No elevator When we ck in. They helped us with luggage as they dont have an elevator in the building But at ck out. Nobody care. You have to carry you luggages two floors down

A recepcionista loira com tatuagem, acho q Dania, foi a pessoa mais mal educada com quem já tive que tratar. Fui para esse hotel para passar a noite do meu aniversário, tinha reservado um quarto ótimo, espaçoso, banheiro grande. Dormi uma noite nele e fui acordada antes das 8 da manhã com barulhos de construção, furadeira e tudo mais. Falaram que teria que sair do quarto no outro dia às 12 depois de uma manhã inteira de barulho. Me ofereceram outros e todos pela metade do tamanho. Tive que aceitar. Assim a porta do banheiro do outro quarto não fechava. No outro dia tiveram que nos trocar novamente de quarto pois precisaram trocar essa porta. No terceiro quarto quando fui tomar banho tinha restos de cabelo de homem no chão. Sendo que éramos duas mulheres. O café da manhã também fraco e dependendo da hora que você chega não tem ninguém para ajudar com q mala e não tem elevador e a garagem para deixar o carro é praticamente impossível de tão apertada.

De ligging, de kamer was ook heel ruim, goede airco, personeel was vriendelijk, zwembad was aangenaam (wel op voorhand reserveren voor een uur)

We hadden veel lawaai in de straat naast onze kamer, wat niet zo een goede nachtrust opleverde. De bar in het hotel sluit al om 16u, wat jammer is als je ‘s avonds nog een rustig een drankje zou willen doen. De housekeeping kwam gewoon kamer binnen zonder te kloppen. Er is een kabel nodig om de box, die ze heel erg aanprijzen online, te connecteren daar ben je uiteraard niet op voorzien en konden ze ons ook niet aanbieden, wat wel jammer is.

Unser Zimmer war sehr hellhörig, sodass unsere Nächte aufgrund der Zimmernachbarn und der unmittelbaren Nähe zum Hauseingang eher bescheiden waren.

Réservation décevante à plusieurs égards pour un établissement 4 étoiles, pour un séjour ayant coûté plus de 2000€. Malgré une demande explicite de chambre avec 2 lits séparés et un paiement sur booking pour cette prestation , nous avons été installés dans une configuration ne correspondant pas à notre réservation. Suite à notre remarque dès le premier jour, la réception nous avait assuré qu’elle nous tiendrait informés dès qu’une chambre avec 2 lits séparés serait disponible — promesse qui n’a jamais été suivie d’effet durant tout le séjour. L’accès à la piscine, annoncé comme un service clé, est en réalité limité à 1h par jour — une information qui n’apparaît pas clairement au moment de la réservation et qui restreint fortement l’usage de cet équipement, un standard pourtant attendu à ce niveau de gamme. À cela s’ajoute un manque de vigilance sur le respect de ce quota par les autres clients, rendant la gestion de l’accès inéquitable. Enfin, l’accueil en réception a été peu avenant tout au long du séjour, ce qui n’a pas aidé à résoudre ces problèmes sur place. Une expérience très en deçà du standing et du tarif affichés.

Everything was perfect! we booked in for 6 nights so it was important to be comfortable and the team at MHouse took care for us. Special shout out to Tomeu, who helped us with car rental at the hotel and gave us excellent recommendations for beaches and must try restaurants. Jizo App was also super helpful.

Great location, nice breakfast with reasonable hours, clean, staff is very helpful and friendly. Liked the self service water station it was super handy in the heat. Great areas in the hotel to relax without being in the room. Rooms are decent size.

Had to fight a roach that appeared in the bathroom one night. Pre-booking the pool because it’s tiny. Not easily accessible by car (this isn’t the hotel’s fault, it’s a function of the city).

The hotel is in the perfect spot in Palma! Walkable to lots of shopping, restaraunts and bars, super easy to get around! The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating, Pau is the sweetest! The breakfast was so delicious every morning!

I didn’t not like this but we didn’t realize the pool & pool deck is extremely small and reservation only for 1 hour. Only 6 people can fit up there at a time and there are only 4 chairs. Would have been helpful to know this coming in but we were always able to get a reservation for 4 within an hour or 2 of when we were hoping to go.

