The location was very central. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Value for money, the place is slightly older but the room is big and the bed is big too.

There were quite a lot of mosquitos and the lighting was too dim if you’re trying to get some work done like me. I got the hut in front of the pool so the kids were slightly loud, not a huge issue just a heads up.

Hotel yang sangat nyaman, bersih dan semua staff nya sangat ramah dan membantu. Fasilitas lengkap ada kolam renang dan balcony cocok untuk refresh pikiran. Lokasi strategis dekat dengan sidewalk mall dan bisa ditempuh dengan jalan kaki. Recommended sekali untuk traveler yang mau explore bali selatan😍

It's a beautiful place, but dirty. We didn't even stayed one night

It's dirty. Toilet were leaking, stains on the linen. Kitchen dirty. They wanted to do repairs inside while we were there, which should have been done before we checked in

房间非常大，住六个人很宽敞，环境优美，附近有个小型商场，有很多吃饭的店还有超市。前台小姐姐小哥哥态度非常好！接机的Desy和Benny非常不错哦！非常值得推荐。更重要的是Benny中文讲的很不错哦，人很靠谱，可以帮忙规划旅游行程。非常感谢！！

+Friendly and cooperative staff at reception +room, balcony and aircon good + nice pool +the receptionist apologized for the inconvenience and offered 1 breakfast for free

-no stairs in the pool (can be difficult for older people getting in and out!!) - the showers next the pool out of order - the tv, netflix, youtube etc in the room was out of order: a tenician had to come for nearly 1 hour changing batteries, using right cabels..chaos pur!! -the room service forgot to take away their keys from my room: i was very surprised when I saw the keys sticking in my door outside and nobody was there - not flexible neither for early check in nor for late check out

Do not book this place! This was supposed to be our honeymoon, but we had to flee the property after just 10 minutes. The room was absolutely disgusting and completely different from the pictures. There was severe mold on the walls, peeling paint, and huge cracks. To make it worse, the cleanliness was non-existent: we found dead insects and even old human toenails left on the floor. It is a massive health hazard. When we checked out immediately, the staff promised a full refund, but now they are dodging our messages and refusing to confirm it to Booking.com. Utterly unprofessional and deceptive!

Все требует ремонта. Провода торчат. У телевизора потекшая матрица. Нет коврика для ног в ванной. Не дают полотенца для лица, только большие. Подушки неудобные и промятые. Но за такие деньги многого и не ожидали.

Beautiful place with lovely rooms and great pool. Fantastic location off the main road so no noise and a short stroll to the shops and brilliant Jimbaran Sidewalk complex. Will come back for sure.

La chambre aurais besoin d’une remise à neuf , très peu d’eau chaude environ 2 minutes , le ménage laisse à désirer , la location de scooter sur places n’est pas chère , cela est normale au vue de l’état des scooter , assez mal isoler on entend les voisin au dessus marcher et la télé des voisin si le volume et un peu haut , on ne reviendra sûrement pas dans se logement , le prix n’est pas cher

They will only provide 20L hot water for such a big jacuzzi, then we need to wait for more than hr for hit water, so technically jacuzzi is waste there.

The positive were the staff and location, special shout out to Putueka who was warm, kind and helpful on our final day of stay. The pool was clean and our room was spacious.

There is much room for improvement, our room had mould spores on the ceiling, rusted taps, and general uncleanliness. Even when our room was cleaned, bedsheets remained unchanged for 5 nights and had stains from the beginning of our stay, much like the all of the towels at the hotel. The air conditioner in our room felt dusty and caused dry cough/sore throat after a few days. Chipped tiles in the pool which can be a hazard and just dated, general wear and tear around the resort. From my understanding, the same company recently built some new villas over the road but they perhaps should invest money into the upkeep of Kubu GWK.

We were lucky enough to get upgraded to the new huts. They were really clean and great facilities. The robe and slippers were a very nice touch. Bed was so comfortable and massive. The pool was always clean.

The water did not stay hot for long and had a bit of an eggy smell. Definitely not enough hot water to fill up the bath which was a shame.

Lovely food, nice and attentive staff. My room was really big with a king bed, I really enjoyed my stay.

The view was amazing, while the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Was a close walk to shops and a mall as well.

L'endroit est calme, joli et la chambre était très bien équipée, la literie confortable. Une belle piscine devant la chambre et donc une jolie vue. Un service restauration en chambre ou au restaurant impeccable : c'était excellent ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la possibilité de louer 1 scooter sur place, disponible facilement et immédiatement avec plusieurs puissances proposées. L'accueil de nos hôtes était agréable et très professionnel.

Nous avons eu des difficultés à avoir de l'eau chaude dans la salle de bain mais nos hôtes ont tout fait pour répondre à notre difficulté au plus vite. La rue permettant l'accès à l'hébergement est très fréquentée d'où l'utilité de privilégier les déplacements en scooter. Le logement est cependant éloigné de cette rue et nous n'avons entendu aucun bruit de circulation pendant notre séjour.

The young energetic stuff, large room, clean, safe area. everything so good . Many Thanks to the young stuff there. (They allow me to check in earlier than it supposed , also they offered me late breakfast ) I will definitely come back again :)

The worst Villa and the worst service in 15 years coming to Bali. 2 mornings with no hot water, 1 morning no electricity, no toilet paper…and after my stay, i have been one week asking for the invoice and they refuse to give it to me.

Everything have been chaotic. I would not recommend this Villa to no one

Beliggenheden var virkelig dårlig, lå mega langt ude fra centrum og langt oppe af en bakke, så der var absolut ingenting i nærheden. Derudover var der ikke varmt vand i bruseren, ingen stikkontakter i nærheden af sengen og lyset på badeværelset virkede ikke.

I really enjoyed my stay at Kubu GWK. The staff were friendly, the room was modern and clean, and the location was great since it was off the main road but only a 2 minute walk to cafes and shops. Would stay again!

La prenotazione era per il bungalow esterno, ma una volta arrivati non era disponibile e ci hanno dato una camera normale. Poi per le due notti che abbiamo fatto non cambiava nulla, ma forse non avremmo prenotato se non fosse stato per il bungalow

La verdad es que es un sitio muy especial. La villa con piscina privada era increíble, todo genial. Se estaba super bien.

Staff muito prestável e simpático. Tivemos de sair às 4h30 da manhã e deixaram-nos o pequeno-almoço preparado para levar. Entrou um lagarto no nosso quarto e como não conseguiram tirá-lo mudaram-nos rapidamente para outro quarto. Jantamos no alojamento e a comida era muito boa. Alugamos mota com eles facilmente.

A limpeza da GWK Villa devia ser melhor.
