The service was superb and the room was beautiful and spacious, with a great balcony. The location is worth it, and everything from sightseeing to great food was in walking distance. The rooftop is stunning, see photos!

Excelente atención y ubicación

Breakfast staff and food were excellent as was the downstairs bar and service. Pool was another positive although well used. Proximity to all attractions was fantastic.

No food available after 3pm. Possibly could have a cold meat and cheese board that people could purchase with drinks that could be served from the bar.

Breakfast included in the price was actually very good. I can't have gluten or dairy but I was able to have a plate full of food and the breakfast staff also made me an iced coffee when all I asked for was a cup of ice! The pool area is nice with different seat choices - although $5 for a small glass of lemonade is a bit steep

I stayed in a room I didn't book, upon entry to my original room it smelt like sewage, like a public bathroom. I told the reception about this and they changed my rooms but it wasn't an upgrade, it was a downgrade I had a smaller bathroom, more dated room also when I had paid extra for my type of room so that was really disappointing.

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Hotel Croce Di Malta. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was central. It was an easy walk from the train station, as well as to all the major sights within the city. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of variety. We were here during a heat wave so having a pool was a huge plus after a hot day exploring the city. Our evenings were spent with a glass of Prosecco on the rooftop patio enjoying the music from Piazza Santa Maria Novella - what a perfect way to end the day!

Nothing, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

O pessoal da recepção nada simpático. Como o pessoal do café da manhã e da piscina. Eu esqueci um item no quarto quando fiz o check out. Escfevi um email no dia seguinte pedindo para eles guardarem para mim pois eu iria retornar a Firenze depois. Eles me responderam que nçao encontraram nada. Nunca se ofereceram para procurar, nunca se desculparam. A recepção é gentileza e cortesia zero.

Fantastic location, great staff, clean, everything we wanted

Air conditioning could have been better in our room, all the other rooms were good, our room had a bedroom mezzanine which was warm at night.

The pool was great to cool down after a hot day site-seeing. Breakfast was delish and staff was super helpful and kind. Rooms were really clean and comfy.

It does look a little bit old (around the edges) it looks more luxurious on the photos! Roof top bar is expensive and quite simple for what they charge.

Gut gelegen vom Bahnhof und natürlich auch zur Erkundung der Stadt. Pool im Garten war eine willkommene Abkühlung.

Placeringen er helt perfekt og i gåafstand til seværdigheder, restauranter og butikker. Super venligt og imødekommende personale og god morgenmad, hvor der aldrig manglede noget. Flot indrettet hotel med hyggelig gårdhave med pool og både af sidde- og liggepladser, så man kan kombinere sightseeing i byen med afslapning ved poolen. Gode senge og puder - og god mørklægning med skodder for vinduerne.

En smule bedre rengøring på værelset. Værelserne kunne også godt være en gjort lidt hyggeligere - men der manglede ikke noget.

Excellent breakfast, fantastic friendly staff, lovely room with new bathroom, great location ( €2 tram ride from the airport then 5 minute walk). Easy an access to all locations by foot. The added bonus of a pool in the city centre with poolside drinks service.

Amazing place with the swimming pool that was perfect for refreshing after walking in the hot city. Also the rooftop was really nice with the view of all the important buildings of Firenze.

Ideal location. The pool was bigger than I expected. The room was fantastic, we had 2 floors and a balcony overlooking the pool. Probably the nicest hotel we have stayed in so far.

The bathroom out by the pool could probably do with an update. The WiFi is not the best.

Felt like we were not part of the hotel. Was on the top floor in the oldest part of the building with dirty carpets and chest freezer in the hallway.

The location and facilities were amazing. Within the city center yet you still enjoy the fact that you can just stay at the hotel swimming pool area to sun bathe or swim.

Was great, a little dated in areas but we enjoyed our stay very much.

Emplacement très pratique. A quelques minutes de tous les sites à visiter. Personnel très a l'écoute. Excellent petit-déjeuner. Chambre faite chaque jour. Très beau rooftop.

Quelques détails d'entretien. Chambre au 5ème étage, moquette du couloir tachée et abimée et peinture des murs écaillée. Le liner de la piscine est décollé au niveau des marches d'accès. Attention aux glissades. L'hôtel nécessiterait un entretien un peu plus méticuleux.

Loved the pool and rooftop bar. The breakfast was the best we had anywhere. Very close to train station and perfect location for our needs.

The AC didn't seem to work properly in our room. They offered another but after moving multiple times during our vac we didn't want to pack up again. They did provide a fan, which was enough to keep us cool.

The staff was outstanding. The hotel was beautiful and well-located. Excellent breakfast with many options. Large rooms and very comfortable beds. Beautiful large pool with plenty of seating around. Hotel roofbar was gorgeous.

The AC could have been a little stronger. It was 40 degrees celsius in Florence and our room could only attain 21-22 degrees. This was not a deal-breaker but room for improvement.

