Rooms were clean, loved the race course view, lobby.

Breakfast could have been better, we felt that the waffle batter was not that flavourful, and the despite the maker time being finished, the batter was still raw.

The breakfast is excellent. Lots of choice for everyone. The location is great and very close to the motorways.

My husband telephoned a few days before we traveled to ensure that we did not sleep in a room where there had been pets because I suffer from Asthma. He was told to mention this when we arrived. Unfortunately, the reception staff member said that we could not guarantee this. However, I was told that the rooms are deep cleaned. By this time it was too late for us to find another hotel

The Restaurant let's the hotel down. The menu is very limited. If you stayed for longer than 5 nights you would run out of choices. Restaurant staff served our order to the wrong table. After the food had been looked at, played with, sniffed and breathed on by other guests, it was brought over to our table. The staff were displeased that I requested new food to be prepared for us. They even sent the restaurant manager to our table to try to convince us to eat what had been served to other guests.

The property is beautiful, spacious and airy, with plenty of outdoor space and a large car park.

Unfortunately, the property does not quite meet the standards expected of a four- or five-star hotel. There are many small details that make a big difference at this level. That said, it is still one of the best, if not the best, accommodation options in the area.

Faculties were great. Dog friendly and there was space to walk the dogs right outside which was nice. This was our pitstop on our way to the Highlands so was ideal location-wise for us. Unsure if it would suit if you were visiting Glasgow Central

The food options were very limited for vegans- both at dinner and breakfast.The pillows were too thick and hurt my neck

Bed was not as comfortable as I wished. Breakfat was not what I expect in a Hilton related hotel and was quite standard. the coffee was horible.

On arrival, around late 8pm, found out that there is no more food served in the hotel and, if it wasn't for another hotel we know about, would have gone to bed hungry after 8 hours of driving. Location is ok, but the hotels advertised rooms are smaller than expected, we had a Queen Room with Sofa Bed and Racecourse View and that was small. The floor had stains on the carpet, the shower tray too. The breakfast, not for us either, but that's subjective. The really bad bit was, i have forgotten my makeup mirror and phone charger cable - did ring the hotel day later and was told no such items were found. The cable, i can understand, being plugged into the wall, but a foot tall mirror with a bendy leg is not exactly a standard equipment for any hotel and rather to big to just miss by staff . Someone there is just plain dishonest and that alone makes the whole experience a bad one.

This is a lovely hotel with spacious, clean and modern rooms. Staff are always friendly. However, it’s let down by the dinner menu which appears to be straight from the microwave. It’s a shame as otherwise it’s perfect.

We had a pleasant three-day stay at the Hilton Hamilton hotel with our family. Overall, we had a good experience, although it was not exceptional. The hotel was comfortable and suitable for a family stay, and the location was convenient for us. It is around 10 miles from Glasgow city centre, so a car is useful if you want to visit the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was generally clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again. There is some room for improvement, but overall, it was a good

However, there were a few things that could be improved. Finding parking at night was quite difficult, especially as the car park was not easy to locate and there was limited availability. The bathroom toiletries were also disappointing. In particular, the toothpaste provided was very small in quantity and seemed to be of poor quality. The room could also have had better-quality toiletries and more attention to small details. At times, the hotel felt a little dated, and some areas could benefit from updating and better maintenance. The location is around 10 miles from Glasgow city centre, so travelling into Glasgow can take some time, especially during busy periods.

L'hôtel nous a donné une chambre pour handicapés sans prévenir. Quand nous avons demandé à la réception si il n'y avait pas une erreur, le manager nous a répondu que quand on va sur Booking.com pour avoir des prix moins cher on a la chambre la moins cher. £280 pour 2 nuits, environs 300€. La chambre 140 est à côté de la salle de gym, le mur près du lit tremble à chaque fois que qqun jète ses artères à terre, même le matin quand tu as décidé de dormir plus tard en vacance. Pas de frigidaire dans la chambre. Que 2 sachets de thé et 2 stick de café avec 2 stick en bois même pas de cuillère. La zone du petit-déjeuner est un champs de bataille. Un espace réduit pour l'entrée sans autre sortie (on espère qu'il n'y ait jamais de départ de feu...) où se bouscule les employés en sueur courant dans tous les sens avec leur chariots, les gens qui font la queue pour faire des gaufres, il est très difficile de passer. Je n'ai jamais vu ça dans aucun hôtel où j'ai été. Cet hôtel a décidé de rogner sur les dépenses et ça se voit en plus d'être désagréable avec ceux qui réservent sur une app. Après les employés sont gentils et travailleurs, il faut bien ils sont 2 à faire le boulot de 4 le week-end. L'hôtel n'a pas la carure du nom de son établissement...

