Room is old and dirty, found many used tissues under the bed.Everything is broken in the room, you cannot completely close the water in the bathtub so the water is running all the time and they request a deposit of 200 cad for a broken dirty room it is a joke.No complimentary shuttle from the airport.I stayed 4 nights not once they came to clean my room even when I leave the sign on the door.

Convenient to town & parks. Laundromat attached. Good Indian restaurant on main floor too.

A little dumpy. Taken over by a family. I think it's still a work in progress. Some things don't work well like the TV or a leaky hot water tap on sink. Water pressure & temp varies a lot. Lighting was poor in room.

Good option for my one night stay

In any other city it would be way over priced, but everything is more expensive in Whitehorse. It is fine for a night. The hotel is very dated but the sheets and towels are clean, but the double bed is very small. It was very quiet, there's lots of parking.

For the price, it needs a good deep cleaning and an update in furniture.

Chambres très bruyante. Des souffleries forte, non réglable, le moteur de l'ascenseur très bruyant dans les chambres. J'ai du changer 3 fois de chambre. Personnel compréhensif mais technicien impuissant. Les lampes ne marchent pas. Vu Nord sur des poubelles et un garage auto, vu sud sur une route bruyante temporairement, il y avait des travaux. Le peux devrait être réévalué à la baisse ou des travaux de maintenance effectué

We were concerned about the location when we first arrived but after meeting the staff and knowing there were security cameras and staff that stayed there all night, we felt better about our stay.

The coffee maker in the room didn't work and there were no screens on the windows. So if you opened the window, you got unexpected company flying in. Otherwise, the room was adequate for what we needed.

Staff was rude, rooms were outdated and dingy look like we stepped back into the 80. They never once cleaned out room or even emptied the trash can. The bathroom was dirty you could see the dust on the baseboards, under everything was a thick layer of dust. No blackout curtains so not great for Yukons summer not great. The hallways had a strong smell of smoke

Kitchen set from the 80s in small hotel room, coffee maker didn’t work. Cable box didn’t connect to T.V . I got there a 12 and just wanted to chill and watch t.v get some sleep

The hotel is very run-down, and generally dirty. They charge an extra fee for pets for "enhanced cleaning" but our room was not thoroughly clean (stains, hair, etc) so clearly this is just a scam to charge a few extra dollars. It also appears that there are long term residents in this facility, as was apparent from the argument that I witnessed in the main lobby between a resident and the manager. I would be prepared to pay a few more dollars for a better facility.

We were traveling with a pet, so our options were limited in Whitehorse. The outside photos looked sketchy but the rooms looked ok. When we got there the property shared a parking lot with a washateria and a massage parlor. It looked like a bad part of town. When we got to the room the walls were painted in two tones of white. It looked like they were doing touch ups but the colors didn’t match. The bed was so gross. The sheets were wrinkled and stained, the pillows were flat and grimy. The worst was the blanket under the bedspread. I noticed a stain so we were going to take that blanket off and when we did we saw a big red glob of dried up red substance. I’m not sure what it was. I called the front desk and they moved us into a better room. If you need to stay in Whitehorse for the night and this hotel is your only choice, just sleep in your car. You’ll get a better night sleep.

The whole place was dilapidated, it should be condemned.

Old dirty rooms. Doors slammed when closing so very noisy all night. Altercation with a guest and staff late at night. Had to go out back door in the morning.

The outdoor temperatures were cool already & the a/c blew non stop the entire stay. I was told it was a central system & could not be turned off. Inside the room was colder than 10°. I received no room cleaning service the during my stay. No replacement coffee, clean towels or other services.

This was the worst hotel experience in my life. I had two major issues: 1. My deposit was not refunded 2. A suspicious driver was arranged 【1) Deposit not refunded】 I paid a $200 deposit at check-in. I was told it would be refunded in a few days, but I did not receive it even after more than two weeks. I contacted the hotel through Booking.com messages and email, but there was no response. After contacting Booking.com, the hotel finally replied and said “we should have already refunded it,” but this was not true. Later, they told me they could not process the refund without the physical card. I still do not understand this explanation, and no proper reason was given. In the end, I received the refund via e-transfer. Even if this was not intentional and was caused by a system issue or a mistake by the staff, they should have clearly explained it and properly apologized. I believe that if I had not followed up multiple times, I might not have received my money. Their explanation and apology were not sufficient. 【2) Suspicious driver】 I asked the front desk to call a taxi early in the morning for my flight. However, the person who came was not a proper taxi driver, but a suspicious man in a regular car. I felt something was wrong, so I went back to the front desk and asked again if he was really a taxi driver. The staff confirmed that he was. Based on that, I got in the car. However, there was no taxi sign or meter, and he asked for $100 (the normal price is around $15–20). He did not seem to be going to the airport, and his behavior made me very uncomfortable. He made inappropriate comments and even touched me. I felt it was a dangerous situation. I managed to return to the hotel by telling him I forgot my wallet. After I explained the situation, the staff apologized and called a proper taxi. I am not sure if the hotel was involved in this situation, but there are many things that do not make sense.

