Bra rymligt rum med sköna sängar
Great location to walk to downtown but not be effected by late night noise, pool was great for relaxing by after an evening on broadway
Staff weren’t very engaged, didn’t make any effort to interact with us.
It was in good proximity to music row and withing walking distance to a couple of restaraunts.
You have to pay $21.95/day for parking as a guest staying at the hotel. We were not planning for the extra $100 for the week. The bed was also, extremely hard and the black out curtains were purely for show on either side of the window. Therefore all the lights from the surrounding buildings and traffic were shining through the window all night.
It was clean and the breakfast was really good
The laundry
I liked the omlet bar and bathroom(lighting and shower)
It came as a surprise $20 for parking a night.
Overall location, room was very clean and comfortable
Nothing, everything was good
1st night their offer was 119 $ total. 2nd night I got an offer for 130$, don't know why more? Which I thought would be the total sum. But I had to accept (I needed one more night) but finally they deducted 152.86$ why?. If 130$ was without tax why wasn't I told the total sum with tax? For that much I wouldn't have stayed, I could have gone to a much better hotel.
rooms were very comfortable, no issues at all. Breakfast was great, I would just add some non dairy milk options, like oat or almond milk. Egg white for healthier omelettes would be nice too. Other than that, everything was awesome and I would stay here again.
The gym could use a bench and the water cooler needs repairing.
The price and the room including the bathroom we settled in was clean
The first room smelled terrible so we asked for a different room
Amazing location for Music Row - walkable to broadway
Nothing - absolutely loved it
Very nice. Not too far to downtown, about 20 min walk or short Uber. Omelets for breakfast were an awesome touch!

