A very funky hotel, lots to look at and lots of fun! Very centrally located close to everything! Mostly the service was good and staff very friendly.

We just had one unfortunate dinner at the restaurant which was very disappointing. It was a large group and we all felt it was a rip off. The food and service was terrible.

I had booked a red room by mistake as was sharing with a woman who was attending the wedding i was going to and I only ever met once so it caused a giggle when discovered the "romantic" room but would be lovely to return again with romance in mind as room was gorgeous .... loved my stay there thank you

Solo me hubiera gustado que los espacios comunes sean más para charlar con otros.

Location , the breakfast staff. I have never seen the concierge and when I ask the reception staff they know nothing one the city they are in…amazing!!!!

Some of reception staff, colors in the room, red and black are very gloomy, one thing I don’t understand which is writing the ward “HELL” on the mirror of the elevator, does this has relation with Freemasonry?

Da decoração, o hotel tem uma decoração muito interessante, divertida e elegante. Ficamos no quarto do céu, o quarto é muito bonito, silencioso e confortável, a vista do quarto dava para um pátio central, era bem bonita. O café da manhã delicioso, a concierge bem atenciosa. Fica em torno de 30 minutos a pé das atrações, achei bem localizado.

Really enjoyed our stay. Quirky stylish hotel with a great atmosphere. Room was great, plenty of room, location was perfect, close enough to walk to the main sights but in a slightly quieter area. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Would stay again.

Great location, quirky rooms and well appointed. This hotel has a point of view which many don’t.

The hotel advertised a pool a main reason for us staying there to be told we needed to pay over $100 aud per day for two people to use it. This was extremely frustrating and we probably wouldn’t have booked it if we had known. Toilet door is see through - which seemed a little unusual.

Beau décor, bon emplacement, personnel sympathique, très jolie cour intérieure.

Le oreillers avaient une odeur de transpiration à notre arrivée, malgré notre plainte l’odeur a persisté pendant le séjour. Notre télévision n’a pas fonctionné lors du séjour, nous avons demandé une réparation mais ça n’est malheureusement jamais arrivé.

L’originalité , déjeuner super , personnel très accueillant , chambre très confortable mais système électrique un peu dépassé …

This hotel has some awesome amenities. We visited the beautiful lounge, movie room, library, and sauna. Uniquely decorated and such a great attention to detail. The rooms were really cool and had wonderful touches like pour over coffee and cute mini fridge with complimentary drinks upon arrival.

Das Hotel befindet sich zentral in der Altstadt, alles ist zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Unser PKW stand sicher in der Tiefgarage für 30 € am Tag. Das Frühstück war super, es fehlte an nichts! Das Personal ist unaufdringlich, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. An dem Zimmer gab es nichts auszusetzen.Für unseren Aufenthalt das perfekte Hotel! Wenn Florenz dann dieses Hotel!

Jammer dat de service in de bar minder flexibel was. Om 2300 aangeven dat een espresso martini niet mogelijk is omdat het apparaat al is schoongemaakt is niet gast gericht.

It's my favorite hotel in Florence so far, i've stayed there thrice. Great location, super stylish great service and there's a car park under the hotel. Only thing that i think can make it even better is pool access.

The fact that there's no pool access, or there is one for a small pool and you have to pay for it which i found a bit weird as pool access should always be included in the price for guests.

A acomodação é incrível! O design é algo absolutamente perfeito, em todo hotel temos arte. Nos quartos, na entrada, academia, salas de lazer. O quarto é muito maravilhoso , claramente vemos as referências a divina comédia. O banheiro é incrível, super espaçoso e tudo muito limpo. A sacada é um charme e o frigobar com itens inclusos é um plus muito legal! Recebemos uma recepção adicional pela lua de mel que foi um charme?

Não gostei de ficar tão pouco tempo, gostaria de ficar pelo menos 4 dias ! Melhores hoteis que já ficamos na vida !

Magnifique hôtel atypique, dans une ancienne abbaye. Parking souterrain à disposition (payant). Grande chambre lumineuse et confortable. Grande douche. Literie très confortable. Brasserie/café très bonne.

La piscine était accessible uniquement sur réservation et supplément de 30 € par personne. Je trouve cela très cher et surprenant, notamment vu le standing de l'hôtel. Dommage

Tout. L’hôtel a une déco très stylée, la chambre est spacieuse et très confortable, le restaurant est excellent, le spa est un vrai plus. La localisation est parfaite pour visiter Florence à pied.

Hotel espectacular, muy cuidado y con una decoración preciosa. La habitación era muy grande y cómoda, con una ducha increíble y un pequeño balcón con vistas al jardín. La ubicación es muy céntrica y, además, dispone de aparcamiento, algo perfecto para quienes viajamos en coche. También cuenta con restaurante y bar, ideales para comer o tomar algo sin tener que salir del hotel. El gimnasio está muy bien equipado y completa una estancia realmente cómoda.

Como punto negativo, en las fotos del hotel aparece la piscina, pero para acceder a ella hay que pagar 30 € por persona y día. No vimos esta información claramente indicada en el momento de hacer la reserva y creemos que debería especificarse mejor. Aun así, es un hotel que merece mucho la pena y en el que volveríamos a alojarnos.

