Have been going to this hospital for a very long time, however, now i feel the hotel has seen its better days.

The location is great. In the heart of the city center and right by the Petronas Towers

3 out of 4 elevators broken for many days including my entire stay there. For a 20+ floor building this caused 10-15 minute waits for the elevator. Giant construction project on one side of the building so huge noise there all day. Don't stay o that side of the hotel! Refrigerator in the room didn't keep things cold. Then a family with a baby was put in the room next to me on a smoking floor. Surprising, but I finally had to change room from the constant baby crying. When changing the room, the man at the front desk was openly hostile to me and wouldn't give me a new room key until I packed and was ready to change rooms as if I was going to steal something. I politely asked a few times for the room key for the new room explaining that with the broken elevators, this was going to be terrible but he wouldn't budge. In the new room, the phone was broken and when I told them about it they never even offered to get it fixed. The tray holding items on the counter was also broken, refrigerator broken. Other things as well. This was a 3 star hotel but is falling rapidly. It is barely 2 stars now. Nothing works and some staff are terrible (others are very nice). If you want to stay for cheap in the very center of the city, Hotel Maya is in a great location but don't expect anything to work and don't expect any service. It's not even really a hotel. It is a place for you to come back to to sleep, shower and then leave again.

The design and comfortable

During my staying, there was a maintenance schedule for the lift. So only 1 lift is working. Quite some time for me to wait for the lift

1.The swimming pool is not up to the mark and the water was not clean.

施設が古い。床が痛みすぎ。朝食を西洋寄りにしたらもっと良くなる。ソーセージが美味しく無い。マンゴー出して欲しかった。プリンが欲しかった。

Все очень старое внутри. В момент проживания рядом шла стройка, соответственно с самого утра звуки стройки, как будьто у тебя над головой. Окна практически не изолируют звук

Location is good - near petronus towers. Staff friendly

It was very dirty. The maintenance is slipping and we changed room from 13th floor as room, bed, bathroom, glasses, were not at all clean. The second room on the 18th was a bit better but the thundering Aircon and intense traffic noise meant no sleep.

No es un 5 estrellas… por favor! Le falta muchísimo mantenimiento y limpieza. Todo super viejo mucho moho y todo roto. Increíble que se la den de 5 estrellas. No es justo pagar a un establecimiento que mienta, las fotos no corresponden a la realidad. Nunca volvería

False promotion that this is a 5 star hotel. The facilities did not show that it’s 5-stars, damaged blinds, dirty rooms and no sofa bed mattress

Near to KLCC,restaurant Pelita, Saloma Bistro,and nearest access to KG.Baru thru Saloma bridge.

Swimming pool in operative and the dulexe room facilities were olds. The pipe in the bathroom were not functioning well(selective option to switch the overhead shower and mobile shower was defective

It was close to the KLCC and other amenities which made it easy for us.

We had to go eat out every day as no restaurant with western cuisine or food that we could eat.

The hotel's location is excellent and one of its strongest features. Petronas Twin Towers and the KLCC area are only a short walk away, making it very convenient for sightseeing and dining. The room was spacious, and at first glance the property looked attractive and well maintained.

We booked two Deluxe Rooms, one for ourselves and one for our grandparents. The hotel's location is excellent, and the rooms initially appeared spacious and comfortable. However, several issues significantly affected our stay. The most serious problem was the bathroom maintenance. Late at night, when we returned to the hotel and attempted to take a shower, we discovered that the bathtub and shower controls were not functioning properly. This issue affected both rooms. After contacting maintenance around 12:30 AM, a staff member eventually arrived and explained that one of the bathroom fixtures only worked if a specific part was held down while turning the control. While this may have been a temporary workaround, it is not what guests expect from a Deluxe Room. More importantly, we were travelling with our 75-year-old grandparents. Expecting elderly guests to figure out a hidden technique just to operate a shower is neither practical nor user-friendly. Essential facilities should work normally without requiring special instructions from maintenance staff. Because the issue affected both rooms, it appeared to be more than an isolated problem. We ended up waiting for maintenance late at night, showering much later than planned, and going to bed well after midnight before an early departure the next morning. The location near KLCC is excellent, but room ambience, maintenance, and bathroom usability did not meet the standards we expected from a 5-star hotel experience.

Good location. I would like to commendably mention Fahmi, really warm frontline staff and manage guest well.

