Das Hotel und der Pool sind sehr schön. Unser Zimmer mit Terrasse und Meerblick war toll. Die Bepflanzungen/ Garten waren traumhaft schön und toll gepflegt.

Letztlich sind die Strände in der Ecke der Insel einfach nicht so toll. Das Stück vor dem Hotel ist schon das schönste in der Ecke. Das war ganz nett, aber eigentlich muss man dafür nicht so weit fliegen, da gibt’s in Europa viele schönere Strände.

Les photos donnent une impression de calme et de modernité qui ne correspond pas à la réalité. Elles sont TROMPEUSES. Hôtel vieillissant et surtout très bruyant. Notre chambre était proche d’un équipement technique qui ronronnait en permanence, avec en plus un lit qui grinçait : nuits difficiles et peu reposantes. Nous avons finalement écourté notre séjour d’une nuit. Malgré notre demande, Beachcomber ne nous a toujours pas répondu concernant son remboursement. À éviter si vous recherchez des vacances au calme.

Beer at restaurant was 'Thirsty Fox'. Asked staff for Phoenix and they brought the beer anyway and did not tell us. Management made sure we had an excellent packed breakfast when leaving early in the morning.

CHAMBRE SALE ! ET LE MOT EST FAIBLE !!!!

Eigentlich nichts, es ist ein Massentourismus Hotel was in der Werbung sich anders darstellt. Wir hatten eine Woche gebucht, sind nach der ersten Nacht ausgezogen und haben ein anderes Hotel kurzfristig gebucht.

Das Zimmer war schrecklich. Im EG mit einen Kellertür versehen und direkt dahinter die Abluft der Küchen welche 20 Stunden mit voller Lautstärke im Betrieb war. Das Nachbarzimmer war nur durch eine dünne Zwischentür getrennt und man hat die Bewohner bis 1 Uhr nachts reden hören. Das Essen am Büffet war nicht gut und das Personal sehr gestresst und wirkte dadurch sehr unfreundlich. Wir hatten uns beim Kundenservice von dem Hotel beschwert und um eine Lösung gebeten, welche dann 4 Tage später geantwortet haben das es ihnen Leid tut. Da waren wir schon 3 Tage weg!

Tudo perfeito! Os funcionários todos simplesmente impecáveis no atendimento e muito bem treinados. As atividades disponíveis para fazer no hotel (inclusas no pacote all inclusive) são excelentes, não precisa sair do hotel para se divertir! O sanduíches e as panquecas servidos entre as refeições são muito bons para quem não quer almoçar por exemplo.

Encontramos lagartixas e baratas no quarto, mas acredito que seja normal por ser uma ilha, para nós não teve grande impacto, mas para algumas pessoas poderia tornar a experiência ruim.

Dommage pas de piscine chauffée pour la période d'hiver. Et la porte de la chambre pas assez insonorisé on entend bcp les bruits des gens qui parlent de temps en temps. Après niveau déco de la chambre pour un 4 étoiles il manque quelque-chose. Elle est très simple mais grande.

- le buffet pas digne d’un 4* ! Vraiment très moyen - le personnel est bof à part quelques-uns qui sont des pépites ! Mais malheureusement y’en a pas beaucoup !! - Manque de communication - personne ne sait jamais rien. - Ce n’est pas un vrai 4* - très cher pour la prestation. - le restaurant c’est plutôt une cantine scolaire ! Pas insonorisé, trop de bruit. De plus, les serveurs enlèvent les assiettes alors qu’on a pas terminé !!!!! Lunaire. - restaurant nautic : essaie de ressembler à un gastro mais ils sont loin d’en être un. + propose des vin à mini 66€ qui ne sont même pas BONS! Aucune possibilité de goûté au préalable…. On sait pourquoi ! - pas de service à la piscine - plage privé - dommage. - cocktails très mal réalisés, ils sont vraiment pas bons. (Comparer à d’autres Beachcomber). - Problème de Clim dans une des chambres tout le monde s’en fou. Si vous cherchez du repos, fuyez c’est un hôtel de masse. Quand vous allez dans un autre Beachcomber vous vous rendez bien compte de tout ce qu’il ne va pas ici !

The location is excellent, within walking distance of the lively restaurants, bars, and shops in Grand Baie. As honeymooners, we really appreciated the thoughtful extras. Even though we booked a half-board stay, the hotel provided complimentary lunches, a bottle of champagne, and a choice of honeymoon gifts. We chose the catamaran cruise, which was a great experience. Despite the hotel being very busy, the buffet was always well stocked, and the food was constantly replenished, so we never had any issues. The food was good overall. Our room and balcony had a beautiful view, the room was clean, and there was evening entertainment every night, including live music, which created a pleasant atmosphere.

