L'emplacement est parfait a côté du port et du centre. L'hôtel est vraiment agréable, les chambres pourraient avoir besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement.

Etablissement sale, sol degueulasse, évier et douche bouchés, porte de chambre laissee grande ouverte apres le passage du menage …. Draps et serviettes sales

L’emplacement proche du port, des restos et des commerces. Nous avions une chambre « superior modern » au premier étage du bâtiment blanc au fond du resort: ce sont les chambres les plus correctes: lit confortable, clim fonctionnelle, petit balcon avec vue piscine /jardin, mini frigo, coffre fort, douche chaude, wifi. Le petit déjeuner est correct sous forme de buffet. Cinéma en plein air chaque soir.

La propreté et l’entretien des parties communes est à revoir, notamment la piscine et ses abords, les tables du petit déjeuner ne sont pas débarrassées après chaque client, notre douche était un peu bouchée (l’eau ne s’écoulait pas rapidement), la pression d’eau était un peu faible. On entendait fortement les sirènes des bateaux le matin et l’appel à la prière à 5h. Le housekeeping commence sa tournée dès 8h30/9h en frappant aux portes. La plage en face est encombrée de bateaux mais en partant vers la droite (Ouest), la plage est plus jolie et relativement propre. L’eau est peu profonde pour la baignade avec bcp de coraux morts (prévoir des chaussures d’eau)

La proximité avec le port est vraiment un avantage.

La piscine ne semblait pas très propre et les chambres ne sont pas très bien insonorisées, pire dans la salle de bain on étendait les discussions de la chambre à côté.

Great location right next to the harbour and super friendly staff. Rooms and amenities our a bit outdated and could use a refreshment. The room was clean and towels and bedsheets where all fresh. For just a few days staying Gili Air a perfect spot to stay, because it’s just outside the hectic center.

Vicinanza al porto, così non si è obbligati a sfruttare i carretti trainati dai poveri cavalli.

Lenzuola con macchie di dubbia provenienza ancora impresse. Mancanza di phon nelle camere. Infissi disassati ed assolutamente non isolanti dall’esterno, ed essendo un piano terra su un giardino di un’isola tropicale è un dettaglio non trascurabile. Mancanza di uno stendino per tutti gli alloggi. Porta del bagno ammuffita dall’acqua della doccia.

Dejlig swimmingpool der var dejlig varm. Sol det meste af dagen.

Ligger lige overfor stranden. Men man kan ikke bade ved denne strand. Der er kun til fiskerbåde. Det skal man min 500 m længere hen af stranden for at kan bade. Værelset vi boede på var ok men bestemt ikke lækkert. Vi fik et endeværelse hvor udsigten var en stor væg og et gammelt volarie som ikke blev brugt mere. Kedelig udsigt.

Et godt hotel med fin beliggenhed, et dejligt poolområde og god service. Vi havde et rigtig godt ophold. Morgenmaden blev serveret på stranden, hvilket var en dejlig start på dagen.

Rengøringen på værelserne kunne være bedre.

Porte d entrée coulissante difficile à ouvrir. Propreté de la piscine très moyenne mais l eau était douce et agréable. Font de mer mais impossible de se baigner étrès les bateaux amarré Plage à 15 mînutes de marche.

Vi fikk byttet rom men det hjalp lite.

Vi kom inn på rommet som såg forferdelig ut. Det var slitte vegger og gulv på soverommet. Badet var helt forferdelig. Det var vannlekkasje på gulvet og var åpent tak med myggnett hvor de lå mase døde insekter. Dørene på det nye rommet var ikke tette så de kom mygg og insekter inn. Det var heller ikke varm vann i dusjet.

This place was perfect for our stay on gili air. It’s right next to the port which was great for us as we did not like the idea of using the horse and cart ( it is the only transport option around gili air apart from bikes). The room was clean , comfortable and the pool was gorgeous too. They show movies on the beach next to the hotel also.

L’hôtel est très bien placé, pas très loin du port pour pouvoir ce déplacer sans prendre les calèches.

Pas d’eau chaude, les lits ne sont pas fait, la chambre n’est pas totalement nettoyé, le petit déjeuner est très bien, mais nous avons été déçu que le dernier jour on y retrouve plus de propositions que les jours précédents.

Great location, great staff. We enjoyed our stay in the pool which is also very close to the apartment. We also loved the idea of a small porch, where you could unwind before bedtime.

The property is in a great location, 5 mins walk from the port. And right next to the outdoor cinema 👍 Nice size pool, with plenty of sun beds.

The rooms were a bit dated. TV didn’t work, and the bed was very uncomfortable. Shower over flows, causing the bathroom floor to be all wet.

Rooms were nice and clean. Fridge, tv and extras like toothbrushes included. Air con was very good. Pool was clean and very warm. Set back away from road and beach so quiet. Located close to the harbour so short walk from harbour and easy access to central areas.

When booking the hotel included breakfast but when checked in I was told breakfast not included and would be payable separately. Free WiFi but was unable to connect despite entering username and password many times. Staff polite but no help/advice what to do , where to go or even what to do for breakfast

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The property is peaceful and relaxing, with a long, beautiful swimming pool that is perfect for unwinding. The atmosphere is calm, and we slept extremely well during our stay. We originally booked two standard rooms, which are authentic wooden bungalows with an open bathroom, exactly the style and vibe we were looking for. Unfortunately, these were fully booked upon arrival, so we were initially upgraded to superior rooms. While we appreciated the upgrade, the rooms were very modern and had smaller indoor bathrooms, which did not match the authentic bungalow experience we had hoped for. After sharing our feedback, the staff immediately took action and offered us a further upgrade to the suites. This made a big difference, and we were very happy with the solution. We truly appreciated how attentive and understanding the team was, and how they made an effort to accommodate our needs. Overall, a relaxing stay with excellent service and a team that genuinely listens to their guests.

