Desayuno
They let me into my room early.
Took ages for shower to heat up It run really cold for ages
Lovely pub and perfect for where I needed to be and a short walk to bed 🤣🤣
Very basic but I expect that, if a handle could be added to the inside of room 10 that would help, door isn't easy to open woth whats there. Add an extra pillow and blanket in the room would also be good
All of it

Very clean room comfortable bed friendly staff excellent location good breakfast
The place itself was ok, but some serious issues, a broken window in room, and open all night, didn't want to risk closing it. But, all in, it what it said on the tin. But, needed a map to get to kitchen for breakfast. Was was very ample. Couldn't get connected to WiFi on tablet, but not big issue for one night stay
Fix the window, and window itself, easier direction to kitchen Think I've done this upside down lol
The facilities were excellent, out side area really good function room really good all round good
Peaceful 😇
Nothing
The location is perfect, just across from the train station and a few minutes walk to the centre. The breakfast was lovely and all the staff were helpful and polite
Vriendelijke mensen
Kamer was slecht onderhouden en niet heel schoon
Always very welcoming. Stayed here numerous time. Brilliant.
Nothing.
Very clean..freindly and excellent brekfast
The staff were very friendly helpful & kind and the English breakfast was the highlight, Big portions, fresh and delicious. It's very central to everything and Warrington train station was just across the road 1 min walk.
It' was an old building but still nice and affordable. Beds were ok but a little uncomfortable. Shower pressure was a bit low.
clean room decent tv free wifi great breakfast very friendly staff
water pressure in shower was weak no fan or aircon in room (was very hot during our stay though)
Location , breakfast and friendly staff
The location, the staff and breakfast was lovely
I liked it all, nothing to complain about at all
Ideal location Good breakfast
Very poor water supply for shower in room
Great welcome excellent breakfast. Friendly and helpful stafg
Room on second very hot in warm weather. A fan would be a bonus. Extremely noisy early hours due to disruptive people outside. Exacerbated by having to have windows open in the heat
I loved everything. Nice staff. Clean room.
Look at the shower. Not much pressure and a little cold.
I have stayed here a few times when visiting Warrington. It’s directly opposite Warrington Central Station, has very affordable parking and access to taxis. The staff are very welcoming, the rooms functional and the breakfast excellent.
Room was really nice and all the staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for you.
Breakfast was amazing, huge. Great bar. Very friendly staff, so helpful, made my holiday.
It was an amazing experience staying at your hotel. All of the staff were wonderful, friendly, and incredibly supportive. Unfortunately, I experienced a health issue during my stay, and everyone went above and beyond their role to help and support me. Their kindness and professionalism made a difficult situation much easier to manage. Thank you to everyone for your care and support. I will definitely be coming back.
Best staff members ever
Very good
Accessible for our needs
Nice pub and venue, very good breakfast and pleasant staff, good value stay
Room was tired, cracked window, sink didn't drain too well and shower didn't work properly, carpet in need of a clean
Super Lage und ein tolles Frühstück.
Great location and very friendly staff.
Shower water pressure was awful and didn’t get hot.
Lovely crew, delicious breakfast, very central location.
The water temperature in the shower
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room, all facilities and the pub were exceptionally clean. Very good breakfast. Great location near the station and for attending a match at the Halliwell Jones Stadium.
Nothing we didn’t like - we had chosen the room for its proximity to the rugby league ground and the station. It was what we expected and fulfilled our needs.
Its in town and this staff
The wifi not that good and it can do with a paint job
Staff friendliness Staff availability in a busy bar Choice of beers Superb breakfast Easy to use TV Hot shower
Only one tea bag in bedroom, more coffee Tea tasted stale, couldn't drink it No sanitary bin in bathroom
Location, cleanliness, staff, facilities and breakfast
Nothing
No hot water for shower for about 5 to 7min wait
I liked the fact it was near the train station and the office I needed to go to the next morning.
The cleanliness of the room was not great and the window was cracked.
Breakfast, bed and the People!
Carpet everywhere. Dysfunctional shower.
Nothing, Engineer had to be relocated
No hot water, the toilet takes 3 attempts to flush, the bed feels like there’s lumps in it I can feel the bed frame through the mattress, the wifi doesn’t even work properly, there’s yellow stains on the bed and I can hear the people from the pub downstairs.
The breakfast was amazing, and the rooms are comfortable enough Thanks
Breakfast is amazing 👏 hotel rooms are clean and have everything you need staff are approachable and can't do enough
Nothing
The location was good
The water was scolding hot so we couldn’t shower. The bed mattress had stains on it. The WiFi didn’t work. We paid a lot of money for the room as we were up for the festival. If they’re going to charge those prices everything should have been amazing.
The location
Nothing
The staff was so friendly and helpful. Brilliant breakfast and good choice. Kingshead is a basic pub but comfortable rooms ,clean sheets and extra snow white towels. Very handy for the train station which is directly across the road.
Found the stairs difficult but that's due to our age and reduced mobility
Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent fresh cooked breakfast. Perfect location for the Halliwell Jones Stadium. Comfortable beds.
Quite basic. The main road outside is a little noisy.