Emplacement très bien situé à 5 mn du Dome et du centre historique. Nous avons tout fait à pieds. Petit roof top avec très belle vue Piscine assez grande pour un centre ville ! Gentillesse du personnel qui nous a surclassé car sdb non refaite. Sans surcoût. C’est rare !

The location was perfect! The staff was super friendly. The hotel was super cute. The rooms were basic but spacious and nice and ours even had a balcony. The valet parking was very convenient. The kids enjoyed the pool very much after a very hot afternoon. We all enjoyed the rooftop bar with the beautiful view. The breakfast had everything and was great. I would highly recommend.

The room we were in had an excellent view and the rooftop bar was an added bonus.

The air-conditioning was central so we could not make the room colder and we were on the top floor in a heatwave.

The bedroom was lovely it had a private balcony was large airy and comfortable

It’s very tired and needs a lick of paint particularly in the communal areas. The roof top bar was shabby the bar was pathetic seating dirty and damaged and yet they were charging top dollar for the drinks in comparison to far nicer hotel roof top bars. Plants were dead and It was always late opening and the staff were keen to rush you off approaching 10pm - offer the feature whole heartedly or not at all!

Ideale ligging van het hotel, dichtbij station maar ook op loopafstand van de vele bezienswaardigheden, winkels en horeca die de stad te bieden heeft. Ontbijt was super, ruime keuze aan het buffet, alles vers en personeel was zeer vriendelijk. De rooftopbar was zalig met fantastisch zicht op de Duomo.

We hadden het fijn gevonden mocht de rooftopbar iets langer open zijn.

古い建物ですが、お部屋はきれいに快適に改装されていると思いました。窓から見える景色も良く、何よりも観光スポットへ１０分ほどで歩けるので便利でした。 お買い物やお食事も周りに沢山あり良かったです。

良くないほどではないですが、朝食があまり種類がなかったです。

Room was very small - bathroom you could barely move in. Air conditioning was non existent - had to ask for a fan which equally didn’t do much but at least was available. Would have been nice to have use of the rooftop terrace as a guest throughout the stay but only opens from 6.30pm.

Super central location in the old city centre, with a nice breakfast, a lovely refreshing pool (including towels) a beautiful roof terrace overlooking the old centre and comfy beds.

Clean and comfortable and in a fantastic spot so close to everything. The pool was an added bonus and having a lift was great, especially after wandering around all day. The staff were wonderful and friendly!

Sehr gut an dem Hotel ist die Lage und das Frühstück. Zudem ist wirklich das gesamte Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch der Pool ist sehr gut und definitiv ein Pluspunkt. Und auch die Rooftop-bar ist klasse.

Es ist an manchen Stellen sehr in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte dringend Renovierungen (zB unsere Toilette am Zimmer die schlecht spülte und tropfte). Auch die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein (unter Bett/Sessel waren Haare/Staub bei Ankunft) oder die Toiletten an der Rezeption Beispiel. Zimmer älter als in Beispielfotos.

The air con wasn’t very good. The bathroom was tiny, the hairdryer was ancient, hardly any plug sockets in the room and no iron.

Ontbijt was prima, goede ligging, prima zwembad en leuk dat er een rooftop bar bij is.

Het enige minpuntje was de kleine badkamer. Een breder persoon zou hier zijn weg niet kunnen vinden, vooral de douche was zelfs voor mij te krap.

The history of the building is very cool and evident on lots of little features throughout the public areas and in our room. The staff were so lovely, incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was ready early and the buffet breakfast had great variety. Recommend hitting the breakfast right when it opens for still warm chocolate croissants. Our double room was huge, the bed comfy and the bathroom was modern with a spacious shower with great water pressure. The views from the rooftop bar were stunning and the drinks were reasonably priced compared to some other rooftop bars. We paid double in Rome. Loved this hotel and would stay again!

From the moment we arrived we were disappointed. The road was closed and the staff had no idea we had to drive round in circles for half an hour and when we called they were quite rude. The picture have been heavily edited to look much nicer, cleaner and newer than it actually is. The air conditioning was poor, the pool was dirty and rammed, the carpets were dirty

Pool is completely packed, no spots to sit outside. We got “upgraded” to a room that we didn’t ask for, which was dark and gloomy. The shower had hair from the previous guests. Completely over priced

Croce is a very well-located hotel offering spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, and the beautiful swimming pool provided a welcome retreat from the intense summer heat

the location was perfect for the family to feel like they were in the midst of Florence without being in the center. The atmosphere, rooms, value, cleanliness, noise level and service were excellent. The pool was a wonderful respite from site seeing and heat. Our group of 8 had two rooms. Five in one and three in the other and we were perfectly comfortable.

I loved the quiet pool area for a break from the heat. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I didn’t have any complaints outside of the AC could have been a little cooler in my room.
