the size of the room was immaculate and it had everything you'd ever need!
Not necessarily anyone's fault but we left a poster from a concert in our room and submitted a claim to have it returned and we have heard nothing yet. Again might not be the hotels fault but still a bummer.
Location, Hospitality, Customer Service and Free Breakfast
Everything was Top Tier
Great location, friendly staff.
Pillows were a bit soft for me but that's not a criticism.
Cleanliness
The lady that checked us in asked for our last name, I told her and then she laughed. She indicated I was pronouncing it wrong. I do have a southern accent but dang, I know how to pronounce my own name. It was just uncalled for and rude. Laugh after I leave not to my face.
Hotel w porządku, duże pokoje, 20 minut na main street
absurdalnie drogi parking
Personel
Good gym and breakfast. Lovely spacious room
A written disclosure about the parking garage being a separate entity: $50.00 dollars a night. Quite the shocker!
Good place
The systems went down we couldn't get into our room
De ligging was prima en de kamer was goed ingericht en schoon
Er is niet schoongemaakt tijdens een verblijf van 3 nachten. Het ontbijt was matig en het was er erg druk
Matt the valet is the best thanks for the amazing help!!
Matt the valet was amazing helped me park my car and got my bags out for me!
Matt was such amazing help!! awesome valet ever helped me with all my bags! Thank you!
I loved my stay at Home2Suites Hotel located at 1900 N Division Street Nashville TN. The hotel is extremely clean and situated right at Music Row and downtown. AWESOME. The staff are all AMAZING. Keiren Shakita Yolanda and Curby were professional courteous friendly and very helpful....above and beyond during my week stay. The housekeeping staff and maintenance Marvin were all professional friendly and courteous. I highly recommend Home2Suites Hotel located at 1900 N Division Street downtown and will stay there on my next visit to Nashville. The hotel is in a walkable area and close to Belmont University restaurants stores gas station and beautiful and interesting statues and landmarks. Stay at Home2Suitess Hotel 1900 N Division Street....downtown... you will not be disappointed. Very clean rooms well stocked...quiet peaceful sleeping rooms. Thanks again to all the staff at Home2Suites Hotel 1900 N Division street downtown.!!!! YOU are AMAZING...and very APPRECIATED.!!!! Brenda Wilson-Franz
Julaina was AWESOME she welcomed us with open arms
Spacious room, quiet, comfortable.
We were both undressed to take a shower and my wife discovered either there was no shampoo in the bottle or the pump did not work. I could not get any shampoo, either. In addition, for the coffee service there was only one pod for the machine and it was non-caffein.
The first surprise was the $50 overnight parking that I was not aware of. Definitely would have been a deal breaker had I realized it before booking. Secondly, the lights in the bathroom worked when we first checked in but when we got up the next morning to shower they no longer worked so we had to keep the bathroom door open for lighting. Breakfast was good and the staff were good. When I travel through Nashville again I will not be staying at this particular location.
Location was perfect and it was VERY clean AND COMFORTABLE THE staff was VERY friendly AND NICE the breakfast was good
Parking 50.00 a night a little high I guess due to the location the city/ downtown area. You have to pay for it other this place is nice
Okie Dokie , why do have to write a review to checkout
Cam was an amazing Valet. Always had a smile and helpful with loading and unloading our car even though we self parked.
What's up with us? We had a great stay. We also wanna especially thank the staff for making our stay so memorable: One is the check-out lady, who just treated everybody really nice as they were checking out and Cam, who helped us as load our car. Load up the car please.
Steven was a wonderful valet attendant! He went above and beyond helping us get checked in and to our room.
Steven was very helpful and informative! He offered to help us with our luggage. He gave us an in depth informative explanation of how the valet works.
Everything was great but giving a shout out to my valet Steven. Thank you .
We had a great experience Steven went above and beyond to help us check in and we had a lot of bags and he helped bring them to our room . Hilton should hire more employees like Steven to give a great first impression and a great experience when staying at your hotel.
Exceptional staff, great breakfast,
Our window shade was off track so we were not able to close it. A maintenance man did come to fix it but the next day it wouldn't go back up. Room 719,
Yes!
Everything was fine.

Everything about the hotel was amazing.
Parking was insane. We missed the memo about $45 a day to park. I ended up with over $100 in parking charges because of fees and taxes. When I first checked in I couldn’t find my ID and the lady was really rude. Told me we couldn’t check in without it. Which wasn’t the case after speaking to someone else. We found a paper towel in the light in the kitchen that was black and the light was burnt. Fire hazard! We let management know, however I will always be checking the lights as I enter rooms from now on.