Cigarette burns in bedding, stains on sheets and towels. Excessive noise after 10pm. Fighting happening in the hallways in the night. Heater was stuck on high so room was at 30 degrees.

The staff was friendly and responsive. The room had a coffee pot, microwave and fridge but you had to ask for cups & coffee.

The bathroom was dirty. The sheets were clean but the blanket and bedspread were stained. The room was VERY cold. I was provided a space heater to use at night to stay warm. The room door had a big gap at the bottom.

Absolutely amazing staff and the room was comfortable and clean!

After a brief stay at this hotel my parents checked out and were headed home. Unfortunately, shortly after leaving, they were in a motor vehicle accident. Their car was totalled. After transport by ambulance and being checked out at hospital, my folks were left with non life threatening injuries including some broken bones. They had no vehicle or access to the their belongings and are far from home. They have returned to the hotel for a couple of nights until they can fly home. As they had no car, my parents were going to walk to the pharmacy for pain medication. The front desk attendant, Promise was very kind and picked up the medication for my parents! His compassion and empathy is so appreciated. It’s extremely comforting to know there are caring people watching over our wounded travellers far from home. Promise, you are amazing! God bless you! The room was not clean, especially the bathroom floor. There were odors in the room - smelled like sweaty feet. The receptionist was very slow, seemed confused. There is one elevator and the back stairs. It didn't feel that safe. This could be a great location, but the place is due for an overhaul.

3 night stay, only enough for 1 cup of coffee, small towels and never changed.1 light didn't work because cable was to short could not be plugged in to power outlet.

Room was not clean, especially the bathroom. Uncomfortable beds, terribly flat pillows, everything felt very old and stale. When we arrived in the room, there was a pair of black underwear draped over the floor lamp. How could the cleaners not notice this?! Just like they couldn’t notice that the bathroom floor was filthy.

Reception took 20 minutes, but i had booked through expedia, gave us a room that had not been cleaned that day...another 15 minutes before they can find us a room, it is dirty, noisy as hell....i will never book here again and will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is extremely outdated, and dirty. The bathroom was filthy in my room. The sheets were dirty. The floor was dirty. The ceiling was dirty. The customer service was not good. They overcharge my credit card which I’m still trying to deal with.

I had an unfortunate experience with the front desk during my stay. Upon checking out, I was told that the security hold on my credit card would be released within 9 days. However, the charge remained on my card well past that time. When I reached out to the front desk for assistance, they insisted that the hold had already been cleared, but refused to offer any help in resolving the issue. To make matters worse, the staff blamed me for not understanding the situation and hung up on me twice. This lack of professionalism and poor customer service left me extremely frustrated. Additionally, at check-in, they failed to provide the same type of room that I had booked. I had requested a room with two beds, but they only had a room with one bed available. As a result, my friend had to sleep on a sofa bed, which was uncomfortable. This was a huge inconvenience and added to the overall disappointing experience.

Nice clean budget hotel. Being part of a launder-mat means you don’t run out of hot water.!! Clean rooms but noisy. Still the price is right.

Ao chegar no hotel me foi entregue um quarto que não correspondia a reserva realizada. Quarto com paredes sujas, ar condicionado quebrado, sem ventilador, sem chaleira elétrica e microondas, itens que constavam informados na descrição. Somente fui trocada de quarto após exigir tal fato, e ainda assim, disseram que estavam me dando upgrade de quarto. Na reserva realizada dizia ter café da manhã incluído no preço final e ao chegar lá, não havia café da manhã e a única justificativa foi "não servimos café". Somente presumo receber o estorno do valor equivalente através do contato de reclamações com o Booking. Péssimo ambiente. Um entra e sai de pessoas de diferentes níveis. Cheiro de esgoto no andar da recepção. O serviço de limpeza e arrumação do quarto não era executado diariamente, mesmo colocando a placa de que não havia ninguém no quarto. Amenidades de banho não existiam como sabonete para tomar banho. Quarto apertado e não possuía lugares para guardar suas roupas, pois o gaveteiro estava sujo.
