Loved the entrance, valet people were super helpful.
Paying for parking. Already spent hundreds for the room and the parking on top of that kind of irked me.
The staff was incredibly helpful
N/A everything went well during our stay!!!
Beautiful property
Nothing
Friendly staff , great location,
Rooms looking and feeling a little dated
The property is worn out, need to replace many things, especially the bathroom
Shower, sink, towels hanging at toilet because no other place house keeper could place
Perfect location, very close to disneyland. Offers paid shittles to disneyland with 7USD per person. Hotel was overall very clean and rooms were comfy.
Nothing.
Cuarto muy limpio, excelente ubicación, atención, todo muy bien.
Common areas, 2 pools, pickleball, basketball courts, gym, has a gelato shop and great foot at the restaurant. It has a Starbucks!
This is a high rotation stay property, so room furniture is hard to maintain at its best. But, our stay was great.
Fairly large Clean room. Restaurants/deli on site were convenient and open late
Too Setup was strange. Nexrrom was situated next to the entry door while the living area was further I. The room. The setup should have been reversed
Wonderful experience for Disney bound families. Hyatt OC is a great value for families. The suites are larger and worth the extra cost for the space and beds. It helps to be part of the World of Hyatt program. Staff friendliness is their greatest asset. Gladys, Bernice, Michael are amazingly friendly, warm, and professional. Managers JoAnn and Bryan are quick to deal with any issues affecting your stay. There are so many hotels and resorts in the areas but we always stay ay the Hyatt OC. It’s the perfect distance, far away enough from Dland to get a break and drive to Westminster/Garden Grove for food and close enough that the shuttle ride is not annoying once you learn the schedule. The shuttle price and parking should be combined together so it’s not so expensive.
I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Orange County. My room was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. The front desk staff were all very helpful. The shuttle to and from Disneyland was extremely convenient. I look forward to returning!
The hotel has a very clean and very calming atmosphere. The staff upfront as well as the staff that we texted were very helpful in extending our stay.
Excellent experience in the heart of it all. From Disney to Huntington Beach, you can reach them all in minutes. Tons of restaurants, several theaters and plenty of shopping choices.
The activities for my children and the staff were very friendly. My children loved the pool and the ability to go play basketball everyday.
No concerns
This is my default, go-to hotel for Disneyland. I have stayed here more times than I can count over the last 20 years. Staying here is a "no-brainer" for me. We love the unique bunk bed rooms, but we don't always get them. We've also had the enormous 1 bedroom suite. There is something FUN about huuuuuge hotel rooms. Come to think of it, I've never had the same room twice, they are all wildly different. The worst thing about this hotel is the maintenance issues like peeling paint, loose electrical outlets, and we have had more than one plumbing issue (toilet) requiring awkward maintenance calls. But the overall experience of the hotel, the soaring lobby, the Starbucks, easy parking, cool bar, great breakfast, friendly staff, and convenient location wins me over time and again. On the most recent stay we loved the HUGE pool and hot tub, we had it all to ourselves. The outdoor facilities at this hotel are great.
We stayed at this hotel for a recent family trip to Disneyland. This is a very nice hotel a short distance from Disneyland at half the cost of those that are within walking distance. Since it is not within walking distance, they provide a shuttle every 30 minutes for a fee of $7.00 per person, which drops you off at a close, convenient location at Disney. HOTEL: clean, comfortable, quiet--nice fluffy towels and comfortable bedding. The room had a small fridge and a Keurig machine (microwave down the hall by the ice machine). No complimentary food. Self-parking is conveniently located, costs $35.00. There is also a valet option. SHUTTLE: The ride to Disneyland takes about 10-15 minutes. Hints: Take a screenshot of the receipt they send you so you can easily access it because you need to show it each time you use the shuttle. Also, if you want to take the first bus of the day (45 minutes before park opens) be sure to get in line early; it was packed the two days we rode it with every seat taken and the aisles full of people standing up. It was the same when riding one of the later buses for the ride home at night. RECAP: All in all, I recommend this hotel as a very nice hotel, more affordable than others in the area, especially hotels of this nice quality.
