The two ladies doing the breakfasts were brilliant.

Room could have been bigger to accommodate a suitcase but I beleive that was your choice.

Netter Empfang und gutes frisches Frühstück. Zimmer sauber und mit Sitzgelegenheit. Complementary Kuchen und Likör. Gute Lage. Durch den Park ist man 5-10 Minuten am Strand von Lyme Regis. Öffentlicher Parkplatz 5 min die Strasse hoch, aber mit etwas Glück kann man auch an der Strasse gegenüber dem Haus parken.

The Lyme Townhouse is a lovely hotel in the town centre. The room is very comfortable and everything is very clean and orderly. We had delicious lemon drizzle cake slices and a bottle of home made mead waiting for us in the room, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Will definitely be back again!

Good location, convenient for Lyme and surrounding area. Staff are great, they even made us a cup of tea while we waited for our room to be ready, well before the check in time too. Nice breakfasts, particularly Dorset English and Grilled Peaches and Ricotta on Sourdough.

Quite expensive for the facilities and standard of hotel, but popular town at a popular time of year. Parking is quite difficult, particularly if you are staying at a busy time. Nearest all day parking is at the top of a long and steep hill. But that is Lyme for you.

No parking meaning parking was an additional cost and challenging as parking is so limited in Lyme Regis

The vibe, the breakfast, the ability to have a hands off check in, the staff, the views, the feel, there's just so much to like it's easier to list what we didn't like.

The only downside was wishing we could've stayed longer and the hill, but neither of these can be changed.

Just a beautiful townhouse situated a stone throw away from the beach.

Great location in town near everything. Thoughtful extras in room. Queen size bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was AMAZING! Staff could not have been nicer!!

Rooms were incredibly hot and we’d have preferred the staff to be a bit quieter in the kitchen as we ate our breakfast. I’m also glad our room was out the back of the building as at the front is a busy hill with lots of car noise.

It felt like being a special guest in someone’s home. So welcoming and accommodating of different dietary needs. LOVED breakfast!

Lovely property. We loved our room, was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! The staff were fabulous.

The breakfast wasn’t great :(. They have a great system and five delicious options but our full English tasted like it had been cooked earlier in the morning and then warmed up on arrival. However the yogurt and granola were so tasty! And they had a good range of picky breakfast bits.

This was a return visit. Room 4 on front, large comfy bed, great linens, super towels/shower. All clean and well presented. Really good breakfasts, better than most! And the staff were super friendly and helpful - thank you.for the birthday card and wine 🎉

Schönes, kleines Hotel mit einem gemütlichen kleinen Zimmer. Frühstück wird auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet und ist sehr lecker. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen kleinen Aufenthaltsraum mit Couch und sesseln. Einen kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz gibt es ca. 200 Meter bergauf.

Comfortable, friendly and efficient staff. Extras like cake, mead and fresh milk in room much appreciated. I and my young grandson were made to feel most welcome.

Perfect location for walking into town and beach front. Close to car parks (5 min hill walk away). Home made Lemon drizzle cake & Mead was delicious and a lovely treat after a long drive. Share fridge with fresh milk, room kettle & drink options were a nice touch too.

Two short flights of quite steep stairs to the bedrooms may prove difficult for some people. There is timed limited parking over the road for unloading, we were fortunate to be able to find a space.

Just lovely. Jackie, Jo and Natasha were so welcoming and helpful. The en-suite room had everything we needed and the breakfast options were better than most.

We stayed in Lyme Townhouse for 1 night on our way to Cornwall. We were greeted like family by Natasha on the Sunday afternoon after driving from Swanage. There was shortbread, lemon drizzle cake and local Honey Mead to greet us in our very comfortable room (what a fabulous touch anx very well received!). We ventured out for dinner and returned to our room, which was so lovely and cool we slept like babies that night. Breakfast was delicious, my husband said one of the best he had had in a B&B - cooked to perpection. All in all a fabulous stay, with very comfortable rooms and lovely, friendly staff. 5-stars all round and well worth the money.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Although we arrived at the accommodation quite late at night, they kindly assisted us over the phone and helped us access our room without any issues. They were also very attentive during breakfast and made sure we had everything we needed. the location and value for money were very good. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the excellent service provided by the staff.