We were B&B, breakfast was buffet style which you expect in hotels, couldn't fault the food, everything was hot and easy to serve yourself, good choice of breakfast hot or cold. We had a racecourse view which was good, at least we didn't look over the car park, rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were attentive and helpful.

Location was excellent if you were going to the races but, just a little bit too far from where we were meeting family and friends. That was our decision to book the hotel, we've stayed at Hilton hotels before so knew the standard and were willing to book knowing where the hotel was. So, no real problems.

The breakfast was as expected , however fried eggs would have being loved ?.not to worry good overall .

The toilet pan was loose , we are in our late seventies , and old school , so we put up with it . other wise a very enjoyable stay THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF THAT ASISTED US .

Nice hotel just off the M74 & adjacent to Hamilton racecourse. Stayed here many times & always found the hotel's public areas & rooms very clean & fresh. Staff are always welcoming & helpful. Great breakfast but afternoon / evening menu is very limited. Dog friendly & ample free parking.

The beds are rock hard at least to my family and the air con turns itself off so not great if you want to be comfy and cool. Otherwise, it was clean and in a pretty setting.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were both helpful and friendly but will chose other hotels in future due to the expensive EV charging.

Ive scored low on facilities and value for money, the reason being the EV charges are very expensive, theyre actually higher than a motorway way service station with rapid chargers. It was really difficult to find the EV tariff before arriving and I wasn't expecting those prices. So had to charge briefly and leave earlier the following day to top up at a nearby station.

The staff was nice, they help us very well in every thing we asked for. The room was huge and clean. The bed was comfy and the breakfast is nice as Hampton style.

We had all that we needed not having to pay extra for parking was a plus

The staff and noise reduction from the ongoing event were excellent.

The AC did nothing, the shower made the entire bathroom dangerously slippery and breakfast was of poor quality.

Breakfast was a nightmare. Not enough tables for the amount of rooms the hotel has. We had breakfast on small tables which would be suited to guests checking in and enjoying a drink or 2 before the room was ready. Definitely not for eating breakfast.

Very tight. No refrigerator!!! extremely unusual these days! We r in the 21 st century. A disgrace! Also no doing up of the room the 3rd night. A very mediocre service and very poor value for money. Sad!

Airconditioning malfunctioned in both our rooms but we got some money back for that. Before it malfunctioned it worked very well.

I chose to stay here for one night whilst visiting family in the area. Located within the Hamilton racecourse complex, this bright, modern hotel ticked a lot of boxes. The room was clean, quiet and very comfortably indeed, the price was fair and the inclusive breakfast was of reasonable quality. I found some of the hallways to be in need of a good vacuum clean, but beyond that, I have no complaints. The staff appeared cheerful and helpful and the whole place was very typical of what I have come to expect from the Hampton brand. Definitely worth considering.

The location was good and easy to find. Excellent choice for breakfast although the food could have done with being a little warmer. It’s one of the downsides to buffet breakfasts.

We only stayed one night and when my husband opened his towel to dry off after his shower before we left, there were dirty marks on the towel. We did comment about this when we checked out and the member of staff apologised.

Everything was clean. The bedroom and bathroom was spotless. Seating area for drinks was cosy. Dinner area was good and a nice view of the race course.

The staff were extremely slow. Chatting to people that weren't being served while other customers qued. Waiting times for the bar was very slow at evening times. Even with a large number of staff members, they didn't seem to know what they were doing when it came to using the tills. The food service was very slow and on one occasion I had to sorce my own cutlery.

The location was perfect, I was there for the horse racing and access to the racecourse was an added bonus. I've now been to 35 racecourses around Britain and I would absolutely recommend this hotel and this beautiful racecourse. The hotel was clean spotless and the staff were all very friendly.

Det virket som rommet var klart før kl. 16.00, men resepsjonistene var svært uhøflige og hadde ingen interesse av å snakke med oss før kl. 16.00. I stedet for å være imøtekommende og gi oss informasjon, fikk vi inntrykk av at de bare ville ignorere oss til innsjekkingstiden. Dette ga et veldig dårlig førsteinntrykk.
