay

The hotel itself was excellent. The service and staff at Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur were truly outstanding some of the best hospitality I have experienced anywhere. Unfortunately, my room was facing the main road, and almost every night from around 11 p.m. until 1–2 a.m., there were groups of loud motorbikes racing along the street in front of the hotel. The noise was extremely disturbing and made it very difficult to sleep, especially as I had to wake up early each morning for a conference. I mentioned this to the Front Office when I checked out. Perhaps if I had raised it earlier, the hotel could have moved me to a quieter room, but with a full-day conference schedule, packing and changing rooms was not very practical. It is disappointing because everything inside the hotel was exceptional. However, this seems to be an ongoing problem, and I hope the hotel management will raise it seriously with the local authorities or police. Unfortunately, despite the wonderful staff and service, the nighttime street noise would make me hesitate to stay here again. If you want, I can also make it slightly shorter and stronger for a Google or TripAdvisor review.

Had a disturbing smell everytime we open the room.

The hotel is in a great location, around a 15-minute walk from KLCC, with excellent facilities, including a very good spa. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We booked this hotel at very short notice after having to leave another property (8 Kia Peng KLCC by Luna) due to serious sanitation issues, and the staff made the whole process easy and welcoming. After a stressful few days, staying here was a huge relief and helped get our 10-day holiday back on track. Overall, we had a very comfortable and positive experience.

The main downside was the price, which was a bit expensive, especially as it was a last-minute booking. However, given our circumstances and the quality of the hotel, facilities, and service, we were still happy with our stay.

The Shangri-La is a beautiful hotel in a very good location near KLCC, restaurants and shopping.

The reception staff were not as friendly as I have found previously.

Было очень чисто. Всегда приятно пахло в холле отеля. В номере есть и душевая кабина и ванная. Удобные мягкие тапки. В номере всегда бутылки с водой, которые пополняют. Персонал красиво одет. Местоположение удобное, рядом с башней и башнями Petronas. Очень вкусный и разнообразный завтрак. Единственный отель, который я встречала, в котором дверь душевой кабины открывается выезжая тем самым не мешая тебе подойти к зеркалу и не наезжая на ножное полотенце.

-気管支炎持ちの1歳子供のヘイズ対策で部屋に空気清浄機を依頼していたところ対応してくださり、依頼はしていなかったがベビーベッドも用意されていて、子供はそのベビーベッドを気に入った様子で自らベッドに入り、満足そうだった。 -ロビースタッフの方が子供に声をかけてあやしてくれたりとみなさん親切でした。 -ツインタワー、ブギビッタン行くにも便利な場所。モノレールも近い(徒歩圏内)

特にないが、強いて言うならば、 -朝食時の座席の後ろにもう気持ちゆとりが欲しい。ぶつかる。 通りかかったスタッフがベビーチェアに足を引っ掛けてつまづいていた。ちょうど子供は離席していたので良かったが、狭いのでトレーを持っていると見えていない様子だった。 -部屋のコンディショナーが初日から空っぽだった。2日目に補充されるかと思いきや2日目も空っぽのままだった。 -ロビーに蚊が多くてgrab待ちの時に何度か刺された。

This is an incredible hotel, The Breakfast was Amazing!

Stayed at Shangria-la for one week attending family wedding celebrations. The level of care and attention to detail by all staff was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble and in fact almost everything had been thought of in advance. The Grand Ballroom set the perfect location for such an important occasion. Special mention must go to Shirley and her events team who, when not on the ground, were always only a phone call away. Well done to all.

shangri-la non tradisce mai. l'hotel è centrale e lussuoso e i servizi ci sono tutti e anche di più. La colazione è fantastica e offre diverse (se non tutte) le cucine del mondo. Menzione speciale per la sezione bakery e dolci con ben 2 fontane di cioccolata (nera e bianca). Inoltre se si alloggia in suite è garantito l'accesso alla lounge dove è possibile mangiare a qualsiasi ora del giorno ed effettuare le operazioni di check-in e check-out.

Nonostante un inteso e preciso scambio di email mesi prima, al check-in la nostra suite prenotata per 2 adulti e 2 bambine aveva un solo letto aggiuntivo. Ottenere il secondo non è stato semplice. é arrivato solo la seconda notte. Shangri-la non può consentirsi errori del genere. La bambina più piccola ha dovuto dormire sul divano perchè mancavano letti aggiuntivi. Inoltre la piscina non è eccezionale. E in generale la struttura non è delle più moderne essendo stata costruita negli anni '80.

