The location. Parking . The room was spacioux for 3 Adults Breakfast décent.

I didn’t like the shower. Couldn’t adjust the head. Too much pression.

It is OK Hotel , We are moving Student in to FAU, so to sleep over night is perfect.

I really liked the location and frint desk staff were lovely.

We were interrupted the morning of check out multiple times. The housekeeper knocked on door at 945 and we answered saying we would be leaving at 11 am. She repeated it and the returned at 10:45 and knocked again. I found this to be rude. I told I would be out at 11 as I was packing my belongings. This was NOT a language barrier.

I had a fabulous stay, room was perfect stop on the way to the Florida keys just off the i95. Staff were super helpful, room was clean and well maintained, breakfast was fabulous, clean space, perfect for us on an overnight stop. Don’t listen to the negative reviews, I almost cancelled so glad I didn’t⭐️we heard zero traffic noise and had a pool room and I didn’t hear anyone through the double glazed panes.

The property was beautiful and clean and welcoming it was perfect as we had reservations for a Hotel close by but we couldn't stay it was horrible. This place was clean staff was amazing that checked us in Ricardo was great at check out. All the staff we encountered were amazing we will definitely stay there again.

Great property close to Florida Atlantic University, super convenient for anything near the university. Appreciate the friendliness of the staff and what a great breakfast! Good value when in the Boca Raton area.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this Marriott property in Boca Raton. Upon arrival, the bed sheets had visible stains and appeared dirty. Rather than having housekeeping address the issue, I was left to change the sheets myself. The floor I stayed on also had a strong, unpleasant odor throughout my stay, making the overall environment feel unclean and poorly maintained. Although I declined housekeeping service, I requested clean towels during my stay. I was told that all towels were currently being washed and that they would be available later.Unfortunately, I never received any clean towels. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of customer service. I reported these issues to management and received only a brief apology. I was told the matter would be escalated to upper management, but I never received any follow-up. This hotel charges Marriott-level prices but delivered a motel-level experience. Cleanliness, basic guest requests, and customer service all fell far below expectations. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property based on my experience.

The location and price was perfect

We switched rooms but our first room, the bathroom was dirty. There was still pee in the toilet. We told the front desk and they switched us, however we were 2 adults 1 child and they didn't have any double rooms available so we were moved to a single King room with sofa bed and it was too tight. Absolutely no space in that room. However, the bigger issue was the bathroom was dirty again! The floor was filthy like someone spilled something and it was never mopped. 2 rooms, 2 dirty bathrooms. The front desk didn't do anything for the inconvenience. Do NOT recommend.

Very safe location. We left all hours of the day and night and always felt safe. Clean property. The breakfast staff were all so sweet!

Det här är tredje gången som vi bor på SpringHill Suites i Boca Raton. Det är nära till Florida Atlantic University. Personalen är trevlig, hotellet är uppfräschat och rent. Poolområdet är trevligt.

Buller förekommer från flygtrafik och tåget som går precis utanför men det störde inte oss så mycket.

1-Star Review – SpringHill Suites Boca Raton This hotel is in unacceptable and potentially unsafe condition. There is a strong, persistent smell of smoke throughout the building. The air quality is so poor in certain hallways that your eyes literally burn while walking to your room. There are visible signs of moisture damage and what appears to be mold. Breathing inside this property feels unhealthy. The elevators break down repeatedly and feel unsafe when they are operating. During our stay, they were unreliable and clearly not properly maintained. Fire alarms went off. Hallways were loud, chaotic, and uncontrolled. Cleanliness is a major issue. The rooms are small, worn down, and poorly maintained. This isn’t “dated.” It’s neglected. The entire property feels like it has been allowed to deteriorate without oversight. Management was dismissive when concerns were raised. There was no urgency, no accountability, and no meaningful effort to correct serious issues. We were booked for three nights and left early because staying there felt unsafe and unhealthy. This property does not meet basic standards of cleanliness, maintenance, or safety. If you are traveling to Boca Raton, choose another hotel.

I highly recommend you choosing another hotel no hot water didn’t want to compensate me. The manager. Jason is a liar and all of the team likes to play games. They hang up the phone. They treat you with disrespect. They tell you that they’re gonna give you another opportunity that to fix it and then the team plays games with you. Highly recommend somebody choosing a different hotel than this one Marriott does not help the matter either they will not compensate you for anything different. You should probably choose a Hilton or somewhere else than Marriott or the Springhill one in Boca Raton.

