Ottima posizione, centrale, a sette minuti a piedi da Piazza Maggiore. Ben servito dai mezzi. Hotel di struttura classica, buona colazione. Mia stanza piccola ma accogliente. Ottima la TV in camera, con canali SKY.

L’approccio iniziale dei dipendenti: ho constatato una scarsa propensione ad ascoltare e a prendere in considerazione la versione dei fatti esposti, dando per scontato che all’origine del problema sollevato ci fosse una mancata competenza nel gestire la prenotazione. Grazie al manager (che non ho incontrato) intervenuto per risolvere il disguido venutosi a creare in merito alla situazione e soprattutto per aver cercato di risolvere prontamente l’inconveniente. Suggerimento per i più giovani: mettere in dubbio la versione dei clienti, a prescindere dal fatto che possa essere fondata o meno, è sempre poco cortese.

Nothing major, one of the wooden planks under the bed was broken but we did not remember to mention this to the staff. I assume they would’ve fixed the issue in some way or another.

Świetna lokalizacja, tuż obok największych atrakcji Bolonii, na popularnej ulicy, która była zamknięta z powodu remontu nawierzchni i cała droga zmieniła się w spokojny, cichy deptak. Być może będzie tam głośno gdy tramwaje wrócą na trasę. Od samego wejścia czujesz się tutaj ważnym gościem (wystrój nieco przesadzony, "wenecki"), a obsługa jest na topowym poziomie zaczynając od recepcji, przez panie sprzątające i serwis śniadaniowy. Pokój 3-os duży, przestronny, w łazience wanna i prysznic, podwójna umywalka. Śniadania dla każdego - i na słodko, jak i amator bułki z szynką czy jajecznicy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Na deser przekąsiłem polecane ciasto czekoladowe ... niebo w gębie!

Jeśli do czegoś się można przyczepić, to skromny lecz chodliwy dział świeżych owoców podczas śniadań. Arbuz dodawany w ilościach śladowych szybko się rozchodził i trzeba było czyhać na uzupełnienie braku. Zbędna wydaje mi się opcja płatnego barku. Jakieś kable poprzyczepiane taśmą izolacyjną do mini-lodówki słabo wyglądały.

Arrivando per le 20,30 il Personale all'accoglienza era assente. Comunque era presente un Facchino che mi ha informato che l'unica Ragazza presente all'accettazione era in bagno. Dopo circa 5 minuti la Receptionist è arrivata ed ha eseguito con gentilezza le operazioni di check in. L'albergo, forse a causa della moquette, appare un po' vetusto. La camera comunque, seppur datata, si è rivelata ampia, comoda e confortevole anche perché ho optato per una Matrimoniale De Lux e vi era anche un terzo letto.

Well located to old town and restaurants. front desk, on arrival, pull out a city map and identified sites, resto recommendations. Bologna is a great walking city and hotel well located.

Although about 15 mins from train station, would have considered a location a little further removed, in hindsight.

The food during breakfast was some of the nicest we’ve had on our European vacation, very tasty. The staff were all friendly. Nice outdoor garden to sit and have a drink, comfy rooms. Easy, flat and shady walk from train station thanks to Bologna’s porticos.

Menu for room service was limited/small.

Het ontbijt was goed en uitgebreid. De locatie midden in het centrum is ideaal. Ook prettig dat het hotel het parkeren en de ZTL voor ons regelde. De kamers waren schoon en de eigen Secret Garden met terras is een leuke extra.

De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding viel tegen. Het parkeren was erg duur en de kamer was behoorlijk krap. De bedden waren niet comfortabel en de airconditioning werkte onvoldoende. De minibar was niet inclusief. In de Secret Garden werd bovendien geen service geboden, terwijl dit wel werd aangegeven.

je trouve vraiment dommage l’utilisation de gobelets en plastique dans la salle de bains, à la réception près du distributeur d‘eau aromatisée! Pour un hôtel de cette qualité, c’est vraiment décevant. Le petit déjeuner est aussi à améliorer ( gobelets en carton pour le thé!) et il manque des alternatives comme flocons d‘avoine, plus de variétés de pain complet, céréales…

Location was excellent. Hotel is very traditional but quiet and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Liked the outdoor secret garden for drinks. Breakfast was good. Good restaurants close by.

