פעם שניה במלון לאחר 4 שנים ואנחנו עוד נחזור, ממש כיף להיות שם שירות טוב, מחייכים, אדיבים ותמיד יש רצון לעזור, היינו בחדר שמותר לעשן הייתי ממליץ להתקין מכשיר יניקה או חלון פתוח שהכל סגור פשוט לא נעים הצעת יעול

Location is superb and views are fantastic

Rooms are a little dated, they don’t have the luxury feel for a 5 star.

I give this hotel the highest rating because they pay attention to every detail of their guests' experience, from arrival to departure. The reception and services provided are prompt and efficient, and each staff member treats the guest with respect. The hotel's cleanliness is exceptional, and its location is superb. I wish the hotel management and staff continued success and progres

I prefer breakfast in my room but that is not in the option.

Beautiful hotel, clean, friendly and attentive staff. Lovely breakfast buffet. Good location. Room clean and comfortable.

Pillows were flat and soft. Food and drinks on-site very expensive, as expected.

Ac wasn’t cold as the previous visit even though I said in the check in I wanted a cold room. The room was smell when I first came.

The room and the whole floor had clearly just been renovated, so at first glance everything looked fresh and new. Breakfast was served in a lounge with a calmer setting than a typical buffet room.

- The room had no bathtub, despite one being advertised. - Past that, the renovation did not hold up well: lettering was already peeling off the walls and doors, the electrical wiring was untidy, and the tiling and wooden joints were sloppily finished. - The room was not properly clean overall: the decorative bed runner had been tossed into a cupboard instead of laid on the bed, we even found a torn-off coaster inside our toothbrush glass. - The breakfast lounge's dish selection was limited, mostly viennoiseries and a few sandwiches. - It was our daughter's birthday, which we had mentioned when booking as suggested. An employee of the hotel called us the day before to arrange a decoration for her. Nice attention. Following their instructions, we informed the front desk when we went out of the room for breakfast so they could decorate it then. They came more than 1 hour later, we were already back in the room. The decoration was nice (red petals on the white bed), but not for a 9yo. - For $400 a night, there was zero care for detail and limited care for the customer.

Amazing Stay with Exceptional Hospitality! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay! The staff were extremely warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. Special appreciation to the room service and dining teams—they were always friendly, helpful, and went the extra mile, even helping us with food during late hours. The location is simply amazing, with a beautiful sea view and stunning views of the Mumbai skyline and Marine Drive. The food was delicious, and the staff were also very helpful in guiding us around the city and suggesting ways to navigate and explore Mumbai. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable experience with excellent hospitality. Definitely value for money and highly recommended!

Amazing Location, friendly staff. Room service staff was nice and helpful.

Average room comfort, AC seemed underpowered at 18.5 degrees celcius, the room felt warm at night. Reception did not register me for wifi, 1 hour after I had checked in. Had to call them to activate wifi, which seems a bit unnecessary and incovenient for a 5 star property. Elevators can be slow and overly crowded at times. I had asked someone to help with luggage for check out but no one showed for 25 minutes, after which I just moved the bags myself.

The breakfast area was very crowded, we had to wait for sometime to get the table and it was very noisy.

Excellent location, great breakfast, very good service, beautiful views, and excellent facilities. Overall, everything was very well maintained and we really enjoyed our stay.

The only thing we didn’t find very comfortable was the mattress. It could be improved to make the sleeping experience better.

Staff Is excellent, Service is top class, You don't need to ask anything, you get it fore you even ask, Personal tough is felf at every stage from check in to check out. keep it up.

Had a small issue of the baggage delivery to our room, But was sorted out by the efficient staff in some time.

Rooms are spacious nice and clean . Hotel staff.

الغرفة واسعة وجميله وبها كل المرافق والمستلزمات .. الغرف بها شطاف. الموقع على البحر مباشرة التنظيف جدا راق وتعامل الموظفين رااائع .. الفطور خيال ومتنوع ومطعم كبير جدا الجيم عالمي والسبا روعه خدمات الفندق ممتازه جدا هذه ليست اول مره لنا في هذا الفندق لكننا نفضله على كل الفنادق لان موقعه هادىء خدماته رائعه يوجد مول بالفندق

Despite the improvement made, still communication is poor, handling parcels always below expectations and in room dining as usual missing the instructions

the view of the room was not nice. THE PRICE WAS TOO HIGH RELATED TO THE QUALITY OF THE HOTEL AND TO THE ROOM A WAS GIVEN.

Please modify the flush in komods. Doesn’t make sense to keep the flush attached to it. Food is overpriced. Without informing the residents, cleaning of the rooms shouldn’t be allowed.

The room was amazing and newly renovated. It provided a good view over the city and was incredibly comfortable and modern. The staff were super helpful and would accommodate any request. The breakfast also allowed us to indulge in the Indian cuisine and Akash was so helpful in telling us what to try. He also got the kitchen to make items not on the menu so we could enjoy our experience of Indian food even more!