L’assistenza da parte del personale
The location is good if you’re planning to visit both downtime and music row in nashville, the rooms are big and clean.
The breakfast could be better, as a european the only thing i liked was the omelette bar. Not to mention the only fruits and veggies were bananas and apples wrapped in plastic.
We had a marvelous stay the hotel was clean and beautiful the breakfast was hot and fresh the lady taking care of the breakfast was super sweet all of the staff were amazing I highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Nashville
The location is great and breakfast was good.
The staff were rude and dismissive while attempting to resolve a significant billing error made by the hotel.
It was not far from the Gulch and Downtown
Love the staff♥️
Good location, free coffee/cold drinks, very clean, parking was reasonable
Bed was uncomfortable, air conditioning was loud
Pool, breakfast, quiet, convenient
No live music
Clean facility Very hospitable and friendly staff Great breakfast
Nothing it was 5/5
The location
The room
The hotel far exceeded our expectations for the price. I was traveling with family and friends, and the location was fantastic. It sits right by The Gulch, which is filled with great restaurants and a fantastic jazz club. Walking to Broadway took about 20 minutes and felt very safe, while giving us a quiet escape from the noise of the main strip. On-site parking was plentiful and reasonably priced. Breakfast was basic, but it had a nice variety, including made-to-order omelets, and Tina kept everything running seamlessly. The pool was great, and we loved the extra perks like free massage chairs, 24/7 coffee, iced tea, and lemonade. They also have inviting communal spaces where our group could hang out with our own drinks or takeaway food. I had to work during our stay due to the time difference coming from the UK. The business desk was available even when I was up at 4 AM, and the endless free coffee made those early mornings so much easier. Above all, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Set your expectations accordingly. If you are looking for a five-star luxury hotel or want to step straight out the door onto Broadway, this might not be the place for you. However, if you are traveling with family and/ or friends and want a clean, reasonable, and welcoming stay, this hotel ticks all the boxes and then some. Everyone in our group would happily recommend it and stay here again. It was a great find!
The location of the hotel was good. We walked about a mile to get to Broadway street, which was our main goal for the trip. We wanted to listen to music. The hotel was clean and a great alternative to the high-priced hotels.
The hotel met our expectations; however, due to age / walkability, we would have liked to stay a little bit closer to Broadway.
Small room
The bathroom anche the bad was very comfortable
The price for one night, too much
Lokalizacja super , stosunek ceny do jakości bardzo dobry .
Value for money, everything was as expected
The room was huge, clean and had everything we needed. All the staff were so helpful and accomodating. Breakfast was included, which was well stocked.
The location is great as long as you don't mind the half hour walk to Broadway/Bridgestone area.
Massage chairs. Breakfasts. Breakfast lady. Cleanliness. Desk help. Etc.
Small room. Distance from music on broadway
Tout est très bien
Parking payant, dommage
The lady at the front desk was very friendly and offered to take our family picture. The lady by the breakfast buffet was very nice and friendly and helpful. She also kept it very clean. Breakfast was good, nice variety.
The floors in our room were dirty when we first came in and the bathroom door was dirty makeup on it too. It should be cleaned it was obvious. They had a omelette guy who looked miserable and was not friendly. Many times we asked him for cheese and he did not add it. Great idea just need someone who doesn’t mind being there. Online it showed a nice gym with much of the equipment we needed and that’s why we chose this hotel. Almost all the workout equipment was gone. We had to work out somewhere else and pay for planet fitness instead. The front desk said it was broken down so they took it all out. It was never replaced. They should take that picture off online if they don’t have the equipment in there and show a current picture with the empty area. That is very misleading. Also they have nice massage chairs but no cleaner or wipes after each person uses it to clean it instead they have a blanket on it that everyone is sitting on. That’s not very sanitary.
Lage ist gut
Decent location
We got a room just to find out it's not clean. Had to get keys to new room. Hotel needs a makeover and breakfast is very mediocre. We were told at 2pm that we need to pay 30$ if we want to"early" check in.
Staff were amazing. Breakfast was okay, loved the omelette station! Great location!
The location was nice
My daughter said there wasn’t a lot that was bad but her and my niece both came home with bits on their legs from the last 2 nights of sleeping in the bed. We aren’t sure what they are from but it’s not good
La decoración
Se me hizo pequeña la habitación
The location is nice and close to the downtown. The breakfast food was good and the staffs are nice.
I think The AC filter needs to be changed because it stinks when we adjusted the room temperature to 73F.
Hotel normal
The pool was clean!
They charge for parking! Ist hotel I have stayed at that charged for parking! It wasn't noted before I booked either! Rip off! No water pressure either in shower!

The closeness of where we we're going
The bed was very hard, pillows sucked and the furniture was dirty dirty