It was centrally located. We mainly used the pool during our stay and found the area to be not noisy at all from the city traffic. Loved the landscaping of the gardens surrounding the pool area

We didn't like that even though you are already paid they will ask a deposit of RM900 and they didn't tell the guests before check in that there is RM10 per day for tourism tax...They will tell you before you check out. And our companion that check out next day tell us that they not ask a payment for tourism Tax, We are very disappointed because Me and my other friend pay RM80 for tourism tax

Shangri-La is an outstanding property in KLCC. From the greeting at the entrance of the hotel to the check out it was a truly 5 star hotel experience. We liked how we were greeted then welcomed as soon as we stepped out of the taxi. Everything was perfect and felt seamless - luggage was delivered right after we entered in our room. The room was absolutely beautiful, spacious and amazingly equipped with everything you need The Spa, especially the Spa host (I should have asked her name) was amazing. We kept coming back to the jaccuzi we couldn’t get enough of it. It also felt like surprising that nobody was there except us, which made the experience even more special and exclusive to us. The restaurant is definitely worth going there - we ordered a couple plates and it was delicious. I wanted to get a treatment at the hair salon but I walked in very late and was aware it would not be possible for today and I was leaving the next morning. But I can tell that from the hairdresser you would have gotten an splendid look. I think this might be my great regret for stepping in too late. All staffs were truly amazing, we came back late at night and were warmly greeted back by the doorman/ bellman. All of them truly cared about your stay. Not to mention they have one of the most beautiful uniforms in the luxury hotel industry. Overall we only stayed one night but we did try to spend as much time as we could enjoying all the outstanding facilities of this hotel. We are already looking forward to staying again in Shangri-La, it was the perfect hotel to end our Malaysia trip.

The room was perfect for our needs and the views good. Breakfast was good with all options available. Lovely spa which was separated men/women. The pool was a great add on in the heat and humid conditions.

We booked two rooms for the same 3 nights, however on arrival we were told that one room had been booked for the dates we had booked, and the other the week after... We were tired from travelling and the receptionist told us that we had to contact Booking.com as there was nothing they could do for us. Thankfully, the receptionist then managed to solve the issue and found us the other room. Booking.com customer service (I am Genius level 2 so get assistance) were brilliant. They were not sure how this could have happened, given our booking was definitely correct. They have therefore made a note on their system for this hotel going forward. Thank you Booking.com and to the receptionist who managed to correct the error. Initially, though, it did make us feel ill at ease given how tired we were and that by then we would incur fees if we had to cancel the one room and go elsewhere.

The hotel has an elegant atmosphere, an excellent location and very comfortable rooms. The staff were professional, courteous and attentive, and the overall service reflected the high standards expected from Shangri-La.

There was nothing significant that I disliked. Unfortunately, my stay was only for one night, so I did not have enough time to enjoy all the hotel’s facilities.

Emplacement idéal à 5 minutes à pied des tours Petronas. Vue de la KL Tower de notre chambre, nous avons été surclassés ! Séjour très agréable, Personnel charmant, Excellent accueil, propreté, très grande chambre, literie confortable. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est excellent, tant par sa qualité que par le choix mais malheureusement salle très bruyante. Nous sommes arrivés le jour de l’anniversaire de mon mari Dans la chambre il y avait des ballons, un excellent gâteau au chocolat pour deux. Encore merci pour cette délicate attention !

We booked a room with the club lounge, which proved to be great value for money. There are multiple times a day to eat and drink in the lounge. Good quality is good and it’s a good selection. The breakfast outside the lounge is also incredible. The service throughout the hotel is top class

The staff made the experience really worthwhile; they are attentive and kind. I always have this feeling that Shangri-La staff like working at Shangri-La, and that shows.

The spa was adjacent to the gym, and it did not have that peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The massage I received was great; however, given how much I paid, the overall experience didn't feel worth it.

Super comfortable bed and room and all hotel staff were great. Breakfast contain multiple options.

We informed the hotel while booking that my girlfriend has celiac disease, and they confirmed that their breakfast would have options. This was confirmed while checking in, alongside information that the restaurant staff would give her a tour of all the gluten-free. However, once we arrived at breakfast, she did not get any walkthrough. After asking three times, they brought out some half-frozen gluten-free (and dry) bread. Worth noting that there was a bunch of options that we could assume did not contain gluten (fruit, cheese, rice), so she did not leave hungry.

The staff at the Horizon Lounge during check-in and check-out were unfortunately quite rude and unprofessional. What disappointed us most was the clear difference in the way guests were treated. We did not feel that the same level of attention, flexibility and courtesy was provided equally to everyone. This is not the standard of service we expect from a five-star hotel like Shangri-La.

Room wasn’t cleaned. I’ve asked the hotel to put me on a high floor and far away from the elevator: ended up on the 6th floor and near the elevator. The hallway / corridor rigged cigarettes smell! The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly (poop stain in the toilet!), and stains on the bed sheet (red stains on white sheet) and the mirrors weren’t cleaned.

Her fik vi kun mulighed for at tage bagværk med op, hvilket vi synes var super ærgerligt.
