Una presa corrente vicino al letto sciolta dal calore, le tende andrebbero tolte perché stonano con la parete interamente finestrata e sostituite con una veneziana dal alto. La cosa peggiore però è stata il rumore degli ascensori

The room service. It took almost an hour to get a cheese toast and two cokes. The room's phone did not work. The breakfast boxes for early check out where less than poor.

Easy getting to the hotel and getting around. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was wonderful. Walking to some great shops and restaurants in the area. Felt safe for our women’s travel group. The bathroom in my upgraded room had extra toiletries and a great hair dryer. The views from my room if the city were beautiful. Our flight was early, so they made us breakfast bags to take with us. Very nice.

The coffee shop was open but there was no one there so we missed an afternoon coffee refresh. Rooms were not ready until after lunch, but we all did get in earlier than 3 pm. After a long week, we appreciated that.

Langsamer Check-In; Ausfall Klimaanlage; generell Probleme mit Kühlung, weshalb einen Abend und einen Morgen nur kaltes Wasser; es liegen nirgendwo Ausflugsangebote auf.

El desayuno sin duda fue lo mejor (junto con el aire acondicionado al entrar al hotel después de aguantar horas de calor en Nápoles). Tienen alrededor de 5 mesas independientes cada una con muchas cosas, desde jamón york, huevos revueltos, bacon, hasta zumos muy ricos, tartas y pasteles, panes, cereales, frutos secos, verduras, frutas, etc. Me pareció un desayuno de excelente calidad pero lo que más tengo que destacar de aquí es una tarta de limón que estaba exquisita y un zumo de manzana que de verdad sabía a manzana.

Las camas no estaban mal pero podrían ser mucho más cómodas. En cuanto al personal de recepción podrían ser más comunicativos y ofrecerte por ejemplo información acerca de la ciudad o monumentos que merezcan la pena visitar.

We had a room with two bedrooms. The single bedded room had plenty of space, own TV and desk etc. Perfect for our teenager. The main room was very comfortable, well designed and with a large comfortable bed. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Bathroom showed signs of wear and tear - could be better as the rest of the hotel was gorgeous.

La posizione dell'hotel era fantastica, in centro e con una vista dal 28mo piano davvero spettacolare. La colazione l'ho trovata molto soddisfacente con diversi prodotti di buona qualità. In generale l'hotel era molto pulito e profumato con staff cordiale.

La climatizzazione della stanza era davvero molto rumorosa. Anche impostando la velocità al minimo era molto molto invasiva. I controlli andrebbero ammodernati. Inoltre i cuscini erano decisamente piccoli e duri, per quel livello di stanza una piccola selezione di cuscini o comunque fornire delle alternative più morbide sarebbe fortemente raccomandata.

The water drainage problem of the bath tub was not solved at the moment of check-in. The maintenance staff told us that it would take 1-2 hrs to completely solve the problem. We then requested the reception to change rooms, but that was when the staff sighed on the telephone. The new room however had air-conditioning issues. It took us 1 hr and a half to get the room settled, in total, due to consecutive issues.

I booked a room with sea view, it was worth it! Rooms are clean, comfortable, aircon wasn’t noisy or problematic. Great location too, within striking distance of the Spanish quarter, Toledo metro station and a short walk to the old town.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a fairly convenient location, around a 20-minute walk from the city center. The breakfast was also good and offered a reasonable selection.

Non l’ho fatta perché non era inclusa

Le stanze e l’aria condizionata degli anni 80 ; non funzionava e non si poteva ne abbassare o spegnere perche era centralizzata ; ho cambiato 4 camere all’arrivo perche tutte con problemi di aria condizionata obsoleta senza display per regolare le temperature ma con manipulo obsoleti che non funzionava no neanche per soegegnerla ; nella prima stanza che mi avevano cambiata da single che avevo prenotato in doppia c’erano rumori metálico nel l’aria condizionata ed il tecnico che e’ arrivato con scaletto e attezzatura mi ha riferito che ci voleva tempo per aggiustarla così ho deciso di cambiarla e ho capito anche perché mi avevamo fatto un upgrade non rischiesto all’arrivo ; da li sono passata con loro ad una seconda camera di fianco al vano ascensore con una porta in camera chiusa a chiave che dava sul vano ascensore con luce sparata che veniva in camera ; mi hanno suggerito a telefono una mascherina per la notte per dormire per evitare la luce ; Mi ricambiano la stanza e mi portano in uno stanzino di 14 mq all’incirca ; riprotesto ancora sale il concierge con il Facchino per farmi visionare la 2623 ;la prendo perché sembrava tutto normale ; la notte posiziono il mecanismo obsoleto e l’aria non si spegne e ho dormito con felpa e cappuccio ; metto anche una foto del mecanismo obsoleto che regolamenta o dovrebbe regolamentare il flusso e la temperatura in camera ; praticamente non funzionante

La ubicación y el personal son maravillosos. Las vistas desde la planta 30 son sencillamente impresionantes.

No se corresponde lo que pagamos para la calidad de la habitación, había algunos detalles de mantenimiento que debían estar resueltos.

NH Napoli Panorama reune lo que un turista no europeo necesita. Excelente ubicación y el apoyo para disfrutar al mñaximo de las bellezas napolitanas

La ubicación es ideal, muy cerca (incluso andando) de todas las zonas de interés. Nos dieron una habitación en el piso 21 mirando al mar que era una maravilla y el desayuno también es muy bueno. Además a pesar de de ser un hotel muy grande el trato fue muy cercano y personal y siempre dispuestos a ayudar en todo,, sin duda para repetir.

