Convenient and very quiet location. Easy to get to and park. Room was clean, modern and very comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of variety to choose from and good local coffee. It was fun to pop across the street to the mall when we had a little downtime. Staff were all friendly and professional.

This is a clean hotel that has been renovated. The beds were comfortable. The shower had good water pressure. The hotel is a short drive from Portland and it's an easy drive. There is free parking. The breakfast was repetitive, but staff was always prompt with making sure there was enough food and coffee available. Some of the equipment at the gym was not working properly, so be careful.

The hotel was clean. The rooms were remodeled. The location was convenient.

The breakfast was weak. There was no variety on a daily basis and there was hardly any healthy choices.

The hotel has a very strong bleach/cleaner smell to it. It also seemed very echo-y. Staff were also not super friendly.

Hotel has been recently refurbished and is clean with modern amenities.

The breakfast could be better. Eggs were watery and tasteless. Only one toaster. I prefer bacon to sausage patties. They did have yoghurt and fruit. It was expensive compared to off season, but that is Maine.

Easy access and ample on site parking

The bed was absurdly uncomfortable. Both sides of the bed had permanent indentations from prior use. I slept on the lump down the center of the mattress since it was slightly softer. They really need to replace the mattress. Noise travels too easily from rooms above so between the bed sucking and the noise of someone tromping around in the room above me past midnight, this was a waste of money and I had zero rest overnight

We stayed here for one night because our flight was delayed. What stood out was the dedication of the staff at the front desk and the shuttle driver - so attentive and so pleasant. The room was modern and clean, the breakfast fine, it was quiet. The bed was far too soft for my taste, and going to breakfast produced so much trash. The airport shuttle leaves every hour - it was a pain to find out about that, since you have to call customer support to get the hotel number. To make it easier, it’s 207-772-3838.

I like everything, the parking is big and easy to stop the car, the breakfast is great, many options to have a good coffee in the morning, the rooms are really nice, clean, comfortable. I would stay there many times when I come back again.

The room was simple, and relatively clean. The shower was not scrubbed well. Breakfast was hot, fresh, and well stocked. The bed was extremely comfortable. I enjoyed that the location was near public transit, the Airport (Shuttle included), and the Mall. Coin Laundry was available and there was helpful and friendly staff 24/7. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wanted to visit the area. Guests were respectful of others sleep hours.

The shower was not scrubbed well. I was not told at check-in that you had to request service. I thought it would happen mid-stay on it's own.

Bed was comfortable. Location to Mall and Eateries were close by.

Renovation was obvious and quality show low skill labores ... Paint, tiles, grout. Also, There were not End Tables to sit items on each side of the beds

This was perfect as a book end to our trip to be near the airport for our flight out. We figured we’d get a place close to the airport at a decent price. This was exactly it and to our surprise was very clean and comfortable and this place beat our expectations.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with the free airport shuttle. I used the gym/treadmill and that was great. The bed comfy and the Wifi good. Convenient as it was close to airport.

The location

Staff seems unprofessional and wear unkept uniforms, the pictures in the listing don’t match the actual property. Air conditioner was extremely loud and very inefficient. I had to go buy a small fan just to stay cool. The room was loud with no carpeting. The front staff, at night, was kind of weird and creepy. Not a good experience. I doubt I’ll ever stay again.

I couldn't stay at the hotel. The desk manager MrvPamer didn't accept the booking rate because he claimed they didn't receive the booking.com confirmation and wanted to charge me full rate almost 170 for one night when booking.com rate was only 117 dollars

Roaches. Live roach crawling across our bed morning of check out. Took it to the front desk in an ice bucket bag and talked privately with the woman at the front desk as not to alarm a full lobby of other guests. Was told “they don’t have issues like that and the rooms are sealed” and all they could was issue a 20% credit back to the booking site - approx $24 which is an utter joke and completely insulting. I spent the next hour on the phone in the parking lot with my booking site and received a full refund from them. There was very “questionable” residential crock-pots near the soda cooler with food and a bowl of iceberg salad in an unchilled bowl that I’m sure is not being kept per local health department protocols.

Excellent quality for a budget hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are sparkling clean, the beds were soft and the rooms were quiet. Continental breakfast was what one would expect for a budget hotel. Coffee was available around the clock. Staff was very friendly, check in was easy.