Het was wat moeilijker te vinden omdat je een eenrichtingstraat in gaat en het hotel dan gemakkelijk voorbij rijd. En dan kom je iets verder in een soort achterbuurt terecht waar je toch even begint te twijffelen.

Das Design des gesamten Hotels und der Zimmer ist außergewöhnlich toll gelungen und das Personal war durchgehend freundlich. Die Lage ist zentral und alles ist zu Fuß super zu erreichen.

Die Ausschilderung des Hotelnamens ist bei Ankunft mit Auto schlecht. Das Hotel ist nicht sofort zu erkennen und ich musste mit Auto nochmal um Block fahren.

The GPS will tell you “you have arrived “ but you have not. The hotel is in a restricted area and as a self drive you have to share your car registration with reception or you will be fined. They pass the information to the police and cancel the fine.

Colocou nos no quarto inferno vermelho e preto, esse é o nome. E aí eu não gostei bem pesado. Pedir para trocar pq não sentia bem. E aí trocou para o céu, azul e branco. Porém tive que pagar 50 euros. Achei muito errado essa cobrança mas o quarto claro maravilhoso

Die Lage ist top, das Hotel mega schön, haben einen Mini-Pool, der trotzdem eine Ruheoase ist. Zimmer sind super grosszügig, Betten komfortabel, und Dusch-gel/Bodylotionprodukte super gut riechend. Gerne jeder Zeit wieder, wenn in Florenz!

The stay was too short!!

The property was very clean and up to date. The location is steps from the water and a perfect sunset spot. Our hosts went above and beyond when we arrived and throughout our stay. They booked us a private transfer and suggested their favorite restaurants and experiences.

What a great place, we loved staying here , it was easy to find and in such a great location to visit everywhere we wanted to. We were grateful for the aircon (in the Italian heat ) and our room was amazing , the bed was super comfy and we had such a good nights sleep. The shower was huge and Bfast was lovely , so much choice and what a lovely chilled atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone

Quirky design but with a super luxe feel. A sense of humour but serious service. Amazing location, five minutes from the most beautiful views of the Arno and close Sta Maria Novella, Signoria and the Duomo.

I kept getting lost on the labyrinthine lobby floor. But that’s clearly more my issue than theirs!

Swimming pool was a dip pool & had to book it & pay€30 but did get fed & watered. Not enough seating to lie down most seats undercover & just chairs & a table. Wanted to cool off each day for a while but could only use it once.

La déco de lhotel ainsi que de la chambre. . L'atmosphère général. L'espace piscine ainsi que le petit dej très complet et de bonne qualite.

L’hotel est très central à quelques minutes à pieds des monuments et en même temps extrêmement calme. C’est aussi un super lieu de vie avec le restaurant et le bar très animés. La décoration est très originale et poussée dans les détail. La literie est très confortable.

La climatisation est un peu bruyante dans les chambres.

Booking.com advertises a pool but there wasn’t one. This was particularly disappointing as I wouldn’t have booked it otherwise.

Petit déjeuné fabuleux et équipe très sympathique et tout ça dans un lieux incroyable. L’hôtel est magnifiquement décoré un pure plaisir d’y séjourner.

A fun and stylish hotel with a great restaurant, cafe, bar and breakfast. The location is so central, we could walk everywhere. The rooms are well air conditioned and our balcony had a lovely view of the Florence rooftops. We will definitely stay here again.

The gym is small with not many options.

The theme of divina comédia is engaging and well suited for Firenze, but it feels a bit too much sometimes (too much red and too much clinical white), and there’s very little (or nothing) of the old palazzo other than the outside walls..

Hotel qui révele sa beauté des que l on passe la porte d entrée,décoration surprenante ,un grand espace interne pour le repos et le dejeuner ,de multiples endroits pour se reposer ,une grande terrasse interne avec plantes ,fontaines ,et mullti endroits pour se caler ,prendre un apero,une salle de billard et blbliotéque sublime. Une déco thematique sur l enfer et le paradis. Le déjeuner sous forme de buffet est excellent et copieux ,l acceuil y est tres chaleureuse et professionnelle La chambre (coté paradis ) est grande avec un tres grand lit tres confortable et une clim qui marche .le frigo est empli de 2 bouteilles d eau ,2 bieres ,un soda un chocolat offerts a l arrivée

Cet hôtel est une oasis dans Florence Il est fabuleux à tous les égards: . Tout d’abord, l’endroit est magique car il jouxte une vieille église Et une partie de l hôtel semble être l’ancien cloître . Ses espaces multiples: le jardin, le restaurant lumineux, les bars, dont une mention spéciale au bar I Golosi sur la piazzetta.. dépaysant et staff adorable . Le personnel souriant et vraiment serviable pour toutes questions . L’architecture du lieu et la décoration, dans les moindres détails. Et cela se retrouve dans les chambres. . La nourriture délicieuse et variée et les chambres à la décoration incroyable et confortables Bref, séjour en famille avec amis et grands adolescents On a tous tant aimé cet endroit qu’on y reviendra. On recommande !