It's a nice place to stay. clean, quite and very friendly
The fact that we had to pay to park at the hotel that we payed to stay at.🤦♂️
Très bien situé, personnel au rendez-vous
Rien
We had a pleasant experience at this hotel. Stayed 4 nights as we had previously stayed at the hotel 2 years ago. We like the Music Row area and the hotel is a 5 min walk to the Gulch where some fab murals are located along with good shopping and lovely eateries. Broadway is a good 20/25 min walk from the hotel. We would usually walk to Broadway and then Uber home for about $10. Parking per night is $20. The pool area is nice but has strange opening hours 10am-8pm. Breakfast was included which was quite nice but has limited options and I wasn’t a fan of plastic cutlery. The omelettes are a lovely choice. Two huge massage chairs are available at reception - we loved spending 20 mins on these. All in all, we had a nice stay but I don’t think it was as good as the first stay due to the breakfast.
The staff were great. The breakfast was great. Made to order egg station and several options to choose from. They offered maps of the Nashville area, and the staff was more than helpful.
I didn't like having to pay for parking. I find it ridiculous that you have to pay for parking at the hotel you're staying at. Especially when the hotel has a large parking lot, and plenty of open spaces. Parking should be included in your stay.
Very clean
Nice clean updated hotel with breakfast bar
Parking fees were extreme.
Location, staff was nice
Breakfast aside from the omelets was dissapointing
It was clean. And they upgraded us to a bigger room at no extra charge.
The strong oder of cleaner.
We had the best time on our vacation, and this Best Western Plus on Music Row truly felt like our home away from home for 7 days in Nashville! There were also plenty of great bars, restaurants, and shopping within walking distance of the hotel. One of our favorite nearby spots was Live Oak, which had amazing live music! The complimentary breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay, especially the omelet bar. We also spent a day relaxing by the pool, which was clean, refreshing, and a great way to unwind. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nashville!
The only minor downside was that the ice machine was only on the first floor, but it definitely wasn't a deal breaker. The location was fantastic. While it wasn't quite within walking distance of Broadway, Lyft rides were quick and affordable, making it easy to get to all the activities we had planned.
Nice room & location
Told parking charge of $20.00 would be extra Paid & told by young lady payment did not complete & needed to try card for payment again. Noticed on my bank register I can view on my phone I was charged 2 times & went back to discuss with same person & she stated payment pending but now it’s 2 days later and I had to call my bank to dispute a double charge. I also saw the reaction of other people checking in not pleased about the $ 20.00 parking fee by the look on their face and what they said was in addition to my room charge? So I think they will continue to hurt return customers decision to stay with Best Western Nashville so be ware of their hidden advertising!
I liked it was close to things
That my room had bedbugs and I’ve got bites all over my body so I couldn’t go out and see the things that I wanted to see in Nashville. We got to see a couple things for my first time. It really sucked. Spent a lot of money to sit in a room so it wouldn’t be out in public with all those bites all over my body and every time I went and got food I had to wear a long sleeve shirt and pants in 94° weather so that was not a lot of fun I got lots of pictures of my bites when I get back I got urgent care to get some cream to try and clear them up so I can go back to work so that’s always fun. Spend a bunch of money on a trip get bedbugs and then have to go home and pay to have somebody give you something to clean them up not including my laundry. I can’t take in my house. I gotta take that down to a laundromat tomorrow morning. Have somebody professional clean those I’m not gonna have bugs in my damn house. Just like I said one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had on a vacation and it’s sad cause I stay in Best Western all the time for work all my guys stay at Best Western when we’re in town to happen. Been a platinum member for years and that’s how they treated me.
Comfortable room and good breakfast
How clean and elegant it looked. They have everything I could ask for.
I liked everything.
My Reservation was Canceled upon arrival, by Hotel staff. I arrived at 6:30pm the front desk Attendant told me that the reason why, because I didn't respond to an email , requesting that I make a payment before my arrival to the Property. I made 2 phone calls to the Property, the response was by automated voice which stated to me to check the number I dialed. My payment was to be paid at the Property . Hotel attendant informed me of a SELLOUT!! My Reservation was set a week in advance. My room was given to guests that were just arriving into Nashville , without a Reservation. TOTAL DISRESPECTFUL!!
Not far from Broadway. Was over charged on Credit Card for more then reservation cost. Not adequate space or lighting in bathroom. Nice pool, plenty of Sun to bathe in.
The hotel has a nice downstairs area, but that's about the only positive. It's overpriced, has a strange smell throughout, and the customer service was terrible. To make matters worse, when I raised my concerns, they only offered a 30% refund, which didn't come close to making up for the experience. It felt like they cared more about making money than taking care of their guests.
Loved the breakfast included.
Would've been nice to have parking included.
Fabulous staff clean rooms, delicious breakfast it was the perfect location for us
No bar or music
Location and pride
You have to pay additional 20 USD for parking. This was not described at booking page.
The staff was wonderful. We had some problems with our booking and they fixed it right up fast.
Can't say there was any problems
The staff was nice and the free breakfast.
Having to pay 20.00 per day for parking
The location to get to where I wanted with ease
Nothing particularly except the gym had broken equipment.
The massage chairs and location of the place.
Bathroom was dirty when we got there, the beds were rock hard and our ac made a loud noise all night. Plus they charge $20 for parking that they don’t tell you about.
Close enough to walk to broadway strip. Friendly staff. Room was nice.
Price was a little high.
Staff was helpful and friendly
Beds were a little hard
Great breakfast and great location
Grab bar in the shower broken. Room had a musty/ moldy smell. Heavy duty air freshener knocked the smell down but could not remove it
Close to downtown, clean and the breakfast was fantastic.
The Air
Paying to park were I paid to stay