Great Room/ Great Restaurants/Bar.AWESOME STAFF!

Great location. Staff and shuttle service to Disneyland were very good. It was handy having cafes and restaurants on site as well as plenty of variety of restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance.
The location was very close to everything that we wanted to visit. We received free upgrades and all the staff was very helpful.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was wonderful. After a long Delta flight delay, I didn't check in until 11:30 PM, but the front desk team welcomed me with extraordinary service. Words truly can't express how helpful and accommodating they were after a stressful travel experience!
I honestly expected the hotel to be of higher quality all around. Compared to other hotels I've been in around the country for the priced I paid. The rooms were pretty average, kind of like a holiday Inn or a motel 8. The parking was absolutely crap. If you are a paying customer, you should not be charged a daily price for parking. Thats ridiculous and grossly greedy. The best thing this hotel has going for it, is the Vita restaurant. The steak was absolutely amazing and so was our waitress (i wish i could remember her name, i do remember she was blonde, thin & wore glasses) was above and beyond! The first time we ate breakfast and the food was mediocre at best and the waitress was the same. The last time we ate at Vita, the experience was terrible and our waitress was rude and acted as if she really didn't want to deal with us at all. And lastly. The pools and hot tub was nice and was as expected for any average hotel. Overall, it is very unlikely I'll ever go out of my way to stay there again.
Wonderful hotel in Orange County, close to Downtown Disney, great rooms, nice breakfast, convenient. Overall, a great hotel to stay at in Orange County.
My overall experience was great. We were there for a convention and from the valet to the front office to housekeeping I was beyond satisfied.
This wonderful hotel truly demonstrates hospitality focused on guests. The night-time valet team kickstarted our trip positively after a long 6-hour drive, treating us with care and respect for our car. Check-in was smooth and efficient, with a front desk agent providing professional and friendly service. The staff also assisted by bringing our luggage to our room, which was excellent. Over the next few days, the entire morning and night staff were consistently outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel.

the parking was expensive and not convenient. the self parking lot is located behind the hotel , which requires a fair long walk to the entrance. valet parking cost higher than other hotel.
the bathroom was noise. the toilet did not flush consistently. the room key also stop working , we reported the problem couples but we have to wait for quite a while before a technician finally came and fixed it, which was very inconvenient. The room missing basic amenities such as Q tip and a toothbrush kit.
Love the room. Everyone was helpful and kind. Room was spacious and well kept by housekeeping. Parking needs to improve though,
Excellent location for family and also for singles to explore the area and very welcoming staff , rooms are clean and location is just what you need to be close to everything Disney and other cultural food
Location is prime to leisure activities and Disney shuttle and plenty of restaurants fast food and Morton’s and Ruth Chris were a nice touch and we can’t leave Cheesecake Factory out of the equation. That’s always a must go for us.
I enjoyed that the staff provided overall great customer service in all my request prior to arrival. I enjoyed the convenience of the location with food options being in a short distance.
I didn't like the floors in the room feeling sticky and dirty. I also didn't enjoy the high cost of delivery for room service.
This hotel hosts a Dance Mom's competition with hundreds of little girls running around the halls unsupervised throughout the night. Do not stay here while they are hosting these competitions because you will struggle to get any peace.
This is an exemplary Hyatt experience. The location of this property is close to business appointments, multiple freeways, and Disneyland. The staff is fantastic and the dining options are all outstanding. Rooms are clean and there are more than enough elevators to get up and down quickly. There is a huge self parking area very close to the hotel back entrance and always easy to find a parking spot. This is one of the best stays in Orange County.
Excellent hotel! Suites are amazing for families...2 bedroom king suite can easily accommodate 6 people very comfortably. The rooms were kept very clean and there was not only a nice selection of food choices in the hotel but also nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel!
No room service! Weird smell in the bathroom! Broken Elevators!
Due to dance events, elevators and pool was super busy and difficult to enjoy. Restaurant "Vita" did not decide to serve us until we got up to leave within 10 min of sitting without any recognition. Parking was always full due to the visors for events. Parking should not be permitted to visitor or at least have Parking spots reserved for residents staying in the motel.