We had some issues when we checked in. Soto came to look at them and fixed all my problems including issues that weren’t his department. Example—we had no shampoo and he offered to get it for us even though he’s maintenance. Our toilet had a broken flange and he didn’t think he had the part but was able to find one from an empty room and swap it out. There were other minor issues that weren’t his responsibility but he offered to fix them all for us. Awesome attitude. Great employee

We had to make a trip to Nashville for an early delivery of our grandbaby and the hotel and staff here were so amazing. Yolanda and Juliana were extra helpful! The hotel room was clean and the breakfast buffet had so much variety!
Room was clean. Staff were supportive and efficient.
Breakfast selection was poor and no well organised. Location was too far to walk to Lower Broadway (in the heat)
Great breakfast, friendly staff, good proximity to midtown bars and restaurants
Lauren was excellent will be staying here when visiting Nashville
Great location, kind staff, and good value for money :)
The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and very accommodating.
Noise level (not hotels fault - but loud young kids early am and late at night), room faced roof and other wing of hotel. It is the worst breakfast I have had at a hotel in a long time. I was unaware of the $45 night parking fee. The parking garage elevator was out, but the staff who checked me in saw I had on a knee brace & a cane and gave me the self-park price for the valet option because of broken elevator. However, the valet will need to be tipped and in a 1 night stay there were 3 different valets!
It was in a reasonable distance from both the airport and Broadway
The staff were very unhelpful, couldn't answer any questions and never got off their seats. The breakfast wasn't well presented or described sometimes taking ages to replenish items. The area for eating breakfast wasn't that great either⁸
It was a place to rest so we could continue our journey.
We were charged $45.00 to park and we’re there 13 hours. I we been advised in advance of that we would have stayed at another location. At a time when everything is way too expensive you gouge people for parking. Shame on you.
Cameron was amazing had great customer service!
I loved my stayed at H2, very nice experience, Cameron was very friendly and reassuring when it came to my safety. I appreciate his hospitality.
I’m going to preface this by saying this isn’t a bad hotel, but it also doesn’t seem quite on the level of other Marriotts we have stayed at. Cons We were on the 2nd floor and it smelled like stinky feet both in the hall and in the room. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed ever and both days I woke up stiff and with a headache. The pillows were also super flat even if you stack two. Other things that made the room feel seedy were low ceilings, old school window shade and a random closet with curtain in the corner. The tv also didn’t have Netflix connectivity. Lastly, parking is pricey but on par with other hotels in that area. More on parking tips below. Pros Walking distance to some great restaurants and bars (Velvet Taco is a fave). Very convenient off the interstate and to downtown and Vandy. Not a super busy street so it was relatively quiet. Free hot breakfast, it was decent. Now on the parking… there is tons of street parking but it’s owned by the city and is a Zone 9. Meaning you can only stay in one spot 10 hours. Parking is monitored 6am-12am I believe. If you have a handicap placard it’s free. I didn’t take the chance of trying to leave my car there overnight. (10 hours during the day would be $50) I parked about two blocks down at Chet and 18th garage for $21 a day - less than half the hotel price and a very quick and safe walk.
I have nothing but good things to say about our stay at Home 2.
Our group of 55 Summer Scholars stayed at the Home2 Suites by Hilton on Division Street during our Tennessee college tour, and I want to highlight the outstanding service we received from Chantz Hillsman at the front desk. Chantz was consistently professional, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. He responded quickly to every request, not only mine, but also those from our students, and he handled the needs of a large group with patience, efficiency, and genuine care. Coordinating a group of this size can be challenging, yet Chantz made our stay smooth, welcoming, and stress‑free. Hilton is fortunate to have someone with his level of professionalism and hospitality representing the brand.
Beliggenheten
At det tok 1 time fra vi kom til hotellet klokken 0030 på natten og til vi fikk rommet.
The location is amazing!
Air conditioner was loud. Didn't like the pillows.
Staff
Breakfast
Front desk night clerk was so friendly and helpful
Fan noise in bathroom kept me up. Told day crew on last night nothing fixed we believe it was noise from roof top fans traveling down through fan vent. Day crew not as friendly as night crew but they were busy
Half an hour walk to Downtown
Breakfast was hit and miss
Gaby the valet was very helpful
Pj gave us a nice warm welcome and a friendly departure
Yolanda and Julaina were amazing! Showing so much positivity and hospitality in all things from greeting at the front desk to continuous support in orientating me to the area.