As the building is older, there are some limitations in terms of comfort. The windows could not be fully opened, and the lack of sufficient ventilation was a downside.

Great little b&b in the heart of Lyme Regis. Nicely decorated and super clean. The staff are lovely too and you can tell really care about their business. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a bigger room as we were staying 3 days - the room was brilliant. Super comfortable, had everything you needed and you could even see the coastal cliffs. The lemon drizzle cake and complimentary drink in the room was a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious - fresh and made to order. Comfy beds, quiet hotel, good shower + toiletries by local company Wild, and friendly/ helpful staff.

It’s a shame there is no parking facilities for the hotels in town, Inc Lyme townhouse. There are some parking bays outside, and a large car park just up the road which was convenient, but it’s costly if staying several days. Some discount for hotels would be ideal.

Although the room was small it had all we needed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was brilliant and the service was great.

Very very hot during the summer though, struggled to sleep. They had a small fan but it was super weak.

Very little storage space in my bedroom. Only one small hanging rail. It needs a chest of drawers or a cabinet for clothes and a shelf for toiletries.

We both had an amazing English breakfast, served in a really lovely breakfast area by wonderful staff. We absolutely loved the extra touch of finding a piece of cake and some mead waiting for us in our room. It was delicious! I’d never tried mead before but had always wanted to, so it was a brilliant bonus.

The door to the room was incredibly thin and felt quite weak, which compromised our sense of security. Fortunately, the hotel was empty the night we stayed, so noise wasn't an issue, but a sturdier, thicker door would have made us feel much safer and more comfortable.

The breakfast - although it was an ambitious menu, and the smoked salmon was good the coffee was poor and the juices were from concentrate - a bit disappointing as the rest was good.

The hill. I am 69 with occasional lower back problem and struggled to get up the hill.

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel liebevoll eingerichtet. Freundlicher Empfang mit familiärer Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, frisch zubereitet und Sonderwünsche kein Problem. Für einen Aufenthalt in Lyme Regis optimal gelegen. Kostenpflichtige Parkplatz ca 200 m entfernt. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Unser Zimmer war recht klein, aber mit allem ,was man benötigt. Keine Sitzgelegenheit, für 1 - 2 Nächte ok, mit mehr Gepäck ist es klein.

Very good, very speedy and served with a smile

Wet nice property, well appointed. Lots of little extras that made you feel special. The cake and bottle of mead was a surprise.

The parking works but is complicated. About 200 yds to car park which is free from 6pm to 8 am but got out early to move the car.

Great little place in the middle of Lyme Regis. Small room, but contained everything you need. Lovely bathroom with powerful shower. Comfy bed and nice crisp bedding. Breakfast particularly good. Staff delightful!

Room was clean and nicely designed, Facilities were good BUT it was too cold, the heating didn't work and because the bathroom had no double glazing, is was freezing. No heated mirrors either, so very steamy after a shower! We expected the heating to still be on in cold May here in the UK.

It’s well positioned near the centre of town. The room was comfortable and well decorated. We loved the homemade lemon drizzle cake and honey mead. The staff were so lovely and helpful and breakfast was yummy.

There’s no parking and the car park is pricey and uphill from the accommodation.

Nothing, everything was great about our stay

The check in and check out process was easy. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. One of them helped us call a taxi for us. Room was modern and clean and had all the items you would need.

The outlet boxes kept going in and out, so my phone didn’t charge fully overnight despite being plugged in (and was charging when I initially plugged it in). The breakfast also took a while to come out (20-25 minutes), but I guess that’s what happens when there is only one chef.

good location.- we arrived early evening and all the entry instructions were simple easy and clear. the room was good and the bed comfy. The drunken floors were fun. really appreciated all the teas etc and the cake and biscuits.- the bathroom products were good

we were cold at night! the bedding was not sufficient and we had to raid the linen cupboard!-the weather was very blustery and their was quite a draft coming through the window. The bacon tasted odd. and the table legs were getting in the way. The breakfast booking system didn't really work very well -it left the lady understandably confused. A simple tick box system would be better.

Always a wonderful space to stay whilst in Lyme Regis. Friendly staff and wonderful rooms. Right in the heart of Lyme Regis and parking only a short walk away. Fantastic .