The thermostat goes into saver mode every hour. Shutting off the AC until you manually wake up, get up, and put it back on. EVERY HOUR! If your hope is a nice soft bed, a comforter that hugs you to sleep, and a nice cool room. You will only get 2 out of 3 here. Sweat box or no sleep at all are the 2 options.
Great welcome to an amazing stay. We didn't go for Disney, though it was only 1.5 miles away. Could have walked to it, if we wanted. This was our base while we explored the beaches in the area (laguna, newport, santa monica). We had a King Suite, very spacious with great views. We enjoyed a huge selection for breakfast and were treated by an amazing staff. Great location, convenient to everywhere, easy access to the freeways. Super helpful staff.
We really enjoyed our stay here, a very nice hotel. Our room was clean modern and quiet. Parking was easy and convenient. The hotel is a very convenient location for visiting Disneyland with no hassle, since a shuttle bus from the hotel front left every 30 minutes. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and drinks at the bar. Plenty of nice restaurants and shopping nearby.
I was hit with unexpected fees at check in, the shower pressure was so strong it hurt and the water splashed outside of and over the shower curtain causing the floor to get wet and for me to almost slip and fall. I reported the issue and it was not fixed. Also, they close the pool/hot tub too early.
This hotel is in a great location, with easy access to Disney and nearby restaurants. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. Rooms were cleaned daily, and the spacious accommodations offered excellent comfort. The hotel also features great amenities, including a large play area and a swimming pool. Check-out was quick and hassle-free. Although the price is slightly higher than some alternatives, the overall experience makes it one of the best options in the area.
They charged me twice for one room and wont make it right ive called the mangers in site , billing and just get a run around. So i paid 400 for one night one room
Location and conveniences
Room was dated
Big, clean, nice location, nice shuttle to Disney C big parking lot, felt safe .
Price was kinda high , but competitive and in range of area .
This was an excellent location and close to Disney.-
Everything was great.
We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Orange County. The employees were friendly and efficient. The amenities at this location are excellent. A must stay if you go to Disneyland.
The location of the hotel was great for our Disneyland staycation for a few days and for restaurants and food walking distance. Our room was on the 14th floor. Staff was great! Rooms clean. Starbucks inside hotel was a plus. The shuttle was convenient for Disneyland but it charges $7 each and valet parking had great service they are pricey but i guess all big name hotels charge that nowadays but they are exceptional w customer service and I needed something out of my car they went and got it. Very helpful w luggage or bags and opening the doors. I had a great stay. Would come again. Didn’t get to try the pool, courts or bonfire 🔥 hopefully next time. I saw it from my view up high. Looked good.
Enjoyed staying at the Hyatt Regency Orange County for the 2nd time. Check in process went smoothly. Received a room upgrade as a globalist. Rooms were large, everything in working condition, & clean. Hotel offered both valet and self parkig. Bellman were helpful getting our lussge to/from our room. Self parking was almost sold out, filled because had 1 or 2 conventions or meetings. Brekafst buffet was just okay, adequate, average. Think ordering off menu might be a btter choice. Staff provided great service. would stay here again and recommend to family and friends. Location was great. Near many eateries, shopping, and Disney Parks.
Tamara and Justin were the best!

Cómodo y accesible a restaurantes y a comercios.

Excellent customer service-- 10/10!! The staff that greets you to check in to your hotel room was phenomenal-- kind, caring, patient and smiling!! The hotel itself was so beautiful. There's a store to shop in for Disney merch. A game area, outdoor pool, indoor starbucks. The valet staff were very kind and welcoming. Answered any questions that we had. The ladies who cleaned my room were so kind! I liked that fact that they left the name of whoever cleaned your room in case there were any questions you might have. The catering service at our breakfast and lunch were so welcoming, hard working, kind, and paid attention to detail. Our plates never sat long on the table after we were finished. They had positive and welcoming demeanors. Shout out to the starbucks located inside the Hyatt--- they were slammed with our huge convention and they kept smiles on their faces-- welcomed the challenge and just did a great job of getting our drinks out in a timely manner. Loved that there was a cocktail and lounge area to be able to have conversations in the middle of the hotel. All the locations of the rooms for our conference were well labeled. Even the day that we had to check out of our room and place our bags with the hotel-- it was a very trustworthy service-- thorough and safe!! Thank you for the excellent stay.
