Kubu GWK Resort

The location, the villa is good, the bed and pillow was great to sleep, the water pressure so good

Cleanliness is a but low, the floor too dusty, the towel is bad

Tout était au top !!!

Rien

Big clean rooms and super friendly staff.

The location is fine, but still far from uluwatu for example and end into a busy street. Although this area is busy in general

Accueil parfait.

Staff were great property clean and it was great having constant cold water

Breakfast area needs more tables as we had to wait nearly 30mins for a table

The property in iteself is excellent, the room cleanliness amenities is worth the money. Staff is friendly and ready to help. Its on the main road and 2 min walk to Jimbaran sidewalk. All you need is nearby. I regret not styaing here for more days. Ps the bathroom is main highlight, its huge and gives royal feel

Hot water was only coming for 3-4 mins during shower, this can be improved

It was very quiet. The garden was peaceful.

The cost was cheap

We arrived early morning. Reception was not open. A man was waiting for us on arrival who showed us to our rooms. There were no lights on and we could barely see where to go. He made no attempt to help with luggage even though 2 of the 3 were female with large suitcases. Rooms were located up many steps in the far corner of the complex. Rooms were not clean, stains on walls and floors, especially in bathroom. Insects were creeping in via the gaps in outside doors. Extremely uncomfortable. I am 100% certain that the pictures of the rooms shown on booking have been airbrushed to make them look much more appealing than they actually are. The walls are not that colour, the furniture looks much more modern than the actual, stains removed. The pics of the courtyard area also seems to be edited. Not much greenery, pool is empty, no lighting. We immediately left and book a room at another hotel.

The newer property is beautiful. Comfortable beds and lovely pool! The staff was very warm. Slylee was really sweet and welcoming.

Great spot for the price comfortable rooms

No plugs next to the bed

Staff was great

Got bitten around 15 times since the huts are not fully enclosed and mosquitoes get in the room easily

A hotel elhelyezkedése

Stayed with my four year old in the joglo, right next to shallow pool, so good to manage her and have a relaxing time Staff super helpful and friendly Nice and close to good warungs, short drive to beach

Le service, les installations

I truly cannot recommend this place enough. The staff made our stay absolutely exceptional. The little touches they add were phenomenal. On the day of my partners birthday, they had a cake for us at breakfast and sing happy birthday! They also gave us a little souvenir at the end. The rooms are clean, comfy, and worth every cent. The pool was amazing too. You can also conveniently hire a bike for $10 a day! The rooms are also so cheap and it’s across from a mall with heaps of food.

The only downside was the shower. You had to hold the nozzle as it didn’t fit into the mount

It looked nothing like the photos. It was a completely different section.

Friendly staff. Very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing

The staff, the politeness... All the people who work there ,they are so kind and nice. Great service! We had a great time ! Thank you so much for everything. We will be back !

Nice place and friendly staff

The villa was beautiful and the staff was super helpful! They had all the amenities in the villa, including crockery, a fridge and a microwave! Endless coffees were made! The villa itself was spacious and the scenery around was beautiful. We could see the GWK statue from the balcony. Lots of small stores nearby to buy groceries from. There is also a mall nearby, with plenty of eateries. We also found an Indian restaurant around 700m from the villa. This was quite important for us since we are vegetarians!

Comida boa, boa Localização e funcionarios gentil.

Chuveiro com agua gelada.

no good for breakfast, but loction its ok

need more clean and protect from animal

The room was well appointed, attractive and comfortable. We were located ground level beside the pool. Breakfast was very good with choices. Many food choices in Mall less than 300m from the property. Perfect for us for a 2 night stay! 😎😁

Rien.

The look of it and privacy

The door operation always had to have your key with your or else would get locked out

Lovely spacious rooms and the pool was amazing. Didn’t eat there but there’s a mall just over the road what sells food and drinks

Nothing

Hotel molto accogliente e bello.

Big room with balcony and nice view. Table and chairs in the room to work

The power for the hair dryer is weak.

Pulizie quotidiane. Shampoo., balsamo e shower gel fornito in loco. Molto profumati e validi. Doccia ampia. Bagno comodo e grande. Riforniti anche di accappatoio e ciabattine. Cassaforte funzionante. Traffico a qualsiasi ora.

Great location, tucked away, quiet. The rooms are good size. Clean and comfortable. Staff are lovely and accommodating.

TV reception/remote didn't work

Cheap and fantastic value for money If you are on a budget, to be honest there’s nothing to beat this. Lots of western and Japanese food options in the vicinity.

We only stayed one night.

We stayed in a very new house on the second floor. The room was very nice and the bathroom spacious. The bed was comfortable and huge

Very inconsistent cleaning of the rooms, would sometimes not happen for a few days and sometimes every day. One time they came at 9.30PM to clean the room which we declined as it was uncomfortably late. There was constant music playing from somewhere next door I think which was sometimes quite annoying.

Breakfast was nice and good Bali coffee. Lovely covered patio to sit and have food on. Bed was comfy and room was clean. Felt nice and safe.

I

The canopy bed and the clean grounds

The massage spa. I felt that for the price, it wasn't very professional. The room was tiny, the massage beds were very hard and old. Where my face was I got a very bad crease on my forehead. The cloth used to lie on smelled of mould, and there was mould on the ceiling of the room.

A very comfortable stay. It's only 8 rooms (very spacious) in the building, so it's pretty quiet. Swimming pool is in front of the room you can swim anytime you want. Very green and serene. The location also perfect, just 5 min walk to Jimbaran Sidewalk if you fancy food and coffee. Great price too, definitely recommend this place!

Nothing. Perhaps if the hotel could provide drinking water refill station that would be great.

Great place clean and tidy. Staff is very nice and professional. Location is central and easy transportation.

Everything was great! Stayed only once night but wish I had stayed longer. All the staff super friendly and nice. Delicious breakfast and great rooms!

Nothing, all great
