Reviewed Sep 17, 2026ベテラン風の女性スタッフさん、 駐車場の場所を尋ねたら、わざわざ外にまで、出て来て、案内して頂き良かった、 ライブハウス『箱船』の場所も、 尋ねたところ、すぐに即答して頂き、開演時間も迫っていたので、 とても助かりました、接客の笑顔もとても良く好印象でした、 さすがベテランと思いました。
ちょっと、部屋と浴室が狭かったのですが、日本なので、まあ、一般的なのでしょう。

使い捨てスリッパがあるとよかった。次回は持参して伺います。 照明のスイッチがどこか解りづらく、意外とレトロな感じで後から気が付いた。 便利の良い街中ですので窓からの景観はのぞめないですね。

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026駅から近く便利。近くにコンビニがあり、飲食店も近くに多い。 部屋はコンパクトだが綺麗でくつろげる。 パジャマがとても着心地よく、かなりリラックスできた。 翌日は早朝から登山に出発でしたが、駅チカなので、他にも早朝出発の方がおられ、手頃で快適なホテルだと思います。

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026La ragazza che ci ha accolto in reception è stata veramente eccezionale, con sole poche parole chiave in inglese e la sua espressività e dedizione è riuscita a venire in contro a tutte le nostre esigenze ed aiutarci anche a spedire i bagagli al prossimo hotel (cosa parecchio complicata e laboriosa), davvero servizio eccezionale
Il letto era un po' piccolo per 2 ma probabilmente basta prenotare una stanza con letto più grande

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, praktycznie w samym środku miasta Matsumoto. Pokój był czysty i przestronny (choć bagaże musieliśmy rozpakować na podłodze), oraz wydawał się dobrze wytłumiony. Pracownicy recepcji byli bardzo mili i pomocni.
Problematyczne parkowanie na pobliskim, automatycznym parkingu, mimo, że hotel z nim współpracuje. Ciężko porozumieć się po angielsku, co rodziło trochę nieporozumień (np. obsługa parkingu nie chciała raz przyjąć naszego samochodu, mimo, że informowaliśmy przez translator, że jesteśmy z hotelu Morschein i opłaciliśmy postój na czas całego pobytu z góry w recepcji).

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026松本駅を出てから思った以上に近く、ちょっと路地に入ったところで閑静。歩いて数分以内にそば屋、飲み屋があり便利、曲がる角にはカラオケもある。朝食はコスパ良く、サラダが器に小分けされていて良い。全体に小ぢんまりしていて、ツアー客が来ないと思われるので、居心地がよい。清掃も行き届いているようで、鼻につくような匂いが無かった。
壁が薄いのか、隣の声が薄っすら聞こえたのが難点。 良くないわけではないが、ウェルカムドリンクは宿泊数分欲しいところだが、そうでないなら、朝食時のコーヒーを部屋に持ち込みできるとよい。スリッパは、部屋から出ない限りは、裸足で履くことを想定した足触りのよい使い捨てのほうが良い。

Reviewed May 25, 2026The value and location of this hotel was phenomenal! The facilities are a bit older but well maintained and clean. We were within walking distance of every major thing we wanted to do + extremely close to the train station. This was a great hotel for a quick two day stay in Matsumoto!
As mentioned above, the facilities are a bit older so it is a bit of a trade off for the location. It was one of the smaller rooms we stayed in during our two week trip but I wouldn't say this is uncommon for Japan.

Reviewed May 23, 20261. Very close to JR station, less than 5 minutes on foot but you need to wait for a traffic light to cross a road that may take you a few minutes. 2. Staff was nice and helpful. 3. There're 2 coin-washing machines. One poured detergent automatically while the other doesn't. The former one costs you more. If you use the latter but don't have detergent, you can buy it from the reception at a low price.
Perhaps the hotel had some bad experience with customers who checked out late or other issues, I received a couple of papers with a few reminders and fine upon checking-in.
