The menu was the same each morning. Maybe they can switch it up a couple of morning other than that the breakfast was good. The food was good.

As far as the room, the rooms are nice and clean. The toilets are so low to the ground so that is something they need to change the television stations they have for old old old they have HBO Cinemax and STARZ everything on there are 80s and 90s shows televisions definitely need to be upgraded.

Hotel is gorgeous! Very clean wonderful staff beautiful room. Will definitely be back.

Lives having a little balcony to watch the sunrise. Hotel was classy, fun, and a great value. We look forward to visiting the area again just to stay at this location again.

Requested a crib but didn’t get one. It was okay. Bed was so big and comfy the baby slept find between us. I had a pack and play but didn’t need it much. Aside from that this place is wonderful

The room was nice. All the common areas were upgraded including the breakfast and conference areas. The happy was nice and the space was great to watch multiple games on tv.

I was excited to use the outdoor Jacuzzi, but it was filled with bugs. The Front Door staff was really awesome. However, everyone else especially the breakfast group were just a little rough around the edges. The breakfast service was really a big letdown.

They never gave us a room some sort of computer issues, we had to find some place else to stay. They would not check us in manually. My money has not been returned like I was told it would be. I’m really not happy with this situation at all.

This is about my 5th stay at this location. The hotel is conveniently located in between Delray Beach and Deerfield Beach in Boca Raton just a minute off I 95. Tons of shopping and restaurants just minutes away- 30 minutes north of Fort Lauderdale- Parking is free in a well lit parking lot . The hotel is a complex that has two other hotels. The lobby is large and welcoming -staff are friendly. Check in (even early) was seemless. Walking passed the lobby you enter a very large appealing open spacious room with an abundance of seating, tables, couches etc - good place to gather. The area has a full bar with several flat screen TVs- (hotel stay includes tickets for included daily happy hour drinks) bar prices are typical for a resort. There is a restaurant that offers lunch and dinner. Breakfast is located in this space daily - (included) The breakfast is slight above average for a typical hotel continental breakfast- they have omelette station with a chef. Glass elevators take you to your room. The common hallways need some refreshment- carpets are clean but worn. The rooms are all suites. You enter the room which leads to a living room with a couch, table chairs, and dresser drawer. There is a flat screen TV there. The area houses a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. A small hallway leads to bathroom - large bathroom (also showing signs of age and need of refurbishing) The bedroom has an armoire, dresser, night stand with a small charging station. Another flat screen (remotes were missing for both TVs but ok I never watch the TVs so no big deal for me) There is a sort of balcony - but no chairs and no privacy- not really good for hanging out- Bed test - average comfort - A thermostat controls the rooms temperature and works well- (I lowered the AC and probably could have supported a snow storm - it gets cold ) The room also shows sign of age- worn carpets, over chaulked and over painted areas- “well used” I would say. Black light test: it’s clean - Noise : noisy at times but tolerable Smoking : smoking is prohibited although people clearly smoked on their balconies including cannabis- but it was outdoors so not the end of the world- Yes, the hotel needs some TLC - but I would definitely return for a stay - all in all it’s a popular busy hotel that I would give 3.5/4 out of 5 stars. Is it luxury? No - is is a good solid option? 100%.

My family had the opportunity to be checked in by Sandra and Luis. Wonderful personality. Very helpful, which made our stay pleasant in a clean environment.

We enjoyed the breakfast and the service with it. We think it's always great when this is included. The personnel at check-in was very friendly.

In the beginning, there was some confusion as to whether the replacement of towels etc. should be daily. We appreciate a daily towel replacement, supply of toilet rolls, making up the bed etc. After 2 or 3 days, it was ok.

The room was dirty, and even after we were moved to another room, the carpet was covered in stains, the sofa mattress had mold and stains on it, and the room smelled absolutely terrible.

Coming from the International airport takes 1 hour. I already knew that, but it's something to consider. Despite the webpage saying the check-in is up to 11 pm, someone was at the front desk to check us in, and they gave us the key and the bed-sofa sheets. That was great, but I was doubting whether we could enter the hotel until we arrived, which is a bit stressful traveling with kids at night. You should be clear about the check-in time.

The rooms smell horrible, we have to put everyday a perfume bc we can’t stand up with the strong smell. The front desk staff are very kind, and the breakfast area very nice.

The fitness center, the spa, the open area in the middle being where the breakfast is served. I really love the layout of this hotel.

First I would like to start with the front desk receptionist Ryan. This gentleman deserves an award for being the most polite and down to earth employee Ryan has made this trip feel loved and appreciated from me to my son and my girl I’ve never been to a hotel on a family trip and felt at home as well the atmosphere,the energy all felt pure and joyful as well as the general manager holly she deserves recognition she as well has made the whole trip felt special her customer service has made me feel like family instead of a customer in for that this will always be my go to hotel if I’m in need of a mini vacation thanks to Ryan and holly I will forever recommend Embassey to my friends and family may nothing but blessings and peace and happiness be upon Ryan holly and the rest of the staff 😀

Let me say many thanks to the GM Holly who is a hands on walk around professional at all points of the hotel. During my stay, you just not sure where you might bounce her up as she really gives a 100% percent beyond for the team. She actually checked me in when I tell you she gets into delivering the service. I also want to thank the team for breakfast, Ulysses and Tommy. Great guys and they really do put in the required effort to meet all guest needs for a big breakfast area. Mr Alfred, the omlette chef is a stalwart as he has been there over 30 years. Yes, the hotel is under some physical refurbishment but they do cater to informing the guests on time. Here is my issue with the hotel. Some of the guests. Unfortunately, it was the Juneteenth holiday week I stayed and the weekend was busy and very full.I personally believe that some parents do not control and teach their children respect for other people property and abuse of facilities. I mean, who would have their kids running around the hotel restaurant from the sit down lobby to the gym to the elevators and running around shouting loudly on the floors? Yet, these parents were sitting drinking alcho and enjoying their buckets of KFC and laughing like its a joke. Surely, they will not do this at their home. I hope not. Other, than this observation, I had a good stay and I wish Holly and her team all the best as they continue their renovations. Certainly, will stay here on my next visit once I am in the area.

