We loved Samsara Villas! The villa itself was beautiful and well kept. The pool was such a great size for two of us and I loved the privacy of the whole property. The staff were amazing - all contact done through What’s App and there was no request too much for them. We organised transport to the island through the villa and Shelley sorted everything for us and responded promptly. It is close to the north/north west of the island and is a few mins walk to the beach to watch sunset with plenty of bar/restaurant options here. Bikes are available if you wish to visit anywhere else on the island, but we actually walked most places. The photos are exactly as it is in real life. There is a kitchenette with a large fridge, water filter machine and mini bar, as well as a hob to cook on. We had THE best time here - I would 100% return!

Vse. Vtis je še boljši kot so slike. Prostorno, mirno, čisto, lep bazen, v namestitvi so bili zelo skrbni in odzivni. Zajtrk obilen, dovolj izbire. Tudi lokacija zelo vredu, 5 min peš do zahodne obale in 15 min do vzhodne obale, povsod se da dobiti ležalnike. V vili je na voljo tudi kolo, tako da je res vse na otoku brez težav dosegljivo. Veliko možnosti z izbiro restavracij povsod okoli. Če bi lahko, bi bivanje z veseljem podaljšala.

Tutto 😊 La villa è molto bella e con quella cura anche dei piccoli dettagli (mensola grande con specchio, specchio intero, piastra antizanzare in bagno, distributore di acqua minerale calda, fredda e ambiente, bici private comprese e già nella villa, food delivery con consegna gratuita ecc…) che rendono il soggiorno ancora più indimenticabile. Consigliamo il floating breakfast in piscina che e’ buonissimo e meraviglioso! Un gruppo whatsapp risponde a tutte le tue necessità e il personale è gentilissimo. Aggiunto alla bellezza del posto e’ stata dura andarsene 🥰

Nulla 😊 Magari trovare il modo di far fare anche i massaggi in stanza, ma si tratta proprio della ciliegina sulla torta e comunque a due passi a piedi ci sono tantissimi centri con rapporto qualità del massaggio/prezzo incredibili ❣️

Nous avons passé 4 nuits au Samsara et nous avons adoré notre séjour ! L’hôtel est très bien situé. De toute façon, Gili Air est une petite île, donc avec un vélo, tout est facilement accessible. Nous avons pu découvrir de nombreuses plages et tester plein de restaurants tout autour de l’île. L’endroit est très calme. Nous n’entendions même pas l’appel à la prière depuis notre chambre, ce qui était très appréciable. Le service est également excellent. Chaque jour, l’équipe venait nous demander à quelle heure nous souhaitions le petit-déjeuner et passait allumer l’anti-moustique en fin de journée, une attention que nous avons beaucoup appréciée. La piscine est tout simplement magnifique ! C’est l’un des plus beaux logements dans lesquels nous avons eu la chance de séjourner. Enfin, une petite mention spéciale pour le petit chat roux qui a élu domicile chez nous pendant tout le séjour. Nous lui avons donné à manger et nous espérons que les prochains visiteurs prendront également soin de lui. Il est vraiment adorable et a rendu notre séjour encore plus mémorable. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésiter !

Très jolie villa privée, au calme au nord de l'île. Élégamment décorée dans le style balinais. Piscine, sdb extérieure, chambre climatisée, cuisine, salon terrasse, tout est fait pour que vous passiez un merveilleux moment. Il y a un distributeur d'eau froide et chaude, très pratique sur l'île où l'eau est non potable. Une équipe très discrète passe matin et soir pour mettre de l'encens, fermer le parasol... L'hôte Shelley, est sympa, flexible, et disponible pour toute demande. Petit plus pour le petit déjeuner flottant, super expérience! Et pour le petit chat roux de la villa qui nous a accompagné pendant notre séjour

Petit conseil pour que tout soit parfait, remplacer le vélo jaune qui n'est pas très confortable pour une balade sur l'île 🙂

La villa est propre grande et avec le matériel nécessaire. Le personnel est très accueillant et vient allumer des spirales anti moustiques chaque soir. L’emplacement est très bon Rien à redire

Le seul point est la qualité des freins d’un des vélos mais ça reste correcte, c’est juste pour trouver un défaut

The shower pressure was quite weak and did not give hot water beyond a couple of mins. A hot shower would've been nice in the evenings after a dip in the cool ocean!

TOUT! la situation géographique, l'intimité, la piscine privée!

Nettoyer les planchers puisque comme plusieurs geckos ont élu domicile dans la cuisine extérieure, on retrouvait souvent des défection sur le planchers. Remarquez, comme c'est le seul point négatif, il n'y en a pas vraiment.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, mit sehr vielen kleinen und liebevollen Details. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es einen Ventilator und eine Klimaanlage die nicht direkt auf das Bett gerichtet ist. Der Ventilator verteilt die kühle Luft jedoch sehr gut. Es gibt kostenloses Trinkwasser über einen Spender. Fahrräder werden ebenfalls kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Es ist jederzeit ein Schattenplatz im Außenbereich zu finden. Es wird jeden Tag Roomservice gemacht. Die Kommunikation war super! Alles in Allem wirklich wundervoll und sehr zu empfehlen!

