Longevity Health & Wellness Hotel - Adults Only

Clean rooms, friendly staff, superb breakfast and service.

All very relaxing and a real chance to quieten body and mind 💕

I think guests should be required to keep phones on silent in public areas , leave pool/restaurant/cafe areas to make & receive calls and ABSOLUTELY ZERO TOLERANCE of clients playing music/videos OUT LOUD poolside/common areas. 🤷‍♀️

Superlativo! Staff gentilissimo e accorto!

Would be better value if at least one treatment in the spa came as standard.

This place is a core part of my year to visit and to completely relax! The staff are always so incredibly nice but also really chilled out and genuinely just a lovely bunch of people. The hotel is always in incredible nick: it's clean, organised, tidy and radiates relaxation all around.

Breakfast, staff, hotel location, room - everything was excellent.

Honestly, nothing springs to mind....I enjoyed every aspect of my stay.

A logística do pequeno-almoço.

Tudo

Algumas situações no pequeno almoço

Reposant

Localização e vista do hotel

Piscina esterna e spa molto belle e funzionali. camera molto spaziosa e ben attrezzata.

Great location, 10 minute walk to the town centre or taxi for approx. 5 euros. Plenty of free parking space in the hotel grounds. Great breakfast.

The food was excellent both at Breakfast and Dinner.

The information relating to the Spa facilities could have been better. Information in the room detailing facilities would have been useful

Beautiful spa and lovely treatments

Simpatia e profissionalismo dos funcionários. Limpeza geral excelente O conceito do pequeno almoço

Food and cleanliness and staff were excellent.

PDA in and around the pool area. Very uncomfortable viewing for people there to rest and unwind. Totally inconsiderate guests talking very loud on balconies , very late into the night. Also although the hotel has great facilities , the facilities aren't spacious enough to accomodate the number of guests- often the indoor plunge pools, sauna rooms were busy.

Don’t recommend the massage. Expensive and not good at all. Should be better as the property publicises as a health spa

Everything . The wonderful pool The spa The breakfast The amazing friendly staff -breakfast staff were so lovely !

Nothing

Excelência no atendimento...

Todo en su conjunto. La piscina desbordante

Gostámos bastante de tudo

Nada a apontar

The rooms are very quite and the balcony sun rise in the morning

Upstairs restaurant head chef didn’t want to provide water after spending close 90 euro back to back days for lunch.

Property was absolutely beautiful. Everything was perfect

There was nothing we didn’t like

A localização nao é má.

Everything. So relaxing.

Nothing

Wonderful location away from the busy tourist area but close enough to drive .

Absolutely perfect location and great food and ingredient choice, rooms were clean, services are good. The vision of this hotel is being fully met and we will come back.

Only thing that can be improved is that in midnight around 3 we came back from a wedding and couldn’t get in our hotel because the security guard was not here. We waited 30 minutes until we could get into the hotel midnight. Maybe a system can be createf where you can enter midnight with your hotel key.

Property is white clean and aesthetic. :) breakfast perfect!

The staff don't speak English very well. One small disappointment was that I checked into the hotel on my birthday, and I was hoping for at least a simple "Happy Birthday" from the reception or some small gesture. I've experienced that before at other hotels.

It was very peaceful and luxurious. The breakfast was amazing! Perfect for a complete detox from everyday life. The spa was stunning.

This is the perfect place to stay if you’re looking for pure serenity and calm. If you’re looking to have a fun holiday with friends this might not be the place for you.

I felt relaxed the whole time I was there. It felt like a very healthy environment to be in.

I thought the classes were a little overpriced and should be included as part of the stay, even if they charged more to compensate for it.

The staff were amazing. They were friendly fun and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. The roof top gave you some of the best views in Alvor

A few maintenance issues including garden.

Gostamos muito das refeições , eram ópticas . O spa foi bom e o hotel era bonito .

A limpeza , foi pessima .

Good range and healthy.

Breakfast hours to extend to 11am

Staff excellent

Nothing

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff. Few things could be improved but we did have a good stay

Sauna was broken, some of the breakfast choices were over complicated. Would have rather just been asked how I’d like my eggs cooked. Coffee in rooms would have been nice

One of the female reception staff members was extremely rude and made us feel completely unwelcome. Her attitude alone ruined the mood and the entire experience. Honestly, I have never experienced such treatment in any 5-star hotel before. Staff are the face of a hotel, and people who treat guests this way should not be working in the hospitality industry.

Piscina interior a agua estava fria.

Wonderful stay at the Longevity Health & Wellness Hotel. Friendly and thoughtful staff throughout the hotel. Calm, fresh, and relaxing atmosphere with very nice areas from the lobby to the spa. The freshness and cleanliness really stand out, which is important at a spa hotel. Great quiet location and an excellent breakfast with everything you could wish for.

Alles was even geweldig. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, geweldige kamer en beddden, waanzinnig ontbijt. Super verblijf!!

Alles was geweldig! Niets viel tegen!

Clean, well laid out. Friendly staff. Great facilities. Quiet. Totally relaxing.

basically everything. In particular the staff kindness and professionalism.

Excellent stay in this hotel , staff were attentive and nothing was a trouble for them. Sandra at the reception was very welcoming and helpful. We loved the quietness around everywhere in the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic and the Spa is incredible. We will come back for sure.

Nada a acrescentar

Location, near Alvor center

No services were available. Any treatment, any massage, nothing. We choose this hotel because of the Longevity and wellness concept and the big portfolio of treatments available. Big disapointment!

Very clean, spacious, and quiet room with a balcony and a nice view. The hotel feels new and beautifully designed, with relaxing shared spaces and even yoga classes. Breakfast was incredible—healthy, varied, and different every day. Convenient parking and a good location near the city make it a great choice, especially if you have a car.

The spa was nice but quite small (especially the pools) and closed rather early, which made it hard to use fully during our stay.

Beautifully calm and quiet hotel. Very clean, breakfast was excellent and staff friendly and helpful.

It was all good.l

A localização

A falta de manutenção do espaço

Staff was attentive, out of season parking was very good, breakfast was good and varied with hot and cold dishes available. Taxi into the main town was not expensive at approx 6 Euro from the hotel. Bed was very comfortable, room was very clean, and nice large ensuite, we overlooked a nice garden that the hotel kept. The hotel is very clean & modern contemporary.

Choice of in-room drinks was limited to herbal tea, internet in our room sometimes was intermittent.

Friendly staff, very nice rooms although there is a lack of electrical sockets. Only one restaurant was open during our visit (roof top), and the food was pretty good. The gym facilities are good and the spa, although small was ok. Unfortunately the Hammam was closed during our stay.

colazione e struttura

SPA non tutta fruibile

Excellent condition and staff.

The staff here are exceptionally good. They make the stay a real pleasure

The quietness

The food menu at the restaurant, variety is not large and it us pricey. Yoga room has no window nor mirror. It would have been nice to have a room with natural light.