El hotel estaba muy bien ubicado. Limpio,buen desayuno, pero pone adaptado y no es verdad. Fuí con na sobrina discapacitada y tenía que entrar por una puerta que se entraba por el garaje y pasaba por un cuarto lleno de trastos . Fuimos al lavabo y el de discapacitados estaba cerrado, llamamos y como tardaban al final tuvimos que entran en el de mujeres. Por otro lado nos topamos en el desayuno y cuando quisimos ir a comer con 2 personas bastante desagradables, nos dijeron que estaba cerrado y al comentarle que en la cafetería no había nadie se escogieron de hombros riéndose, no nos pareció bien.

Pues lo dicho personal no muy amable, y no es adaptado, y malo para entrar a cualquier persona, tiene 5 escaleras para entrar al llegar nos ayudaron con las maletas pero al salir nada, eso que llevábamos 6 y silla de ruedas

Bardzo przyjemny hotel, blisko centrum i portu w bezpiecznej okolicy. Obsługa recepcji miła i pomocna, wyjątkowo przemiły Pan zajmujący się bagażami. Pokoje komfortowe z pięknym widokiem. Zdecydowanie polecam.

I moved here after one night in a horrible booking. They were so accommodating letting me check in early, providing me with some items missing from room, and reception was great recommending ceramic vertical shops near by as well as directions. Very grateful I was able to stay here. Breakfast was good as well. Wish windows would open (locked) for some fresh air other than A/C.

The hotel was great. Great location and the staff were good. There were a few [peer issues, ie we lost power a couple of times - glad I wasn’t in the lift! The room was good and the view is just amazing. Breakfast really lets it’s down. Food was just poor. Hot food wasn’t and really wasn’t nice to taste. Coffe was ok and fruits etc was ok as well. I’ve just had better elsewhere and was hoping for a little more

The room was clean, quiet and in a central location: not far from the port and historic center. Seemed quite new. When I requested items that were missing from the room or I needed as extra like a blanket, they were very accomodating. Allowed early check in which was very appreciated. Breakfast was good. Helped with luggage both checking in and out which was really appreciated!

If items like kettle, water, coffee, slippers were already in the room so I didn't need to call reception and request. Would be nice if windows could be opened - they can but they are locked shut and they will not unlock. Don't care for too much A/C so some fresh air at night would have been a plus. Didn't replenish any used items such as sugar, coffee and water. Omlette station would be a bonus! Bring a device to watch movies in English - none of their channels really cater to English speaking guests other than news. They have no streaming on TV.

Super location we were in room 2826 on the 28the floor overlooking the port with a view to sorrento and capri and could see the cruises come in and out. Fab room , spotless and super location. Staff so nice

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at NH Napoli Panorama. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Our room offered a breathtaking view over the Bay of Naples, making every morning special. The bathroom was good overall, although the shower drained a little slowly. It was only a minor issue and something that can easily be fixed. The biggest asset of this hotel is its people. Every member of the staff was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. A very special thank you to Carmen, who took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. She was incredibly professional, warm, and always willing to help with a smile. We also want to thank Antonio, whose guidance and helpful recommendations made our visit to Naples even more enjoyable. A big compliment also goes to the housekeeping team. They did an excellent job every day, keeping our room spotless and making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. We stayed here with our two teenagers, and the hotel was the perfect base for exploring Naples. The city is vibrant, full of life, incredibly charming, and surprisingly romantic. Combined with the fantastic local food and the stunning views, it made for an unforgettable holiday. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend NH Napoli Panorama to anyone visiting Naples.

Mi a placut pozitia hotelului! Este bine pozitionat , aproape de port si de centru, de restaurante si de atractii!

Nu mi a placut ca in blocul de langa hotel a fost o petrecere! Muzica foarte tare , artificii la ora 12 noaptea si zgomot foarte mare! Nu ne am putut odihni deloc avand in vedere ca aveam si zbor la 4 dimineata! Caldura mare pe holuri! Nu functioneaza aerul conditionat pe hol? In baie am avut doar un prosop mare si unul mic fapt pt care a trebuit sa l impart cu sotul meu! La baie la cada sunt urme de mucegai !

The Napoli Panama has become my home away from home during my business trips to Napoli . Rosario and Ilaria along with the front desk staff are warm , friendly, accommodating and welcoming . The views from one’s room have amazing sweeping views of the area. Don’t miss the delicious breakfast with freshly baked pastries and seasonal fresh fruit . The Panorama ‘s location is perfect for shopping as well as touring the City’s Landmarks , restaurants, Museums or jumping on a short boat ride to Capri for a day.

Locatie buna aproape de linia de metrou si la 5 min de Galerie,si Via Toledo. Mic dejun bun,cafeaua im schimb nu prea. Desi am avut camera langa lift,nu s-a auzit zgomot deloc,antifonata foarte bine.

The hotel is great and on a wonderful location. It's close to all the major amenities, famous neighbourhoods and less than 10 mins walk from Molo Beverello the ferry port where the ferries to Capri, Isquia and the Amalfi Coast, etc are taken. Great views of the city. Ask for a room located on the upper floors.

Worst nights sleep in Italy. They knowingly put us in a room with no AC. We had them checkout in the night and then went down again when nothing changed the desk was confused why we were in THAT room. They said no other room was available and no fan available

NH Napoli is a fantastic hotel and an excellent choice for anyone visiting Naples. The recently renovated rooms are stylish, clean, and very comfortable. The view from the 29th floor is absolutely stunning and worth experiencing on its own. What truly made our stay special was the outstanding staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout our visit. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with anything we needed made a huge difference. Combined with the beautiful rooms and spectacular views, this hotel exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend NH Napoli to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Naples.
