É um hotel muito bom, com uma localização um pouco mais afastada do centro histórico, mas que, ainda assim, oferece muita praticidade. Fica em uma rua exclusiva para pedestres, com diversos restaurantes em frente. Destaco o UDON Palma, para quem quer comer um ramen de qualidade, e o Raimundo Burger, que é fenomenal! Meu marido é vegetariano e ambos oferecem opções para ele. Há também mais de um café nas proximidades e um Mercadona a poucos minutos de caminhada. O centro histórico pode ser facilmente alcançado a pé. Escolhemos esse hotel principalmente por conta do estacionamento, e ele nos atendeu muito bem. Acabamos alugando um carro maior do que o planejado e, ainda assim, conseguimos estacioná-lo sem dificuldades. Antes da viagem, vi algumas avaliações reclamando que o espaço da garagem era pequeno, mas achei bastante adequado, especialmente considerando que estacionamentos na Europa costumam ter espaços mais limitados. Foi muito melhor do que eu esperava. Aliás, acho que o grande segredo para quem pretende alugar um carro em Maiorca é escolher um modelo menor. Essa foi minha segunda vez na ilha. Na primeira, utilizei ônibus, que também funciona bem, mas, com carro, tudo fica mais prático, especialmente para explorar diferentes regiões. O conforto do quarto é outro grande ponto positivo. A cama era muito confortável, o ar-condicionado funcionava perfeitamente e nosso chuveiro era imenso. O hotel disponibiliza sabonete, shampoo e condicionador de ótima qualidade, além de toalhas grandes e um secador de cabelo excelente. São detalhes que fazem bastante diferença na experiência. Por fim, a equipe é extremamente simpática e prestativa. Todos nos ajudaram muito, principalmente com a vaga de garagem. Tivemos uma estadia muito agradável e, pela localização, conforto e praticidade, certamente recomendo o hotel. Não tomamos café da manhã lá então não podemos opinar nisso.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette établissement. Nous remercions sincèrement l’ensemble de l’équipe que ce soit le personnel de l’accueil, de l’entretien ou encore du restaurant tout était parfait avec en prime le sourire en toutes circonstances et de précieux conseils. Merci, merci et encore merci pour tout, c’est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons.

Mitten im Geschehen & doch sooo ruhig !! Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Hof & konnten wirklich die Ruhe sehr genießen !! Das Hotel ist schön eingerichtet , hat eine tolle Dachterrasse & der Pool sorgt für eine herrliche Erfrischung an den heißen Tagen! Pooltuecher ; Bademäntel & Schlappen / alles inklusive ! Die Minibar ist sehr gut aufgefüllt & die Preise sind wirklich manierlich . Das Personal ist wirklich GROSSartig & einfach authentisch freundlich . Wir kommen wieder !!!

L’hôtel est très bien situé en centre-ville et dispose d’un parking souterrain. Nous avions réservé une chambre Deluxe avec une très grande terrasse, très bien équipée, notamment avec un jacuzzi, ce qui était vraiment très agréable. La chambre était confortable et le personnel très accueillant.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura a Palma di Maiorca e mi sono trovato davvero molto bene. La posizione è ottima, centrale e comoda per raggiungere facilmente le principali attrazioni della città. Il personale è stato sempre molto cordiale, educato e gentile, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La pulizia è impeccabile e gli ambienti sono ben curati. Un ulteriore punto di forza è la piscina sul rooftop, accessibile gratuitamente agli ospiti e inclusa nel prezzo del soggiorno: un vero valore aggiunto, soprattutto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro per la città. Nel complesso, un’esperienza davvero positiva e una struttura che consiglio senza esitazione.

Je trouve que pr un 4 étoiles ayant fait 4 chambres en 2 ans donc avc du recul les traces sur les murs ne devrait pas y être et un petit coup de plus de propre serait top

Die Zimmer sind fantastisch - sehr große, bequeme Betten. Klimaanlage leise und zuverlässig, Bad und Ausstattung modern und hochwertig. Das Personal sehr freundlich, flexibel und mitdenkend. Lage top.

A localização é fabulosa: perto de tudo, numa zona pedonal muito agradável, com muitos restaurantes locais. As funcionárias são muito prestáveis.

Gostei de tudo, mas preferia um quarto com vistas para a rua.

Emplacement top, à proximité des rues pietonnes du vieux centre - et à 15 min à pied de la cathédrale. Super personnel - aimable, souriant et aux petits soins. J'ai eu un petit souci médical sur place, ils ont été de bon conseil et ont pu m'orienter rapidement. Petit déjeuner très correct pour le prix - avec notamment la possibilité de se faire réaliser des oeufs (plats, brouillés, omelettes, ...) à la demande. Les chambres sont très bien - bonne taille, propres, et bien équipées (mention spéciale au système Chromecast intégré aux TV qui permet d'utiliser ses comptes de plateformes de streaming directement sur l'écran). J'ai utilisé le parking véhicule, très pratique aussi (par contre ne pas avoir une trop grosse voiture - j'avais loué une Toyota CRV et ça passe très bien). Le fait que l'accès soit dans une rue piétonne n'est pas un souci - il y a juste quelques mètres à faire dans cette rue et il y a largement la place.

The staff were really kind, friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable with excellent air con. There was a nice roof top pool.

We didn't dislike anything, however it would have been nice to have fresh milk in the fridge for hot drinks, rather than 2 small UHT cartons.

