Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Bon emplacement dans la ville. A partir de l’hôtel on est à environ 15 mn à pied de la Gare maritime et 20 mn du centre historique. Personnel agréable. Très bons petits déjeuners.
Un peu bruyant la journée car des travaux sont en cours dans un immeuble à proximité.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 7 nuits au Palazzo Turchini. L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour découvrir Naples à pied et se déplacer facilement dans toute la ville. La chambre était agréable et le personnel a toujours été accueillant et disponible. Une mention toute particulière aux dames qui s'occupent du petit-déjeuner, d'une gentillesse et d'une attention remarquables chaque matin. Le petit-déjeuner était très agréable et nous nous sommes vraiment senties bien accueillies tout au long de notre séjour. Une très belle adresse à Naples que je recommande sans hésiter et où je reviendrais avec plaisir.

Hotellin henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällisiä ja auttavaisia. 24h respa. Aamupala oli mielestäni tosi hyvä ja riittävä. Hotelli vastasi odotuksiamme ja tilat oli siistit. Suosittelen!

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026DON’T DO IT!! They do not allow you to control the temp of your room, it’s central and they cannot/won’t turn it town. It’s boiling hot in here and their only solution is a portable fan, which isn’t available. Despite the stifling heat, this place is not even close to a 4*. Booked an Executive room so really wonder what the other less expensive rooms look like. Feels very unsafe outside the entrance, you wouldn’t want to be out at night. Room and bathroom is pretty gross. Shower appalling. Front desk people are super nice, but that’s only positive. Absolutely ZERO stars, especially for almost $400/night.

La colazione offerta era varia e abbondante, tuttavia non adeguata alle esigenze di chi ha problemi con glutine. Non erano presenti dolci dedicati, nè cereali o fette biscottate. C' erano dei biscotti. Era disponibile del pancarré ma mancava un tostapane dedicato, elemento necessario per evitare contaminazioni.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026The location was good, very center of Naples and close to beautiful sights like the Galleria Umberto I, and the Basilica of San Francesco di Paulo. The breakfast was also nice.
The room looked a bit nicer in the photos than in reality, and it was quite noisy at night because the windows faced the street, so we could hear the cars and the nightlife pretty clearly. Also, the room's shower didn't drain properly, so it started to flood the bathroom floor very quickly, and in order to prevent that, we had to take quick showers. I feel like a 3 star rating would be more accurate for the hotel instead of 4.

Location was a little remote from the most interesting parts of the city. The key card/ electricity activation thing was annoying and felt a little too budget-minded for the price of the room and compared to other places we stayed in Italy. Would have liked more control over room temperature.

Camera cu fereastra la strada era zgomotoasa. Dar receptia ne-a ajutat sa o schimbam cu una cu vedere la curtea interioara. Trebuie sa alegi intre liniste si lipsa unei vederi spre oras.

La struttura si trova in una posizione davvero strategica, comodissima per raggiungere a piedi il centro e i principali punti di interesse della città. Camera pulita e ben tenuta, ambienti curati e accoglienti. Ho apprezzato molto anche la cortesia e la disponibilità del personale, sempre gentile e attento. Esperienza complessivamente molto positiva: una soluzione che consiglio sicuramente a chi vuole soggiornare in centro a Napoli con praticità e comfort.

La camera ha soddisfatto in pieno le nostre aspettative e ci ritorneremo molto probabilmente. Il parcheggio convenzionato è molto comodo e conveniente.
