NH Bologna De La Gare

El personal y la ubicación

The room was large and very clean, Modern. Excellent breakfast choices and a full service bar and restaurant. Excellent location to train and buses

Nothing! The hotel was perfect for my needs!

sehr gute Lage (Nähe Bahnhof) Zimmer ruhig und sauber

The staff were so helpful and kind on reception in particular. They went out if their way to help us after we booked the wrong night.

Very comfy bed

Nothing

Room was large and exceptionally comfortable. Bath and shower in room which is unusual for a city centre hotel. Great location staff member at check in was exceptional I

Lift was too small for people and suitcases. Coffee options at breakfast only available with cows milk alternative milk is available but couldn’t get a cappuccino or latte.

Location, Staff, Quality, Clean, Restaurant recommendation, views. In particular, Silvia, who was fantastic and ensured that we had a wonderful time in Bologna.

Location was great! Food was great! Service was great!

Our room-air conditioning was soo hot. Not a good air conditioner in our room. Offered to switch us rooms but we decided not to for the hassle of a quick overnight stay. Friendly and helpful staff.

Exceptional location, 5 minutes from Bologna Centrale, easy walking distance to the centre of the city, close to several supermarkets (Coop and Aldi); very friendly and helpful staff; clean (very important); great breakfast; excellent value for money.

Nothing.

İdareten yapılan temizlik kısmı can sıkıcıydı.

Une organisation professionnelle sans réelle faiblesse

A lovely hotel, my room was very comfortable and staff friendly. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and even made a dinner reservation at one of her favourite restaurants. It’s not always easy to get a table for one! The gesture was greatly appreciated and the dinner was lovely. Hotel is in a great location, in close proximity to train station and city centre.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja hotelu, blisko dworca kolejowego i zarazem blisko centrum. Do głównego placu na starówce spacerkiem 15 min. Bardzo dobre, urozmaicone śniadania z dużym wyborem różnych potraw.

Location

Adorei a banheira.

Very comfortable beds and excellent air conditioning. Extremely convenient location less than a 5 minute walk from the train station was very helpful as we did several day trips from Bologna. The gym was well equipped and an excellent size.

The gym could use a fan as there was no air conditioning.

Buena

Duże okroję, szybkie WiFi, przestronny hall, smaczne śniadanie

Brak ekspresu do kawy w moim pokoju, był czajnik.

Super tolles Hotel.

Location and facilities is super. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Nada a apontar

Super friendly and helpful staff. Close to the train station (in a good way). Great AC! Would stay again for sure.

Wygodne położenie, bliskość do centrum, czysto i przyjemnie

Brak

Nh siempre cumple

Todo bien

A really excellent hotel, the room was ideal for our family of 3, the location in Bologna was perfect for seeing the city and getting to the airport for our flight home couldn't have been easier from this location, we were allowed ( for a.small extra fee) to check in early after we arrived from our cruise at 10am which was much needed, the staff were all friendly and helpful and the breakfast lived up to the usual Continental standard -definitely value for money

The lifts were tiny - but this is like all Italien hotels - a minor minor flaw

Breakfast was good with a choice of continental and English available

Room facilities were good also except for a defective door to the bathroom. this matter was reported to reception.

Posizione ottima e cortesia dello Staff

Location, friendly staff, quiet room‼️

Location, Staff and Breakfast

Room was in the small side

Very cleans and great comfy bed! Handy next to the train station

No free water, no milk for coffee in the morning. Area around property felt a bit sketchy. Some staff were slightly rude. Our bath also didn’t drain water very well

Room, breakfast, location

Limited additional services, like laundry or swimming pool

The location

Desayuno excelente. Buena ubicación.

Cuidaría mejor el gimnasio.

Breakfast was superb, the hotel was within walking distance of the city center, the beds were comfortable, and the room was clean.

Stanza ampia e pulita, letti molto comodi.

Near train station. Good price.p

A bit far from centre but still close

estava tudo perfeito

Heerlijk ontbijt, grote ruime kamer.

Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce!

close by, shops and places to eat all around.

no lounge area for smoking/chilling

Nothing. It was excellent

War rundum gut

Location, staff courtesy & cleanliness

Single chair in double room .. very annoying

Room size and breakfast was good.

Room was seperated from next room with a door. Noise was coming from the door.

Good location - close to the train station, restaurants, sights and shopping!

The location was great

Located very conveniently near the train station and at the beginning of town, easy 10 min walk to center, great bed and great breakfast.

Greta location to the station and city centre was a short walk to the main shopping area and restaurants. Hotel was clean and great size of room

There was no main light in the room. Only small spot lights. Made getting ready and doing make up a bit tricky

Excellent location, a beautiful hotel with spacious, stylish, and very clean rooms.

The rooms do not have balconies.

Very central to station and easy access to transport

Left luggage at reception and some cigarettes were missing from luggage later

The staff are top-notch, especially Silvia-Maria at the front desk, who was very helpful and even cheerfully put up with my attempts at Italian. Too many people switch automatically to English, but she was patient and then switched when I couldn’t think of the vocabulary. Also, the bartender(s), who kept me supplied with ice in response to my fetish about ice-cold water. :-)

There were a couple of annoying maintenance issues - one a leak in the shower head, the other an annoying buzzing of a piece of equipment. It’s not something I should have experienced at all. But I give them credit - they reacted quickly when I pointed it out.