We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palma. The location is perfect, with plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby, and a direct 20-minute bus ride to both Cala Major and Playa Illetes beaches. What really made our stay special was the exceptional staff, especially Dimitar and Domao. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and patient, always going above and beyond to help with recommendations and accommodate any room requests. Their hospitality made us feel so well looked after throughout our stay. The rooftop and pool area is small but spotless and very well maintained. Although you need to book a time slot, the staff were always happy to be flexible and often let us stay a little longer, working around our plans whenever possible. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and had a great variety. We especially enjoyed the fresh fruit, local meats and cheeses, and the excellent selection of hot drinks. The complimentary glass of cava on arrival was also a lovely touch and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The beautiful courtyard was a peaceful place to relax after a busy day of exploring and the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast each morning. Overall, a 10/10 stay. We can't wait to come back!

Great location, very central and perfect for exploring. The staff were so attentive and friendly and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were beautiful and spotless. We came for a girls trip and absolutely loved it. Would definitely stay again!

You do have to book the pool area which can get very booked up.

The location is good but we got given a room in the basement, but I guess that is just being unlucky, the bar / breakfast was closed when we went there

The staff gave us a reimbursement if €150 cash cause the bar was closed, someone stole the cash (clearly someone working within the hotel) and the reception managed to get a stranger the key to our room! We left and they never replied to our emails. Really poor service

Great location - central to town. Room itself was comfortable and clean.

We booked this property for the parking as we had a hire car. We tried to use the car park but the staff would not let us use the parking as our car was too large. We had a medium SUV - it was not large at all. This needs to be advertised as “private parking” indicates all cars can be parked there. There are no elevators which is painful with heavy bags.

Que no tuviera ascensor, que haya pagado por la comodidad del desayuno incluido, llegara y me reintegraran 15 euros dado que no contaban con ese servicio. Lo elegi ademas por el desayuno

Room was comfortable! Good shower. Breakfast was good but on the last day the staff went on a strike and didn’t serve breakfast. We had our money back for that breakfast.

Staff were loud at breakfast time, particularly on the second morning. The one ahead of the strike. They were having discussions across the room. It didn’t make it feel peaceful…

Die Gäste vom Nachbarzimmer sind nach Mitternacht lärmend zurückgekommen, die Türen zugeknallt, Das Hotel wirkt wie ein Rückzugsort, Partygäste passen da nicht recht. War für uns ein Entscheidungskriterium

Lovely comfortable rooms with everything you could need in them. The staff were incredible, so helpful for whatever we needed and suggested the best places that we ate at during our stay

The rooms were ok and the head of reception was friendly. The rooms were clean and the cleaners were friendly.

When we arrived we were told there was no catering as they were on strike which we were not made aware of before. We were given €150 for the two of us to procure breakfast from other outlets for 5 days we were there. This was no where near sufficient to do this in Palma. I also purchased the romance package which they state includes: A chilled bottle of Cava- Chocolates to share- Rose petals for a romantic ambiance The bottle of Cava was warm. There were some chocolates granted and the rose petals were ripped up red tissue paper. Not worth the €45 I was charged.

De ziel lijkt er wen beetje uit. Mijn vriendin kreeg een belachelijke kamer zonder raam. Na inchecken werd tussen neus en lippen door vermeld dat de bar dicht was en het restaurant ook en dus ook geen ontbijt. Personeel was meer met elkaar bezig dan met gasten.

El trato fue espectacular, todo muy bien, lugar precioso, muy bien situado. La pena que fue una noche, pero volveré sin dudar

Very small pool and need better management of booking the pool area. Would also be nice if there were plastic glasses so you could have a drink up there? Bathroom in one of the 2 bedroom suites a bit small.

Central location was great, lovely courtyard which was very relaxing.

A lovely small hotel in a quiet lane just behind the main shopping street. We had a wonderful room and the reception staff were very helpful in providing extra bedding. The breakfast had a good selection of fruit, cereals, yoghurt and hot food. The sunny roof terrace was lovely although because of its small size we had to book a one hour slot in advance so that all guests had a chance to use it.

I think we would have preferred a bigger roof terrace so we could turn up when we wanted as when you’re out for the day you don’t always know what time you’re going to be back. But loved the small quiet hotel and its location. It was ideal for mother and daughter.

Such a beautiful hotel in the old town. Perfectly located to walk to gorgeous restaurants, bars etc and also close to the major transport hub. Really lovely decor, super comfy bed and huge room. The courtyard is lovely and calm. Wish we were there longer!

Bardzo podstawowe śniadanie jak na hotel z czterema gwiazdkami. Karaluchy w pokoju. Basen na dachu super malutki i trzeba się zapisywać na tylko godzinny pobyt.