Not everything about this property is bad. There is plenty of parking, shared between this hotel and the adjacent Town Place Suites, which appears to be managed by the same company. The breakfast buffet is also good- a nice range of options. I was worried that the proximity to I-95 would result in traffic noise, but that was not the case. The windows are two separate layers, with about a 3-inch gap, which provides adequate noise insulation for the traffic. But, as the front desk readily admits, the trains that pass very nearby create noise that penetrates the noise-insulating windows. Now for the bad news. When we checked in, we were assigned room 222. My Titanium Elite profile indicates a preference for higher floors and in a 5-story property, the second floor is NOT a higher floor. When we went to the room I was appalled. It was very small, and the layout was terrible. Most noticeable, immediately, was the tiny space between the end of the bed and the wall that forms one end of the (open) closet. I immediately went back to the front desk and complained. I was told that all the rooms were the same. The front desk staff apologized and admitted that the design was terrible, an unfortunate result of a botched renovation. I soon learned that the assertion that all rooms were the same was not true! I inspected the emergency evacuation plan for the hotel and discovered that floors 2-5 each have several rooms (12) that extend further than the one we were assigned (see attached photo of the floor plan). When I returned to the front desk and noted this obvious discrepancy with what I had been told, I was assured that the different layout was trivial. I asked to examine one of these rooms and was told that they were all occupied, something I was unable to verify. That may have been true, but the way the front desk staff interacted with me made me believe they might be lying, again. We were unable to move to another property on such short notice, i.e., Valentine’s Day weekend! So, we had to endure this terrible room for 3 nights. The bathroom illustrates another example of poor workmanship. As the attached photo shows, the shower head pipe curves in a way that does not allow the collar to meet the wall. The only drawers for storage in the room are a plastic case (see photo) near the desk, not in the bedroom area. The space between the end of the bed and the end of the (open) closet area is about 14 inches! The small refrigerator near the desk has no doors on the space where it sits. The photo below shows the hingers where a pair of doors should be but there are no doors. Marriott should be embarrassed to have a property of this terrible quality as part of their portfolio. The afternoon front desk staff was obnoxious, at best, also a bad reflection on the otherwise fine Marriott name.

Please forgive me; I am late sharing my review but I didn’t want to go without sharing a review at all. My son and I stayed here for the extended stay. We stayed from July—October and although it was a long time, our experience here was like no other. The front desk staff—Mrs. Shannon, Mrs. Zhanna, Mr. Ricardo, Mr. Robert, Mrs. Stephanie, Housekeeping Director—Mrs. Minnie, and the Maintenance Director—Mr. David, and their teams, all treated my son and I with so much love and care. We were greeted with smiles every single day and the smiles were genuine. The team set a new standard for what to expect with customer service. They were kind, friendly, and they always made us feel at peace staying in the hotel. The team even recommended family friendly places for me to take my son. The hotel was being renovated while we stayed there and the results are beautiful. The rooms are modern, elegant, and very comfortable. The housekeeping team was amazing, friendly, respectful, and hardworking. You can smell the cleanliness each morning from the hallways all the way down to the dining area. The kitchen and dining team had their space clean and well kept all throughout breakfast hours. The team created a friendly atmosphere to where you were coming down for breakfast and end up meeting a new friend—laughing and talking. I enjoyed the variety of food selections and the food tasted really good. The swimming pool was clean, well kept and calming. The location of the hotel has easy highway access; however, it is set to the back—leaving it to be a quiet and peaceful experience. There are many fast food restaurants, dine-in restaurants, and gas stations nearby. There is a walking/biking trail across the street from the hotel, for those who like to get their steps in outside. Overall, if you are in the Boca Raton area and searching for a hotel, SpringHill Suites is the place. I would highly recommend this hotel and the staff are phenomenal!

No hot water first day beds both had deep holes in them

The room was fantastic. Lots of light, the beds were comfortable, and white clean sheets. The breakfast was ok. I have had better. Lots of choices, and we ate something different every morning. The staff was incredibly friendly. Always smiling.

Renovations. No mention of this on their site, and the hammering until 6pm was a bit annoying. I think they should definitely let the customers know or offer a reduction in price.

We absolutely loved this hotel – everything was perfect! The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was lovely, spotlessly clean, with fresh, great-smelling bed linen. Everything we needed was provided in the room. And the breakfast – what a delicious, varied, and delightful experience! Special thanks to the chef – everything was incredibly tasty! I’ve never had such perfectly crisp and delicately fried bacon, not even in the finest restaurants!

Not properly maintained hotel rooms. The bathroom door and handle were broken. Housekeeping left my room unlocked for hours. I came back to find my room open.

Room layout was excellent with the working area separated from the bed area. Breakfast too was excellent with sufficient variety
