There weren’t any reception staff

Cool and querky rooms, wardrobe and kitchenette was fab and air con was incredible.

Lacks lights. A light above the mirror is needed in all rooms. Because the walls are so dark.... lighting needs to be more available.. Free standing lights or spotlights. We pretty much had the entire hotel out for a wedding and everyone said the same needs more light/ spotlights in. Views from alot of the rooms are brick walls which is a shame. But nothing can be done about that.

Self catering (superior) room with kitchen facilities. The room did not face onto the public roads but into a courtyard, so was quiet. Parking was available outside but just for an hour or two. Local car parks are not too far. Having seen reviews by others relating to parking, I decided to use Time Square multistorey. About a 10 minute walk, but it felt safe, never a problem finding a space and could be used overnight. Charges were clear and not excessive.

Just two minor things. The bathroom door handle, being round and close to the door jamb was difficult to use. Also, the dark decor in the room and corridors gave a slightly oppressive feel.

Excellent location, nicest part of Warrington town centre with good restaurants all around. Daily cleaning was a nice touch and they were very nice.

Pillows were pretty average and window to room was tiny so no natural light.

Our room with a very comfortable double bed was a really good size. Location was perfect for bars and restaurants.

I would advise to take ear buds to blank out fridge and air conditioning units noise couldn’t close our window fully so constant humming.

It's a very central location in Warrington. The apartment was exceptionally clean and it had a nice boutique feel to it. The communication with the hotel beforehand was excellent. The hotel does not permit children to stay, but as we were attending a wedding nearby they were very accommodating in that they allowed the children to come to the room and get ready with us.

The only issue is there's no parking so we had to walk from the multi story, but it's not far and the nearby car parks aren't expensive. We paid for the early check-in option as we needed to be at the wedding before the check in time, and I do think £25 is a little on the expensive side.

Door does not lock, not sound proof like it said on the website, tv kept losing intent connection.

It would be nice if they could partner with some local places around there to get breakfast. I stay usually a few days and I do not have time to get groceries for breakfast.

The accommodation was very good, having everything we needed and being conveniently situated for the town centre and restaurants. 5 minute walk to the station. Air conditioning was a bonus but was somewhat compromised by the excessive temperatures outside. Very clean.

The pillows were overstuffed and consequently very firm. Both of us ended up with no pillow at all and consequently a stiff neck the next day. The outer door was open but the entry code didn’t work on approaching the stairs. Initially there was a similar problem in getting in the apartment but going online to the website sorted it.

Room was air conditioned and very comfortable, the decor was lovely too. The staff were helpful and attentive

Excellent location, very secure, contemporary design, comfy beds. Can control the temperature of the room with own AC/heating system. Excellent communication pre visit and during and allowed a later checkout time which was greatly appreciated

I had a meeting with my customer in Warrington nearby the station that is the reason I choose this hotel.

in the outdoor window was a kind of machine for the air I guess that was making some noise making my sleep very difficult. And the view from the 3rd floor was a carpark......

We have stayed before a few times and have always enjoyed our stay. Access is through a code sent to you prior to your time of arrival, we had booked an early check in and were asked twice by people who obviously hadn't, to allow them access via our code - we didn't, but could live without having to have an awkward conversation every time we came in/went out. I appreciate it's difficult to stop, but it did detract a little bit from our normally excellent experience.

As a lone female, the building was extremely secure as you have to go through 3 doors with pin pads and also again for your room and once in the room, there was also a chain on my door. This is the safest I have ever felt travelling alone. The house keeping staff were very pleasant. Room was spacious and extremely comfortable. Location is fantastic, 7 minute walk to train station and less to the town centre. Lots of pubs and restaurants nearby and right next to Par Hall for concerts.

Location was good, 5 mins from the station and 5 mins into town centre. No problems with all of the security doors. Bedroom/kitchen facilities were good. Stayed in room 2 on the 1st floor.

Bathroom was a strange layout. Although the shower cubicle was big, the toilet had been installed too close to the wall and to the heated towel radiator. I paid for the most expensive room but the bathroom really let the room down.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. The weather was red hot but the room was lovely and cool. Really comfortable bed so had a great night's sleep. Super size TV that swivelled across the bed....Smart TV 👍 Would defo stay again.

Location is brilliant, rooms are always clean and the beds are big and comfy. We've stayed here previously and will definitely stay again. I booked two rooms (one for me and one for a colleague) and there was an issue checking in as the system only sent one email, this was very quickly rectified by the team - thank you.

The closeness to where I needed to be, literally 5 minutes from the station & handy for town centre.

Room was on 2nd floor & no lift access. The room was not as luxurious as the pictures make it out to be. As a solo female traveller I didn’t like that my bed was right next to the entrance door. I wasn’t keen on the keypads to get in all with same code & no staff within the building.
