The usual hotel dislikes...thin walls - bring ear plugs, noisy guests in the early hours of the morning returning to their rooms after a few drinks, doors slamming, kids running up and down the hallway....same stuff you always get in any hotel. Room could have been cleaner. Long black hairs all over the room and bathroom.

Reviewed Oct 2, 2025Nasty smell in lobby and down hallway. Nasty smell coming thru bathroom vent. Dog barking at 5:15 then again at 5:30 woke a lot of people including me. I did not know that pets were allowed. Curtains covered heater and if open street was right outside. Shower door opened on wrong end so you had to reach thru the shower stream to adjust.

Reviewed Sep 20, 2025Property is doing renovation pulled up looked like it was closed. The outside looks very sketchy but once inside a relief to see some cleanliness. The room is remodel so it was very nice and clean. The road in front of the hotel is very busy all night you can hear the cars zooming by. Overall the room Was clean and nice, staff also nice but I’m not sure if we would stay there again.

Appreciate him a lot! Just a note though regarding our check -in. The male receptionist( East Indian) was unwelcoming, not even to ask how the trip coming up north was…. Aside from this, everything was splendid.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2025The location was quite good, close to two supermarkets and various fast food places. The Independent store has great cheap hot foods. Also a transit bus stop close-by behind the hotel to go downtown, as well as the Trans Canada walking trail beside the Yukon River that's very nice. The reception staff was very friendly and accommodating towards my elderly mom who can't walk much, they even allowed us to switch rooms to have a better view for her. It's not a fancy hotel but it's clean and has the essentials. The restaurant next door serves great food too. Would stay there again. The airport shuttle is shared among 3 hotels so watch for the stickers on the colourful bus.
