Quite close to the Beach and was adjacent to a very popular strip of road consisting of bars, restaurants and good nightlife.

Perhaps the facilities and building are a bit old but then again that’s what helps the booking price stay so low. And the shared bathrooms haha that was unexpected

I booked an upgraded room and stayed for the entire duration X2days, but one had no hot water the whole time (only ice cold) on that freaking cold weather. I raised the issue about 3 times and nothing was done. The reception staff were dismissive, nonchalant and unhelpful. On the checkout day there was also a power outage, so one had to bath with ice-cold water and had no electricity at all. For the price I paid, the service and treatment I received were unacceptable and total BS!. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The attitude of one sraff in the kitchen during breakfast. He seems to be always in a hurry to close the dining hall by 9.00 am for breakfast even when guests are having breakfast.

Nothing at all our stay was a disaster

From the reception, to management, to the food, parking and how they treated my elderly parents, it was a complete disaster. They should just be a church, they should get out of hospitality. They are not friendly, not accomodative, make you feel like an intruder and constantly charging extra

The location is convenient and the staff is good, just didn't get good reception by the receptionist.

The receptionist was cold, didn't even tell me all the rules of the place. When I got to my room, the shower has mold, the wifi was terrible, yet it was one the main attractions for me. When I tried to address it with management, they disputed my claim, which made me to leave a day before my intended departure as I could not work.

It included breakfast, WiFi connection is strong, staff is very helpful, has a laundry room and washing line area if you staying a little bit longer, walking distance to the mall and fast food restaurants.

The room I got had a window that could not be fully closed and my stay was during cold days so I was feeling the chills especially at night. The fridge and microwave plug kept on killing the switch and turning on and off, luckily I did not have too much to put in the fridge to the point of getting spoiled.

The staff's friendliness could be improved; a simple smile and greeting would significantly enhance the experience. Additionally, paying R150 for an early check-in, despite the room being unoccupied and only two hours prior to standard check-in, was unexpected.

I request a takeaway for breakfast because I wasn't gonna be at the premises during breakfast but the didn't,I was at the premises at 9:10 am. Secondly around 9:20am when I was at my room a housekeeper keeps on knocking asking if im leaving yet the check out time is 10:00

Breakfast timings and one staff (guy) seems to be in a big hurry to force the guests to vacate the dining hall exactly at 9.00 am. Guests should be allowed their time to have their breakfast in a relaxed manner.

The she sheets are thin and dirty. Stained with something that looks like blood. The rooms smell bad. there are no showers in the rooms, the single shower is shared across the whole floor and poorly maintained

I thought the breakfast which is included within the price of a room was fantastic and added a very homely feel to my stay. The staff was excellent and were very welcoming toward me for the entirety of my stay which I really appreciated. The room felt cozy and the extra blankets in the middle of winter were very much appreciated

My specific room did not have its own bathroom and shower which I was not told about prior to arriving so I very much so felt blindsided by that. The bathroom itself was not in great condition and did not feel to hygienic, furthermore the bathroom at several points had no toilet paper which was frustrating to say the least. And the communal shower did not look like the greatest. Also, they only have hot water on during time slots which also limits flexibility in terms of when you can shower. The Wi-Fi was also absolutely horrible. The connection was so slow and kept on breaking up that I had to buy my own data because the wifi was so bad and if you had plans on doing important work I would not recommend it at all,

I would say breakfast is good based on the packed takeaway. I did not sit in because I was supposed to go as early as possible before breakfast was served, in the future, I will have a sit-in breakfast

None, the security, packing, space, and room were as expected; the place where the hotel is situated is convenient enough for my traveling.

It's the location and cleanliness

Staff was just rude (not all of them, but ones i interacted with) . Only the security knew customer service. Last time I was there, receptionist advise if i wanted breakfast packed aside, I should have said the day before. This time I tell her and her response was "no we can't do that" when I ask why/ didn't you advise me differently when i was here last time, she just chose to ignore me and leave. And the gentleman in the kitchen told me they are rushing to church, kitchen is closed yet breakfast time is 7 to 9 and it was before 9AM. Ooh and the shower was cold.

The location was fine. The place is right opposite a garage and next to the road. Very noisy. It is really an accommodation on a tight budget.

I didn't get an apology after water lickage from other room into my room, I woke in a dam of water, I mean water was on my ankle but no one said sorry 😞

nothing on arrival we found our luggage left outside with the security with all our belongings and valuables, whereas the receptionist said we can come back and book inn at 14h00. we requested a room downstairs and where denied.we didnt even sleep for the night we fight another place same time but have not got any refund the manager rudely told me there was nothing he can do.im busy pursuing the matter

I was a few minutes late fro breakfast but I still managed to get a smallplated meal, which wasn't really enough. Also the TV channels kep switching off and going to no signal.

The kitchen staff are always looking so unhappy as if you're a burden to them. We spoke to the gentlemen about his face as if he is carrying the world.

Location was fine, and the breakfast was fine, the problem is that no one explained where my mother should be at what time, so she stayed outside later on to get to the house, breakfast already cold so please be considerate of the old people and someone who is not familiar with the place .

The place was easy to find because I am was coming for the second time. The security is always at the guard gate and he's always alert of the coming cars.

The breakfast was delicious as always otherwise I wasn't going to bring my family. We had good stay and I will definitely come back when visiting Durban. Thank you once again.

The room was clean. It was close to all the places I needed to go to.

The staff was a bit rude. They never greeted and sometimes the way they looked at you made you feel unwelcome especially when uu are in the dining room having breakfast most of the staff just stare at you and not say anything. There was about 1 or 2 people that were kind but other than that most people made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

The accommodation is located in a convenient location and is affordable.

There either needs to be more than one guard present at the gate or guests need to have their own remote for access whenever they please.I found myself stranded at the gate after being dropped off by an uber in the early a.ms with no guard present at the booth, regardless of pressing the buzzer multiple times and phone lines not being answered. Only after a few minutes of being outside and did the guard show up and open. That was a very dangerous situation to be in. The street is very quiet, anything could have happened.