Breakfast with omelette station was great. Women who took care of station was excellent.
Air conditioning unit blew cold air right onto the bed. Had to deal with a giant cockroach on the shower curtain.
Location was nice because it was in a quieter area and easily walkable to the Gulch and Broadway. We walked it daily. The rooms are renovated and decorated nicely. Very clean hotel. The breakfast omelets were great. However, there could be more meat options for breakfast. It was sausage every day. Switching it up would be nice. There is fresh complimentary coffee and cool drinks avsilable all day in the lobby. This was great! The pool was so nice to relax in. However, the water was really cold! It would also be nice to put some privacy fencing around the rd above it. Overall we would definitely stay here again!!

The property was convenient to stops and Geodis. Staff were friendly
Don’t feel as our room was cleaned properly after previous guests left. There was hair in the bathroom sink and shower as well as a pair of men’s underwear under the bench in our room that was from a previous guest. Paying $20 for parking was a bit crazy also. The site said parking was $10/day but when I got to the front desk was told $20 Also there was standing water to the left when you enter the pool deck after and was very slippery. My daughter walked through the gate to the pool and immediately slipped and busted her elbow on the step up to the pool deck. Might want to add a rubber mat or maybe a caution sign.
The breakfast was decent. They have made to order omelet station and hot food options at the regular breakfast bar. The location is good as you are only 1 mile from Broadway downtown area. The rooms are nice, but a little dated. The shower had lower pressure than desired. Over all a good choice hotel if the Hotel is not your attraction.
Would like the showers to have more pressure. Maybe some free water for the room. I like a more modern style shower, but understand this is not a 5 star location. Had to pay $20 for parking.
I really like the room and the location
I had to pay twenty dollars for parking . It should be free that was ridiculous.I wouldn't stay there again because of that.
Easy place, at least there is the breakfast coffe and waffles.
Room quite dirty...
very welcoming and good facilities
The staff was absolutely amazing very friendly and the hotel was very clean and nice. The massage chairs were amazing!
Nothing.
Everyone was great from time I walked in the door until I checked out .
Great customer service with a big smile at all times
Nice parking , clean inside and out.
Ask us to pay $20 to park in their parking lot. Just seems very ridiculous. Had about an ounce of shampoo and body wash. One person can be clean, but the other person will not be able to take a shower, unless they bring their own stuff.

Location
8.9/10Frequently called ideal — walking distance to the Gulch, Midtown and close to Broadway while being removed enough to be quiet; a small number found it farther from Broadway than expected.

Value for Money
7.4/10Mixed views: some found the hotel reasonably priced for the location, while others felt it was too pricey for issues like uncomfortable beds, parking fees, or dated fitness/pool areas.
Food and Beverage
8.6/10Breakfast widely praised (plentiful, freshly made omelettes and friendly breakfast staff); a few guests wanted more variety and better protein options.
Overall Experience
8.6/10Overall positive stays dominated — many call it a go-to in Nashville for location, cleanliness and breakfast, though recurring issues (beds, occasional smells, parking/amenity concerns) temper some experiences.
Just 700 meters west of The Gulch district and a short drive to Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, and more for easy city exploration.
Well-equipped rooms with Tempur-Pedic mattresses, in-room safes, mini-fridges, and flat-screen TVs for a relaxing stay.
Some rooms offer mobility-accessible layouts with roll-in showers and spacious 51 sqm accommodations.
