Akasia Villas - Private Pool Villas

Le ville sono fantastiche, completamente immerse nella natura, la piscina privata in giardino è la ciliegina sulla torta. Sembra di essere nel paradiso terrestre. La pulizia giornaliera è molto accurata, la biancheria da letto super pulita. Lo staff è di una gentilezza disarmante, sempre ad accoglierti con un sorriso a qualsiasi ora della giornata.

Potrebbero migliorare la strada di accesso al complesso di ville. Spesso ci sono insetti nelle stanze nonostante la maniacale cura dello staff nel pulire tutto. D’altronde bisogna aspettarselo visto che la struttura si trova totalmente immersa nella natura, quindi non è assolutamente una critica alla struttura.

Tout était plus que parfait ! L’emplacement au cœur de l’île mais proche de la plage et des commerces tout en étant silencieux, le confort de la villa et de la literie, la grande salle de bain par chambre, la qualité des produits de douche, la salle à manger fonctionnelle dans laquelle un délicieux petit déjeuner est servi chaque matin et face à la piscine et surtout l’énorme piscine privative sans aucun vis à vis! Enfin il y a le personnel aux petits soins et avec de délicates attentions qui rajoutent à la qualité de cet endroit ! Bref réservez ! Pour finir, nous avons réservé avec l’hôtel une sortie snorkeling en bateau privatif avec « Nemo » et c’était fantastique! La plus belle sortie qu’on ait eu des vacances !

Abbiamo soggiornato ad Akasia Villas e siamo rimasti senza parole. La struttura è meravigliosa, pulita, curata in ogni dettaglio e dotata di una piscina privata che rende il soggiorno ancora più rilassante. Ciò che fa davvero la differenza, però, è il personale: persone estremamente accoglienti, calorose e dal cuore grande. Lo staff è sempre presente, premuroso e pronto ad aiutarti per qualsiasi necessità, facendoti sentire coccolato e a casa fin dal primo momento. Un servizio impeccabile e un'atmosfera magica

Nuestra estancia fue excelente. El alojamiento estaba impecablemente limpio, muy bien cuidado y con todas las comodidades necesarias para disfrutar de unos días perfectos. La ubicación era muy buena y el ambiente, tranquilo y agradable. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar con cualquier duda o recomendación. Sin duda, volveríamos a alojarnos aquí y lo recomendamos al 100 %.

La villa y las personas que trabajan allí son maravillosas. El chico de recepción y los que te traen el desayuno. Quiero darles otra vez las gracias desde aquí. La ubicación, aunque dudé un poco por estar al norte, después de estar en el sur, me alegro. Somos más de norte Eso ya depende de cómo uno quiera vivir su estancia en Gili Air.

Friendly staff. Great location- very central but also very quiet. Delicious breakfast. Beautifully decorated room and outdoor area- very calming and welcoming.

Mattress and pillows quite hard and not very comfortable. Open style bathroom meant it was a bit difficult to use - floor was all wet when trying to use mirror/hairdryer etc.

La salle de bain ne dispose pas de fenêtre, mais seulement d’aérations qui laissent entrer de nombreux animaux et insectes, notamment des moustiques, des lézards et d’autres petites bêtes. Cela est malheureusement peu agréable.

Loved the villa, had excellent facilities, including fridge, small cook top if needed. Our five year old was accommodated with a small bed in the one bed villa. Staff went out of their way to help and organise whatever was needed, they were very friendly and made the stay.

The breakfast was always fresh and delicious, with a good variety of options. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. They assisted us with transportation, activities, and anything else we needed, making our stay completely stress-free. The overall value for money was outstanding.

The perfect place to stay on Gili Air if you’re looking for privacy and a peaceful vibe. The villas are well equipped, with a great private pool and a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff and owner were extremely helpful, assisting with transport and even preparing breakfast for our early departure. It was short but truly wonderful stay.

Die Unterkunft ist eine absolute Herzensempfehlung. Sie ist unfassbar gepflegt, großzügig und einfach wunderbar. Das Personal und der Besitzer sind unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Den skønne pool og størrelsen på villaen var et kæmpe plus. 2 virkelig store værelser med lækkert tilhørende badeværelse.

one of the best villas i've ever stayed at. everyone is so nice and helpful and the villa is very clean and up-kept. the breakfast each morning was prompt and very delicious (i'm not sure what they put in their sourdough that makes it taste so good!). it's located a bit on the outskirts of the island, but it's a quick 20 mins walk to the other end of the island so we really didn't have an issue with the location. the villa itself had a pretty big bathroom, and a much needed AC that kept us cool all the time. during checkout, we met one of the owners, sam, and he was super sweet and even paid for our gili taxi to the port to congratulate us on our honeymoon. it was a really sweet gesture that we'll never forget. overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back if we're ever in gili air again.

From the moment we arrived, everything felt so peaceful, private, and beautifully curated. The villas themselves are stunning. They are spacious, immaculately clean, and designed with so much attention to detail. The private pool was such a highlight and made it feel like our own little sanctuary. The staff were absolutely incredible, so warm, welcoming, and always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.

We loved the large pool which was in shade of beatiful trees throughout the day. That was amazing for us to be able to spend the time in the pool with no risk to get sunburnt. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was delicious! We could also spot turtles everyday in the beach close to the villas.

Sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal, sehr gut organisiert, saubere Villa mit toller Ausstattung. Schnorchel Ausrüstung, sowie Fahrräder wurden von der Unterkunft organisiert.

