can't complain all went well, room was clean and comfortable

The only thing is the wifi there is horrible, asked for help didn't get what I needed but that was ok we were there for only one night anyways. Would we stay again The answer to that is yes.

It was quiet, the bed was comfortable, water cups available. hot water was great. The staff were absolutely wonderful.

There is no sign on the maine mall road indicating the #90 or Comfort in sign with an arrow, it is a pain in the ass for non smart phone users such as ourselves who are older and trying to find your awesome facility.

A bit noisy at times with strange beeping noises around midnight. Morning was a bit noisy and we could hear the next door hair dryer at 6:30.

Floors were sticky. A/c didn’t work. Veneer was peeling off; needed to be glued back on.

quelqun a reussir a ouvrir la porte a 3.30 am donc avait un acces a ma chambre heureusement le lock etait fermer. ensuite a 9h quelqu un a taper a la porte. a la reception j ai demander a lacceuil qu on regarde les cameras et qu in me dise qui a pu s introduire la nuit dans ma chambre. ma femme etait terrifier. j ai demander a parler au gerant pour un remboursement on ne m'a jamais donner de nouvelle et c etais la pire experience de ma vie. on c est senti menacer sans aucun recours pour nous satisfaire.

Pricing is high for me . There should be a very inexpensive option for a guest that is only stopping to sleep and catch a flight out early in the morning.

La dame derrière le comptoir de la réception nous avait dit que la chambre était insonorisée, pourtant ce fût le contraire. Nous pouvions très facilement entendre la tv, les éternuements, les conversations des gens de la chambre à côté de la nôtre, même durant la nuit. Présence de "moisissures rose" sur les joints du bain et autour du shampoing et revitalisant mural. Le climatiseur ne cessait de s’arrêter tout seule.

We needed a place to stay off the main highway as we were only passing through. The location was perfect and the concierge recommended a great place to eat! Very friendly staff!

Dirty. There was sticky residue left on tables. Shower curtain was dirty as was the edge of the tub. Bathroom so small, barely room to close door to use toilet.

Free airport shuttle

I had 6 30 AM shuttle to airport. Stayed one night due to flight delay. Was told at check in that included breakfast starred 6:30 AM but I could grab fiood before shuttle. At 6 25 wan staffing breakfast area refused to turn on juice machine, stating adamantly breakfast at 6 30 even knowing I had to leave on shuttle

The area the hotel was in did not feel safe, There were a couple people lurking at edge of hotel property. The hotel really could use a facelift. It was not the cleanest hotel. Management and front desk were both exceptional and very wonderful to deal with.

I didn't like that the sink was outside the bathroom. First, second, there was no clock, there was a radio clock or something, I don't know, that didn't work, and third, they charged my card with 50 dollars without informing me and without saying anywhere on the website that they take a security deposit, which they supposedly told me they would return, but I don't know when.

The shower was truly disgusting. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a month. Mold all over and dirty soap scum built up. There was also pubic hair and hair stuck all over the wall. I wouldn’t have taken a shower in it without shoes on. My check-in process was also very slow

Airport shuttle services started at 3:30, too early for a 6:00 am flight. Next one was at 4:30, cutting it too close with construction on the way

Vergleichsweise günstig und mittels Buslinie 5 auch noch vergleichsweise gut an die Stadt selbst angebunden. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Betten sehr bequem und großzügig - als Einzelbetten (beschrieben als zwei Doppelbetten, was ich jedoch stark bezweifele).

Das Zimmer 223, direkt neben dem Fahrstuhl, ist - durch letzteren bedingt - vergleichsweise laut. Das Frühstück ist halt das, was man in den USA so bekommt. Echtes Geschirr und Besteck anstelle von Einweg-Plastik wäre aber irgendwie schon stilvoller gewesen…

We liked everything! Room/bed/shower comfort and quality...nice to have black-out shades for sleeping. We loved and appreciated breakfast...nice selection of hot and cold items. Got our Maine adventure off to a great start!

Everything was great! We were surprised to see the price doubled in a week's time, for we'd gladly planned to stay there again the night before flying; we chose a less $ AirBnb option. Perhaps the weekday/weekend rate plus a marathon run in town accounted for the difference. At any rate, it's the best chain option in comparison, in our estimation.

Room was very clean. Easy to get to location off the highway. Towels were large and soft and beds were comfortable.

Room was very small. Breakfast options had mostly run out by the end of the session and were not replenished. Bathroom was tiny and split so sink was in the bedroom area and separate from toilet/shower area.

Shanice was the only person we were in contact with, but she made everything great! The room wasn’t made when we got there so in two seconds got us taken care of. She is very professional, very funny, and knows how to make someone feel important. We wanted to thank her for being a great host! She needs a promotion if there is higher

The front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly. There were plenty of protein choices at breakfast. The bed was comfortable. Love having a microwave and fridge. Outlets and lighting for each bed.

The bathroom was very small, which didn't make a big difference because we were only there for one night.

Stayed here several times, but hadn't been here for a few years (Coronavirus). This is a safe bet, a reliable stay with an excellent staff. Full breakfast. Plenty of parking, close to all activities and stores. Room temperature was a bit uneven and it has those marshmallowy pillows, otherwise a very good stay.

When we arrived, we asked for the quietest room possible since we're light sleepers, and the person at the front desk was great: she gave us a room at the very end of the hallway. We actually had two windows, in the corner of the building. The room was great, beautiful, bright, and spacious, with a very comfortable king-size bed. Plus, the bus (Line 5) stops just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, so it’s easy to get to downtown Portland. And the hotel is significantly cheaper than one right in the city center. Plus, the hotel has a free shuttle that takes you to the airport. In short, it was exactly what we wanted for a night in Portland before heading to Acadia National Park.

Breakfast is very basic, but at least it’s there! We appreciated that it was included in the room rate. You should also know that you can hear planes taking off starting at 6 a.m.