There were also a few things that could be improved. During our four-night stay, we received only one complimentary bottle of water, and it was never replenished. Unlike every other hotel we stayed at in Mauritius, the room did not include a capsule coffee machine, and we were also surprised that no slippers were provided. One evening, our hair dryer stopped working. Although it was eventually repaired, it took some time and effort to get the issue resolved. The hotel was generally quite noisy, especially because of other guests. As it is more affordable than many other resorts in Mauritius, the overall atmosphere and clientele felt less refined. For that reason, I would not recommend it as a particularly romantic choice for a honeymoon. Since the hotel is located inside Grand Baie’s bay, the sea is not as beautiful as on other parts of the island. However, we already knew this before booking, so it wasn’t a disappointment. On the positive side, several excellent beaches are within walking distance or just a 10–15 minute taxi ride away. The beach does not offer sunset views, which may be disappointing if that is something you are looking for. Finally, while the cocktails were around 20–30% cheaper than at the other resorts we visited, the quality was noticeably lower. As with the other hotels in Mauritius, all drinks during meals—including water—were charged separately.

Beautiful facilities, pools and beach access with plenty of loungers. The free water activities were amazing and could be used as often as we wished. The classes provided were excellent, our yoga and Pilates instructors were superb, with regular fun activities for our teens. The food was fresh and had a great selection. Rooms were spacious with plenty of storage and comfortable beds, and cleans to a high standard daily

De beaux espaces extérieurs, jardin agréables, bonne situation pour visiter le nord de l’île. Plage agréable également.

Le buffet est vraiment très très très décevant. Les repas ne sont pas au niveau, peu de choix et qualité décevante. Personnel pas très réactif, il faut appeler pour avoir des boissons. Des infos erronées pour la salle de sport…

The rooms were comfortable with soft pillows, my favourite thing was the food, good varieties and enough quantity. The outdoors was so beautiful 😍.

I wish the bathroom or room had better lighting or some warm lighting specifically, better for selfies. The drinks can be a bit pricey at dinner time, that could be a mauritius issue though. Also it would be great to have guests slippers included.

The position was perfect. Right in Grand bay and walk distance to the town. The meals were amazing. Pots of variety and very high quality. We had a fabulous view of the ocean from our room and a balcony. The pools were amazing. Staff were excellent.

Our room was a bit basic. Not really 5 star compared to others we have stayed in. No bathrobes, face washers, water bottles. It was very busy. Lots of families and crowded around the pools.

The staff, were very helpful and very friendly. From reception to Housekeeping, could not be faulted. They really bent our backwards to make your stay a very memorable one.

Its not that i didn't like, I felt that the dinners could have been better. Not much variations from day to day. Drinks were expensive. Breakfast was the same.

La chambre été spacieuse et propre et le lit confortable. Le petit déjeuné et le buffet du soir sont assez variés. Le restaurant le nautic été incroyable. La piscine est assez grande avec pas mal de transat côté piscine et côté mer.

L’espèce mer pour se baigner est assez petit et dans le « port ». Les chambres avec vu sur la piscine sont assez bruyantes la nuit avec les animations, mais celles ci s’arrêtent à l’heure (23h) donc cela ne nous a pas trop dérangé.

They were able to get us into our room earlier since we arrived after a 12 hour flight. The staff were all friendly.

The location only

The food was mediocre, the service wasn’t the best. Room was not clean. The tv turned itself on during the night, every night even though we complained it still happened. Plus the ac turned itself on and off. I would not rate this a 4 star hotel.

The hotel has a spacious beach and a large swimming pool. There was a great variety of food, with plenty of options to choose from. They also organized activities during the day and evening, which kept the guests entertained. There are also several places nearby that you can easily visit outside the hotel.

However, they should pay more attention to cleanliness. On our first day, there were ants on the bed, but the staff responded quickly and helped us change our room.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, tout est accessible à pied (supermarchés, plages, commerces et arrêts de bus…) Le personnel toujours souriant et aux petits soins. Le buffet du soir était très varié et changeait chaque jour, les desserts étaient excellents. Propreté et le service de chambre irréprochable.

Si nous devions suggérer un point d’amélioration ce serait la literie qui était un peu bruyante au moindre mouvement.

