L'emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville, l'organisation mise en place pour le parking de mon véhicule, ma chambre qui était une grande suite très agréable et calme et le petit déjeuner plutôt bien achalandé.

Location was great, convenient walk from the train station and close walk to the duomo and mercato. Most other places I went to were a 15 minute walk at most.

Didn't feel like a four star hotel. I wouldn't have paid extra for the breakfast as you had to pay extra for fresh capuccino and eggs that weren't in the warmer (something I never had to do on my other stays this trip), fruit was also warm. Felt like a lot of things in my hotel room were slanted, wall paper peeling, could hear everything going on in the hallway and the room was quite small.

Muy buena ubicación cerca de la estación central, a dos cuadras del mercado y cerca del centro histórico.

La camera era meravigliosa, con jacuzzi e bagno con due lavandini. Il letto comodissimo e il televisore smart molto grande.

La posizione centrale implica rumore dalla strada, questa è l'unica pecca. Nient'altro da segnalare.

Personal und die lage

Ich bin mit dem Auto eingereist und ich habe ja ein Parkplatz mit eingegeben Parkplatz findet in einer Garage statt wo ein Shuttle dein Auto rüberbringt aber vom Hotel. Damit man erst einchecken kann, konnte ich kaum parken und musste mein Auto direkt vorm Eingang vom Hotel hinstellen, da es daneben keine Möglichkeiten waren, dass man kurz ein Auto da hinstellt, damit es dann abgeholt werden kann, um zu Garage gebracht zu werden. Das einchecken war auch etwas problematischer, da man über 20 Minuten warten musste, bis man überhaupt erst einchecken konnte. zudem im Zimmer konnte man das Licht nicht ausmachen, sondern man musste die Karte rausziehen damit das Licht über Nacht aus ist Handy laden konnte man auch nicht über Nacht, da das ganze Strom in der Nacht weg war, sobald das Licht aus war

Gostei bastante da localização do Hotel. A acomodação atendeu muito bem nossa necessidade. Banheiro bom e cama adequada e justa. Um detalhe é que a rua é um pouco movimentada e as vezes barulhenta (sirenes por exemplo). Bacana que é disponibilizado um local para deixar a mala após o check out. Ah, bem próximo do sistema de trem e transporte.

o que mais me incomodou foi o barulho de carros (policia e ambulância) durante a madrugada que foi frequente durante minha estadia no Hotel.

The staff were lovely and helpful, breakfast was excellent and the location is ideal.

The room temperature was cooler than it was outside but we would have liked to be able to adjust it more. Also would have liked a tea tray in the room. But none of this affected our enjoyment of our trip.

La ubicación es perfecta, el desayuno muy rico, todo de 1era, las tartas riquísimas, los huevos revueltos los mejores, nada que envidiar a hoteles 5 estrellas. La habitación estupenda con esas vigas de madera en el techo que parece que estas en una cabaña :) El personal muy atento y amable. La decoración del Hotel es "Bellísima" parece un museo de arte y los mikados que tienen repartidos por el Hotel impregnan el ambiente de una fragancia exquisita. Sin duda repetiría!

Nothing. My trip was going very well. I was coming from a lovely few days in Tuscany, attending a wedding, and I only needed a decent, safe place to sleep before continuing to Forte dei Marmi. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. The treatment only became polite and appropriate after I complained to Booking.com and shared the photos and videos of the insects, as well as the doctor’s prescription/documentation, with them. The hotel also took a photocopy of the doctor’s prescription, which contained medical information, without explaining how this information would be handled. On check-out, the hotel finally offered a full refund of the accommodation, breakfast and late check-out. I appreciate that they eventually offered these measures, but they came only after the situation had already caused significant disruption and distress. I would strongly recommend checking Google Maps reviews before booking rather than relying only on the Booking.com rating. The property was rated around 9/10 on Booking.com when I booked, while Google Maps has a significantly lower rating of around 3.8/5 based on more than 1,000 reviews. After this experience, I would not rely on the Booking.com rating alone. Reliable reviews are essential when choosing accommodation, especially when Booking.com does not provide meaningful answers or solutions and instead asks you to deal directly with the hotel, even when you feel you are being treated poorly. Booking.com offered me €12.15 in compensation for the entire ordeal, which I declined as inadequate and asked them to reconsider. They refused to provide any further compensation. I will leave it to each traveller to decide whether this is a hotel they would like to stay at, but I strongly recommend reading the reviews carefully before booking.