Don't be deceived by the outer look. Open the door and be amazed. Fabulous interior with extremely friendly helpful staff, very characteristic. Room was a bit dated but great bathroom and very comfortable bed and pillows. Big shout out to Chloe who went above and beyond to make our stay a fantastic time.
Better quality at breakfast
Decent clean room and bathroom
Awful wi-fi
Location, Staff and Breakfadt
Room was okay, however windows were drafty and there was a musty smell in BYD room.
The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming from the minute I arrived.
Location was good breakfast good friendy staff
No hot water could not access Internet linen not fresh
Great location, very helpful staff , nice room and nice breakfast.
Did not appear to be any hot water for a shower.
Large room , nice ensuite bathroom, great breakfast included in the price. Clean. Very good value.
Very clean room, lovely big shower towel. Staff were very helpful
No shower pressure, took forever for hot water to come through. The mattress on my bed was very uncomfortable and definitely time expired. My wife's was fine. No signal on TV.
Location and the Staff
Everything, really good place. Staff were excellent and really handy for Parr Hall. Loved or stay. Thanks
Nothing
From arrival to departure the staff were very friendly and helpful. A cooked breakfast with your choice was included and lovely to start the day.The room was adequate with ensuite tv and tea.making facilities. The kings Head is located in the centre of Warrington with close access to shops the bus and central station
The stairs to the rooms were a little steep
Was ok
Nothing really
The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable . The cooked breakfast was delicious
It was all good
Perfect stay and location for going to watch Warrington Wolves at Halliwell Jones Stadium. Great price for 2 people, rooms are basic, but extremely clean and comfortable for a 1 night stay. Windows are old and a lot of light comes through the blinds, but a eye mask helps with a great sleep. Bathroom spotless, lovely white towels and small toiletries. Breakfast is fantastic, full English- 2 thick slices back bacon , 2 sausage, fried egg, mushrooms. Beans, tomato & black pudding, 2 slices of freshly buttered toast, all cooked to order and quality products cooked by Lisa. Yogurts, cereal, juice tea and coffee all available to help yourself. Better breakfast than most places, where you would pay upwards of £15 per person. So when paying £73 for 2 ppl including the breakfast, no complaints from us 👌 will be back in 2 weeks

Very friendly staff. Very central. Literally across the road from the train station which suited me.
The only thing was I couldn't get hot water in the shower. Im sure they could have sorted it out for me if I asked? But I was against the clock.
The room was of a good size but could have been improved with a sofa or comfortable chair The bar served an excellent Madri The breakfast cooked and served by Paula was excellent All the staff were friendly and welcoming
Our room (number 1) was at the front of the building and due to being a graded building the windows were drafty and road noise was an issue.
Location Friendly staff Clean
Great out the back just kept coming.
Great staff place room and breakfast
Exceptionally lovely staff who went out of their way to help/make us welcome.
Friendly staff. Handy for town centre
Breakfast was lovely.
Cask ale in the bar would be good.
Staff friendliness Breakfast Comfort of room
Internet was poor on this occasion - very difficult to get anything once connected. TV wouldn't switch on - I suspect dead batteries in the remote. Although I didn't intend to watch much TV this was still a pain.
The location is good.
Not carefully cleaned and not well maintained. Not a good standard of cleanliness.
Breakfast lovely. Landlady close very pleasant.
Wants updating in bed rooms.
Nice small room and clean. Excellent location and breakfast . Staff very welcoming.
Would be better with slightly bigger beds.
Breakfast excellent, would love some fresh fruit eg apple
The carpet was not clean and old . Bathroom needs to be replaced. The shower was not clean and did not work well.
room clean with all facilities .lovely full english breakfast and continental .Staff were excellant !only
only problem were rooms at the front traffic noise
I stayed here by myself for Creamfields festival, and was amazed at everything The Kings Head provided! All the staff were so lovely and welcoming and the room was very modern and comfortable too. Out of everywhere I’ve stayed, I had one of the best sleeps here. Not only because the bed was super comfortable but also after a certain time they lock the whole building (pub and hotel), and you have to knock to come in, which for me after Creamfields felt extremely safe and a thoughtful thing to do. Moreso, the breakfast was 10/10! I had a full English and ate everything on my plate, even though it was massive! I would honestly go back for the breakfast, very very satisfied! Overall, I had a wonderful stay here, feeling the safest I could have, sleeping wonderfully and eating well.
Nothing.
Basic rooms but perfectly functional. Sometimes the shower temperature has a mind of its own but other than that a nice comfortable pub with friendly staff
It had a good location. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was great.
The heating in the room is by an electric heater which took a while to heat up the room ( it was very cold the night of my stay.
Location friendly helpful staff went out of there way to make it a great stay Fantastic breakfast
No issues
Good location. Very friendly staff and locals.
Dirty carpets, blinds didn’t cover windows properly allowing street lights to shine through. Pub sign outside our window was blowing in the wind making a loud noise which kept us awake so left at 01:30. No breakfast available however we were given free drinks.
Friendly staff
Very friendly
Internet was poor
Friendly staff, comfy beds, close to town, great breakfast included.
Carpets a bit soiled
Good location for Parr Hall, great breakfast, parking behind pub.
Single beds, not the most comfortable but ok for one night,