The hotel has very beautiful territory. We would highly recommend to book the room with the sea view. The hotel offers plenty of water sports activities. The glass boat was the highlight for us. We stayed here for our honeymoon and the hotel provides a very good package for honeymooners with welcome champain and sweets and extra activity of choice. We chose massage package and could enjoy the spa area of the hotel.

One more bar at the hotel would be great. It has very nice lobby and we’d love to enjoy it but they have no bar service there. The waiters are not always friendly and we felt the personal is not very happy to work at this hotel.

Vse je bilo odlicno! Hrana je bila zelo okusna in izbire je bilo res veliko. Osebje je izjemno prijazno! Ker sva bila na medenih tednih, so nama podarili brezplačen izlet. Hotel ponuja tudi veliko brezplačnih aktivnosti (kajak, smucanje na vodi…) vse je zelo cisto, plaza je zelo urejena. Priporocava!

Sport activities were great and all Inclusive. Reception staff & staff in the nautical restaurant were amazing. The overall hotel and facilities were very clean!

The bravo team (entertainment) were very rude and would only speak in their language (Italian) and include Italian guests. Unfortunately the wait staff in the main restaurant was rather ignorant unless tipped . Overall there was definitely a preference towards French speaking guests.

Sejour idyllique, break assuré.

Honnêtement rien. Seule la nourriture était correcte. Très déçue pour un hôtel beachcomber pour lesquels je n’avais encore jamais été déçue.

La climatisation de la chambre fuyait. Des gouttes tombaient du plafond pendant la nuit. O d’eau d’humidité très prononcée. Fourmis dans la chambre. Service médiocre. Refus nous donner un parapluie lors de notre départ malgré les portes pluies.

Super établissement pour sa situation géographique et ses équipements. Le repas était à la hauteur de nos attentes et vos largement son prix. Les activités au kids clubs sont divers. Gentillesse du personnel.

Le prix excessif des boissons et notamment de l’eau

L’accueil est au top, l’ensemble du personnel et à votre écoute et disponible y compris l’équipe de direction de l’hôtel Bravo aussi pour le buffet renouvelé tous les jours avec des journées à thèmes, merci à notre serveuse Meghna. L’excellent restaurant gastronomique le Nautic qui nous réserve de très belles surprises hautes en couleurs et en saveurs et je tiens à remercier le chef Vimalen et son assistant Dinessen ainsi que l’équipe en salle à savoir Riann, Varoon,Appal, Ali, Shabaan, Savan, Laerenza et une attention toute particulière pour Steven et Satyann. Merci à vous pour avoir contribuer à cette parenthèse magique à l’île Maurice

Nous avons passé 18 jours …bien trop court

It's a decent resort with swimming pools and a private beach that is nice for relaxing. The location is convenient, with plenty of restaurants and places to eat within walking distance.

The rooms are fairly average. We specifically booked a ground-floor room for easy access to the beach, but unfortunately we found a dead mouse in our garden area, and later another mouse entered our room. After we contacted the staff, they responded promptly, removed the dead mouse, and caught the live one. The staff were generally okay, but there is room for improvement in guest interactions. On the day we arrived, some staff members at the reception area appeared to be staring at us and laughing among themselves. We may have misunderstood the situation, but it made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The dining area was also quite chaotic. It seemed overcrowded for the number of guests staying at the resort, and queues were common during meal times. Finding food often required waiting in line, which took away from the overall experience. Overall, Its a typical four-star resort than a luxury resort. While the location, pools, and beach are positives, there are several areas that need improvement, particularly room maintenance, dining operations, and guest service.

On the beach, great position, good range of water activities. Very clean, welcoming and helpful staff. Food quality was good, drinks selection was good. A la carte meal was very good.

On our honeymoon, we booked a standard room (the room was very basic but ok) originally had a room positioned opposite the housekeeping base so very noisy from very early. After complaining we were offered a modest upgrade (the only one available) which wasn’t worth us packing and moving. We were then offered a honeymoon suite which was excellent (shame this offer was held back requiring us to make further complaints). We were very grateful for the upgrade to honeymoon suite but we were forced to complain multiple times which was a shame. Beyond this, the hotel is quite big (in terms of room numbers), much bigger than we felt promo materials suggested which could have been our misinterpretation, but maybe the photography of the hotel doesn’t reflect the scale. With this, meal times are very busy.

Le lieu idyllique, le petit déjeuner. Nous voyagions avec notre bébé et avions besoin de repos, l’hôtel nous a gentiment changé de chambre pour être plus au calme le soir.

