Staff were exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. One in particular who I think was called Luisa (affectionately called us chickas) remembered everything about us and what our plans were then enquired how our day/night had been.

The pool bar was not open. If it had been it would have improved our experience.

I can not recommend this hotel enough! The reception staff (especially Natalie - who is an absolute credit to your hotel!!!) were so helpful and friendly. The rooms were spotless and beds were very comfortable.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und ist perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Palma. Es gibt sogar einen Pool auf dem Dach.

NATALI nos brindó una atención excelente desde el primer momento. Nos explicó todo a la perfección, nos dio ideas de qué hacer en palma adaptadas a nuestro tiempo en palma. El resto del personal también tuvo una atención excelente. Al ingresar te brindan una botellita del hotel y siempre hay agua a disposición con gas y sin gas para recargar cuantas veces quieras. La ubicación es muy buena se encuentra muy cerca de la parte histórica, 10/15 min caminando

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und das Zimmer eher klein aber sehr hübsch. Das Highlight war die Terasse mit dem Pool, super erfrischend mit sehr bequemen Liegen. Die Lage war etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums, man kommt jedoch gut zu Fuss ins Zentrum. Auch das Abendessen im dazugehörigen Restaurant war sehr lecker, sehr zu empfehlen!

Tende non oscuranti, il sole di mattina batteva troppo sulla camera, le persiane non potevano essere chiuse. Dalla nostra stanza si sentivano le auto in strada. Meglio chiedere stanza che sia faccia sul bel cortile interno.

Recomendamos mucho este hotel. La habitación muy cómoda, la ubicación céntrica es excelente pero sobre todo destaco el servicio y amabilidad de todos los funcionarios del hotel, desde la llegada te hacen sentir a gusto y muy dispuestos a resolver cualquier inquietud o necesidad!

De kamer was super fijn, netjes en schoon. De locatie was ook heel erg goed omdat alles redelijk dichtbij was en er een soort voetgangers gebied is naast het hotel waar je makkelijk kunt lopen om overal bij te komen. Ook was het personeel van het hotel super vriendelijk en stonden meteen paraat om je te helpen. Wij hadden een erg vroege terug vlucht en hadden via de receptie een taxi geregeld wat binnen no time was geregeld. Je krijgt zelfs extra handdoeken als je naar het strand wilt of als je wilt zwemmen in het zwembad van het hotel. Ik zou hier zeker nog een keertje terug willen komen!

Het geluid vanaf de gang was soms goed te horen op de kamer, maar dat kan ook zijn omdat sommige mensen best wel hard aan het praten/schreeuwen waren.

Wirklich ein mega tolles Hotel. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist uns als aller erstes segen positiv aufgefallen. Wir konnten glücklicherweise schon etwas früher ins Zimmer. Das Zimmer war insgesamt sehr sauber und geräumig. Die Lage war auch mega toll. Man war innerhalb von 10min zu Fuß in der Altstadt (je nachdem wo man hinmöchte). Auch die Kathedrale war innerhalb von 20min zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Das einzige was man nicht zu Fuß erreichen kann ist der Hafen. Da kommt man aber problemlos mit dem Bus in 20min hin. Ingesamt hat uns das Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und nochmal buchen !

Amazing location. Lovely staff. Very comfortable with all facilities. Set in a historic building - previously a tile factory- we were welcomed with prosecco / orange juice. Free water throughout. Immensely enjoyed our stay and a couple of lovely restaurants and bakeries just right up the road

Das Frühstück war bombastisch gut. Wir mochten es sehr dort vor allem im Innenhof zu frühstücken. Die Lage war auch top ;) Der Strand, das Zentrum, der nächste Supermarkt waren fußläufig gut zu erreichen.

Die Bettmatratzen sind durchgelegen. Das war aber auch alles.

The staff at the reception was exceptionally helpful. Very friendly, full of information and tips! The room was a good size, the bathroom as well, and everything was very clean. The hotel is about 10 minutes walking from the old town, in a nice area.