From the moment I stepped out of my car, PJ was incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. Especially driving into a new city.
Pj is a very welcoming person. He handle the car with care and was very polite. He was a great person to converse with for the little time we did speak
We stayed for several days and PJ consistently provided outstanding service. Friendly, reliable, and always ready to help.
PJ is fantastic! Ana is incredible!
Pj was very sweet ! Thank you all for a great experience
Mr. PJ provided exceptional valet service! He was professional, courteous, and very attentive from the moment I arrived. My vehicle was handled with care, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. His friendly attitude and excellent customer service made a great impression. I highly recommend Mr. PJ and appreciate the outstanding experience. Five stars well deserved!
We had a very attentive and helpful valet named PJ. He was courteous and even had some helpful information about our stay in Nashville.
I enjoyed my stay at home 2 suites, my room was very clean and Pj was a great valet. And a knicks fan! Go knicks
The location was great! Around many food places & in downtown. Pj was a great valet person. Very accommodating, helpful, & nice. The rooms were superb & clean!
We had a great experience! It truly felt like home away from home.
The suite was great! The area was nice being able to walk to restaurants.
All was good
The amenities and staff were absolutely amazing!
I'd prefer that parking was included as a perk, rather than a separate fee.
We stayed here for my daughter’s 21st birthday. Rhianna and the entire staff were super friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make my daughter and all of us feel special! I’ve actually ever had any hotel make our experience this personal and welcoming. It was so heartwarming. The rooms were great and in a great location too! Would absolutely stay here again and recommend!!
Clean room and staff were good and informative.
Parking and no view a little to far away from where we wanted to go.
i would like to leave a nice review stating how wonderful valet worker Don was he was very kind and amazing
Our second stay at this hotel and still cannot fault it. Great location and friendly staff. 20 minute walk to Downtown, 1 minute walk to Music Row. 30 second walk to the Virgin Hotel, who do regular pool parties.
Excelente anteción, Desayuno completo
.....
Great location with spacious rooms. The shower was excellent and there was a good selection of TV channels. The hotel is close to several bars and restaurants but relatively quiet and on a fairly quiet street. Parking is easy.
Top Zimmer, top Lage!
It was conveniently close to shopping and restaurants.
Our refrigerator never got cold and couple of the outlets didn’t work. This made it very inconvenient as we bought food and drinks.
PMA Parking attendant Nakita provided exceptional customer service
The personal was very professional courteous and empathic.Julianna, help me by pointing to places of interest in nashville
I travel a lot and this was one of the best places I've ever stayed. The rooms were spacious and clean, very comfortable bed. Great breakfast every morning and the most pleasant staff.
Travel often for work this by far was the friendliest most engaging staff from top to bottom. Truly a pleasurable experience.
Breakfast was good , but staying 5 days , became a little boring.
It was the best experience 10 out of 10 Deon was awesome and we even got us flowers for Mother's Day.....this was amazing
Location
Noise, crappy room renovation
The daily breakfast spread was outstanding. It was super nice to be able to fill up with a hot breakfast before a day of exploring Nashville. My room was extremely spacious and comfortable, This stay suited my needs entirely.
The location was slightly questionable. I walked .5 miles to Peg Leg Porker and it was a walk I would not have taken if it was darker out, let's just put it that way. I was catcalled and harassed on my walk by multiple individuals. For being close to a lot of things, I ended up spending a lot of money on Uber after that walk because I was no longer comfortable walking in the area alone as a woman. Additionally, while the hot breakfast was an outstanding part of the stay, the lead breakfast woman seemed to get visibly annoyed as items ran out and needed to be restocked. Being annoyed is okay and we are only human, but guests should not be aware of it.
Kamer en kitchenette. Maar dat grote slagersmes zou ik vervangen voor een kleine, minder gevaarlijk mesje.
Ontbijt. Processed food
Nothing did not work with me
Very clean, helpful staff, felt safe, great room and amenities. Great shower!
Garage elevator was out and no one told us before we came so my father who has trouble with stairs and walking in general had to somehow get from the third floor to the first floor to get to the hotel. Not cool.
Fantastic place with great amenities and really friendly and attentive staff. Nice gym and food! Highly recommend and will be back when I return later this year.
