My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Room is very clean and spacious. The story are friendly and very helpful. This is our fourth stay in Taj, and will be our next stay . The Shamyiana restaurant staff are very kind and friendly and helpful. The food , and every dish is more than delicious. Thank you all at Taj and see you soon.

The crowed in the morning for breakfast. Almost everyday we have to wait in the lobby for a while till there is some room for us in the restaurant. I recommend that they should extend the hours of serving the breakfast, especially during the weekend.

Particulièrement bien situé, nous avons passé une nuit exceptionnelle : tout est parfait

Very friendly staff. Good service, enjoyed the heritage walk, beautiful ambience and tradition. Such an amazing landmark in Mumbai. Great location too.

The wire mesh screen in our room (804) was filthy and could not slide open. We specifically asked for a sea facing room and were really disappointed with the whole balcony area.

La beauté l’emplacement la gentillesse du personnel le petit-déjeuner les restaurants

L’ai conditionné trop froid

The Taj is a treat with opulence next to none. You can feel this history as you walk around the hotel.

Atmosphere can be lacking as wealthy people don't tend to chat and trot around with an air of self-importance. It's hard not to do the same when you are inside. The same happens in Business Class.

Excellent as usual. Taj is always different level than other hotel, and the Taj Tower is the jewel of the crown. Breakfast is amazing, the staff very helpful and the lounge in the palace is the best experience.

The facilities and breakfast

جيد جدا

We booked Taj Mahal Palace for our daughter's birthday. We wanted to make this occasion memorable but it turned out to be one of the most memorable moments ever.

We received a very warm welcome and excellent hospitality. Our butler Prasad went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. All the staff members provided outstanding service and helped make my father's 80th birthday special. The room in the Palace was just beautiful with views of Gateway of India. We had a very memorable stay.

Fantastic experience Thank you to your staff for the warm and welcoming experience at taj towers Mumbai. Right from entering the doors to our stay and the warmth of your staff plus your service everything was fantastic. I am beyond words and this stay made my families day. Thank you for making this happen

The location and the history behind this beautiful building! If you like more modern rooms, opt for the tower.

It was too crowded- especially the lobby.

The staff takes care of us and are very helpful, the rooms are clean and the spa is very very nice

“فندق رائع بكل المقاييس، يتميز بالنظافة والراحة وحسن الاستقبال، وكانت الإقامة فيه ممتعة ومريحة جدًا. تجربة جميلة وأتمنى تكرارها.
