Right so as I booked for 3 of us their was only one hand towel and one bath towel , as I suffer with had allergies their was a lot of dust on the walls and behind the bed . The bed was something else no comfort atall and it’s was very solid so I hardly no sleep . There was strange stain on the carpets . I’ve always stay the the IHG hotels but this one has might of been the worst experience I’ve had

The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was fresh and tasty, but what impressed me the most was the smiley friendly staff.

I was happy with everything.

Free parking, free wifi, breakfast included. Clean, comfortable room with large double bed, excellent shower and lovely towels. Lovely staff. Great location, just off the motorway.

The fact Holliday in provide English produce for breakfast in a hotel in Scotland. It it arrogance? Is it ignorance? Is it laziness? I don't know but its obviously a board level decision. The simple fact is English breakfast tea is blended for hard water areas in the south east of England. And E3nglizh sausages containing sage are rubbish. It would be so easy to provide local produce. But lazy directors go for the simple eat what we tell you approach.

Tv very outdated. Breakfast was terrible very limited, no cereal, no cutlery, no baked goods, all empty. Staff didn’t seem bothered to replenish even when asked. Tables not cleaned or clear (had to ask someone to clean a table so we could sit down) very unorganised Staff were not helpful in the morning

Olivia was the receptionist who provided a great start to the holiday. Room was very spacious.

We had a disabled room which was great in size but shower was a bit puny.

Staff pleasant & welcoming. Room was decent size & clean.

I know the hotel is dog friendly but to hear the dog in the room directly opposite ours intermittently barking during the night was irritating.

استغلال جدا خصوصا ان المكان لزياره والراحه لكن يعاملونك بشجع كل شي يطلب منك فيه تشارج على اي شي كويس انك تتنفس بالمجان بمقر الاقامه على سبيل المثال التشك اوت كان عندي الساعه 11 غادرنا الساعه 11:20 طلبو 20 باوند مقابل تاخير 20 دقيقه مافيه مرونه ابدا فقط اي شي لطلب المال

The staff were excellent and brilliant with our dogs. The breakfast was amazing, the set up very well thought out, and during busy spells, the staff were brilliant.

The phone signal in our room was poor. I don't think you could get wi-fi in the room. No big issue. The hotel was great. Parking was difficult in the retail park car park on the Saturday. Better other days.

We stayed on a Saturday night. What we loved was the lovely welcoming staff, the clean room, comfy bed, nice bedding and towels, bedroom windows that open, lovely dove toiletries, free parking , free wifi free brekky, great location. Yes a really lovely stay and will definitely book again.

Clean and straightforward hotel good for a night en route to the highlands.

We were very pleased when we got an early check-in as we were heading out to the Commonwealth Games. Room was lovely, clean and bed very comfortable. The blackout curtains were very effective. Breakfast the next day was excellent and the food was hot, plenty of choice too. Every staff member we spoke to was friendly and helpful. Parking in the retail car park next door was easy, we got the train into the city centre.

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Glasgow – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt rundum genossen. Das gesamte Hotel war außergewöhnlich sauber, wirklich alles war top gepflegt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das extrem freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Jeder Mitarbeiter war herzlich, aufmerksam und immer bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Ein zusätzlicher Wunsch (eine weitere Decke) wurde sofort und völlig unkompliziert erfüllt. Das englische Frühstück war reichhaltig und frisch und ein guter Start in den Tag. Die Lage ist ideal, um Glasgow und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Der Bahnhof ist in etwa 8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und bietet eine schnelle Verbindung ins Stadtzentrum. Direkt hinter dem Hotel befindet sich außerdem eine kleine, hübsche Einkaufspassage mit einem 24-Stunden-Supermarkt, was sehr praktisch ist. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel war von Anfang bis Ende hervorragend. Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten!

Einziger kleiner Wunsch (wirklich Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau und ohne jeden Punktabzug): Ein wenig Wurst und Käse für Festlandeuropäer beim Frühstück wäre das i-Tüpfelchen gewesen. 😉

The hotel would benefit from air conditioning in the rooms. Although a fan had been provided it was very noisy and only succeeded in moving the extremely warm air round the room.

Great location just off the M74. Staff very goid. Really nice room and because it was a Sunday night very reasonably priced.

We arrived after a 110mile bike ride, drenched and exhausted and the staff allowed us to check in quickly and take our bikes straight to our room.

We used this as a place inbetween other stops, we took the kids to m&d's theme park and this was close by and free breakfast, parking was easy and supermarket below for dinner options

No air con and it was warm, noisy outside so couldn't have window open, no fridge in room which I was expecting, none of us slept great sadly

Great location on a very good budget. Stayed in Hilton at Hamilton, this place knocks spots off the Hilton. The staff were just brilliant, visable, helpful, professional. Room was nice, good size, very clean, not a dazzle dazzler, it Holiday Inn, but for the price very good value. And I really liked the breakfast,... buffet, helpful yourself,... good quality food. I would.stay again

The wood in the room,... headboard, to tv/desk stand, and open wardrobe. Need a new designer,.... they brought a good room down a notch or 2. Call in DIY SOS please!!

This property was absolutely fine for our purposes. We were attending a wedding and just needed somewhere nice and clean to spend a couple of nights, and we got just that. The staff were also very helpful. The breakfast was good.

My Partner stopped here for a month while he was working in scotland and i joined him for 8 Nights What a Fantastic Hotel i couldn’t fault it. Rooms were spotless the staff were so friendly and chatty and there was a decent breakfast too. Thank you for an Exceptional stay. 😊 If you need a hotel in scotland that is close to the A74M then this the hotel to stop at. Breakfast had a great selection of hot and cold Food and catered for everyone’s needs. 2 min drive from the motorway and right near the retail park and other shops. Again thank you. You should be proud of all your staff there they are Exceptional 😊😊

We were given a room fitted out for a disabled person. We were not warned it was that. Trying to turn out the lights resulted in a visit from reception asking what help we required. The wash hand basins were small and the height suited to someone sitting down. The provision of a mirror was poor. The hanging space was poor. We were told as we checked out that it was the only room left and usually was combined with the next room. There was a connecting door. Had we known about this in advance we would not have stayed. It was unfortunate that we needed to stay as we were attending a family funeral and Hamilton races were on that weekend. No doubt when combined with the adjoining room it is an excellent facility for a disabled person and carers.

A number of heavily drunken customers were giving reception some grief. I had to request to change rooms, which was quickly accepted, as the room I had been allocated smelt significantly badly of cigarettes. Not ideal noting we booked requiring late check in due to travel so really wanted to go straight to bed. Though staff did sort quickly.

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times I like the location and I like how easy it is to check in and out

My rooms have always been up to standard but last night I arrived into my room and felt disgusted I had entered the bathroom and it looked and felt dirty I found hair sitting ontop of the drain for the shower, this appeared to be a special accessibility room for people who may be disabled and this kind of standard is not acceptable.