Very disappointing experience. I found two insects in my hotel room during a two-night stay. The first looked like a bed bug or tick and was found on the curtain. I immediately reported it, but staff said they did not know what it was, nobody was available to inspect the room, and they could not change my room. I was instead told to inspect the bed myself. The following morning, I found a second insect that looked exactly the same directly on my bedsheets. When I tried to capture it with a glass, it burst and blood came out. I gave both insects to the hotel and have photos and videos documenting both incidents. I went to a pharmacy and was advised to go to hospital for medical assessment. I walked there because the hotel did not provide transportation and spent approximately six hours waiting to be seen. Fortunately, the doctor found no serious medical concern. I missed prepaid museum tickets and did not have breakfast or lunch. I felt my concerns were not taken seriously. One staff member told me, “I don’t think you need to go to the hospital,” while others suggested the insect was probably a butterfly or fly because it was summer. The hotel eventually changed my room, but when I asked whether the replacement room had been professionally inspected for insects, I was told it had been “professionally cleaned by our housekeeper on duty”. Booking.com was also aware of the situation in real time through phone and chat, but could not provide alternative accommodation and required me to resolve it directly with the hotel. I ultimately stayed because this was a two-night stop before continuing my trip with friends. The location and facilities were okay. However, the dismissive response and lack of assistance from both the hotel and Booking.com caused significant disruption, distress and anxiety during my time in Florence.

Condiciones edilicias

La ubicación es excelente, especialmente si quieres conocer Florencia caminando. Se puede llegar fácilmente desde la estación de tren sin ningún problema y, desde ahí, recorrer a pie gran parte de los principales puntos de interés de la ciudad. Es una zona muy cómoda y práctica para moverse sin necesidad de utilizar transporte constantemente.

La puerta de la habitación no cerraba correctamente; bastaba con empujarla para que se abriera. Además, las puertas son muy delgadas, por lo que se escucha fácilmente cuando alguien camina por el pasillo o incluso cuando hablan en voz baja. Esto genera una sensación de poca privacidad dentro de la habitación.

A good stroll away from the centre but I was staying there just because of proximity to place I needed to be. There's always someone at the reception happy to help you.

Be aware that your room will not be cleaned unless you hang the tag outside of your door.

Breakfast was good. Room was quiet nice.

Never book a family room in this hotel. As they gave us with stairs up and down. Even having lift , after that had to go through many stairs and far away . But they didn’t want to refund my case payment as we refused to stay in that room. After one hour of argument they gave two separate rooms at 11.00pm . Those rooms were good but tired up to fight with them . So stay was not good overall.

Very simple to get to from Santa Maria Novella Train station where we arrived from with our two kids. A short stroll to the Duomo, and to central. The staff were genuinely helpful friendly and welcoming. Such a pleasure.

Odrapane meble (łącznie z recepcją) Zapuszczona łazienka, fatalna osłona prysznica - woda wylewa się poza wannę (na szczęście personel nie żałował ręczników i był bardzo pomocny) Wanna duża i wygodna, ale odrapana, na fugach widać pleśń. Lodówka w pokoju raz chłodzi raz nie. Widok z okna na wewnętrzny dziedziniec, można zajrzeć sąsiadom do pokoju, lub obserwować gości przy stolikach w restauracji na parterze. W oknach tylko ciężkie zasłony bez widocznych na zdjęciach firanek. Brudna klimatyzacja. Na korytarzach stara, wytarta wykładzina. Wyraźnie było słychać odgłosy z pokoju na wyższym piętrze (wibracje budzika w telefonie) oraz odgłos spływającej wody w rurach. Podobno jest jakiś widokowy taras, ale nie zostaliśmy o nim niestety poinformowani. Z jednej strony wydawać by się mogło, że hotel powinien być naprawdę luksusowy, ładne wyposażenie, ale z drugiej strony ewidentnie lata świetności i zadbania ma za sobą. Z uwagi na warunki nie przyjechałabym tutaj kolejny raz niestety.

Hotel in ottima posizione, a pochi minuti da Santa Maria Novella, Santa Maria Maggiore e il centro in generale. Personale cortese e disponibile. Buona colazione e ambiente curato in generale. A due passi dalla terrazza bar con vista sui tetti di Firenze.

La wifi ha un sistema di credenziali un po' ballerine. La pressione dell'acqua non era proprio ottima.