Interior is old. King size bed was made up of 2 twin beds.

The location is very convenient. The breakfast was very good.

The room looks very old, cleanness wasn’t the best. We were on floor 22nd, but there was a lot of noise from the streets, we weren’t able to sleep.

Billig wirkende Zimmer mit Plastik-Oberflächen, teilweise bestoßene Möbel, schalldurchlässige Fenster, kein Gepäckservice, ungemütlich, entspricht NICHT der Fünf-Sterne-Kategorie, eher einem Motel oder Hostel.

Ne mérites pas 5 * L’hôtel est vétuste Les entrées des lobbys pour récupérer son grab,un coup au 1 er et ensuite au sous sol!! La salle de bain qui est totalement obsolète et vétuste rien à voir avec les photos

Room very “tired.” Check in extremely slow. Not very helpful when trying to book a taxi. Both bars had very limited drinks. No cocktails available as barman was away. Other bar only had Beer and Gin. No wine! Lack of understanding guests need in general.

We stayed at Hotel Maya Kuala Lumpur for two full weeks in January while exploring Malaysia, using Kuala Lumpur as our base. The hotel’s location is outstanding — conveniently close to both MRT and LRT stations and just a stone’s throw from the iconic Petronas Twin Towers. It made getting around the city effortless. Our room was very spacious, with a comfortable bed and a partial view of the Twin Towers — a lovely touch, especially in the evenings. The service throughout our stay was exceptionally warm and professional. Teams from Sales, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage attended to every request promptly and with genuine friendliness. The breakfast buffet was truly world-class. We particularly enjoyed the wide selection of local specialities each morning — a wonderful way to start the day. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur. All the very best from Switzerland.

The over all attitude of the hotel; 1. Got almost locked inside the restroom as the drawer behind of the bathroom came out automatically due to loose screws 2. Complained about the blocked drain in the shower but not resolved 3. Cocoroaches in the drain 4. Old furniture and outdated cabinets (super unclean) 5. 2 lifts undergoing maintenance at the same time whereby longer waiting hours

The location of the hotel is amazing just in the middle of Kuala Lumpur, just 2 mins walk to the Twin-Tower and the KLCC park, the hotel is clean and room service is good. you can hear the noise of the outside but this is just beacuse there is a construction, but not too loud.

There was nothing we liked about this place.

Everything.. an old, jaded, worn-out property that looked like a local lodge with a 5-star rating. So noisy with the construction going on next doors (which should be some thing that is told to a customer during booking), and really terrible rooms. We chose to cancel our booking and go to another hotel. The worst "5-star" hotel I've seen in my life.

Location and free underground parking are excellent. Can walk to many restaurants, shops and bars. Rooms are good, large comfortable beds, good showers and aircon and WiFi. Staff are also lovely. We stayed here for the first time in 2007 and often go back as it is good value and well-located but it is in need of an update and refresh (which they are doing now). Staff are great though.

We had several problems with our room which were generally fixed quickly to be fair but still shouldn’t have happened. They could make more of the bar on the 13th floor: it has fantastic views but when we were there, it looked tired and we were told ‘no cocktails or mocktails’ were available despite being shown a decent menu for both.

Convenient. The amenities are within reach. Suria KLCC is 5 mins away. Add 2 mins to KL Convention Centre.

Hotel was decent, lifts were poor, had to wait 5-6 minutes for the lift to come up, facilities were decent - thought I’d go for a budget hotel in KLCC this time as I’ve just come from Bangkok staying at a much nicer hotel, as well as one in Krabi

Lift and the rude staff, as well as constant bike racers in the night even when staying on the 21st floor - less said the better

This is by far the worst “five-star” hotel I have ever stayed in. No drinking water in the room, incompatible power sockets, and extremely dirty bedding that made it impossible to sleep — truly disgusting. There were blood stains and visible filth; just looking at the bed made me feel sick. There was not even tissue paper in the room. I called reception and was told it would be delivered, but nothing arrived. I have photos of everything. This hotel charges high prices but delivers conditions that are completely unacceptable and far below any five-star standard. Very disappointing.

Soggiorno pagato decisamente tanto, l’unica cosa buona era la colazione. Abbiamo avuto problemi con le chiavi della stanza, problemi con l’acqua in bagno e lo sciacquone del wc. L’ascensore impiegava sempre tantissimo ad arrivare. La piscina era terribile.
