The room was clean and easy to access and the staff her helpful, it is a good walkable distance from the main tourism area which was perfect for us!

The lighting could have been improved as there were not many sources of light only two smaller sources in the main room

Wi fi poor, toiletries not enough for 4 people, towels not enough for 4 people.

Clean and location was good. However the walk to the main downtown area was longer than advertised. More like 25 min walk as opposed to the 10 min walk advertised.

The breakfast was overall tasty. The cook making omelets was unfriendly.

The staff could have been more interactive or are least pleasant.

Jumping into the pool after a day exploring was a great way to end the day. Having a chef making omelettes to order at breakfast was brilliant. A feature that we have not found before in any American hotel that we have stayed in to date! Conveniently positioned and available parking was very practical.

Having to pay for parking. Cost was $20 per night, which was cheaper than other hotels nearby.

Breakfast was good with a good selection. It was located close to Broadway and all the bars with live music. Loved the free coffee in the reception area. Great laundry facilities too. Rooms all have a fridge and there's a little shop to buy cold drinks and snacks.

Towels too small, like all American hotels.

The hotel is right off the interstate and you can walk to downtown in about 20 minutes so good location for the price .

It had an overall run down feel . Whilst the room was clean- the communal areas and structure just felt dated .

The staff was friendly, the location was nice. The rooms was ok they could've been cleaned better. If you're a coffee drinker please bring your own coffee was weak but thats minor. That hotel had potentials grate locations they just need to clean better and invest in new bedding.

The property is close to Broadway so walking if the weather allows or a ride service if not.

It was heavily perfumed. People smoking right outside the door. Nothing had that sparkling clean look. Just seemed like the minimal sweep job had been done. We stayed 2 nights and never got a restock of towels

The beds were comfortable and everything was clean except the carpeting.

The carpeting was not clean and so much perfume/cleaner was used to, I guess cover up the smell. My husband has asthma and it really effected his breathing that night and the next day(today). You should never use so many chemicals in a hotel room. Absolutely not necessary. So great location but would never return because of the cleaner smell/perfume.

The overall stay was good ended up being more then what we expected Especially for the price being so cheep

Såg finare ut på bilderna än det var i verkligheten. Kändes som ett tacky drive in… inte så fräscht men vi skulle bara sova där. Kostade dubbla priset mot 2 nätter i new Orleans mitt på bourbon Street så nej jag tycker inte det var värt pengarna jämfört med det.

Breakfast setup is on point ,rooms are clean but could be updated a little more ,make sure you ask about the parking because a maintenance maintenance charge me 20 for parking after I still gave him my room number which everything had already been paid for. But am actually front desk rep refunded me back the money. OTHER THEN THAT PLACE IT GREAT CLOSE BY RESTAURANT, BARS ACROSS THE STREET AND FAST DELIVERY FOR TAKE OUT

Update the beds and TV cable to watch movies.

Rooms a little small but we enjoyed our stay

The location and price were great. Was easy to walk to a few great restaurants and to the pick-up spot for the hop-on-hop-off tour bus. The breakfast had sufficient options, even an omelet station. Hotel had laundry service (we did not use).

The room was fairly dingy and the place has seen better days. It was priced accordingly, so we were satisfied.

Had to request our room to be vacuumed, I’m not a picky person but when there is food crumbs on the floor it needs to be vacuumed. Once I asked the house cleaning they vacuumed it daily.

We were able to bring our bags before check in and keep them after check out in a closet.

The storage closet isn’t well managed. They let anyone go into the closet with everyone’s stuff. The room had a VERY potent smell that gave us migraines. The air conditioning needed to be on max to make even a slight change to cooling the room. No early check in or late check out was offered. The pool is directly next to the parking lot. The front desk staff are not friendly.

Grass needed mowed, old carpet in room. Shower was hard to turn on. Needs updated alot. Had to pay for parking??? Ive never stayed where you pay $22 to park on top of paying for room. That should be included.

Room was large with very comfy beds. Good selection at breakfast including the option for freshly cooked omelettes. A problem with the smoke detector in our room when we arrived at midnight was sorted promptly and efficiently for which we were grateful!

Staff could have been a bit more cheerful and friendly - especially when we checked out- still there had just been a double shooting there the night before so I guess they could be let off!

It was very noisy. Constant sound of luggage or carts not sure what it was. In the morning someone was banging on floors above us. Not able to park close to room. Handicapped spot right in from of our room. People locking doors which makes the cars honk. No sound barriers.

The bed was comfortable. I liked that they had security in the parking lot at night.

They charge $20 for parking and didnt say that until we were there. The handle on the tub was broken off. They allowed someone to smoke while in the pool.

Everything other than breakfast was PERFECT - cleaning staff were exceptionally pleasant & work so hard to keep the place spotless. Quiet, warm, welcoming & ideal to walk to downtown, the parks, 2nd Avenue shopping wtc! Champion effort - can't fault it.

On my second last day at breakfast, I waited in line for an omelette, the chef could clearly see me,but he just stood down the end of the room, staring at me. I moved away to trigger a reaction, he came close to the omelette stand, saw ne re-approach,, & he turned & walked away again. Happened THREE times! Very annoyed, & disappointed as breakfast was included, & protein was important. Not a great deal of variety of hot food, or fresh fruit to eat in a bowl. I work in a hotel with a full breakfast & that was NOT one.

The front desk person spoke broken English and gave us bad directions, ended up walking over a mile and half, had us turning right when we should have turned left, not sure she understood what we was asking. Very bad idea to have some who does not speak or understand English working the front desk where clients will be asking questions.