Das Hotel Internazionale besticht vor allem durch seine hervorragende Lage im Zentrum von Bologna, wodurch sich diese wunderschöne und sehenswerte Stadt perfekt zu Fuß erkunden lässt. Das Personal ist durchwegs sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allerdings entspricht der Standard unserer Meinung nach nicht den offiziellen 4 Sternen – realistischer wären hier eher 2,5 Sterne. Das Hotel selbst sowie die Zimmer sind schon etwas älter und sichtlich abgenutzt. Auch die Anreise mit dem Auto erfordert Aufmerksamkeit: Man muss gut aufpassen, um bei der Anfahrt nicht versehentlich in die kameraüberwachte ZTL-Zone (verkehrsberuhigter Bereich) zu geraten. Der Parkplatz des Hotels liegt auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite, ist sehr eng und man muss den Autoschlüssel beim Portier abgeben, da die Fahrzeuge dort rangiert werden. Für einen Städtetrip nach Bologna ist es wegen der zentralen Lage und des freundlichen Service in Ordnung, man sollte beim Zustand der Zimmer jedoch keine echten 4-Sterne-Erwartungen haben.

Good central location. Very close to the railway station and 10 minutes to the town centre. Despite being on the main road it is not noisy. Well decorated in a classic rather than modern style but well maintained, very well cleaned and with a tv, kettle and fridge. Lovely interior courtyard garden.

Tea and coffee were very, very minimal. One ordinary & one decaf coffee sachet and three different types of tea bags for a double room. So on the first morning we couldn’t both have English breakfast tea as there was only one tea bag! We sat for half an hour in the courtyard one evening and there was no sign of any staff. In the end we went to the indoor bar where the staff were really kind and helpful.

El hotel es un poco antiguo y sigue teniendo moqueta en el suelo. El agua de la ducha no tenía casi presión. Sigue habiendo bañeras en lugar de duchas, que son más cómodas.

Good sized rooms, excellent location, very nice staff and most of all - very comfortable bed that I just sank in to! Slept amazingly well! Also nice terraced area for drinks.

Bardzo udany pobyt. Hotel zdecydowanie wart swojej ceny. Śniadania były świetne – duży wybór, wszystko świeże i smaczne. Personel bardzo miły, pomocny i profesjonalny. Ogromnym plusem jest lokalizacja – większość najważniejszych miejsc można zwiedzić pieszo, zazwyczaj w około 10–15 minut, dzięki czemu praktycznie nie trzeba korzystać z komunikacji miejskiej. Pokój oraz cały hotel były bardzo czyste i zadbane. Jedynym minusem jest brak gniazdek elektrycznych bezpośrednio przy łóżkach, co trochę utrudnia np. nocne ładowanie telefonu. Poza tym wszystko oceniam bardzo dobrze. Świetna lokalizacja, dobre śniadania, wysoki poziom czystości i przyjazna obsługa. Zdecydowanie polecam i chętnie wybrałbym ten hotel ponownie.

Great location - near the train station, and a nice walk into town center. The 24 hour reception was also really handy, and staff helpful for leaving baggage etc.

The internet connection was occasionally problematic, which was important for me. Also, the bathroom, particularly the shower, felt somewhat unsafe for an elderly person with Polymyalgia Rheumatica, a condition the hotel had been informed about in advance. Otherwise, it was mostly a good stay, and we were generally satisfied with our experience.

A very attractive hotel. Not too big and impersonal. Very convenient for Bologna Central railway station and the tram to the airport. Also a really nice walk to the shopping precinct and historical centre. Also provided a very nice breakfast. Very good value for the price.

我只是描述我们遇到的，请大家体会。当天下午入住后，在屋内休息，然后 有工作人员拿着灯泡和梯子敲门进来，说要换灯泡，可是屋内没有灯泡坏，我也没有提过维修需求。说话时候工作人员手都发抖。随后我们下楼问了前台，是否是有安排工作人员上去维修。答复是，如果有人上去那么应该是！！！！没有再给具体解释。 后来我们比较介意这件事情，就要求提前退房，付了全额房费，酒店不同意退还。考虑安全问题，真不想住，就把房卡留在前台，当天离开，也没有再回去和他们再纠结房费。
