The staff was so sweet and service minded, especially with the kids. Everyone were extremely attentive and did everything possible to give us the best holiday. At the same time everything was very professional. And the food was really great at all of the resort’s restaurants.

The hotel is really nice with a really nice view on the bay, the restaurant are fantastic and the gym facilities are excellent.

The room we had was too noisy during the night discotheque close by and the bar music was too loud till late. The room service was great for the breakfast but not consistent to prepare la couverture for night / change the glasses …

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen, das Personal ist überaus freundlich - egal ob beim Frühstück, am Strand, in der Anlage oder beim Abendessen. Die Anlage und der Strand sind immer super gepflegt, es gibt ein großes Sportangebot, auch auf dem Wasser. Unser Zimmer (Suite 116) war großzügig geschnitten und wurde mehrmals am Tag gereinigt, es wurde neues Wasser und Obst aufgefüllt. Fußläufig ist ein Supermarkt zu erreichen (ca. 5 Minuten Gehzeit).

Die Menükarte am Abend könnte umfangreicher sein, vor allem in dem asiatischen Restaurant. Hin und wieder wurden Getränke vergessen, diese wurden aber bei nochmaliger Nachfrage sofort gebracht.

Beach, beach, beach — it’s the best part of this hotel! 🏖️ Overall, the facility is neat, clean, and well-maintained. The food was delicious, the room and bathroom were spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Receiving a bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary was a lovely and thoughtful touch. Thank you for making our stay even more special!

One point that I found disappointing was the half-board arrangement. At the very least, still water during dinner should have been included. Instead, we were charged separately for a bottle, and it certainly wasn’t cheap (around €7). Considering the half-board package, I feel that basic still water should reasonably be included with dinner1

The property was fantastic. From the moment we entered the gates until the day we checked out, every guest touchpoint felt thoughtful, personalised, and genuinely special. Medha welcomed my wife with a bouquet as we stepped out of the taxi and escorted us directly to our room, where check-in was seamlessly completed alongside a bottle of champagne waiting for us. The room itself smelled incredible and instantly set the tone for a relaxing holiday. At the beach bar, the team already knew our names, chilled our champagne for us, and paired it with excellent food and warm hospitality. Suraj and Kevin made the experience especially memorable. One of the highlights was that all water activities were included in the room rate. We enjoyed SUP, Kayaking, snorkeling via a glass-bottom boat, sailing, and even water skiing. The beach was pristine, perfect for swimming, and we always had a reserved beach bed waiting for us, complete with water service the moment we sat down. Narain and Akshay were wonderful hosts at the beach. Breakfasts were equally impressive, with Veena taking great care of us. The spread included freshly prepared hot dishes, fresh coconut water, detox juices, champagne, and mimosas. We also spent an evening at the bar, where Boomesh introduced us to some excellent local rum and curated cocktails, and dinner at the French restaurant was superb as well. Overall, it was an exceptional experience and a property I would highly recommend.

Felsőbb szintről időnként zaj hallatszott viszonylag korán reggel. A szobában a szőnyegek meglehetősen kopottak voltak,nem keltett tiszta benyomást.

Hotel standarts are so high. Rooms are new, super clean, well designed and are just in front of the beach so you only walk 2/3 mins to reach the pool/beach. Beach was super clean, there were no seaweed as we say some other hotels have. Most importantly, the location was perfect as it is in a bay in Grand Baie that makes sea color so bright turquaz that i never seen in Maldives, Seychelles, Zanzibar etc. Waterski + bottom glass boat trips are included to the hotel price.

Not a problem for me but not the good place for diving.

Die Weinauswahl ist exquisit und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ein Ort, an dem Luxus, Genuss und Wohlgefühl auf höchstem Niveau verschmelzen – einfach unvergesslich!

The highlight is definitely the stunning fine-sand beach with outstanding, personalized service. This was my second time at the hotel I came back for the service, and once again I was not disappointed. Check-in is done directly in the room, and each room has its own sunbed, so there’s never any stress about finding a spot. I found the mattress a bit hard and the pillows too soft, but they immediately added a topper and offered different pillow options. Breakfast can be enjoyed in the room free of charge, which is perfect if you want to sleep in. I loved the little touches at the sunbeds sparkling or still water, an ice cream, even cleaning your sunglasses. The spa is small but charming, and there are free water activities such as snorkeling, paddle boarding, or even sailing a catamaran with a crew member. I was truly pampered by the staff, who were always warm and smiling. The facilities may be less modern, but the exceptional service really makes the difference. I can’t wait to come back again thank you to the whole team!

Amazing property and staff. Location is ideal with a beautiful, sandy beach that is so secluded it’s basically private. We only spent 3 nights here but wish we had stayed longer, it’s easily one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. If you're looking for a luxury hotel with impeccable service, great food in a beautiful location, then look no further! For our belated honeymoon, and with my wife pregnant, we were looking for a hotel in Mauritius that couldn't and wouldn't disappoint in any way. After extensive research, we chose Royal Palm Beachcomber Luxury, and we are so happy we did, because our stay couldn't have been better. We arrived early (9 am) but we were warmly welcomed by several staff members, too many to remember their names, but it made us immediately feel at home. Since we stayed nearly 3 weeks and knowing my wife was pregnant, they were so nice to upgrade us to a suite on the ground floor, so no stairs had to be taken, and on top of that they provided a pregnancy pillow for my wife. This made her night's rest so much better that she now also wants one at home. Our suite was huge and modern, and had everything we could have wished for. Wall outlets look like British sockets with plug type G, but they also take the common European type C plugs. Next to that, both sides of the bed have also one USB A and one USB-C outlet, so ideal for charging any type of phone and other devices. Our bathroom was huge with a standalone bath, a shower and 2 sinks, plus a walk-in wardrobe. The terrace had a couch, a small coffee table with chairs overlooking an infinity pool and the ocean, and a dining table with a similar view. The hotel facilities are top quality. The beach is a tropical paradise with fine sand, comfortable covered sunbeds, clean turquoise water of high salinity that allows you to float like in the Dead Sea, and very friendly beach staff that is always available to bring you complimentary water, or for ordering drinks or, food. They also make sure the beach stays clean, and provide towels for you to use. On top of that, there's even a mixologist where you can try several types of mixed fruit drinks.

The salesmen on the beach every morning can be a bit annoying. They are friendly and will leave you alone if you insist, but they take away a bit of the feng shui.

The hotel exceeded our expectations on many levels. From the very beautiful beach with free water sport activities, the great breakfast, excellent level of service from the staff, champagne on arrival, clean and spacious room with great balcony, great gym. It's probably the best hotel we experienced so far regarding the quality of the service, either on the beach or in the restaurant and the main reception as well.

The cocktails and wines were overpriced.

The Asian restaurant was dreadful. The food was bland and uninspiring.
