Hampton Inn Boca Raton

Staff was friendly

Very aged. Room was weathered

Staff were great and very helpful The hotel was very clean and quiet Would recommend to all

Nothing

Fine

The room was very basic, especially the VERY ODD closets -- felt like a tenament. The other issue was the overwhelming number of e-mails and texts that were generated from a single stay -- at least TEN for a two-night stay (and nothing I initiated). That's beyond gorilla marketing and elevated to full-fledged stalking. I was there with family for a funeral -- not interested in over-interacting with the hotel. That being said, the staff was lovely.

Location, price, layout

The management was exceptionally rude and disrespectful I was shocked with how they chose to handle things from assumptions, not facts, where the girls who are NOT the managers had to step in and handle everything professionally. I will NEVER step a foot in that hotel with most disgusting management team I’ve ever encountered

Staff was very pleasant. Process of signing in and out was super easy. Breakfast was spot on good. Location was perfect for my business trip. Overall, i would definitely stay here again. Good value.

The evening of my arrival when I was in the parking lot unloading my vehicle the sprinkler system came on and soaked me and the inside of my vehicle. I don't understand why the sprinkler system was set up to water the parking lot and not just the grass and bushes. Also strangely the power went off in my room at 11pm which actually woke me up. It was out for about 5 minutes. Oddly enough the power was on in the hallway so it was a bit weird. I chalk it up to an oddity that really didn't take away from the stay or good service and I imagine someone must have realized there was a power issue and fixed it, so kudos to whomever that was.

Beds very comfortable and room is very clean, well-equipped and quiet. Standard hotel buffet breakfast with some healthy options like Cheerios but no regular tea (only odd herbal types). Fruit salad was sour by Sunday. I wound up buying my own plain yogurt and whole wheat bread. Coffee was fine.

Unfortunately, the "system" was down the night I arrived and therefore I had some difficulty confirming my reservation (staff confused and frazzled). No wifi either. Once the "system" recovered wifi and calm returned. It would be nice if they provided teabags in rooms for those who don't drink coffee, and some standard brown tea at breakfast.

Room had a door to a connected room, could hear the noise from the neighbors

Hotel cok iyiydi

Booking.com hizmet cok kotu idi otellerin hic birinde rezervaston yapilmamisti. Hotellrre rezervaston bilgisi gitmemis bile. 15 gun icin ayarladifim 3 farkli hotelle ilgili bilgileri verdim. Yanimdaki arkadaslarim bile saairdilar. Booking.com da beklenen boyle bi durum bizleri zor durumda ve gunluk prigramlarimiz aksatici oldu.

The convenience to the location

How friendly the morning staff was for breakfast and the variety of breakfast

Good location for my business visits. Big rooms , very good maintained.

Staff could be more friendly and faster in handling check in.

Close to where I needed to be. Generally delivered on expectations for a budget business hotel.

The staff was excellent. They're very helpful! Rooms are very clean. Pool is really nice!

The breakfast wasn't the best. The sausage and bacon are soggy, but they have a decent selection.

BIG room. good breakfast

No safe. The toilet clogged up. After they cleaned it. It smelled .They were accommodating and gave us a different room .

Tudo!!

Really friendly and helpful staff.

Nothing

Excellent location. Across the street from a strip mall that has everything anyone could need. Next door to a gas station too which was kind of ghetto.

Nothing. Everything was great!

Super friendly staff! Great breakfast!

Local area more business than leisure

Georgia the emphathetic front desk officer after my room got flooded with toilet water

The other hostile personel from the front desk to front office manager. My room got flooded on thursday 30/04 with toilet water and Jack Wickliffe has the audacity to gaslight and tell me it was the bathtub that flooded into the room.Maintenance people either lied to him or he is a liar himself Either way, stay away from this hotel or get prepared to pay an attorney to help you sent them straight if you unfortunately have an existing booking. They need to be trained and retrained on hospitality.I will definitely never come back or advise anyone to

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful! Everything was clean.

Negatives - fan on A/C in room was extremely loud and rattled, kept me awake. Property was fine. Clean and did the job (stayed while moving daughter out of FAU).

Location

It was dated and could use a remodel

Staff was awesome. Good location for beach visit, just a short drive away. Room facilities adequate.

Pool was small and not heated. Cupboard and clothes storage are surprisingly small. Room facilities just adequate.

Breakfast was good. Facility very clean. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Location and staff

The breakfast could of been better

Jack and his staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. At breakfast, they were serving western omelets that included ham, which my husband doesn’t eat for religious reasons. The staff member was very accommodating and kindly offered to prepare two egg and cheese omelets for him. We truly appreciated the thoughtfulness, and overall, our stay was excellent!

If I had to find one thing wrong, it would be that the AC was a little loud but that is reaching.

The staff were wonderful

The bed was a bit soft More light would have been helpful

The staff was very helpful and cheerful. Very clean and comfortable.

Excellent breakfast. Kind and helpful staff. Beautiful pool.

Location was convenient. Clean

Breakfast was poor based on the price of the hotel

Clean room, courteous staff

Had reserved and paid for "King bed with pool view", first night was two queens with window on alley, second two nights moved to king bed with parking lot view.

Evening cookies

Jodi was so nice when we checked on, later than expected.

The whole staff were very nice. The hotel was always clean and the room as well. The breakfast was excellent. And the check in process was super fast. I will come back again.

Everything was fine.

Excellent staff - friendly, helpful, and proactive.

For the price, cleaning every other day is not OK.

Very 80’s need upgrade

The olden not renewed updates look and clean feel

Gostei de tudo Excelente

It was a great night in Hampton inn before our cruising day

Our air-conditioned went out so we needed a place to stay. All the other hotel prices was ridiculous high. You guys weren't. Everyone was very friendly. They upgraded our room. The room was very nice and smelled really good. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other people. The breakfast was good Had a nice variety of breakfast items. The coffee was really good too.

The only thing that was wrong was rust running down the shower tiles from the grab bar in the shower

I’ve never could stay there becouse Booking did not confirm with the property

Very clean, decent breakfast, and staff were very courteous and professional.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn in Boca Raton on New Year’s Eve and had a great experience. The location is excellent, close to everything, yet secluded enough to enjoy a quiet and restful stay away from the city’s noise. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A special mention to Janelle, who was wonderful during check-in and provided excellent service. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a great place to unwind.

The only drawbacks were that the room air conditioning was set very cold with limited ability to adjust the temperature, and the lack of traditional closet space. Storage is instead designed around the window area and behind the curtains, which works for short stays but can be inconvenient if you have a lot of belongings or are staying longer. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning.

quarto, localização boa e segura, ótimo cafe da manhã.

carpete no quarto. banheira e cortina.

Very convenient and the people could not have been nicer. We were often the only ones at the pool area. Beds were comfortable and the towels were clean. The price was right.

Place is in desperate need of a renovation. No dressers in any room and the closet is behind a curtain.

As camas são confortáveis. Hotel limpo, organizado.

I was especially pleased with the greeting upon entry. Reception staff was very cognizant of arrivals. This greeting was very welcoming each and everytime I came in. Having packages shipped to the location presented a very seamless experience. The room was comfortable. It has a nice lounge chair that was perfect for evening relaxation with a view of the pool. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Front desk staff were friendly and the free breakfast was really good! The Western omelets in the buffet were a nice surprise, and the rooms were very clean with real pillows (not just big stuffed ones no one could actually sleep well on).

Honestly nothing, will stay here next time we come.

breakfast was good

The staff was friendly, the room was comfortable, it is easy to get to and it offers a good breakfast.

Housekeeping could have been better.

very friendly staff and atmosphere. great breakfast