Très bon petit déjeuner par contre nous avons eu très très froid tous les matins. La clim et les ventilateurs ne devraient pas tourner le matin !!!!!

Le bruit ! Aucune nuit tranquille. Réveillés tous les jours par des bruits très violents vers 5h du matin. La rue ? Les couloirs de l'hôtel ? Le personnel autorise les clients à prendre un verre sur la terrasse intérieure jusqu'à tard dans la soirée. Or, beaucoup de jeunes qui font la fête et se croient tout seuls. Le bruit, encore le bruit.

Tv’s are old and there’s no way to watch streaming tv after a long day. We stated 4 nights and our water was never refilled.

Super leuk boutique hotel in het oude stadscentrum met een top ligging. Helaas is het zwembad te klein en moet je een tijdsslot reserveren wanneer je daar gebruik van wilt maken. Ondanks dat de rest goed was zou dit voor ons wel een reden zijn om het niet opnieuw te boeken.

I contacted the property before arriving about using the pool, they said the pool was closed. However, other guests were using it when we were there. Disappointed we didn't get the right information on this.

Location is the only thing that could justify the huge price. Breakfast basic but acceptable. We stayed in other three different places in Palma old town and I can really compare. This one is a fake of four stars and almost 400 euro per nights. But it is stupid the one that pays not the one that asks.

Disappointing small room with a very small bathroom with no space for luggage and elementary stuffs. No modern plugs in the room, only obsolete ones, no shampoo , conditioner , body lotion, nothing in the minibar than water with clor smell. I could not imagine to get towels with holes in a four stars hotel and it is not the maid fault for sure! No view, very noisy late in the evening not because of the street but because of the hotel premisses used like open bar. I was so sorry for this choice.

Ein sehr schönes Boutique Hotel mitten in Palma! Sehr gepflegt und sauber , toller Service! Das Personal sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit! Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig und lecker ! Alles genauso wie beschrieben, auch der Rooftop Pool ein Highlight!

Gute Lage direkt in der Altstadt. Idyllischer Innenhof.

Das erste Zimmer, was wir hatten, war die Nr 6, das direkt an der Lüftungsanlage war, die einen Lärm machte als würde eine Turbine nebenan losgehen. Man stand senkrecht im Bett, wenn das in der Nacht alle halbe Stunde losging. An ein offenes Fenster war gar nicht zu denken. Nach einem Gespräch an der Rezeption haben wir direkt ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Dennoch zahlt man hier die Lage und nicht die Ausstattung des Hotels.

La chambre N°6 est connue selon plusieurs commentaires sur google, car il y a un bruit incessant d'une ventilation qui empêche de dormir. Cette ventilation externe se déclenche toutes les 20 minutes, on a l'impression qu'une canalisation hydraulique se rompt à chaque fois. La direction est courant du problème puisque plusieurs commentaires évoquent ce problème mais rien n'est fait. Cet hôtel est donc géré par des escrocs qui méprisent la clientèle. Vous devriez les radier de votre site internet. De plus aucune marque d'empathie de la part du personnel. Le petit déjeuner est basique. 300 euros la nuit est cher payé pour ne pas dormir de la nuit

The location and breakfast were really nice. The room was also spacious and clean.

We stayed on the first floor. Unfortunately, there was a lot of noise throughout the night for both nights of our stay. Normally, I don’t mind noise too much, but this was excessive, especially on Saturday night. Parking was also €20 per day, which felt too expensive for such a tiny garage.

We loved the close proximity to the centre and shops whilst being quiet. The sound proofing of the rooms was excellent. Breakfast was a good selection. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The roof terrace was on the small side with space for four sun beds. It was lovely to come back to having been outside most of the day. It was quiet and sunny and we used it once. Only downside which we didn’t realise in advance is that we had to prebook our slot to use it with up to a max of an hour usage. Understandable for the size but would have preferred a larger space so you could choose to use when you felt like it.

Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt von Palma ist genial, wie eine kleine Oase mitten im Touristenschwarm. Auf kleinem Platz ist alles vorhanden, sogar ein kleiner Sonnenplatz mit Badegelegenheit. Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit. Ich würde das Hotel wieder wählen.

Leider gab es beim Frühstück nur weisses Brot und der Kaffee schmeckte nicht. Auch die Tapas schmecken an anderen Orten besser.