I had an enjoyable and peaceful time at the Hyatt recently as I was visiting for a conference held at the hotel. The hotel was clean and spacious with plenty of food options in the hotel and surrounding area. The room was spacious and clean and there was no noise even though my room was located right by the elevator. My room was cleaned when asked and I felt the hotel suited my needs for the week.
Overall nice and good experience, little more walk to Disneyland but manageable. Multiple options for food and pool area is nice to spend time in evening if free; however it appears that resources in play area are not being maintained properly.
Nice comfy beds
Way too pricey with everything added onto price of the room. I understand this is a vacation resort style hotel near very popular Disneyland. However, not all guests are traveling for leisure but for work. It would be nice to have some perks like lower prices for parking or better sandwiches in your grab and go store. Having a Starbucks on property was best. Food isn't that great at the breakfast and way over priced. . However, all your staff is wonderful and helpful. I prefer Ayres Hotel chain that have bigger rooms and free or lower prices for parking and better breakfasts.
Hotel staff was very accommodating and helpful. The shuttle to and from Disney was a big perk for my family. Location is close to restaurants target etc. Kids enjoyed both pools and the complimentary s’mores/fire pit.
Great location and venue! We attended a week-long conference recently and everything from the greeting at the front entrance by staff to the check-in process was two-thumbs up (fast and friendly). Our rooms were nice, tastefully decorated, and most important, comfortable. The restaurants onsite as well as the delicious deli/gelato shop provided many options for lots of decisions to be made, which is a really good thing! The gym, pool, and other amenities were clean, had plenty of towels, and all we could ask for. Since this was a conference, the venue was nice and spread out for the many sessions and people who were attending. The catered breakfast, lunch and appetizers at reception were all very fresh and tasty. The wait staff was also very customer service focused and had a built-in smile included! It is so close to many shopping and local attractions (Yes, there are non-stop shuttles to you know where). I will be returning soon with family to the OC and THIS is where we will stay and play!
no communication or general to give a darn about prompt service, just a barn yard stable with a bathroom so small circus little people would not be able to turn around,
Stayed at the Hyatt Regency Orange County to help celebrate our granddaughter's 3rd birthday weekend at Disneyland. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean, and there were a couple of good restaurants on the premises. All day shuttle to Disneyland for $7 was very convenient and on time. We had a very good time during our stay.
We stayed here for a volleyball tournament at the convention center. The location was convenient and about one mile walking distance to the convention center. It would have also been an easy walk to Disney but a little farther. We had a suite with a pull out couch which came in handy for our kids. We would stay here again.
Nice but expensive
Location and staff
Not clean old bathrooms disgusting smell in the room
This hotel offer a lot of amenities. There’s a basketball court, great breakfast, clean rooms, and a convenient Starbucks coffee shop on-site. They also offer a shuttle to Disneyland.
Staff members were very helpful and professional the facility was clean
Nothing
Un agradecimiento al personal por todas las facilidades prestadas. FANTASTICO SITIO PARA IR RN ANAHEIM
Staying at the Hyatt Regency Orange County is like staying with family. They met our every need and exceeded out expectations. The lobby is large and bright during the day and quiet and subdued in the evening. Perfect for those late night Disney returns. The lobby has a lot of seating choices and the availability of food options is great. The pool was sparkling and well maintained. Our rooms were large and easily accessible. My interactions with the employees was pleasant ands you can tell they enjoy working there. Our rooms were joined but with the door shut, silent. This was our third time staying but not our last. When we visit the area this is where we stay.
