The staff is super nice,parking was easy to find very, walk distance to Disney!

Old building, dirty pool,keys don’t work after 6 hours need to change them in 5 day 6 times,Food was disappointed, bacon under cooked, eggs to dry and coffee to watery, my room didn’t get cleaned for the last 2 days.

Close to Disneyland attractions!

I didn’t like that the elevator wasn’t working! I didn’t like that my room tag was laying in the floor! Breakfast was $58 dollars for 2 people every morning, when I use to having free breakfast at Holiday Inn hotels!

Broken shower heads, air conditioning turns on and off constantly making it hard to sleep, found a nail in the floor. $30 per night for parking when half of the lot is empty, just more bs fees.

Location was perfect - not far from Disney and easy to get to. Parking was easy, and I appreciated the ability to park ahead of check-in time. Hotel room was great, bed was comfortable, and they had a water station downstairs that was very helpful. Big plus - AC was extra cold!

The water and mold issues and the fact that your staff treated our 17 year old being asked repeatedly if she was 11 we the parents had to get involved we couldn’t simply have our kids go down to eat when we had bought extra buffet tickets. Horrible experience

The AC seemed fixed at one temperature. Even though we tried to lower it, it kept constant at the same temp, which was a bit warm for our taste.

The room was awesome very clean great AC and comfortable beds. We also enjoyed the pool my niece loved it :) The staff at the front desk were so kind.

I only have one complaint, we ran out of toilet paper the day we were leaving so I called to request some like at 900am and they told me they were going to bring it and never did, luckily my sister and her family stayed next door so I asked for some but that was a bummer. I kept calling and no one ended up answering after the first call.

Property exactly as described we had a family staycation for a Disney trip and this hotel was absolutely best choice walked over to Disneyland in 10 mins

Checked out early same day because the splash zone was closed. Was not communicated in any way. Upon checkout, at 11pm, check in was at 4pm, front desk had no questions on why we were checking out or tried to communicate with us. Pretty much, “Okay, thanks for your money. Bye!” Overall terrible experience.

Where do I start ? The overall experience was horrible and awful ! I have no issues with booking.com at all never had issues or the hotels I’ve used with them, this time this hotel was the worse experience I have ever had. I am also sending an email to the hotel directly . The staff was rude not helpful at all no communication at all with guests. They did not check us in an hour until after original check in time

Eerste dag geen handdoeken aan het zwembad. 2x gaan zeggen maar niks. We zijn zo in de lift naar de kamer gemoeten. Op de volgende dag werd de Kamer werd niet schoongemaakt alsook geen verse handdoeken of ledigen vuilbakken. We zijn om 7u vertrokken en om 23u teruggekeerd van Disney. We konden niet eens meer douchen. Toen ik naar de receptie ging beloofden ze me de parking te refunden als compensatie. Deze werd nadien gewoon van mijn kaart gehaald en factuur per mail. Op mails achteraf verzonden antwoorden ze gewoonweg niet. Schandalig. Blijf aub weg hier!

Completely understaffed. You can’t order food from the restaurant, even when they are open because no one is available to take a food orders.

I booked the 2 bedroom Pirates suite for 3 adults, thinking I was booking the HI Express. While reviews scared me about my non- refundable error, we were pleasantly surprised, and loved it. It had a king bed and a huge, nice bathroom; a 2 queen room with its own full bathroom; a spacious living area with a kitchenette, totalling the size of 3 hotel rooms. Yes, it's slightly dated, but it was in great condition, quiet, with comfy beds. The pool and splash areas were nice, and infrequently used. Downsides: There was no elevator in our building. The grounds are non-existant. While the walk to Downtown Disney was an easy, no-crowds 17 minute walk through a nice area, it is deserted, so not good at night if solo. We saved over $500 compared to renting 2 rooms on Harbor. I recommend the suites at this hotel for any group that doesn't mind a 17 minute walk to the Monorail. Staff and service were great, too.

Paying for parking, the walls need upgrades along the halls and in rooms. Carpet seemed dirty, dead Cockroach of floor, no privacy from bed to bathroom wash room. Not enough towels when housekeeping comes and clean. So, I requested towels in the morning for a shower and they never brought them. The cleaning guy at brunch was a little too friendly, weird and bothered us during our breakfast. We decided not to attend breakfast the following day for that reason. The elevators are slow. Ice machines are broken. Back door of Hotel didn’t close all the way to lock its self, had to either push hard and pull to close it all the way, which is a concern. The location was great but IF this was taken up by new management and make it better. It would be a great Hotel to stay at again.

