We had an Incredible stay at the hotel. All the staff is extremely helpful, sweet and warm. The buffet spread at Inter Continental is great. Chef Sulil , Nitin & his team are exceptional. Housekeeping staff Chaitanya & Satish made sure we had an amazing and comfortable stay. And last but not the least Srijit, his attention to the smallest details and willingness to help made us feel genuinely cared for. The hotel has all the comfort and luxury, but what makes it truly special is the feeling of home.

This has been such a satisfying stay for me. The location is unbeatable as it is close to accessing everything in the central area of Mumbai. It is a luxury boutique hotel, and the level of service from the staff deserves applause! Chinmay, Ayush, Prasenjit, Shreya, Tamya, and Monish are just some of the ones I managed to jot the names of, but everyone was superb! The room had a panoramic sea view, and you could just sit and gaze. The one-bedroom suite was very spacious but does not have a separate living room. The bathroom was huge. Watching the Queen's necklace at night from your room was an unforgettable experience.

I had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the warm hospitality and excellent service throughout my visit. A special thank you to Sidiqqa, who welcomed guests during breakfast. She was exceptionally professional, warm, and attentive, and her elegant way of dealing with guests really stood out. She made every morning feel welcoming and pleasant. Thank you to the entire team for the great hospitality. It was a very positive experience, and I truly appreciate the care and professionalism.

We stayed at InterContinental on 30 june. Hotel is small in size however its very good as we got personalised service during breakfast. Since we booked three rooms front desk Manager upgrade on our room and ensure we are on same floor. They arranged small cake for celebration. View from pool is really mesmerising. We will definitely visit again to InterContinental mumbai.

There is something magical about an old-school hotel on a rainy day in Mumbai. Staying across from Marine Drive during the monsoon took me back to my college days. The warm hospitality, spacious rooms, and the comforting charm of the hotel made it even more special. An evening of dinner and drinks in SoBo, followed by a simple local breakfast the next morning, was just what my body and soul needed. Some places don't just offer a stay—they bring back memories. My time at the InterContinental Marine Drive, Mumbai, was one such experience.

We stayed here for 2 nights on a family holiday. Made to feel very welcome when we arrived after a delayed flight at 2am. Rooms clean and very comfortable. Breakfast staff were amazing - so friendly recommending Indian dishes to try and so helpful. We got soaked the morning we were leaving - hotel staff managed to dry and press our clothes in time for us to check out. Highly recommend hotel.

Wonderful hotel, the staff could not be more helpful. The breakfast was truly one of the best we have ever had. The variety and freshness was outstanding. Prashant, the concierge, could not be more helpful. He helped with transport and restaurant bookings and recommendations.

My experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The location is absolutely perfect, the service is flawless, and the reception team went above and beyond to make me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Every amenity and dining option on-site was outstanding. Though I have visited this city many times and stayed in several luxury five-star hotels, this establishment completely redefined my experience. The sheer comfort, attention to detail, and unparalleled hospitality they provided changed my entire perspective of the city. It has easily become my absolute favorite place to stay.

It was a bit cold - it was cold outside, the AC was able only to cool. There were enough blankets though.

We were coming to the close of a trip to India for a family wedding, and the InterContinental Marine Drive was our last stop before flying home. The hotel itself gives you everything you’d hope for on Marine Drive: a beautiful location, comfortable rooms, that whole polished feeling, but what we’ll actually remember is the people who work there. At reception, Tomya, Chinmay and Sreejith looked after us for the entire stay, and they clearly take real pride in it. We had a small issue with our room one evening, and rather than the usual back and forth, someone came up almost immediately to fix it. From then on, amenities kept arriving in our room without us ever asking, just three people quietly checking that we had everything we needed. By the end of the stay it had stopped feeling transactional. It felt like people who genuinely wanted us to have a good time. The breakfast team matched that same care every single morning. Sahil, Jubilee, Sangam, Chin and Chef Shraddha run that buffet with real warmth, and on our last morning they handed us a handwritten card thanking us for staying and dining with them, wishing us a safe journey, signed simply “Team Breakfast.” We had a 4am flight ahead of us and almost no sleep left in us, and that small card is genuinely one of the things we’ll carry with us from this whole trip, not just from the hotel. We’d go back without a second thought, and if this same team is still there, we already know we’ll be looked after.

I've been to Mumbai a few times now. Intercontinental Marine Drive has been the best I've stayed till date. I had booked two rooms for 2 nights and I was upgraded to a suite room by Mr. Prasenjit. You need any help, just contact this guy and your work is done. Gentlemen he was! Intercontinental is lucky to have a kind of staff member. Thanks alot Prasenjit. Definitely going to stay again at this place. Their whole team is so indulged which makes the stay better altogether. Our suite had a view of the queens necklace. Never liked Mumbai this much as I did this time by staying at this place. They have an amazing rooftop restaurant and at sundown the view is just wow. The serving staff at the breakfast is so co-operative. They took care of all our needs. Thank you Intercontinental Marine Drive Mumbai & thank you Prasenjit. Keep it up!

Most warm and loving stay in Mumbai , great location managed by lovely staff. They made our stay worth every penny. Loved the energy and customer focus by Siddiqa,Kim, Jublee, Chin, Sarika , Sangam and Chef Geeta in the restaurant were amazing care of every need

The room gives a panoramic view of Arabian Sea, stunning sunset to watch with a tea. Staffs are helpful and polite.

Sunil the breakfast chef is amazing ... best samosa EVER and yummy waffles! Felt so spoilt ... love the Intercontinental Mumbai... will miss it.

Location was perfect for the purpose of my stay. The breakfasts and staff were as good as I could have expected. The room was spacious and comfortable.

It would have been nice to have available a wider range of English film channel options, but that said, I wasn't there to stay in and watch films.

Reception staff were welcoming and generally helpful. Prashant the hotel Concierge was the man that made 3 stars to 5 star rating!

From the moment we walked through the doors of the Intercontinental hotel in the early hours of a Sunday morning we were treated like family. A warm welcome, calm and efficient check in. A birthday cake awaiting us to celebrate Jon’s birthday felt like someone was giving us a big hug. Everywhere we went in the hotel we were greeted with warm smiles and nothing was too much trouble. Fahad, had been in touch before we arrived to confirm our booking and he greeted us like old friends when we arrived. He gave us so much useful information and help, and we cannot thank him enough. Aamir, Shreya and Prasenjit also helped us a great deal. Prashant, the concierge was brilliant. He connected us to people who could get/do what we wanted. We wanted a jacket made - and within 10 mins we were being whisked away in an uber to a local tailor and being fitted for a jacket. He checked in regularly to make sure we were all ok. The restaurant team were all fabulous. They knew what we wanted each morning, even before we did! 🤣. They gave us time and space to enjoy our family breakfasts and make sure we were fed ready for the day ahead. The housekeeping team we didn’t really see much of but they were there quietly going about making sure our room was clean, tidy and well stocked with bottles of water. All very much appreciated. I haven’t mentioned the hotel building itself as the hotel is so very much about its staff. Team, Intercontinental take a bow for a fabulous job. The location is great and rooms are good.

Top-notch food!!! Amazing that the restaurant turned out a consistently delicious meal, all prepared to order, with indulgently attentive service. Fantastic sizeable rooms were impeccably clean, often cleaned twice daily. Staff all kind, professional and helpful. The property is aging but the personal touch makes up for that. Highly recommend.

The "bay view" rooms have mostly a view on another building if you are not on the highest floor (you can see a bit of the bay but not much). The rooms had a smell of humidity/mold but I guess it's common near the sea (also impossible to open the windows so that would explain).