Great hotel, close to shopping and plenty of food and they offer a shuttle to disneyland. The hotel itself is nice and the staff made it even better. The Starbucks on-site helps too. Great place to stay, we will be back.
We love how they have Starbucks and other restaurants inside the hotel in the lobby area. Our kids enjoyed the pool on the third floor. Very clean. Beautiful Hotel overall. Will definitely book again.
Another fantastic experience in the books and if you haven’t had the opportunity to stay in one of their family suites man they are great plentyof space comfortable lounging, and gives everyone the privacy that they need while still staying together. If you’re staying in Orange County for anything, but especially ifyou’re staying for Disneyland, you need to be staying here hands-down with all the amenities that this place has in the hotel. It’s fantastic to have else walking distance restaurants target just makes it that much easier.
everything was excellent
Best hotel in the Disneyland area! It’s not as close to the park as other hotels, but they offer a shuttle ($7per person per day) and it is MUCH nicer than the hotels within walking distance. They have a full br, restaurant, Starbucks, and a pool.
Rooms were spacious, clean. Beds were extremely comfortable, no outside noise to bother us even though the hotel was pretty full. Easy and convenient to get to Disneyland. Never had to wait long for transportation nor was it overly full. Had late check out until 2pm for being a loyal member with an upgrade to a suite! Great experience.
Beautiful location with lots of amenities. Friendly front desk staff and very clean. Close to the Park with easy transportation via the shuttle.
Close proximity to the convention
Bed was hard
I typically enjoy staying at Hyatt properties, so I was disappointed with my experience at the Hyatt Regency Orange County. My biggest priority when choosing a hotel is bed comfort, followed by the overall amenities, and unfortunately this stay did not meet expectations for the price. The room had carpet, which did not appear very clean or in good condition. The bed was quite uncomfortable, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the stay. The bathroom also appeared to have a ceiling repair that was not professionally finished. It looked like a section had been cut out and simply screwed back into place without proper finishing, which took away from the overall appearance of the room. I was also surprised that complimentary breakfast was not offered. Compared to other Hyatt properties I’ve stayed at — especially the Hyatt in Riverside, which I found very comfortable, modern, and much nicer overall — this location felt dated and less maintained. I especially prefer hotels without carpet, and the Riverside location had a much more comfortable bed and overall experience. I still like the Hyatt brand overall, but I personally would not choose to stay at the Hyatt Regency Orange County again because comfort is extremely important to me, especially the quality of the bed.
There was a noise in my room all night I could not sleep I even recorded it
I believe his name was "Steve" at the front desk. But he was very friendly and helpful with my accommodations. He was courteous and efficient. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The hotel was kept very clean and is spacious. I have stayed here before and would definitely stay again. Restaurants and shopping are also conveniently close.
Stay away Absolutely horrible experience even for world of Hyattember 1. poor front desk , customer service messed up my reservation and told I was no show and arrived day late. Upon showing confirmation email from hyatt which made them look bad,, made me wait 45 mins before giving room 2. 2 days after staying suddenly got email saying your checking out a day earlier Upon calling was told that was my reservation. Long argument led finally to extension of a fully booked hotel. This is despite front desk clearly told of duration of stay. Had to furnish emails to prove myself. 3. Condition of hotel Shower was clogged and had to take my bath with water clogged, rusted bathroom showers. 4. Old room condition Only + ve was cleaning person keeps this old facility as much and facility director helped after customer service Staff really gave me a hard time. Very very poor experience.because this is located near Disney not expecting much changes as facility should be full mostly.
I was truly amazed by the customer service during our stay. I believe her name was Berenice, and I would love to give a special shoutout to her. This was our first time visiting LA, and honestly, we knew nothing about the area or what to expect. She warmly asked about our plans during the trip, and the moment we mentioned Disneyland, she got genuinely excited for us. She immediately started sharing helpful information, recommendations, and even told us about the shuttle bus service, which made everything so much easier for us. It may seem like a simple gesture, but for us, it meant so much. Her kindness, warm energy, and genuine excitement made our trip feel extra special, memorable, and fun. Moments like this are what people remember long after a vacation ends. Thank you so much, Berenice, for making our first LA trip such an unforgettable experience!
the area
Rooms were shorter then expected
Did a quick weekend trip to Disney with the family and stayed here. Beautiful hotel. Got upgrade on a room and it was spotless. The employees were so nice and friendly and there was no line when we arrived. You do have to park in the back as I didn't even see an option to unload bags in the front but I may have missed that. Will definitely book again in the future.