La ubicación era perfecta; cerca de la estación para continuar nuestra ruta por Italia, y al lado de la Plaza San Lorenzo. Tuvimos un pequeño contratiempo en la habitación, y el personal no solo nos trasladó a otra de mejor calidad sino que nos regaló una botella de cava y una carta de disculpas. Todo un detalle.

Todo, las intalaciones, nuevas, limpias. El personal muy amable. El desayuno es excelente. La ubicación es muy buena.

The breakfast was very nice with a wide variety of food. The room was fantastic. We had a view to the street below with large windows. The location was also very central with a short walk to the tram stop for the airport.

The mini fridge was very small and the wifi was quite slow.

Bright and clean with a lovely balcony. The staff were lovely when we arrived and gave us some pub recommendations as we wanted to watch the World Cup. Great location near the train station, surrounded by lovely restaurants and within walking distance. We will be back and would stay again!

The location is great, just a few minutes from the train station, in the middle of the city. Tha staff was really nice. Everything was great. A little bit noisy, but this is the price for the location.

Fabulous location. Great welcome with a free upgrade. Sister hotel has a stunning rooftop garden that is a must. Breakfast was beautifully presented and the staff from the moment we arrived couldn’t do enough. An absolute gem in a stunning city.

We wish we could have stayed longer as the room was beautifully presented.

This hotel was great. We booked on the day of arrival, as another place has let us down. When we arrived, staff worked quickly to check us in and had given us rooms in the same corridor as we asked. The rooms were clean, spacious and well decorated. The air conditioning was effective and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The cleaning staff were efficient. The location of the hotel is great. It looks and then smells good as you walk through the door.

Staff is supportive, help me to change room with bathtub. Room is a bit small but clean and tidy. Breakfast is quite good.

There was steps from elevator to the rooms which is inconvenient if you carry lot of luggages.

Everything was great: quiet neighborhood, easy walkable to all the best food and attractions, friendly stuff, clean, comfortable rooms and accommodations.

Doesn’t have elevator but that’s expected in Venice, so no surprises, no big deal. Not a problem.

The best thing about the hotel is definitely the location. It's just a short walk from the train station and most of Florence's main attractions, which made getting around very easy. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was a disappointment. The rooms are very old and look nothing like the photos online. The furniture is outdated, the beds were uncomfortable, and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell with a slow-draining shower. Wi-Fi barely worked in the room, and you could easily hear noise from neighboring rooms. For a 4-star hotel, I expected a much better experience. It felt overpriced for what it offers, and I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Détail pour moi qui met des boules quies pour dormir. Musique sur un toit adjacent uniquement le dimanche soir et bruyant mais les autres soirs et le reste était top.

La posizione, vicino la stazione di Santa Maria Novella, è eccezionale. Inoltre, benché su una strada trafficata la stanza era silenziosa.

Per essere un 4 stelle le camere sono un po vecchie (le porte, i mobili, il bagno) ed andrebbero rivisti, non tanto nello stile ma nella qualità e condizioni in cui versano. Inoltre, il bagno non aveva il bidet!

Otel, Santa Maria Novella Tren İstasyonu'na sadece 5 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde yer alıyor. Bu sayede Floransa'nın tarihi merkezindeki tüm turistik noktalara çok rahat yürüyebildik; hatta trenle günübirlik Pisa'ya geçişimiz bile son derece kolay oldu. Kahvaltısı gayet yeterli ve doyurucuydu güne başlamak için idealdi. Otel personeli ise baştan sona çok ilgili, güler yüzlü ve her konuda yardımseverdi. Floransa'da hem merkezi hem de rahat bir konaklama arayan herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

The only thing that i liked was the size of the rooms and even that was half perfect. The first room we recived was big enough to fit there three people , the second room was too small ‏

The bed in the room had bed bugs that stung my mom and made her itch all the trip. The team did not let us recive the 2 rooms we ordered and gave us just 1 key for 1 room,they wanted to fit 4 people at one room even thought we orderd 2 rooms. There was renovation that was really bothring everyone and made headache. Also we were supposed to be 5 people ,we ordered 2 rooms, then we were 4 people that countined the trip.The hotel did not returned us the money, even for the breakfast of the person who did not come (at the other hotel we stayed at they refunded us everything)

Terrible experience : they do not allowed to use AC while outside temperature was about 27-29 C, explaining it by city laws. No mosquito protection nets on windows (we been provided by some kind of spray). Rooms :looks like last renovation been made during Renaissance time....So in summary it's cheap TWO stat motel...not a FOUR star as advertised