Our room was on the first floor (2nd for the non-Europeans) and we could hear everything going on at the reception and the restaurant, or when people passed by our room. There doesn’t seem to be any soundproofing on the door, which did not contribute to a good night’s sleep.

El colchón estaba deformado del uso y se hundía mucho. Le dieron la vuelta al hacer la habitación pero aún se hundía un poco. Espero que lo mejoren porque es la única pega. Por lo que pagamos es un fallo que no se deben permitir.

Es war alles sehr komfortabel und geräumig! Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, man konnte sich jeden Tag etwas von der Karte zusammenstellen und hat es an den Tisch gebracht bekommen. Außerdem sind alle sehr kinderfreundlich.

Mir persönlich fehlten Taschentücher im Bad und mehr Ablagefläche im Badezimmer.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The front desk receptionist, Luisa, was absolutely amazing—she was warm, welcoming, and made the check-in process smooth and enjoyable. The amenities were excellent, and I really appreciated the thoughtful extras, especially the complimentary refillable water bottles and welcome drink during check in. It was such a nice touch that made my stay even more convenient. The location was also great, only about 10–15 minutes from most of the main attractions, making it easy to get around while still enjoying a comfortable and relaxing stay. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. After I checked out, I realized I had accidentally left my jewelry box behind. The staff were incredibly accommodating and quickly provided me with several options to have it safely shipped back to me. I can't thank them enough for their kindness, responsiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond to help. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

Das Nou Baleares ist ein kleines Hotel mit sehr viel Charme und sehr freundlichem Personal. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein allerdings süß eingerichtet. Der Innenhof und die Dachterrasse mit Pool sind ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut und von der Menge her ausreichend.

Unser Zimmer war leider etwas hellhörig auf den Gang.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est super, permet de rejoindre rapidement à pied des spots stratégiques : station de bus, aéroport, centre historique de Palma. Chambre joliment décorée et spacieuse. Petite piscine en rooftop appréciée, attention les places sont limitées. Personnel sympathique et ayant à cœur que ses clients passent un bon séjour.

Notre chambre avait de nombreux insectes (mouches, pucerons, fourmis, moustiques). Bien que nous l’ayons signalé et que le personnel a tout mis en œuvre pour palier ce problème et nous l’en remercions, cela ne nous a pas permis de passer la nuit que nous espérions.

4-star hotel, 5-star experience. Mostly because of the staff being so nice and hospitable. Hotel is located in walking distance of city centre (20 mins) but there is also a bus stop nearby. Restaurant also had a good price vs quality ratio and nice breakfast and good coffee to be enjoyed on the patio. Bed is good, airco was working: heaven with the heatwave we had! And room was very nice, comfortable and clean.

Only thing maybe was the surrounding neighborhood during the night, wouldn’t like to walk here alone at night. But still would book this hotel again for everything it offers.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und modern ausgestattet. Das Personal war super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz in der nahegelegenen Tiefgarage des Hotels mit angemietet. Es gab Probleme mit der Stromversorgung des Garagentors und die Dame an der Rezeption hat nicht lange gezögert und ist mit uns hin hingelaufen und hat uns sofort und schnell das Tor manuell geöffnet, sodass wir sofort weiterfahren konnten. Wirklich ein super Service 😊 Vielen Dank nochmal dafür.

The hotel has very comfortable and cosy vibes, the staffs are so welcoming and the room is very nice. My partner and I only stay for a night, but we really enjoyed the vibes here and the bed is very comfortable. Location is slightly outskirt to Palma city centre (like 20 mins walk), but we don't mind for the walk and there was no party noise at night. However, the shower room and the toilet are in the same space with the bedding area, and the glass is semi transparent 😅 It was fine for us (we found it funny) but this could be something to take into consideration when booking.

When we checked out, the receptionist told us that the bus to the airport only accepts cash (€5 per person). My partner ended up spending £28 to withdraw €20 (minimum number for ATM) and turned the bus to the airport (A1) accepts card.. (everyone tapped in and no one paid cash) The false information was frustrated for us...