Die Insel ist eine autofreie Insel, weshalb man überallhin laufen oder mit dem Rad fahren muss. Tagsüber kein Problem, allerdings sind die Wege vor allem im Dunkeln sehr schlecht, bis gar nicht beleuchtet was den Nachhauseweg etwas schwierig gestaltet. Dafür kann die Unterkunft allerdings nichts. :)

Our stay at Akassia Suites on Gili Air was absolutely exceptional. The apartment was fully equipped – we found everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The whole place is incredibly charming and atmospheric, perfect for those looking for peace and tranquility. The hotel is located in a quiet area, which adds even more to its unique character. The staff deserve special recognition – they were extremely kind, helpful, and attentive to every detail, providing the highest standard of service. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel truly comfortable. We wholeheartedly recommend this place – we would love to come back!

The location was a small bit away from the lively of the island.

We loved the 2 bedroom villa a lot! It was perfect to share with a friend. Sam, Agus and everyone were fantastic, so thoughtful, kind and welcoming! The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen space as well. The swimming pool was larger than we expected and so beautiful! We had breakfast included and they made sure that my husband and I could get vegan food. The villas are in a quiet area of Gili Air, perfect for relaxing, yet very close to the beach, restaurants and shops.

Booked for 7 nights at Akasia Suites and stayed for 10. Here’s why…… There are lots of beautiful villas on Gili, but a lot are just one room. We loved having a whole house set up, especially the kitchen area with a fridge. All the bedrooms are really spacious and comfortable with lots of hanging space. En suite showers work really well and plenty of hot water. Ac is really efficient. The outdoor furniture for chilling round the pool is really nice and comfortable. There is plenty of shade and sun. The location is very quiet, away from the mosque. You can still hear the distant call to prayer but it just reminds you that you’re on a Muslim island! Some areas of the island are really scruffy, but this isn’t. The staff are amazing! They service the apartment every day and deliver breakfast fitting it around our diving schedule. Sam and Tia the Ozzy owners live next door and are really welcoming and helpful. At the end of our 7 days we didn’t want to leave. So didn’t. Until we absolutely had to!

Excellent villas with two sleeping rooms and en-suite bathrooms, a very large and well-equipped dining place in the middle and all along a very large private pool. Great staff that is super helpful and very service oriented. We had breakfast included, which was served daily to the villa. Breakfast order as all other communication is conveniently done through whatsapp.

Very happy with the entire package. Would return.

I recently stayed at Akasia Villas in Gili Air, and it was exactly the kind of peaceful island escape I was hoping for. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt calm and private. The villa itself was beautifully designed, with a spacious bedroom, an open-air bathroom, and my own private pool surrounded by tropical greenery. Having that private pool made a huge difference — especially after spending the morning cycling around the island or snorkeling. It felt like my own little sanctuary. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly (which is essential on Gili Air). I also loved the semi-outdoor bathroom concept — it gave the stay a tropical, island vibe while still feeling clean and well maintained. The location is quiet, slightly away from the busier beachfront areas, which I personally appreciated. Everything is still easily accessible by bicycle — restaurants, beach bars, dive shops, and sunset spots are just a short ride away. Since there are no motorized vehicles on the island, getting around felt relaxed and enjoyable. What stood out most to me was the staff. They were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with arranging bikes, recommending places to eat, or organizing activities. The service felt genuine and personal without being intrusive. If I had to mention one thing, it’s that the villa isn’t directly on the beach — but honestly, the privacy and tranquility more than made up for it. Overall, my experience at Akasia Villas was peaceful, comfortable, and romantic. I would absolutely stay here again, especially for a couple’s getaway or if I just wanted a quiet place to unwind on Gili Air. One of the highlights of my stay at Akasia Villas was definitely the staff and the breakfast experience. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel genuinely welcome.

Everything was superb.

We visited Jan 2026, and yes it’s just as good as the pictures show. We were in villa 4 (private/recently renovated with pool). All the staff are incredibly attentive and helpful in every aspect, whatever you need (they check to see what time you want your room cleaned). Breakfast delivered to your room every morning at a time specified by you. Our villa looked like it had been designed by an interior designer, swing over the pool, comfy relaxing pool loungers, 19 litre filtered water unit replenished when empty, hob, fridge, toaster, kettle, fan above kitchen area. Air con in bedroom, fan also, mosquito net, tv, amazing shower (lots of space) and comfy big bed. Great location, not far from anywhere, but enough to be quiet at night. We hired their bicycles which are perfect to get around the island. The Pool/garden area was cleaned regularly. Thanks to Patrick for the amazing personal snorkelling experience (organised by the hotel) and not forgetting Sam the manager and all his staff for an unforgettable experience!

Everything was fantastic. We liked the location. While not on the beach it was quiet and peaceful and only a few minutes on the bike to good snorkelling spot on the east. Great food options. Yes it’s a walk from the port but if you want quiet and beautiful villas it’s worth it. We stayed in villa 2 and villa 6. Villa 6 is more modern but villa 2 is more spacious (smaller pool in 6 though than 2). Both excellent. The staff were exceptional. Great scrambled egg breakfasts!!

Since arrival, the staff welcame me with friendly smile. I felt the fresh air when I opened the gate with the private pool view and nice garden. It's about 7 minutes walk to the beach where you can enjoy the sunset view. Thr Breakfast was so gooooood. I hope to come back next year.

Our villa was beautiful!! The breakfast was amazing and the staff were incredibly helpful!! The location of the villas was about a 20 minute walk from the harbour (we chose not to use the horses) & then a 3 minute drive on an electric scooter to the beach where the sea is perfect for a swim and there’s some live music and good food :) would 100% recommend staying here!!