Starting off with the positives! Beautiful lobby. Parking lot felt safe. The front lobby staff and check in desk were kind, professional and responsive when we encountered these issues. We needed a room for one night on our way to Orlando. I THOUGHT the Expedia reviews were decent when I skimmed in a hurry. I should have dug deeper! Now, the negatives. Roaches in your room as you shut the door and several run up the walls. We were first assigned the 6th floor. Asked to move because of the roaches and were moved to the 5th floor without any hassle from the front desk. Moved us quickly. New room … Better. Not great. Water stained ceilings in both rooms. Bunch of hair on the bathroom floors. I understand wear and tear. But, roaches … water stains on the ceilings and the STRONG smell of mildew just makes spending 170 bucks for a room feel like a bit of a rip off. I assume I’m paying for the “beachy” area. The rooms need a total overhaul. Honestly, it kind of grossed me out and I wouldn’t return or recommend. The property owners need to do better! Your staff was kind and friendly. They can only do so much when your rooms are full of roaches and mold.

It is a 4 star hotel, it could get 5 stars by cleaning the rooms and make beds everyday.

They just replace towels if you require the front desk to do so. They do not replace sheets everyday, that is no acceptable for a 4 star hotel.

I loved the location, the staff was great & very helpful, I liked the complimentary breakfast included, as well as the complimentary drink ticks for the stay.

The resort is old and out dated, you can tell it needs some renovation & furniture updates, out closet door in the living suite was falling off track nd hard to close or open, the room was very tight with the twin beds, not much space for our party size that it states it accommodate, the partial balcony, no good channels to watch on the TV.

I stayed at Embassy Suites Boca Raton from March 20th to March 22nd and had a very pleasant experience. The staff was welcoming and professional, and the suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel’s location is convenient and clean, making the stay even more enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options.

The only downside was the lack of reliable internet accessibility for guests, which made it difficult to stay connected. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to others visiting Boca Raton.

At first, the hotel looks lovely. However, as soon as we got into the room, we noticed a mildew smell inside, we took a video of the room in case as we got settled in. Although.. as soon as I got into the shower.. there were multiple cockroaches in the room. I don’t recommend, especially the sixth floor in Boca Raton on 661 NW 53rd Street, Embassy Suites.

Everything was perfect - spacious rooms, lounge area & bathroom, really comfortable beds, extremely clean, exceptional breakfast, super friendly and accommodating staff. Beautiful pool area. Will definitey go back and recommend to others.

Stayed here for two nights in May for a business trip. Lots of space to work in the main atrium. Breakfast has a made to order omelette bar which was fabulous. The hotel does have an outdoor pool but didn't have time use it. The interior of the hotel has the classic Embassy suites atrium style, all rooms face each other in a rectangle and open air hallways. The rooms are very dated and very bland. But we paid only $110 a night and this included parking and breakfast. The room styles are the "ensuite" rooms where you have a living room, bedroom, separated by a bathroom in between. The hotel is pretty far set back from the road, in the Florida heat you'll want a car to get to local eateries and shops. Overall, it's an older style hotel from the 90s that they know needs renovations and will be done in summer 2026. The staff were great and hopefully once the rooms are re done it'll be an even better experience.

Very shaby rooms, small and musty, not at all the ES quality we are used to. The bathrooms are some of the worst I've seen. We changed rooms twice because of yhe bathrooms before we found one that was just acceptable. They are scheduled for a renovation Sumner of 2026. I would wait for the completion of the reno before staying here.

I recently stayed at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Boca Raton and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. I arrived Friday evening around 7:30 PM after checking in online and selecting my room in advance. At no point was I notified that my chosen room was unavailable. Upon arrival, I was informed there were “mechanical issues,” and the room I selected was no longer an option. While I understand that issues can arise, the lack of communication beforehand was frustrating, especially given the late arrival time. I was initially assigned - room on the second floor which was completely unacceptable. From the moment I walked in, the condition of the room was shocking. The carpet was heavily stained throughout, the room felt very outdated, and overall cleanliness was far below expectations. The bed skirts were tucked awkwardly, exposing the box springs, the bathroom sink was cracked, and the balcony view was essentially nonexistent- overlooking what appeared to be the top of the entryway. I immediately contacted the front desk to request a different room. While I was reassigned to another room on the fourth floor, the issues persisted. Again, the carpet was visibly stained and unclean, creating an overall unpleasant and unsanitary environment. When I inquired about the condition, I was told the hotel is in the process of renovations and the carpets have not yet been replaced. However, ongoing renovations do not excuse the lack of basic cleanliness. Paying guests should not be placed in rooms with visibly dirty and stained carpets. Additionally, the service lacked professionalism and empathy. The staff member who assisted me was not particularly courteous, and there was little acknowledgment of the inconvenience or effort to make the situation right. The only redeeming aspect of the property is the lobby and restaurant area, which appear to be better maintained. Unfortunately, once you leave that space, the condition of the guest rooms does not match the standard one would expect. Overall, this was a very unsatisfactory experience. I would not recommend this hotel and would strongly encourage management to address both cleanliness and customer service issues, especially during renovations.
