Reviewed Sep 8, 2026設備も新しく清掃も行き届き、スタッフの方々の応対も素晴らしかった。特に清掃スタッフの方々にもご挨拶いただき感銘しました。松本駅と松本城等の観光スポットも徒歩圏内で利便性が高く、しかもそんなに高くない、ここに宿泊してとても快適でした。ありがとうございました。

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Das Bett war sehr gemütlich :) Das Badezimmer war schön groß, hatte genug Abstellfläche und hatte alles was man braucht. Auch hatte ich ein Fenster, was ich sehr gerne mag damit ein bisschen Tageslicht herein kommt. Die Lage war super, drum herum genug Restaurants und man konnte überall hinspazieren.

Breakfast was a little expensive so we didn’t eat there, we got onigiri from 7-11 every day instead.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026The hotel is located at very short distance from the station and at walking distance to the center of the city. The room was very large, bright and clean, probably one of the most comfortable rooms during our trip around Japan. The bathroom was also very large and comfortable, with all toiletries provided. Staff was very kind, they allowed us to check in earlier as the room was ready at arrival. They offered us a free ice cream or ramen at the restaurant at ground level, which was very good.
Nothing, everything has met our expectations.

When we checked in, we were told that he had to pay a tourist tax which had been started recently.... This should have been intimated during the booking and not at the time of check in at the hotel. This amount was not calculated by us and posed a huge issue. Secondly they told us that room cleaning will not happen as per their hotel policies which happens once in 3-4 days...

Some of the information about local restaurants and services such as massage etc provided on the list provided at the hotel was outdated. Some business was already closed or not exactly the type of the restaurant described.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026It’s a short walk from the Matsumoto train station and walking distance to many of the local sights. The location is central but not too busy. It had nice views of the mountains. There was even free ice cream or ramen in the evenings. The staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay here again.
There was only one day of cleaning for my 5 night stay but they do provide enough towels etc for your stay.