Location was perfect, near shopping, restaurants and close to Portland.

I have nothing negative to say about this place! Always been good to me!

Checking in was cordial and processed my reservation well. Checked in Friday afternoon and checked out Monday morning.

Room was not serviced by service personnel during our entire stay. Had to contact personnel for towels and informed them that service of room was not completed at all. Shower leaked onto bathroom floor every time we showered. I prepaid the hotel costs on Priceline and was still charged an additional $100.00 after I got home. No explanation of what the charge was for.

We stayed here for two nights while visiting Portland. By the standards of airport chain hotels, this is an acceptable choice. It is very similar to thousands of other chain hotels and operates on a low budget, but it’s obvious that the family who operates it cares about their work. It feels like the managers were always visible and active in the lobby/breakfast area. At least during our stay, they were not absentee owners, which sets this hotel apart a bit from its competition. They seemed to care. The room was fine. It was clean and offered what you need. Everything worked, and parking was adequate. The breakfast is nothing fancy, but offers the usual waffle griddles, yogurt, fruit juice, and so on. A big shopping mall is next door. Otherwise, Portland is not that big, so it’s only about 15-minute drive to downtown or anywhere else. Don’t expect anything fancy or memorable, but this is a perfectly acceptable choice.

Noisy, room next to some type of generator,. It ran off and on all night long, very loud. I had to go to front desk to ask for toilet paper and towels, no one came to put in fresh items and to dump trash. Breakfast was a joke, Breakfast to be served until 9:30, we went at 8:45. No food left. Ridiculous, we won't go there again.

One glaring problem with this hotel like many second generation hotels bought and overhauled by a certain people group. They do not understand their guests. Plenty of channels to watch, but no NESN. These owners just don't care that a great number of their guest want to watch New England sports teams. On our way out to dinner I ask the night manager why no NESN. He says he gets that complaint ALL the time. It clearly rises to management and ownership who don't care many of their guests EXPECT to be able to watch the Red Sox, Celtics and Bruins. It's such a cheap move to not provide what nearly all of their guests would consider "basic cable."

Breakfast was Ok but could be better. At least get some whole wheat bread for toasting.

Renovated, spacious and clean. Room was spacious and quiet. Easy access to amenities and free parking are a plus.

Minor paint details, like trim need to be finished and refined a little. Lights by the bed flickered. Price for first night was very reasonable. Decided to stay for second night and price doubled.

The "decor" of these sterile box rooms is early gulag. One small picture high over the bed. One in bathroom. The mattress is THIRTY FOUR INCHES above the floor. Good Housekeeping recommends 18 - 25 inches. You need a running start to get in! No door on the clothes cabinet. NO TOWEL RACKS OR HOOKS IN THE BATHROOM. Take your wet towel and drape it over the toilet. Or toss it on the floor. Bathtub had a divot out of the floor. No nonskid in fiberglass tub. No hand rails. Faucet was more than half an inch from the wall. Needed to use the public men's room by the lobby. What I HOPE was rust on the hand rails. The flush mechanism was missing its top. Fortunately if you found the side button in the open mechanism, you could flush. NEVERE, EVER AGAIN!!!!!

How absurdive they were to get me from into the airport

The location, the king bed was comfortable, the Staff was helpful, & the shower gel, shampoo,etc. Are helpful as we were flying.

The floor was filthy and obviously had not been vacuumed. I forgot my slippers & my feel felt gritty when walking around the room.

Location was excellent ( near airport, stores snd restaurants) staff were very friendly and professional, great parking area, I would highly recommend it.

The way things turned out with funal payment.

It started very rocky in a bad way. I had put in pre check in information. I was late due to work and my spouse needed to check in. We should have put my spouse Dawna as the customer. To many people handling the information from hotel got things messed up. In the end it worked out.

Wonderful staff, allowed us to check in early. King room was very spacious, Wonderful bed, slept better than ever, very rested. Showers were gloriously hot! Very quiet. Walking distance to the mall, less than 3 miles to airport. Great experience for the price. I feel we got more than what we paid for!!! Will definitely recommend and stay again if in the area in the future! Breakfast was simple but good.

Flew in from Mexico to attend college graduation. Our fridge didnt work. Had to throw away $60 worth of food because this place had no back up mini fridges. Their attitude about it made it worse.