Im Schlafzimmer wird es aufgrund der vielen Glaselemente morgens relativ hell. Mit Schlafmaske jedoch kein Problem. Der Wasserdruck der Dusche ist relativ gering.

Onwijs genoten van ons verblijf bij Samsara! De villa is goed onderhouden en van alle gemakken voorzien. Meerdere plekken waar je perfect kan loungen. Daarnaast wordt alles dagelijks schoongemaakt door de staff. Prettig is ook de whatsapp communicatie. Fietsen zijn een fijne uitkomst. Ten aanzien van andere reviews: Uiteraard zijn er insecten maar dat is uiteraard logisch op een eiland en met zo veel groen om je heen.

Het pompje van de bodywash in de badkamer deed het niet goed.

EVERYTHING! Beautiful & clean. Best shower in Asia!! Actually had full pressure. The villa was perfect. All the little attention to details didn’t go unnoticed. The staff your fabulous and I loved that they came every day to light more mosquitoes coils. There was breakfast option deleted to your room, was great but so much food. Advice from staff about the island was exceptional also. And having the Mini bar stocked was an added convenience. Thank you to Shelley and your team for making our stay so wonderful.

Besonders gut gefallen haben uns der tolle Pool, die ruhige Lage und das entspannte Ambiente. Wir konnten richtig abschalten und die Zeit genießen. Absolut empfehlenswert – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

We loved our stay at Samsara Villa! The villa has a warm, traditional style and is spacious with a comfy bed and a beautiful open-air bathroom – the best shower we had on Gili. The private pool has a decent size and is surrounded by a lush garden, creating a peaceful tropical vibe. Staff were kind, helpful, and easy to reach via WhatsApp. The quiet location is perfect for relaxing, and the bikes made exploring easy.

El alojamiento es precioso. Tienen mucho cuidado con los detalles y te dejan unas bicis para que puedas moverte por la isla. Han sido unos días absolutamente perfectos.

Le matériel pour la cuisine pourrait être plus moderne (bouillloire rouillée )

Gorgeous villa just like the pictures. Everything we needed was a whatsapp message away. Great food delivered to the villa, staff checking in about convenient times to service the room, mini bar had good range of drinks which were well priced and restocked daily. Pool was divine and the whole experience was so relaxing. Highly recommend! And Shelley gave me details for private boat hire and they were amazing too!

Absolutely sensational ! The villa was beautiful and the pool was perfect. Little touches like international power points, free water and the WhatsApp group contact is a brilliant idea. Free push bikes were also a great addition. Loved the location on Gili Air also, a little quieter and nice sunset restaurants are very close.

We were so pleasantly impressed with this villa we decided to extend an extra day in gili air and changed the dates for our next destination! The villa was a beautiful home for us and felt so spacious and very special! Thank you to the lovely staff for looking after us! Would 100% recommend to anyone staying in gili air:)

The only MINOR thing, was bugs - but easily sorted by the staff members who come and change the mosquito coils very regularly!

We spent 4 nights at this charming villa. The staff and management are very helpful and communication via WhatsApp made it easy to arrange transport and get whatever help we needed. Leaving the Villa

Our room was fabulous! We had our own private pool with the utmost privacy. Our first day we awoke to breakfast floating in a beautiful heart shaped basket in the pool. Upon arrival we were added to a WhatsApp group with the staff which was like having a concierge at your fingertips. They arranged transportation as needed, food. Helped set up excursions. Sent out laundry out. They even chased us down at our ferry when we forgot something in our room. I highly recommend staying here if you’re ever in Gili Air.

The villa is very beautiful, amenities perfect, pool and outside area just amazing. The breakfast was very good, and the fact that we were provided with free bikes very useful. The location is also perfect, in the north-west part of the island, a very quiet area.

Compared to other similar accommodations we stayed at it was a little expensive.

Beautiful peaceful villa with lots of space, in a great location too! Everywhere was easily accessible with the bikes provided. Shelley was extremely helpful, friendly, always available and informative. She even organised a safe boat for us over to the island too! We would love to come again 🫶🏼

The host was amazing and helped organise ferries and transport. Communication was excellent and we loved the use of the bicycles. A fabulous place to stay.

This was my favorite place I’ve stayed in Indonesia so far! Loved the private pool and all the outdoor living space to yourself. The interior is gorgeous, big windows- and the bathroom is amazing!!