All issues we encountered were immediately resolved by the staff.

Royal Regantris has an excellent location right by the harbor, in the Sunset area and directly on the beachfront. There is also a diving center next door, which is very convenient. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, and the large garden surrounded by palm trees creates a relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel feels a bit outdated, which is not very noticeable in the photos. Our room showed signs of wear, with peeling walls, and we even found someone else’s sock under the bed. Better maintenance would improve the overall experience.

Das Zimmer ist groß und die Anlage mit dem Pool sehr schön! Die Lage ist super, man ist direkt am Hafen und konnte sich Fahrräder leihen und damit die Insel erkunden

El lugar fantástico y la ubicación excelente cerca del Puerto. Muy lindo el room y las instalaciones. El staff muy amable.

The property is very basic but close to the ferry.

Staff don’t want to help. There was a blood and the bedding. The staff were actually unhelpful in ever way. Pool is nice but if there any other options I would go there.

Nos gustó todo mucho, pero destacaría el buffet del desayuno (muy variado y muy rico), la ubicación porque estábamos al lado del puerto y muy cerca de la calle principal (aunque no hay nada lejos en esta isla) y la piscina con el gran jardín. Además, el personal fue muy atento y amable. Y además ponían películas por la noche (a partir de las 7pm) y ofrecían servicio de masajes.

Lo que menos nos gustó fue la ubicación de nuestra habitación porque era de las primeras y estaba en frente del bar, por lo tanto no podíamos abrir las cortinas y teníamos que estar siempre con la luz de la habitación encendida.

Die Zimmer ( man muss dazu sagen ich wurde kostenlos in das bessere Zimmer ungeraden, weil ich übersehen hatte dass die Basic Zimmer ein offenes Bad haben und ich das nicht mag ) - das war super nett ! Aber: leider passen die Zimmer selbst nicht zum äußeren Erscheinungsbild. Abgesehen von den Betten die gut waren, ist der Rest des Zimmers mehr als fragwürdig - Das wäre einfach zu beheben durch gutes putzen! Dass die Wände sich lösen stört finde ich weniger als der Schmutz. Siehe Fotos..

the water stopped working in the middle of my stay. they did allow me to check out a little late to shower before i left because the water started working again. The room smelled a bit musty like mold

La struttura non è curatissima. Lo staff è comunque molto gentile, su nostra richiesta ci è stata cambiata stanza perché la prima era veramente vecchia, mobili rovinati, doccia sporca. La nuova camera, quella con verandina in legno molto meglio, più curata. Forse per quello che ho pagato avrei trovato anche di meglio, nel complesso però siamo stati bene! Consiglio alla struttura di mettere uno stendino

This was a lovely spot with comfortable rooms and was great value. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a lovely pool set in a lovely garden. It is at an interesting spot near the water. People watching is fascinating as the boats come and go

Very nice hotel with a super comfy bed and always helpful staff, I highly appreciate all the efforts they put into everything. I will be back for sure.

As the sliding door towards pool side is not too thick, it can be noisy in the room when children using the pool in the morning. When no one is around, it’s very quiet though.

The pool was huge and the garden was nice and loved the location

We were given a different room to what we paid. We paid for a room that was 113 USD and got the 99 USD room. We even checked again on booking.com from a friend's phone to check if that was the case and it was the same. The worst is that we will not get that $14 difference back. The room was decent. Just not nice knowing we paid more for a cheaper room. Also, the beds were hard as rocks and breakfast not suitable for gluten free folks. Yet you could have eggs and fruit.

No entiendo las malas reviews, suele lanzar ofertas de entre 20€/22€ la noche. Por ese precio tienes un hotel al lado del puerto. Con limpieza diaria y una súper piscina. La cama es comodísima y el personal muy amable. También hay productos de aseo en el baño, toallas limpias y también te facilitan toallas para la piscina. Todo muy limpio. Tienen sesiones de cine a las 19.00

Très bon séjour à Gili Air dans cet hôtel idéalement situé, à quelques minutes à pied du port et de la plage, ce qui est très pratique à l’arrivée sur l’île. Tout est facilement accessible à pied, comme partout sur Gili Air, et l’emplacement permet de rejoindre rapidement les restaurants, les spots de snorkeling et les cafés. La piscine est superbe et très agréable, parfaite pour se rafraîchir et se détendre. Le personnel est vraiment au top, toujours souriant, accueillant et prêt à aider. La chambre est spacieuse, avec une très belle salle de bain, confortable et bien aménagée. La pression de l’eau n’est pas très forte, mais c’est assez courant sur une petite île comme Gili Air. Le restaurant n’est pas le point fort de l’établissement, mais le petit déjeuner est bon, avec un choix entre sucré et salé, ce qui est appréciable. Au final, un très bon séjour avec un excellent emplacement et un personnel adorable.

Close to port, big resort, two pools, water refilling stations, price was fair even in off season. Outdoor cinema on the beach every night was cool.

The resort has definitely seen better days in the past. It looks nice on photos, but in detail, it needs a huge investment. Rooms smell from humidity, you can see it is all old. There are only two power sockets in the whole bedroom, only one of them is next to bed. Only cold water in the bathroom, plus no pressure in the shower. Bathroom is half-open, with net under the ceiling, that has holes in it. Breakfast was very sad, buffet style, you can have better in smaller hotels. Staff was okay during check in and check out, but when we needed them when card from our room stopped working, there was nobody available. Housekeeping was knocking on our door at 9am, while we were still in bed. It is usual to clean rooms at least after breakfast time.
