Clean and comfortable. Just a few miles from the airport. Good breakfast.

It was convenient and clean

Unfortunately, I left two of my denture partials in the bathroom in a cup with water and I had to call the next day seven times and they kept telling me they were looking and nobody ever called me back. I think that’s not good customer service

Very friendly staff, close to restaurants and the room was perfect for two if us. Lots of parking and close to airport

The breakfast was basic and was missing fresh fruit and yogurts.

We requested multiple times for our room to get cleaned and have towels and toilet paper replenished but no one came for 3 days. Our room got eventually cleaned the night before we left

Hilton heads really scaled the bottom of the barrel with this room . Looks like a pre school play room . Not a dresser or a closet in sight . Some cheap homegoods pedestal for night stands . Shower door is a nightmare . Water drips down the door so when you open it after a shower the floor gets soaked . Very limited tv Chanel’s . Walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors tv at night . Will not be back . Hilton needs to do better

The location was excellent. The staff went out of their way to give us the best service. we really enjoyed our time and our teens loved the noon check out!!!

The beds were a little hard.

Good location and beds were comfortable. Room was also quiet and peaceful and the decor in the main area was modern and inviting.

The breakfast was lacking and the room blinds required repair.

Stagf was lovely, including hotel.van drivers.Room was comfortable, along with gym and facilities. We only stayed one night,, and it was a perfect layover for us, and close to mall.and airport.

Breakfast was ok. Beds were comfy.

Breakfast could have had more types of sausage, maybe cinnamon rolls. Room could use a chair to sit in to watch TV rather then lay in bed to watch tv.

sheets and towels had stains, skirting boards and corners of the room were very dirty, the floor felt sticky, could feel vibrations in the room

Great location for what we needed

The facility was clean and appeared recently renovated, but other than appearances was just okay. The breakfast offered little other than lots of carb options.

Clean hotel, close to the airport. Decent breakfast.

Unnecessarily difficult to get an invoice. Reception refused to print one as I had bood through booking.com, but I also did not receive one via email as promised, despite contacting the customer service twice.

Our room was not cleaned. Multiple hairs in bathroom and shower. Dirty bathmat. Breakfast was out of many items and pancake machine broken. Staff seemed to be suffering from poor management.

Soap was empty in the shower. The stand that was over the heating/AC unit is too close to the bed and very easily kicked.

The breakfast was 'satisfactory' I was disappointed the pancake machine was out of order. I was hopeful for more of a viariety like Scramb;ed eggs,

Again, Have all the breakfast equipment working.Pancake machine was down and I was craving some. More of a viariety of meat like Bacon or ham. Heat lights to keep the food hotter on the saugage patties would have helped.

It was a nice place and offered alot.

Its very loud. Can hear the neighbors snoring, can hear the freeway traffic all night.

Breakfast was really good. I like the shelves under neath the TV stands, a long TV stand shelf, and multiple coat hangers.

Rooms were dirty and staff were not willing to help (except the maintenance guy). We checked in late and were given a room with a strong odor coming from the AC and poor cleanliness overall. Staff initially said no other rooms were available and promised housekeeping the next morning, but the room was unchanged when we returned. Maintenance attempted to address the smell, but it did not improve. After requesting another room again, we were finally moved, and the difference was significant — the new room was clean, fresh, and properly stocked.

The shuttle was fantastic!

Pillows smelled funny. Room was not cleaned while we were gone all day. Soap dispensers did not work. Very noisy traffic. Front desk was not great in the morning.

I felt like my room wasn’t very good at blocking out sound. I could hair the traffic, the other room door slamming shut, the floor noise in the room above me.

We loved this place and the food was amazing. Very friendly people and staff .

Dig hair on floor and all around the bed like it wasn't swept very good. Black marks on the toilet bowl.

The breakfast was okay. . Their machine for yogurt was out of order . The coffee was just ok.

I had a great stay at Tru by Hilton. The location was excellent and the room was very clean and spacious, which made it really comfortable. The airport shuttle was a fantastic bonus and made things much easier. The only downside was that the breakfast could have had a bit more variety, but overall it was a really good stay.

More variety for breakfast

Everything. Could not hear the neighbors through the walls. Super clean. Stayed an extra night for the storm and was given extra hour to check out because of the snow. Staff was wonderful and breakfast was yummy!

The smokers outside the front door was the only down side

Convenient location but parking is tight. Staff was polite and had emergency toothpaste.

Needs a good cleaning and some minor repairs. White walls literally show everything. Paint on edge of bathroom door was mostly peeled off. Kind of a funky smell in the elevators.

The pillows were the one thing we wished we had more of.

Exceptionaly clean & bright. Staff were not "stiff professionally" very accomodation orientated and welcoming. Rooms were clean & BRITE. A welcoming experience.

Breakfast was good. Simple & more than adequate. Was looking for something like a sweet roll (my personal breakfast sin!)

Nice clean dependable hotel. Stayed here twice for a couple of days each. Consistently good.

Ask for a room not facing the highway so it will be a little quieter.

The room was small but very clean. Bathroom was spacious.

Breakfast ended at 9 am. That's too early, would be nice if it went until at least 10 am.

Airport shuttle

We booked a king room upon check-in. We were getting room keys and sent up our room was found to be a double room.. I called down to the front desk and basically was told too bad.

We were able to have our dog with us, but at double the cost!

I got charged for 2 rooms! I have been unable to get a refund on the one that we had canceled. The room was fine, but at double the cost!

The hotel is new and this is our 3rd times to stay. Not a big deal for us but the room is not ready at 3pm. The stuff is so gentle. But the best thing of this hotel is new to compare other 3star hotels.

Also the cleanless is not good as much as staying before.

Breakfast was very nice. There was a microwave available for reheating your own food. Lots of open public space near the check in. The breakfast area was very clean and organized. The gym was bright and well equipped for the average user. There was an ice machine and coin laundry. Admittedly, we were there on the off season so it was very quiet overall. It’s a nice budget Hilton with clean rooms, good bath, and right across the street from shopping. I’m sure summer is louder and less relaxing but the rooms were fine.

Very good selection of foods for breakfast including hot items. Appreciated the amount of shelf space in the room.

Mattress was ready for replacement - sagged in the middle.

The staff is pleasant, always at the front desk available to assist, the housekeeping staff are so kind, friendly and go above and beyond to ensure you have what you need to be comfortable. The location is always excellent, easy commute to the surrounding areas and just a five minute drive from the airport.

No microwaves in the guest rooms. However there is a microwave in the lobby for guest use, however a bit inconvenient.