Everything.. we cannot wait to return. The staff were amazing, the rooms and facilities were clean and modern. We had everything we could need. The rooftop pool was perfect after a long day exploring.

Petit hôtel très sympa au centre de Palma ! Nous avons passé un tres bon séjour. L’hôtel est calme, propre. La localisation était parfaite, dans une rue avec plein de très bons restaurant. C’était facile de se garer à proximité sans prendre le parking !

La literie n’est pas très confortable, le lit est extrêmement mou… Les pigeons viennent souvent au bord voire dans la piscine

Loved everything at this hotel. Kept our luggage and gave an opportunity to freshen up at a separate place even after checkout. Great staff, very friendly and helpful.

Bathroom was well equipped, however not much comfortable for long stay, especially when preferring privacy.

la situation geographique est super et les deplacements se font facilement par tous les bus. environnement securitaire, hotel a un ascenseur ce qui est tres bien, personnel accueillant et aidant. vraiment un tres beau sejour!

Ho apprezzato la vicinanza dal centro, la pulizia e la stanza nel suo complesso.

Purtroppo non era possibile spegnere la luce del bagno, cosa che abbiamo fatto presente più volte in reception ma che non è mai stata sistemata. Problema non da poco visto che bastava che uno degli ospiti si svegliasse di notte per andare in bagno per inondare la stanza di luce e svegliare così anche l'altro. Inoltre, la luce della doccia (separata dalla camera da un vetro) ha un sensore di movimento, quindi anche con quella si presenta lo stesso problema. Peccato per questo aspetto perché per il resto tutto ok.

Localização. O upgrade de quarto que ganhamos. Ter estacionamento (mesmo que pago) e os funcionários, tanto da recepção, quanto o Nuno do restaurante.

Beautiful hotel at a very good location (everything is in walking distance). Our room was very clean and came with everything we needed for a great stay. The staff is lovely! The hotel also offers bike rentals, which is nice. I would definitely choose this hotel again for a stay in Palma.

Das Hotel war hell, sauber und modern. Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet und hatte alles was man braucht. Pool Dach war lieb aber weniger zum Verweilen da es doch sehr heiß am Dach ist. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr lieb. Das Hotel hätte eine Spur zentraler sein können, ansonsten perfekt.

Great location, friendly staff. Room etc ideal size - especially for one person. Despite facing the street it wasn't noisy. Roof terrace and (v small) pool are great. Generous length of time to get breakfast between.

I feel like i write the same review a lot for hotels tbh. It just felt like it was lacking the detailed attention overall that places need to stay special. The breakfast was a bit mediocre/boring and the breakfast staff weren't attentive at all. Aspects of the room were a little tired/scuffed, the bed was never remade fully after day one and when I had a leak from the upstairs room one day the staff seemed very relaxed about it and didn't come up to look right away. The roof terrace could be amazing but again, it felt like a bit of an afterthought. None of this was a big deal but if you're charging what they charged me, then you should be on it.

Die Zimmer sind ausgesprochen geschmackvoll eingerichtet, modern und das Bett ist super bequem und schön gross. Ein mega Plus ist die Rooftop Terrasse, wir haben dort gerne den Abend ausklingen lassen und den Sonnenuntergang bewundert

La atención excelente, el hotel muy bonito nuestra habitación tenía una terraza con jacuzzi y nos quedaba todo Super cerca.

En el restaurante la atención no fue la mejor, pero tampoco mal.

Die Lage war super. In der Nähe viele öffentliche Busse, auch der zum Flughafen Der Bahnhof, mit dem Zug nach Soller, in 3min Gehweg entfernt. Viele gute Restaurants und die Fußgängerzone vorm Hotel. Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Terrasse sehr großzügig mit einem Whirlpool. Der Pool am Rooftop, eine angenehme Abkühlung nach einem heißen Sommertag. Wir hatten einen späten Heimflug und durften den Pool noch nützen, es gab dafür auch noch Handtücher vom überaus freundlichen Personal. Eine Möglichkeit sich danach noch zu duschen und umzuziehen, wurde ebenfalls angeboten. Ein extra Dankeschön an Carmina.

Ein Wäscheständer für die Terrasse wäre noch super gewesen.

Situation très proche de la gare intermodal, à deux pas du centre historique tout en étant dans un quartier piéton très au calme. La piscine sur le toit petite mais agréable, les articles de toilettes de qualités, café nespresso

Il serait appréciable que l'hôtel communique un peu plus sur l'accès en voiture si vous réservez une place de parking. Quand vous arrivez en voiture, il est difficile de s'orienter surtout quand vous vous engagez dans une rue piétonne, il ne faut pas se tromper. A savoir que le parking est souterrain, que pour y accéder vous devez prendre un ascenseur pour voiture. Parking très étroit, mais très pratique,mieux vaut avoir une petite voiture et réserver par avance (tarif 20€ par nuit) Petit déjeuner un peu juste pour un quatre étoile

Palma is not a great city, with far too much traffic. Getting from this hotel to the old part, you cross an 8 lane road. Uncool and archaic. Also breakfast was really poor.

Lovely property. Staff did everything they could to make our stay perfect. Lovely room, roof terrace and restaurant. Even gave my mum a birthday bottle of wine to enjoy on the rooftop.

The room was clean, modern, nice, the jacuzzi was incredible, the location was ok. The parking lot was situated under the hotel, which you can access via an elevator. Be careful, the lift is very small, so small car is the best choice. The recepcionists are amazing and very helpful :)