Close to Disney

The walk to Disney was still too far off a walk. TV didn’t work right. The bathroom lights weren’t working all the time. The housekeeper didn’t replenish any of the towels or change the sheets.

Our whole experience here for 3 days and 2nights became super comfortable and secured because of this hotel. We will definitely stay here again next time. Customer Service was nice and they run a Breakfast buffet until 10am. Shout out to Sergio from the Dining Crew. He made us feel super welcome and we really enjoyed his service. I totally recommend this affordable and very accommodating Inn nearby (walking distance) from Disneyland. Thank you Holiday Inn and see you again next time.

Very close to Disney! We got to see Disney’s fireworks outside in the back of the parking lot. We were swimming in the pool and an employee came out of nowhere and brought beach balls for the kids to play. The waiters for breakfast were very nice and polite. Lots of choices to get something to eat around the area.

We were in building four and the rooms were old dated. Would have been nicer if it was updated. The door to enter the building was open all the time wouldn’t even close. Didn’t even have to use your card to open the door. That didn’t feel safe. Anybody could come in.

The hotel is every dated and looked very dirty. The carpet was uneven and had lups. My room's fire alarm started making a loud beeping sound at 3 am on my first night's stay and when I went to the front desk I was told by the manager that I should simply just take out the battery.. I was furious as I should not have to do any maintenance duties in the room. He sent the security guard to go and remove the battery, but she had no clue what to do.. I asked the manager to switch me room's and he did not seem to want to do that and I had to go with the security guard to another vacant room and remove the battery from that room since the manger did not know where the spare batteries were.. that room was left making that loud beeping sound, but I was just so frustrated I just went up to my room and put the battery I had just removed and finally stopped the loud beeping sound.. not once did the manger offer an apology. The rest of the days I was there, housekeeping did not freshen my room.. they just left clean towels but not once fixed the linens on the beds. Very poor service and such a bad experience.

The pool and splash pad were nice for the kids.

Upon arrival they put us in a smaller room than we had reserved. The only fix they were willing to do was comp 2 breakfasts & parking - well the parking was still pulled from our account. I’m not sure why it’s acceptable to “downgrade” a customer. If they were short on rooms we would’ve been understanding. Then to top it off, they gave my parents access to a room that already had a family in it. Save the hassle & your money & find another hotel.

I didn’t like the fact that I must pay to keep my car there even though I have a room booked ? Also don’t like the fact room key is only good for 2 uses max before you have to get a new one happen every time and when I went to ask it seemed like most people issues and they were tired of hearing it. And the elevator needs to be redone or something because I was on level 3 and no matter what everytime I would go up to four and go down and stop at each level no one was ever waiting for it

The front desk is so slow. And so rude. The tone towards people swiping their cards for hundred or even thousands for a shitty run down hotel is absurd.

Facility was poor taken care of. We had to go get new room keys 4x during our stay. Carpet was lifting from the corner’s WiFi was no excitant. We were charged for parking. Breakfast as very limited. I payed for breakfast and I was still charged for my 13 years old after I had added that fee to the overall payment. For the price I paid for the hotel was in very bad shape . I would request a refund or some discount. The whole situation with door cards/keys was so inconvenience.

Found dirty socks in my room, hair on the bed, pillow and bathroom towels. Charging extra $40 to park your vehicle??? After I paid $200+ for a single night! Also an extra $40 for a two hour early check in. My room key was deactivated twice, for no reason.

There was candy left on the floor and a couple stains on the sheets and there was a water bottle by the lamp closest to the wall, it just seemed like it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly

Overall, the property was very dirty and outdated. We had to replace our key cards every time we came back to the hotel because they would be deactivated. There were cobwebs hanging on the lights in the hallways. The elevators felt unsafe. The door to our particular building was always unlocked because the key card reader was broken. The housekeeping service would never replace towels. The plumbing fixtures were very outdated and not working well. This hotel is filthy and not worth any amount of money.

Aside from the lobby, the building was dirty and looked old/run down. I kept having issues with my keys and the walls were so thin, we could hear everyone getting on the elevator. The staff also woke us up on our final day only to confirm that we were checking out. It felt like we payed just for the location because otherwise the stay felt like we were at a cheap motel 6 but with double the price.

It was conveniently located because we were evacuated from the Garden Grove GKN emergency.

We had one full sized bed. It was a bit cramped because we had to evacuate with our dog.

The overall facilities... very run down, very dirty, dead bugs all over ceilings near the elevator, smelly... for the price it was absolutely not worth it. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were all awesome. Would never stay here again, though.