The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were very responsive to questions throughout the stay. We were within walking distance of a few restaurants and shopping.
Loved the rooms, lobby and easy access to Disneyland
Overall, the hotel is nice. However, we went during a VERY BUSY dance convention and their parking lot is under construction. If you are going in May 2026, be aware that the parking situation is terrible. No valet available because it was full. Very difficult to self park. Also, the bathroom in our room had a terrible odor that was sickening. I contacted the hotel and was told it was fixed. It was not. I was not impressed by this hotel and would choose somewhere else to stay in the future.
This location was fine up until the front desk staff provided my ex boyfriend with my room number and gave him two keys to my room after calling my room and I did not answer. He was not on my reservation. Extreme safety concern. They did say they’d refund my stay. Which I have not received yet. But their overlook and general disregard for my safety ruined my one day trip to Disneyland. I did not even get to enjoy the parks Or the entire reason for my stay due To their overlook and untrained staff.
All the team are wonderful
Nice property! Good location, yummy food, clean room, friendly staff...would definitely stay here again. Planning to take my family with me next summer for a trip to Disney.
I asked for no room service, but they came into my room every day and move my items, the garbage can and others around which made it difficult for me as a disabled person. When I asked for extra time to check out because I needed to wait for someone to help me move my bags, they did not offer to help and restated their check out time policy. The lobby is huge and completely covered with hard tile that made it difficult for me to get around and get assistance. The bathroom was in need of repair. The space was drab.
Overall experience is good. The only thing to complain is the air condition noise is loud even it is at low speed mode. I have to turn it off when I am sleeping.
I had gotten spoiled at the last three times I have stayed at a Hyatt Regency that I would receive an email from the hotel before my stay asking if I needed anything or had a special occasion. I hadn't received anything and I was disappointed going into the trip since it was my birthday weekend and I wanted to upgrade my room. The number I called to get to the hotel just got stuck up in Hyatt phone system even with two calls. I gave up and just went with it to see where it would lead. I checked in at 2 with an early arrival and starting with James at Valet, I was met with positivity and smiles. My wife is blind so I require a little assistance and the valet was on it. I went to check in and was met immediately by Shawna, who was amazing, greeted me as a Globalist and asked if I needed anything. I explained that I was looking for a two bedroom suite and she was able to find me one, but explained I would have to wait. She went through all the amenities I had coming and offered a glass of champagne. The hotel entry is breathtaking and my wife and I just decided to sit it out and wait. Shawna said she would get back to me as soon as the room was clean. After about an hour she found my wife and I, got our bags from valet and had them take them up to the room. The room was perfect. Two separate bedrooms, one with a king and the other with two queens. I had my adult daughters with me so it worked out great. Living room in the middle and two separate bathrooms. Breakfast each morning was great, we ordered off the menu as well as the Buffett. neither disappointed. The bar in the middle of the hotel was great and the gym was more than adequate but the best part was the outside area. A complete concrete park with pickleball court, basketball, ping pong, shuffle board and corn hole. What else could you ask for? All in all we had a great time, hit the Angels game just down the street and enjoyed our time there.
Just come back from my 2nd stay here. After an awful flight (Our flight got turned around back to London when we were half way there!) And then having to fly indirect, I was so happy to arrive at the hotel. Check in was quiet, so we were checked in super quick. We were on the 11th floor. There were 2 queen beds, which were super comfy. The bathroom is the only thing that lets the hotel down. The shower is far too low if you are over 6ft. My husband kept banging his head on the shower head! We used the shuttle to Disney most days. The queue was super big at 7am. So we just jumped in an Lyft. But the shuttle was fine all other times. Thanks for a great stay!