Very calm and nice villa in Bali style, well thought through, cozy and convenient. Cost its money. Friendly and supportive personal and owner/manager - always online through what’s up. We were advised to all questions we have. Good WiFi. Gili Air is very small island, villa is 3 min walk from the ocean, you can reach most of the beaches in 15 min walk and whole island in 15-20 min on the bicycle- provided by villa for free. For us it was ideal combination of privacy and natural island life. Highly recommend.

All good, just small details. We miss the handle shower, only the “rain” option. Pillows are not the best (but we are picky here). Paying by card would cost you 3.6% more, but this is typical on Bali and around.

The villa was so spacious, beautifully designed and decorated, and it was our favourite place we’ve stayed in Indonesia by far. The pool was amazing, and the use of bikes free of charge was an unexpected bonus! The floating breakfast package was also amazing and would highly recommend.

Overall excellent experience. The villa is as advertised - pictured are accurate. Communication is through WhatsApp, including when they would come to clean your room, so I would say having this app is a must. We paid for the floating breakfast one morning and it was awesome. Very clean villa, and friendly staff. When outside, you can hear guests from other hotels/villas but I don’t think you’ll get away from this anywhere on the island as all accommodations are quite close together.

The property felt really luxurious and a real treat to have such a large private space and a pool. There were bikes that came with the property which were ideal for getting around. Communication with the Samsara team was brilliant without being obtrusive.

This is a really cleverly designed space, providing pool, a covered kitchen and lounge area (with overhead fan) plus a lovely air conditioned bedroom. Loved the decor- so simple and stylish, plus the outdoor shower room off the bedroom. From the website photos I thought there would be loads of villas but there are just 2. Can catch the sun all day around the pool if you move around. The 'sail' covers over the pool were much appreciated. Everything is within walking distance in Gili Air, but we appreciated the bikes provided with the villa - great fun to cycle around this tiny island.

We loved our trip to Gili and Samsara Vila made it even more incredible! Such a special place with attentive staff - the only downside is that we had to leave! The villa was tranquil and luxurious.

This villa is so beautiful the pictures really don't do it justice. It is a huge space with such lovely detail throughout and a gorgeous outdoor bathroom. Shelley and the team made our stay so memorable nothing was too much trouble! It is very close to the beach to see lovely sunsets. The bikes provided are a great way to get around to see the island. A beautiful villa on a beautiful island of paradise.

Everything- hard to fault. We just left our little paradise at Samsara Villas on Gili Air after 6 wonderful nights 😢 It was very hard to leave. The villa is situated in a perfect spot, just a couple of minutes (not even) walk to the beach where there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and perfect sunset views. The villa itself comes equipped with all that you need: bicycles to get around the island, full kitchen amenities, full bathroom amenities (great shampoo & conditioner - and thanks for the toothbrush!!), drinking water, a full sized fridge and freezer with mini bar if you choose to purchase drinks at hand, a comfy big bed, and day bed by the pool which gets the afternoon sun. The service was brilliant… thank you Mezi (and sorry, I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name) for your smiles and assistance. Our villa was tidied each morning when we left for our adventures, and a very sweet ‘turndown’ service as when we arrived home each night, the mosquito coil had been lit and the night lights to the villa on. We opted for a floating breakfast one morning which was the best breakfast we had on the island during our stay - absolutely huge, fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented by Shelley. Thank you Shelley and staff for making our first trip to Gili Air such a gorgeous experience… I doubt it will be long before we are back!

We absolutely loved Samsara villas. If you are staying on Gili Air I highly recommend staying here. The villa is absolutely beautiful, clean, huge plunge pool, well equipped with fans and air conditioning, comfortable bed, small kitchen if you like cooking or preparing your own food. The villa is super private too. The hosts even provide you with lovely yellow bikes to use during your stay which is so handy as it is the best way to get around the island and saves the hassle of renting push bikes. The villa is about a 3 minute walk from the beach where you can watch the most beautiful sunsets with a cold coconut or a crisp Bintang. Moreover, the hosts will put you in a whats app group so you can ask them any questions during your stay. They are super helpful telling you where the best snorkel spots are and if you want to do any day trips they will make sure you are well equipped with all the information you need!

This beautiful villa goes beyond expectations. It is the perfect place to relax & unfold, doesn't matter if with your loved one or by yourself. During the day the environment of this Villa is so tropical & during the night so beautiful with all the different lights on. The decoration & details are stunning, and the swimming pool is such a vibe, clean & with lights during the night. The room is huge. The bed was so comfortable and I also loved the bathroom.

That I have to leave. I just wanted to stay here forever, lol 😆

This vills is Lovely. Great large and usable comfortable outdoor space fab pool. Very clean villa and comfy bed. North of the island a few minutes bike ride to the beach and stunning sunset. Would recommend/stay again. Easy walk to beach restaurants for breakfast etc a breakfast is offered payable to the villa which we did once. The beaches are stunning.

We spent 6 nights in this wonderful villa with private pool and confortable bed. Service very kind and professional (thank you Tari & Saska!). Very clean, in a great location and extremely beautiful.