Attention, il y a des animations tous les soirs de 21h à 23h au bar, central au niveau de toutes les chambres avec une musique que vous entendrez même avec vos boules quies.

Tres bon accueil, chambre confortable et spacieuse. Personnel à l écoute

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel au Mauricia Beachcomber. Le service était irréprochable, le staff très très gentil, le buffet du petit déjeuner très varié et celui du dîner l'était tout autant grâce aux différents thèmes proposés chaque soir. Les activités nautiques (pédalo, paddle, snorkeling, et beaucoup d'autres) gérées par l'hôtel étaient très bien aussi, avec une bonne organisation. Nous recommandons sans hésitation cet hôtel.

From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and that the staff wanted us to enjoy our stay, which we certainly did. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast and dinner buffets are excellent with almost too much choice of excellent quality. We took the option of the a la carte restaurant on two evenings and it was also an excellent experience. The location, the pool area, the bar/entertainment, tennis courts/gym/spa, watersports are all high quality and everything is well maintained. We would not hesitate to return, whenever we have the opportunity. Thank you to all at Mauricia Beachcomber for a wonderful holiday.

Located in the middle of shops and restaurants and pretty safe to walk around and explore. The swimming pools were cleaned every morning and was really well maintained the evening shows was also very nice

The front desk was rude unless you can speak French they really dont bother to communicate with you. They say one thing on there brochure but do another when it comes to currency exchange and card transactions. The entire stay if 6 days were only able to goh out 2 times for glass bottom boat and snorkeling trips which is included in your package and should be available everyday but their excuse was that the hotel was fully booked but then you arrange for the boat to go out more times a day not just in the morning and afternoon they guys from the boat club was standing there the entire day with nothing to do on their phones. The buffet specialises in seafood so if you have a allergy beware there was other food but limited to magarita pizza and build your own pasta bar

L’hôtel est spacieux et très agréable. La présence à la fois d’une douche et d’une baignoire dans la chambre est un vrai plus, tout comme les toilettes séparées, ce qui apporte un confort supplémentaire. La vue depuis la chambre était superbe. Le buffet est varié et de bonne qualité. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les soirées à thème avec des cuisines diverses : créole, asiatique, indienne, fruits de mer, etc. Il y a toujours des incontournables comme des pâtes et des pizzas, et le buffet de desserts est également très bien fourni. Les animations proposées chaque soir étaient vraiment sympathiques et contribuent à une bonne ambiance. Le ménage est fait quotidiennement, ce qui est très appréciable, et nous avons aussi remarqué les différents engagements de l’hôtel, ce qui est un point positif supplémentaire.

Sur nos 7 nuits, des alarmes se sont déclenchées à trois reprises dans des chambres à proximité de la nôtre. Cela durait plusieurs minutes à chaque fois, ce qui était assez dérangeant, surtout la nuit. Le fond de la baignoire présentait des rayures par endroits. L’isolation sonore des chambres pourrait également être améliorée : si vous avez le sommeil léger, il est préférable de demander une chambre éloignée des zones d’animation. Nous avons remarqué la présence de nombreuses mouches dans la chambre, ce qui peut être désagréable. Enfin, l’eau filtrée est facturée 150 roupies et n’est pas incluse dans la demi-pension, ce qui est un peu dommage.

Les chambre était infester de fourmi et de moustique et sa avant même que l'on es poser nos affaires a l'intérieur, c'est un bel hôtel mais ayant déjà vu autre chose il y'a mieux. On a fait un séjour de samedi a mardi le dimanche soir la musique à était infernal notre chambre donner sur le bar sa a était chaotique ,animations je veux bien entendre et comprendre pendant les vacances mais respect de chacun doit s'entendre aussi

Personnel très serviable, surtout monsieur Vinay. Nous sommes venus pour notre voyage de noces et nous avons eu droit à de petites attentions. C’étaient des vacances inoubliables.

Cleanliness. Very friendly and helpful staff. Your Security made me feel safe. The hotel Location is great as it enables access to many facilities and shops. I loved the availability of fruit, especially bananas, papaya and pineapple everyday during lunch and breakfast. The public bathrooms were super clean. There are many seating areas in the reception area, helping to avoid unnecessary queues.

The gym opened late and closed early. Hotel gyms I have been to open all the time as long as the hotel guests use their room cards to open them. I prefer exercising after coming back from excursions or in the morning before breakfast.
