Best Western Kamala Jimbaran

Very close to all the markets and shops, breakfast was available and very good

Everything was good

Personal increíble. Ari fue una persona muy muy amable

The location is great you can go anywhere easy you find restaurants, massage, markets, pharmacies everything around at 5 minutes, the staff is kindness the attention is great

Nothing

Nice spacious room with a balcony. Mr Irfan from the front desk was kind to help us communicate with the Grab taxi driver.

The air conditioning wasn't cooling too well but we were very tired so slept through the night. The location is right in the main road & traffic is very heavy.

friendly staff, clean and good value for money

traffic in the area

Tutti i servizi, camera spaziosa.

nothing

old run down hotel. no maintenance staff is pushy and not welcoming steer away and stay elsewhere

Very accommodating receptionist.

None

There are convenience stores nearby by walking distance. Staff were friendly and nice. Breakfast was average only.

The room is quite old. The shower switch is broken on my 2nd night... The Spa room is very simple without any decoration nor music, though the service was fine.

clean, quiet, location is central

the breakfast was questionable to someone coming from Europe, there are plenty better options around town

Nice hotel, everything was clean and the staff was nice.

- The location is great, at the main road so it close to restaurant and shops - Clean, the staff are friendly - The breakfast was great. Lots of options of menu

- The room that close to the road is a bit noisy at night

The staff is amazing, especially the woman at the reception in the day, she pay attention at every detail.

The breakfast doesn t have nice choices and the toilet in the bathroom wasn t really nice, the shower wasn t working good. In overall is a good hotel but for the price you pay i expect more

The shower(head) is old/dirty and must be replaced

Clean and comfortable hotel. Staff were excellent.

Location is very busy urban area, you need transport. Not easy to walk on the sidewalk or cross the road.

This was my first time staying at a Best Western property, and it truly went above and beyond my expectations. Especially for the price, the value was excellent and the room size was surprisingly spacious. The staff were friendly, the room was very clean, and everything I needed was available. The location is also great, with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and cafes, which made the stay very convenient. The pool is a bit small, but honestly it’s not a big issue since you’re in Bali with so many beautiful beaches to explore. Breakfast was decent, though it would be even better with a few more international options. That said, for the price, it’s completely fair. If you want more variety, room service is available with plenty of choices. Overall, everything was great and I had an awesome stay. Highly recommended.

Nothing

Personel yardımsever ve güler yüzlüydü, otel ve odalar temizdi, kahvaltı yeterliydi.

Konumu trafik yoğunluğu yüksek olan cadde üzerindeydi GWK dışında diğer popüler mekanlara ve yerlere mesafeliydi, etrafta fazla yemek seçeneği yoktu

The staff and the bed and beddings.

General maintenance. The first room couldn't be cooled sufficiently with the aircon. One side of the property is very noisy at night and there is no sound proofing.

The hearty and various unlimited breakfast was excellent. Staff was very kind and helpful ready to assist at any time. There are many markets around it. The location was excellent as a base to visit the different beaches in Uluwatu.

It is only a minor issue, but there are a lots of birds that can make the balcony a bit dirty, but do not overthink this point, it is definitely not a show stopper :)

The front office staffs were not professional

The location

Comfortable, friendly staff

Poor breakfast, small swimming pool(children size)

Breakfast is very tasty and good selection of local dishes. Friendly staff Big rooms

Toilet needs better cleaning with stronger cleaning chemicals because the toilet has bad smelling even after cleaning the room

- locatia: aglomerat, poluare, mizerie -micul dejun foarte slab si dubios!!!

The staff & managment are very nice, they do not bother you unnecessarily but when you need sometihng, the staff is always available, swift and helpfull. Also they gave me some very deliscious fruits. The breakfast buffet is a good deal. I love the view from the balcony towards the North overlooking the mountains of Bali and even Java and Lombok are visible on clear days.

There is only one coffeemachine at the breakfast buffet so you can have a waiting line if many guests want coffee at the same time. However this is not a real issue because they make up for it by having a kettle in the room so you can brew a coffee there aswell.

Bed is comfortable enough

The house keeping staff on July 9, on the six floor was ridiculous and outrageous!! Unbelievably loud , chatty and slamming the door all day long, I couldn’t get any work done! Complain at front desk or warning them doesn’t work at all… some sounds they made was so big you’d thought there was an explosion ,Literally. I thought hotels were supposed to let people wind down and relax , not get on the guest’s nerves all day. Completely disappointing, won’t ever want to repeat the hell again, hope the hotel manager can do something about those staff, seriously

Staff very friendly and helpful

Housekeeping

Great breakfast. Convenient location.

Cleaner floor.

Clean rooms

Road noise and traffic

Feel safe, secure, and comfy during staying here. ❤️

Staff were so lovely and welcoming! Rooms were nice for what we paid. Had a mix up with the dates for my booking and the staff were very understanding and helpful. Would definitely be back again!

Air conditioning in the room was not very cool so it was quite humid.

clean room, nice breakfast buffet with many option

traffic around the area

Dekat dgn pantai n airport

Central location, near lots of food options and mini mart

Not enough shampoo, and they didnt give new tooth brush every day. Customers need to ask for more shampoo and shower gel every day and wait so long. Flowers on the vases are all withered and staff didn’t change until being asked for

Good stay. Nothing to fault. In the middle of nowhere really but fairly close to the airport.

Not much

Construction noises throughout my stay without any warning - no sound proofing which meant I heard hotel guests in the next room and in the hallway in the middle of the night. Balcony was dusty and dirty, and room was dusty too. The AC did not work filter until a technician had to come and clean out the air filter.

I stayed here because it is near Garuda Vishnu Park. Nice room good value for money. Nice breakfast buffet a lot of vegetarian options. Attentive staff. Clean.

Rooms are very spacious and pristine swiming pool. Wise range of breakfast, girls at the egg station were exceptional.

Nothing, however may suggest front desk reception could be more friendly and welcoming, not saying they were rude but usually in Bali you are greeted with big smile and makes you feel welcome anywhere you go, didn’t feel that here.

The staff was cooperative

The breakfast variety was bad and stale items were served. Very small property with basic amenities.

Tv channel not clear
